경로분석과 시스템다이내믹스를 이용한 지식기반산업의 동태적 성장에 관한 연구

  • The purpose of this paper is understanding the dynamics of knowledge based industries in Korea and suggesting policy recommendations for supporting those industries. Following KIETs (1999) definition of knowledge intensity, this paper classified industries in Kyung Ki Province according to several knowledge indicators including R&D activity and human capital content. Having classified industries, this paper investigates growth dynamics of knowledge based industries in Kyung-Ki Province. Based on surveys on some 280 knowledge based industries in Kyung-Ki province, growth path of those industries were identified using path analysis. Using the growth path and coefficient identified by the analysis, system dynamics model was build to simulate dynamics of knowledge based industries in Kyung-Ki province. With the model, further analysis was made to investigate some policy measures that can promote knowledge based industries.

사출제품 및 금형의 통합적 설계지원을 위한 지식형 CAD 시스템 (A Knowledge-based CAD System for product and Mold Design in Injection Molding)

  • The design of injection molded polymeric parts has been done empirically, since it requires profound knowledge about the moldability and causal effects on the properties of the part, which are not available to designers through current CAD systems. An interactive computer-based design system is developed in order to realize the concept of rational design for the productivity and quality of mold making. The knowledge-based CAD system is constructed by adding the knowledge -base module for mold feature synthesis and appropriate CAE programs for mold design analysis in order to provide designers, at the initial design stage, with comprehensive process knowledge for feature synthesis, performance analysis and feature-based geometric modeling. A knowledge-based CAD system is a new tool which enables the concurrent design with integrated and balanced design decisions at the initial design stage of injection molding.

  • 세계는 지식정보사회(knowledge information society)에 돌입하였다. 정보기술은 지식경영을 등장시킨 요인중의 하나이며 지식경영발전을 가속화시키는 원동력이라고 볼 수 있다. 그리고 최근 정보기술과 인터넷은 눈부신 발전을 해오고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 급변하는 디지털 환경하의 방대한 인터넷 데이터에서 웹 데이터 마이닝을 통해 고객에 대한 숨겨진 지식을 창출하고, 그 지식을 지식경영프레임웍에 적용한 지식-기반디자인 패러다임을 구축하여 디지털 환경에서 실시간에 고객에 대한 유용한 지식을 창출하여 고객의 욕구를 충족시키는 디자인을 개발 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 이론적 고찰에서 지식경영프로세스와 웹 데이터 마이닝에 관련된 다양한 사전 연구들을 살펴보고 지식경영프로세스와 웹 데이터 마이닝을 결합하여 새로운 지식-기반 디자인 패러다임(본 연구에서는 웹 데이터 마이닝과 지식경영프로세스가 통합하여 구현된 진정한 의미의 eCRM을 지식-기반 디자인패러다임이라 칭한다)을 제안한다.

R&D 혁신역량과 기업성과 간의 관계 연구 (The Empirical Study on Relation between R&D Innovation Capability and Performance in Knowledge-Based Service Firms)

  • Purpose: This empirical study is focused on the relationship between innovation capability (R&D and Human Resource innovation) and performance in knowledge-based service firms. Methods: We build research model to test how each of innovation capability on technology and human resource is influenced on their financial and non-financial performance in the knowledge-based service industries. Based on the previous research, we hypothesized the factors are regarded innovation capabilities of the firms as the scale of R&D and human resources. Because this study is especially targeted to the performance of knowledge-based service firms. With the survey on 424 main knowledge-based service firms, the multi-regression analysis was performed. Results: The result showed that the scale of R&D and human resources capabilities are main factors for knowledge-based service firms' performance, which reflects the current industrial structure. Conclusion: This study empirically demonstrated that human resources are most important to the growth of knowledge-based service firms.

중소기업을 위한 지식서비스 수요 조사 모형 개발 (The development of knowledge service needs assessment model for small and medium-sized businesses)

  • The status of small and medium-sized enterprises has been changed into more independent business entities rather than simply subcontractor so that the utilization of specialized knowledge has been much more necessary for the survival in the market. However, small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to sufficient investment in knowledge services due to limited resources relative to large enterprises and demand for knowledge services business of government support is growing. For this reason, it is important to measure accurately the demand for knowledge services of small and medium-sized enterprises in knowledge management for effective utilization of knowledge service. In this study, we analyzed previous studies on small and medium-sized enterprises knowledge services that can be utilized in a comprehensive way. As a result, we developed knowledge service needs assessment model based on five critical success factors for continual growth and 12 types of knowledge service. This model has been modified and supplemented through expert meeting using delphi research method and topic modeling analysis using secondary data. This study is attempted to appropriately measure necessary knowledge services for small and medium-sized enterprises so that generated the evaluation model of knowledge service demands, comprehensively dealing with core knowledge services for many kinds of business entities. It is expected that the developed model will be a useful tool to understand and evaluate knowledge services demands of enterprises.

