기업의 사회적 책임(CSR) 활동이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 지식공유와 혁신행동의 직렬이중매개효과 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Activities on Innovation Performance: The Sequential Mediation Effect of Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Behavior)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of CSR activities on innovation performance and to identify the mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors between CSR activities and innovation performance. In addition, the purpose of this study is to verify the role of sequential mediating effect of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior between CSR activities and innovation performance. Design/methodology/approach - This study collected survey data from 293 organizational members working in Chinese companies. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, correlation analysis and process macro were used in order to analyze the data. Findings - First, this study verified that CSR activities had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing, innovation behavior, and innovation performance. Second, it was found that knowledge sharing had a significant positive effect on innovation behavior and innovation performance. Third, it was verified that innovation behavior had a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing and innovation behavior had a sequential mediating effect in the relationship between CSR activities and innovation performance. Research implications or Originality - With the uncertainty of the environment and the intensification of competition among companies, more and more companies begin to pay attention to innovation. Different from existing studies, this study focuses on CSR activities, identifies the role of CSR activities, explores ways to guide innovation performance, and verifies the sequential mediating role of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Through this measure, the importance of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior among organizational members is emphasized, solutions to strengthen innovation are explored, and theoretical and practical implications are provided for companies.

개인창의성과 집단창의성의 관계에서 통합능력과 지식공유의 매개효과 (Mediating Effects of Integrative Capability and Knowledge Sharing on the Relationship between Individual Creativity and Group Creativity)

  • A large number of tasks being executed by individuals now are in a central requirement of the creative solutions consolidated with associates' multiple skills, knowledge bases and efforts who are capable of entertaining various viewpoints. Followed by such a variation, teams or groups were gradually settled in a major form of the enterprise's creative revelations. However, in spite of the consistent augmentation of team's application, researches of a group's ability that utilizes individual creative competence effectively are now in the excessively insufficient manner. Accordingly, this research is to verify mutual relationship between individual creativity and group creativity, and furthermore, to present integrative capability and knowledge sharing of the group as a distinctive variable to observe the mechanism of how the individual creativity becomes aggregated with the group creativity through a process. As a result, the relationship between the individual creativity and the group creativity was so significant that it showed that the integrative capability and knowledge sharing were mediated in the connection of the two variables. This research contributes to the comprehension of the relationship between individual and group creativity through the role of a group's integrative capability and knowledge sharing. In addition, further research direction with in-depth idea is presented to develop research on creativeness from the practical standpoint implicated in this research.

전자지급결제에서의 지식관리 전략: 지식공유 관점 (Knowledge management strategy in the electronic payment domain: perspective on knowledge sharing)

  • 지식관리 전략은 비즈니스 기회의 창출과 유지에 핵심적인 요소로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 전자지급결제 영역에서의 지식관리의 역할을 지식공유 관점에서 분석하고, 다양한 전자지급결제방식에 적합한 지식공유 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전자지급결제의 특성을 결정짓는 2가지 요소인 신뢰성과 효율성을 기반으로 지식관리-전자지급결제 분류모형도를 제시하고, 각 영역에 적합한 지식공유 전략을 도출하였다. 연구의 결과에서 전자지급결제 특성과 지식공유 전략의 정합성이 전자지급결제 영역의 거래 당사자간의 관계 결속을 증가시키고 거래 과정을 최적화 시킬 수 있음을 제시하였다.

  • 지식관리 프로세스에서 지식공유는 지식의 생성 및 분배에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 특히, 지식기반 정보기술 환경이 트위터와 같은 소셜미디어 정보서비스 등의 라이브러리 2.0 서비스를 중심으로 지식유통이 활성화되고 있다. 지식공유의 영향 요소에 사회연결망 구조 및 특징에 대한 네트워크의 관계 요소가 조직의 지식공유 활성화를 위한 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구는 자기조직화를 통해 유기체와 같이 성장하고 있는 조직 내부의 사회연결망의 구조 및 특성을 사회연결망 분석도구와 다중회귀분석을 통해 1) 사회연결망의 연결구조와 지식공유와의 관계, 2) 구조적 공백과 중심성의 지식공유 영향도, 3) 개인적인 능력, 정보기술 및 업무 인식과 지식공유 관계를 분석하였다.

