스마트 유틸리티 네트워크는 기존의 AMR, 스마트 그리드, 스마트 워터 그리드 등의 다양한 에너지 관련 서비스를 통합할 수 있는 에너지망 인프라로서 기존 사용자 중심의 통신망으로부터 기기 중심의 통신망으로의 새로운 패러다임 전환을 가능케 하고 있다. 이러한 스마트 유틸리티 네트워크는 관련 응용분야의 제약 조건과 요구사항에 있어 센서 네트워크와 많은 유사성을 가진다. 그리하여, 스마트 유틸리티 네트워크를 위한 새로운 네트워크 프로토콜을 개발하기 위해서는 기존의 관련 연구에 대한 철저한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트 유틸리티 네트워크의 서비스 요구사항과 설계 고려사항을 분석하고 기존의 저 전력 프로토콜과 데이터 수집기법 그리고 In-network 저장기법에 대한 분석을 통해 스마트 유틸리티 네트워크를 위한 새로운 네트워크 프로토콜의 설계 가이드라인을 제시한다.

A probability-based data generation is a typical context-generation method that is a not only simple and strong data generation method but also easy to update generation conditions. However, the probability-based context-generation method has been found its natural-born ambiguousness and confliction problems in generated context data. In order to compensate for the disadvantages of the probabilistic random data generation method, a situation propagation network is proposed in this paper. The situation propagating network is designed to update parameters of probability functions are included in probability-based data generation model. The proposed probability-based context-generation model generates two kinds of contexts: one is related to independent contexts, and the other is related to conditional contexts. The results of the proposed model are compared with the results of the probabilitybased model with respect to performance, reduction of ambiguity, and confliction.

Smartphone is becoming as a core device of mobile environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting customer's buying decision on smartphone. Based on prior studies and cases, this study identifies network effect, switching cost, function, design, brand, after service, price as affecting factors of customer's buying decision on smartphone. It also aims to investigate the relationship between network effect/switching cost and re-purchasing. Result shows that network effect brand, after service are significantly related to customer's buying decision on smartphone by device types, but switching cost, function, design, price are not. Network effect also was found to be significantly related to the re-purchasing. The result of this study may provide a guideline of supply strategy with smartphone suppliers.

This study examined how national research and development (R&D) in the domain of logistics has changed recently in the Republic of Korea. We conducted basic statistical analysis and social network analysis on 5,327 logistics-related R&D projects undertaken during 2005-2019. Data for performing these analyses were collected from the R&D database of the National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS). By constructing a co-occurrence matrix with keywords, we conducted degree and betweenness centrality analysis and visualized the network matrix to display a cluster map. This study presents our observations related to the following findings: (1) the chronical trends of logistics R&D, (2) focused fields of logistics R&D, (3) the relations among keywords, and (4) the characteristics of logistics R&D. Finally, we suggest policy implications to boost and diversify logistics R&D.

This study aims at analyzing the interactions between two of the most significant trade stakeholders in Korea, the Trade Ministry and the Legislature, using text network analysis. Tackling seven Action and Plan Reports for Requests from Parliamentary Inspection released by the National Assembly, this paper conducts a topic modelling analysis, particularly focusing on the reports for the three trade-related institutes: the MOTIE headquarter, Korea Trade Insurance Corporation, Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency. According to the analysis, such traditional topics of the MOTIE as enterprise, industry, business, management, development were frequently appeared in the reports. Trade-related topics including export, trade, commerce, investment, overseas, domestic, dispute, cooperation, efficiency, negotiation, service, promotion were repeatedly shown. Lastly, a case study on 2019 Parliamentary Inspection Report showed specific trade-related topics and relevant contents that raised issues in that year. This analysis implies that the text data driven from the Parliamentary Inspection Reports between the MOTIE and the National Assembly, can be established as so called 'trade policy information system' which are valuable not only for the two but also the rest of the trade stakeholders in Korea.