Design of PKMS for Business Innovation based on Knowledge Management in Public Organization

  • Based on a comprehensive framework that reflects lifecycle requirements of KMs and BPMs, we propose an PKMS(Process based KMS) for integrating KMs and BPMs in order to combine the advantages of the two paradigms. This paper first defines the priority order of knowledge according to knowledge type and classifies it into three groups which consist of Basic KM, Practical KM and Reference KM. Then, it suggests PKMS knowledge map composed of much core-knowledge each of which has information about a unit of the related business process. Using the PKMS Knowledge map, we can directly provide related core-knowledge related for the business process while a person is working a unit of business process. This paper designed the PKMS applied to employment insurance business part. Long term goal of the concepts is to concern a change management organization of knowledge on PKMS.

지식 전파에 있어 네트워크 구조와 지식 탐색의 상호작용 (Interaction Effect of Network Structure and Knowledge Search on Knowledge Diffusion)

  • This paper models knowledge diffusion on an inter-organizational network. Based on literatures related to knowledge diffusion, the model considers critical factors that affect diffusion behavior including nodal property, relational property, and environmental property. We examine the relationships among network structure, knowledge search, and diffusion performance. Through a massive simulation runs based on the agent-based model, we find that the average path length of a network decreases a firm's cumulative knowledge stock, whereas the clustering coefficient of a firm has no significant relationship with the firm's knowledge. We also find that there is an interaction effect of network structure and the range of knowledge search on knowledge diffusion. Specifically, in a network of a larger average path length (APL) the marginal effect of search conduct is significantly greater than in that of a smaller APL.

지식 간 상호참조적 네비게이션이 가능한 온톨로지 기반 프로세스 중심 지식지도 (Ontology-Based Process-Oriented Knowledge Map Enabling Referential Navigation between Knowledge)

  • 지식지도는 관련된 지식의 현황을 네트워크 형식으로 보여주는 일종의 도식으로, 지식 간의 상호참조적 네비게이션 관계를 기초로 하는 지식 분류 및 저장 체계 역할을 한다. 이러한 이유로 인하여 지식 및 이들 지식이 또 다른 지식과 갖는 관계를 네트워크 형식으로 형식적이고 객관적으로 묘사하기 위한 온톨로지 기반 지식지도의 필요성이 대두되어왔다. 본 논문은 지식 간의 상호참조적 네비게이션이 가능한 온톨로지 기반 지식지도를 구현하기 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 제시된 방법론에 의해 구현되는 온톨로지 기반 지식지도는 지식 간의 상호참조적 네비게이션을 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 이러한 지식 간 네트워크 관계에 의해 추가적인 지식 간의 관계를 추론할 수 있다. 제시된 개념의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 두 가지의 실제 비즈니스 프로세스를 기반으로 지식지도를 구현하였고, 구현된 지식지도에 나타나는 지식 간 네트워크 구성의 유효성을 검토하였다.

사출성형 게이트 설계용 지식형 CAD 시스템 (A Knowledge-Based CAD System for Gate in Injection Molding)

  • 본 논문은 사출성형제품의 게이트 설계를 합리적으로 수행하기 위해 사출금형설계전문가의 축적된 지식과 경험을 발췌·정리하여 지식베이스를 작성하였으며, 설계에 필요한 제품의 형상정보를 제공하기 위해 총칭형상과 특징형상 개념을 이용하여 특징형상을 정의하였다. 또한 지식베이스를 통해 산출된 설계결과를 기하학적 모델러와의 인터페이스를 통해 3차원 형상으로 보여지도록 하였으며 최종 생성된 3차원 기하학적 형상정보는 CAE 모듈이나 CAPP 모듈에서의 후속작업을 위해 제공될 수 있도록 구축되었다.

  • The construction of the students knowledge in e-Learning systems, namely the student modeling, is a core component used to develop e-Learning systems. However, existing e-Learning systems have many problems to share the knowledge in a heterogeneous student model and a distributed knowledge base. Because the methods of the knowledge representation are different in each e-Learning systems, the accumulated knowledge cannot be used or shared without a great deal of difficulty. In order to share this knowledge, existing systems must reconstruct the knowledge bases. Consequently, we propose a new a Case Markup Language based on XML in order to overcome these problems. A distributed e-Learning systems fan have the advantage of easily sharing and managing the heterogeneous knowledge base proposed by CaseML. Moreover students can generate and share a case knowledge to use the communication protocol of agents. In this paper, we have designed and developed a CaseML by using a knowledge markup language. Furthermore, in order to construct an intelligent e-Learning systems, we have done our research based on the design and development of the intelligent agent system by using CaseML.
