대학병원직원의 지식경영활동과 성과에 관한 연구 (Knowledge Management Activity and Performance of University Hospital Employees)

  • Background: The efficient knowledge management in hospital organization is generally known as the important activities relevant to employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance. This research examined factors affecting employees' knowledge sharing behavior and work performance in top 4 university hospitals. This study is based on individual factors such as incentives, reciprocity, behavioral control, and subjective norms. Also, there are organizational factors such as CEO support, learning climate, IT system, rewards system, and trust. Methods: Data was collected from employees who are working at 3 hospitals university in Seoul and 1 university hospital in Gyeonggi-Do through the self-administered questionnaires. A total of 779 questionnaires were analyzed by PASW SPSS ver. 18.0. (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: The significant variables affecting knowledge sharing behavior are behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO, IT system, and trust (in organization factor). Also the significant variables affecting work performance are incentives, reciprocity, subjective norms, and behavioral control (in individual factor) and CEO support, IT system, reward system, and trust (in organization factor). Conclusion: The personality and organization characteristics factors is important to improve knowledge sharing behavior and work performance of hospital employees. Therefore, to make more efficient knowledge management is to build and system knowledge sharing culture, system, and leadership and to develop practical strategies.

패션기업 팀장의 리더십과 팀원의 신뢰가 직무몰입 및 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Leadership of Team Leaders and Trust of Team Members on Job Commitment and Satisfaction in Fashion Companies)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether leadership of team leaders and trust of team members have an effect on job commitment and satisfaction in fashion companies. A survey was conducted from December 8 to 22 in 2008, among team members of fashion companies. The data was collected with 464 subjects, the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows; first, contingent reward, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration of leadership had an effect on all factors of trust. Charisma of leadership had an effect on calculus-based trust and identification-based trust, but management by exception had an effect on knowledge-based trust. Second, calculus-based trust and identification-based trust about team leaders had an effect on job commitment and satisfaction of team members. Third, charisma, contingent reward and intellectual stimulation of leadership had an effect on job commitment and satisfaction of team members.

리더의 의사소통 유형, 상사 신뢰, 조직몰입, 혁신행동 간의 구조적 관계 분석 (An analysis of structural relationships among leaders'communication pattern, followers' trust in leader, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior)

  • This study analyzes the structural relationships among communication pattern of leader, followers' trust in leader, organizational commitment and innovative behavior. In order to analyze hypotheses, the survey was collected by distributing questionnaire to 250 workers in small and medium-sized companies. As a result, total 213 workers participated in the survey and their rates were included for the test process. The collected data analyzed structural equation modeling, a statistical program. The results of this study are as follows; First, supportive and reflective communication pattern of leader have meaningful positive influences on followers'trust in leader. Directive communication pattern of leader, by contrast, is negatively related to followers'trust in leader. Second, followers'trust in leader has a positive impact on organizational commitment. Third, organizational commitment has a positive effect on followers'innovative behavior. Based on these results, it can be said that followers'trust in leader is more important for boosting organizational commitment and innovative behavior because it has a positive effect on organizational commitment with supportive or reflective communication behavior of leader. Therefore, this study proposes practical benefits to leaders regarding how to display communication process and trust quality more effectively. Future studies are required to investigate the research agendas on the issues between communication patterns and innovative behavior.

안전 리더십과 리더 신뢰가 근로자 참여 및 안전 지식을 매개로 안전 행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (A study on the effects of safety leadership and trust in leader on safety behavior mediated by workers' involvement and safety knowledge)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업 내 근로자의 안전 행동과 관리자의 안전 리더십, 리더 신뢰, 근로자 참여, 안전 지식과의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고, 요인들이 어떤 역할을 하는지 분석함으로써 기업의 중대재해 예방에 기여하는 근로자의 안전 행동을 강화하는 요인을 파악하고 분석하였다. 산업재해가 발생하게 되면 기업 입장에서는 재해자를 대상으로 보상을 하는 직접비와 더불어 인적 손실, 물적 손실, 생산 손실, 시간 손실 등 간접비의 발생으로 막대한 손실비용을 감수해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구들의 결과를 바탕으로 제조업에 종사하는 생산, 기술, 노무직 근로자를 대상으로 관리자의 안전 리더십과 근로자의 리더 신뢰가 근로자 참여, 안전 지식을 매개로 안전 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. SPSS 와 PLS를 이용하여서 제조업체 근로자 271명을 대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 안전 리더십과 리더 신뢰는 근로자의 참여를 유도하고 근로자의 안전 지식 습득에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 근로자의 안전 행동을 이끌어낼 수 있다는 것이다.

고객과 컨설턴트 간의 유대관계 및 신뢰관계가 컨설팅성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the Effects of Ties and Trust Relationship between the Clients and Consultants on the Consulting Performance)

  • 본 연구는 먼저 중소기업인 고객과 컨설턴트 간의 구조적 및 관계적 속성인 유대관계 및 신뢰관계가 컨설팅성과에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보고, 다음으로 중소기업인 고객의 컨설팅참여도 및 컨설턴트의 역량이 유대관계 및 신뢰관계가 컨설팅성과에 미치는 영향관계를 각각 조절하는지에 대하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석결과, 유대관계 및 역량기반신뢰는 컨설팅성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈으며, 고객의 컨설팅참여도는 조절효과가 없는 반면, 컨설턴트의 역량은 유대관계 및 역량기반신뢰가 컨설팅성과에 미치는 영향관계를 조절하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결국, 컨설팅성과를 극대화하기 위해서는 중소기업인 고객과 컨설턴트 간의 강한 유대관계 및 신뢰관계 구축과 함께 컨설턴트의 역량 함양이 매우 중요함을 시사하고 있다.