A Nexus among Strategic Orientation, Social Network, Knowledge Sharing, Organizational Innovation, and MSMEs Performance

  • This study wants to test the nexus among resource orientation, market orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing toward organizational innovation, and the nexus between organizational innovation and MSMEs performance. Questionnaires and interviews are conducted with some MSMEs actors in Central Java Province, Indonesia, in Klaten Regency and Pekalongan City. These two areas have creative MSMEs, especially Batik MSMEs that have been very large and known worldwide. The sampling technique is done purposively with certain criteria for the respondents. The data analysis technique is done using Partial Least Square. This study provides recommendations about strategic practice and policy (resource and market), social network, and knowledge sharing in increasing organizational innovation, and the impact of organizational innovation toward MSMEs performance. It also offers a comprehensive model of the determinant factor of organizational innovation by considering the aspect of strategic orientation, social network, and knowledge sharing. Other unique aspects that are also important to consider are social network and the importance of knowledge sharing in improving MSMEs Performance. The respondents are still limited in two areas, namely, Pekalongan and Klaten, so it still cannot represent the whole population. These areas also have different orientation of production process approach, namely, synthetic and natural dyes.

과업 갈등상황에서 스타트업 팀의 민첩성 향상을 위한 의사소통과 지식공유 프로세스에 관한 연구 (The Study of Communication and Knowledge Sharing Processes for Start-up Teams Agility under Task Conflict)

  • 스타트업 팀은 시장의 비즈니스 기회를 신속하게 포착해야 함은 물론이고 이전에 경험해 보지 못한 다양한 문제들을 해결해야만 한다. 본 연구는 신생 조직이나 팀에서 의사소통 매체의 활용을 통해 지식 공유를 거쳐 팀의 민첩성으로 이어지는 프로세스에 대한 가설을 검증하고 과업 갈등에 따른 차이를 비교하기 위한 연구이다. 의사소통 매체의 활용 측면에서 동시적, 비동시적 매체 사용으로 구분하였고, 지식 공유는 속도와 양으로 나누어 영향을 비교하였다. 그리고 신생 조직의 중요한 성과 변수로서 팀의 민첩성을 종속 변수로 설정하였다. 연구 모형을 통해 의사소통 매체를 사용함으로써 지식 공유가 이루어지며 결과적으로 팀의 민첩성에 영향을 주며, 팀의 과업 갈등의 정도에 따라 의사소통 매체의 활용 정도나 변수들 간 관계에 차이가 있을 것이라는 가설을 제시하였다. 설립된 지 5년 미만의 스타트업 팀 230개를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 갈등 상황을 고려하지 않은 전체 집단에서, 지식 공유의 속도가 빠르면 지식공유의 양이 증가하고, 지식 공유의 속도와 양이 높으면 민첩성이 높아지는 관계를 확인하였다. 또한, 의사소통 매체는 동시적이건 비동시적이건 간에 모두 지식 공유의 속도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 과업갈등의 정도에 따른 분석에서는, 과업갈등이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 매체의 사용, 지식 공유의 속도와 양, 민첩성이 더 높았다. 또한, 매체의 사용, 지식 공유, 민첩성으로 이어지는 프로세스에서도 집단 간 차이를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과에 따라 스타트업 팀의 리더를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

개인 창의성이 지식공유와 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 유통업 종사자를 중심으로 (The Effect of Personal Creativity on Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Behavior: Focused on Retail Workers)

