The presidential archives of Participating Government were left as a result of record production innovation. The record proves the whole process of decision making and serves as a means of enhancing transparency and accountability. This article analyzed the existence form of records and asserted the necessity of reorganization. In the direction of the re-organization of records, we proposed a redesign of the record classification system, logical re-registration of records, and description of record detail information. In order to facilitate the use of the archives, the Presidential Archives should proceed with these tasks at the earliest opportunity.

According to ISO 15489, records are "information" (ISO 15489-1: 2001, 3.15) that "an organization or individual produces, receives or maintains as evidence or information in the course of carrying out its legal obligations or in the conduct of its business". Records in KS ISO 15489 are also referred to as "information that is produced, received and maintained as evidence and information presented by the organization or individual in the course of performing legal obligations or in the course of business" (Korean Industrial Standards KS X ISO 15489). Based on the definitions, the nature of the legal traits of record is examined, focusing on the evidential elements of the record.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) encourages effective information share and utilization among project participants during entire life cycle of facility. This paper presents a method that keeps track of the historical quality records involved in construction operations and facilitates using BIM. The method is coded into BIM based Quality Record Traceability (BIM-QRT) System that makes use of historical records obtained from database administrating construction operations. This study is of value to practitioners because the method makes clear the project participants' responsibility relative to the quality of each and every element of the facility. The main objective of this research is to develop an accurate, fully automated method for construction Quality Record Tracking by using a BIM along with construction operations data obtained by information technology. Test cases verify the usability and validity of the methods implemented in the system.

This study aims to analyze the frequency of keywords used in Korean abstracts, which are unstructured text data in the domestic record management research field, using text mining techniques to identify domestic record management research trends through distance analysis between keywords. To this end, 1,157 keywords of 77,578 journals were visualized by extracting 1,157 articles from 7 journal types (28 types) searched by major category (complex study) and middle category (literature informatics) from the institutional statistics (registered site, candidate site) of the Korean Citation Index (KCI). Analysis of t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE) and Scattertext using Word2vec was performed. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that keywords such as "record management" (889 times), "analysis" (888 times), "archive" (742 times), "record" (562 times), and "utilization" (449 times) were treated as significant topics by researchers. Second, Word2vec analysis generated vector representations between keywords, and similarity distances were investigated and visualized using t-SNE and Scattertext. In the visualization results, the research area for record management was divided into two groups, with keywords such as "archiving," "national record management," "standardization," "official documents," and "record management systems" occurring frequently in the first group (past). On the other hand, keywords such as "community," "data," "record information service," "online," and "digital archives" in the second group (current) were garnering substantial focus.

In peer-to-peer (P2P) loan markets, as most lenders are unskilled and inexperienced ordinary individuals, it is important to know the characteristics of borrowers that significantly impact their repayment performance. This study investigates the effects and importance of borrowers' past repayment performance track record within the platform to identify its predictive power. To this end, I analyze the detailed loan repayment data from two leading P2P lending platforms in Korea using a Cox proportional hazard, multiple linear regression, and logit models. Furthermore, the predictive power of the factors proxied by borrowers' track records are evaluated through the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. As a result, it is found that the borrowers' past track record within the platform have the most important impact on the repayment performance of their current loans. In addition, this study also reveals that the borrowers' track record is much more predictive of their repayment performance than any other factor. The findings of this study emphasize that individual lenders must take into account the quality of borrowers' past transaction history when making a funding decision, and that platform operators should actively share the borrowers' past records within the markets with lenders.

It is the time, now, to try not only to force establish them continuously but also to choose their substances. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of home environment school life adjustment and demographic variables on the adolescents' clothing attitudes The subjects were 682 middle and high school boys and girls(boys. 342, girls:340) in Seoul Korea. Modesty of boys was influenced by parent's education(-) academic record achievement tendency of home and allowance(-) $(R^2$=8.6%) and girls influenced by affection of home(-) allowance(-) age and academic record$(R^2$=11.2%). Clothing satisfaction of boys was influenced by parents' education self-control tendency of home and school life adjustment$(R^2$=19.4%). girls influenced by allowance affection of home parents' education school life adustment and self-control of home$(R^2$=20.3%) Age was most important in predicting the wearing of regulative clothes of boys. followed by allowance and academic record(-)$(R^2$=26.7%) allowance was most important in girls followed by academic record(-), and achievement tendency of home $(R^2$=19.0%). The present findings mean that the more allowance adolescents received and the lower the academic record the lower the modesty and the their the wearing of regrlative clothes. The school life adjustment and home environment such as achievement affection and self-control tendency were meaningful variables That affect clothing attitude of adolescent.

In this paper, we present a record-replay technique based on interrupt logging and reproduction. Race conditions have been considered as the main source of nondeterminism in conventional record-replay approaches. However, interrupts are another source of nondeterministic computer system behavior, which must be reproduced at accurate time points, let alone the order of interrupt occurrence. We show that an interrupt-based replayer can be efficiently and effectively implemented by using hardware performance counters and debugging functionality. Experiments also show that the runtime overhead of the interrupt-based replayer is sufficiently low.

The presidential records of the participatory government transferred to the Presidential Archives are the result of innovation in the record production system symbolized by the document management card of the e-jiwon system. Records reveal the policy-making process by documenting the decision-making process. This study identified the existing forms of records related to records management innovation produced by the Office of the Records Management Secretary at the Office of the President, and reorganized them into functions-activities-subjects-actions. Thematic record types help to systematically understand the evolution of the matter and the nature of the record. The characteristics of each record were identified by writing detailed information on the record. These attempts are meaningful in that they provide basic data for the evaluation and use of presidential records.

In order to establish a corporate records schedule, this study identifies the types of records and retention periods specified by domestic laws for companies to retain, reviews the significance and characteristics of the results, and proposes establishing a corporate records schedule. To this end, this study identified the company's management activities, prepared a record survey for legal analysis, and extracted the record types and retention periods necessary for the company's management activities through a review of various laws. Next, this study looked at the meaning and characteristics of the types of records and retention periods required by companies. Finally, based on the analysis results, a method for establishing a corporate record processing schedule was proposed.