전자상거래 사용자의 신뢰에 영향을 미치는 정보보안위험 기반의 선행요인 연구 (A Research on Information Security Risk-based Antecedents Influencing Electronic Commerce User's Trust)

  • It is generally believed that, compared to traditional commerce, Electronic Commerce(EC) is more difficult to gain and sustain customers. One of the major reasons that customers do not use EC is lack of trust. Previous researches on the EC user's trust suggested that risk is an antecedent of trust and the concept of trust is highly related to risk. This study proposed a combined model in which includes the factors based on generic information security risk analysis methodology and trust factors in EC. The objectives of this study are follows; first, investigating the relationship between trust and risk that are antecedent factors of purchase intention, and second, examining the validity of information security risk analysis approach in EC environment. Based on the survey results of 143 MBA students statistical analysis showed that factors like threats and controls were significantly related to risk, but assets did not have statistically significant relationship with risk. Controls and knowledge of EC had meaningful effect on user's trust. This study found that risk analysis methodology which is generally used at organizational level is practically useful at user level on EC environment. In conclusion, the results of this study would be applied to generic situation of information security for analyzing and managing the risk. Besides, this study emphasized that EC vendors need to pay more attention to the information security risk to gain customer's trust.

개인적·사회적 요인을 고려한 가상 공동체에서의 지식 공유 모형 (Knowledge Sharing Model in Virtual Communities Considering Personal and Social Factors)

  • Purpose Virtual communities (VCs) are becoming ever more important in these days, sometimes more than offline communities. Notably, they have become significant sources of knowledge sharing. Therefore, in order to foster a VC, it is very important to understand why people share their knowledge in the VC. Under this background, this paper aims at proposing the behavioral model best explains knowledge sharing activities in VCs. Design/methodology/approach We basically design our behavioral model for knowledge sharing in VCs based on theory of reasoned action (TRA). However, to understand knowledge sharing in VCs better, we specify knowledge sharing by dividing it into knowledge contribution and knowledge use. Also, instead of 'subjective norm', we adopt 'sense of virtual community (SOVC)' as a main social factor, which has been found to be important in the literature. We also include the antecedents such as 'quality of the shared knowledge', 'trust in community members', 'passion of the community leader', 'reciprocity', and 'self efficacy', which affect VC users' attitude towards knowledge sharing and SOVC. To test the hypotheses in our proposed model, we collected 253 valid surveys from the VC users. Structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS 23 is employed to assess the relationships proposed as the hypotheses. Findings Major findings are as follows. SOVC positively affects both intention to contribute knowledge and intention to use knowledge. And, trust in community members positively affects the attitude towards knowledge use and SOVC. The attitude towards knowledge use is also affected by the quality of the shared knowledge. Reciprocity is found to strongly positively affect the attitude towards knowledge contribution. However, passion of the community leader and self efficacy are found to have insignificant effect on SOVC and the attitude towards knowledge contribution respectively. Our study sheds a light on how to foster VCs from the perspective of knowledge management.

재난에 대한 인식이 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Disaster Awareness on Government Trust)

  • 본 연구는 한국인의 사회재난에 대한 위험인식 수준이 정부에 대한 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 사회재난 유형에 따른 재난위험 인식 수준 차이와 사회재난 위험인식 수준이 정부신뢰에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 예비조사에서 위험성 정도가 높은 3개 사회재난 유형(조류독감, 미세먼지, 핵발전소)을 추출하였으며, 본 조사는 20세 이상 한국인 성인 남녀 1,109명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회재난 인식 수준은 사회재난 유형에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회재난에 대한 자발성, 개인적 지식, 친숙도, 심각성, 두려움, 회복가능성 위험은 정부신뢰에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회재난에 대한 지연성 위험 인식은 정부신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회재난에 대한 과학적 지식, 통제가능성, 치명성, 발현시기 위험 인식은 정부신뢰에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에서는 본 연구의 시사점 및 한계점을 서술하였다.

조직시민행동의 리더십 영향에 대한 신뢰의 매개효과 (Mediation Effect of Trust on Leadership Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior)

  • 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십과 임파워먼트 리더십의 주요 하위변수가 조직시민행동의 각 하위변수에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 하였다. 또한 다차원적 신뢰가 매개변인으로 작용하는 지의 여부에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여 조직시민행동을 증진시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 도출 제시하기 위하여 설계되었다. 구체적인 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개별고려 리더십이 지식적 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정의 결과는 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 임파워먼트 리더십의 영향력이 지식적 신뢰에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정의 결과도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 지식적 신뢰가 이타심, 참여적 행동, 정당성에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설검정도 모두 유의적인 것으로 검정 되었다. 둘째, 개별고려 리더십이 이타심과 참여적 행동 그리고 정당성에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설검정은 모두 유의적이지 못하여 기각되었고, 또한 영향력이 이들에게 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설검정은 “영향력이 참여적 행동에 유의적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.”는 가설만 채택되고, 나머지 두 개의 가설은 유의적이지 못하여 기각되었다. 따라서 검정결과 지식적 신뢰가 리더십 요인(변혁적 리더십, 임파워먼트 리더십)과 조직시민행동 간의 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 판명되었다.

Online 의료웹서비스 품질과 지식제공성과의 관계 연구 (Relationships between Online Web Service Quality and Knowledge Transfer)

  • As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors' effect on users' satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.