  • Purpose - First, empirical research will reveal how personal creativity affects the knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors of organizational members. Second, self-management competency will be verified to explain the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables as a mediating variable and to reduce the time interval. Research design, data, and methodology - There are two major research models. First, personal creativity (professionalism, emotional intelligence, internal motivation) has a positive impact on knowledge sharing (creation of knowledge, organization of knowledge, use of knowledge) and innovation behavior (deriving ideas, implementing ideas, promoting ideas). Second, self-management competency (intellectual capacity, emotional capacity, personality capacity) plays a mediating role. In addition to descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, Cronbach's α was calculated for 259 workers in the retail industry. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 24.0 program, and the influence on the measurement model was analyzed to verify the structural equation model. Results - First, personal creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that the decision-making process accompanied by individual creativity can create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continue to innovate. Second, personal creativity had a positive effect on self-management competency, and self-management competency had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Third, self-management competency was found to partially mediate the influence of personal creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value of creative talents who can be a fundamental source of organizational success and competitive advantage, and to attract talented people. Second, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative ideas, opinions, or solutions when organizing the work environment of their members. Third, managers should promote the sharing and integration of new knowledge that underlies the creative views and attitudes of teams and organizational members. Unlike previous studies, which emphasize the role of the work environment in which creative behaviors are promoted, this study shows that creativity of individual members, itself, is an important determinant of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.

정부산하공공기관 기록물관리전문요원의 지식공유의도 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Factors Influencing the Intention of Knowledge Sharing of Records Management Specialists in Government-affiliated Public Institutions)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기록물관리 전문요원의 조직관리적 요인, 관계적 요인, 개인적 요인이 지식공유의도와 어떠한 영향 관계를 갖는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 총 126건의 설문 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였고, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직관리적 요인 중 관리자의 관심과 지원은 암묵지 공유의도에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 평가보상제도는 암묵지 공유의도에 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적 요인 중 직무 스트레스는 암묵지 및 형식지 공유의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과 관리자의 노력으로 지식공유 활동에 자유롭게 참여할 수 있는 조직 문화를 조성하는 것이 선행되어야 하며, 전 직원 대상의 기록관리 교육을 통해 직무 스트레스의 원인 중 하나인 인식 개선과 박탈감을 계속해서 개선해나갈 필요가 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 한편 본 연구에서는 기록학 분야에서 아직 연구된 바 없는 기록물관리 전문요원의 지식공유를 주제로 하여 실증적으로 검증하였다. 이를 통해 기록물관리 전문요원이 처한 업무적 문제에 대한 해소 방안으로서 현재의 인력 배치 구조를 활용하여 지식공유를 활성화할 수 있는 정책적 함의를 제공한다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다.

대웅제약의 지식경영 활성화 사례 (The Case of the Knowledge Management Activity of DAEWOONG Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)

  • It is well known in KM (Knowledge Management) literature that a certain amount of knowledge is necessary for KM to contribute corporate performance to some extent. However, It is considerably difficult for a company to amass knowledge due to limited time and lack of understanding from employees. In this respect, DAEWOONG, one of leading pharmaceutical company in korea, shows very special knowledge management activity, SOP(Sucess of project), by which DAEWOONG succeeds in catalyzing the knowledge sharing process among members and cultivating men of ability. Also, DAEWOONG improve working performance at an individual level as well as team level. This case will help understand how important the knowledge management activity is to improve the corporate performance.

Product Variety Modeling Based on Formal Concept Analysis

  • Increasing product variety based on product family and product platform provides a company with a competitive advantage over its competitors. As products become more complex, short-life cycled and customized, the design efforts require more knowledge-intensive, collaborative and coordinating efforts for information sharing. By sharing knowledge, information, component and process across different families of products, the product realization process will be more efficient, cost-effective and quick-responsive. Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) is used for analyzing data and forming semantic structures that are formal abstractions of concepts of human thoughts. A Web Ontology Language (OWL) is designed for applications that need to process the content of information instead of simply presenting information to humans. OWL also captures the evolution of different components of the product family. The purpose of this paper is to develop product variety modeling to increase the usefulness of common platform. In constructing and analyzing product ontology, FCA is adopted for conceptual knowledge processing. For the selected product family, product variety Ontology is constructed and implemented using prot$\'{e}$g$\'{e}$-2000.