This study implemented a health support network project to improve the quality of life of women with musculoskeletal disorders. These activities were intended to analyze the effects of the impact on the quality of life of women with musculoskeletal diseases, continuing to base their future needs for materials and practice so as to provide a method for this purpose. On August 19, 2013 through December, a survey of 320 people living in Seoul included 31 women with symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. Another, 16 weeks led to a total of 127 people with housewives screened as a subjects for social support networks projects. After the research, the health support network project was implemented, and most musculoskeletal pain was reduced, depression levels were reduced, and a quality improvement was noted in health-related life activities. In particular, mental- health-related quality of life was found to increased. As incidental factors that may cause musculoskeletal disorders, marital status, living with family, low income, and a high depression index were related to low health-related quality of life. Future studies can support continued health at the local business community level rather than with smaller samples. This work can also be supported by follow-up studies to evaluate the effectiveness of program.

본 연구는 우리나라에 출원된 인공지능 기술이 포함된 전자상거래 관련 특허의 기술 융복합 분석에 관한 것으로 사회 연결망 분석(Social Network Analysis)을 이용하여 핵심 기술간 관계를 분석하고 시각화하였다. 사회 연결망 분석을 실시한 결과 인공지능 기술이 포함된 전자상거래 관련 특허에서 상호 기술 네트워크를 구성하는 핵심 IPC 코드는 G06Q, G06F, G06N, G16H, G10L, H04N, G06T, A61B 등으로 조사되었다. 특히 [G06Q-G06F], [G06Q-G06N] 등 데이터 처리 관련 기술 융복합과 [G06Q-G10L], [G06Q-H04N], [G06Q-G06T] 등 음성과 이미지 신호가 중요하게 융합되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구 방법을 활용하면 전자상거래 관련 특허의 미래 기술 트렌드를 확인하고 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 창안할 수 있다.

본 연구는 연구데이터 관련 국내 연구의 동향을 파악하기 위하여 RISS에서 연구데이터 관련 논문을 수집하였으며, 데이터 정제 후 총 58건의 연구논문을 대상으로 134개의 저자 키워드를 추출하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 아직까지 국내에서 연구데이터 관련 연구의 수가 58건에 지나지 않아 추후 많은 관련 연구가 진행될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구데이터 관련 연구 분야는 대부분 복합학 중 문헌정보학에 집중되어 있었다. 셋째, 연구데이터 관련 저자 키워드의 빈도분석 결과 '연구데이터관리', '연구데이터공유', '데이터리포지터리', '오픈사이언스' 등이 다빈도 주요 키워드로 분석되어 연구데이터 관련 연구는 위의 키워드를 중심으로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과에서도 다빈도 키워드는 연결 중심성 및 매개 중심성에서 중심적인 위치를 차지하며 관련 연구에서 핵심 키워드에 위치하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 최근의 연구데이터 관련 동향을 파악할 수 있었고, 향후 집중적으로 연구해야 하는 분야를 확인할 수 있었다.

가입자망의 광대역화 및 이에 따른 IPTV 관련 서비스의 활성화가 세계적인 추세이다. 국내에서는 통신 및 방송 사업자의 이해관계, 관련 법제도의 미정비 등으로 인해 본격적인 IPTV 서비스가 지연되고 있다. 광가입자망 기반 고품질 서비스 플랫폼 및 차세대 장비 개발의 방편으로, ETRI에서는 자체적으로 네트워크 운영센터 및 IPTV 서비스 장비를 구성하여 FTTH서비스센터를 구축하고, 망사업자를 통하여 구축된 상용 광가입자망과 연동하였다. 본 기고에서는 광가입자망 기반 IPTV 테스트베드 관련 기술을 전반적으로 기술하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the major peacekeeping activities that the Korean armed forces has performed from the past to the present. To do this, we collected 692 press releases from the National Defense Daily over the past 20 years and performed topic modeling and social network analysis. As a result of topic modeling analysis, 112 major keywords and 8 topics were derived, and as a result of examining the Korean armed forces's peacekeeping activities based on the topics, 6 major activities and 2 related matters were identified. The six major activities were 'Northeast Asian defense cooperation', 'multinational force activities', 'civil operations', 'defense diplomacy', 'ceasefire monitoring group', and 'pro-Korean activities', and 'general troop deployment' related to troop deployment in general. Next, social network analysis was performed to examine the relationship between keywords and major keywords related to topic decision, and the keywords 'overseas', 'dispatch', and 'high level' were derived as key words in the network. This study is meaningful in that it first examined the topic of the Korean armed forces's peacekeeping activities over the past 20 years by applying big data techniques based on the National Defense Daily, an unstructured document. In addition, it is expected that the derived topics can be used as a basis for exploring the direction of development of Korea's peacekeeping activities in the future.
