Inquiry instruction is a dynamic process that uses questioning and answering to have students actively participate in their own learning. Inquiry instruction is a teaching technique in which teachers do not provide knowledge, but help students discover knowledge by themselves. However, Inquiry instruction currently has problems of lack of connection between inquiry process and school library, lack of collaboration between the media specialist and teacher, and lack of applicable models. Information literacy is the ability to access, evaluate and use information. Information literacy process is closely related to the inquiry process. Thus, this study suggested an elaborative model in inquiry instruction using information literacy process. This research derived the skills, strategies, activities of inquiry instruction model by comparing and analyzing Lippitt's inquiry process with information literacy process(Big6 Skills, Pathways to Knowledge, I-Search, 8Ws, Inquiry Process, Inquiry in the Research Process). Based on the results, this study designed an elaborative model in inquiry instruction using information literacy process.
This note attempts to present knowledge management strategies for the upcoming 4th elected local government. Despite the series of efforts by the central government of Korea, it seems that local governments and their affiliated organizations have been very slow even understanding the necessities of knowledge management as well as adopting any particular knowledge management system. This study analyzes the evolutionary process of knowledge management policies by the central government and presents knowledge management strategies.

The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

Expert system implementation of human expert's diagnosis in art psychotherapy requires extensive knowledge on: (1) characteristics in a drawing; (2) psychological symptoms in a client; (3) relationships between the characteristics and the symptoms; (4) decision process; (5) knowledge elicitation and aquisition methods. Experts from many different fields provide such knowledge, ranging from art therapists who is on the spot, psychiatrists, psychologists, artists to knowledge engineers who know how to implement the decision system to a computer. The problems that make the implementation difficult are the expert's complex decision process and the ambiguity, the inconsistency and even the contradiction in the huge volume of the knowledge. Modeling the expert's decision process, we develope a framework of the system and then analyze and classify the knowledge. With the proposed classification, we present a suitable method of knowledge elicitation and aquisition. Then, we describe the subsets of knowledge in a unified structure using the ontology concept and Protege 2000 as a tool. Finally, we apply the system to a real case to show its usability and suitability.
The LG Electronics case shows the process whereby an organization evolves as a learning organization through the integration of e-learning and knowledge management. In other words, it shows the process whereby e-learning is recognized as an important means of solving a problem concerning actual worksite operations, as it became one of the daily activities in the organization. In terms of organizational learning, this process points to the fact that e-learning is emerging as the fastest and most effective means of transferring the internally shared value of a company. Recently, advanced corporations and organizations have been endeavoring to boost their internal and external customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, paving the way for changes in their organizational cultures, and establishing learning organizations through e-learning. Therefore, from an advanced viewpoint, e-learning within a company is not a simple system of transferring educational contents, but is a knowledge portal concept connected with knowledge management. To achieve this end, the organization is required to undergo changes that is, it should make the acquisition of learning possible through e-learning and a knowledge management system (KMS) in order to improve corporate performance. Since LG Electronics is utilizing e-learning as a strategic means to change the paradigm of corporate education, and, in particular, is attempting to integrate this with knowledge management, insights that will facilitate the understanding of the core success factors in and challenges to the integration of knowledge management and e-learning can be obtained through this case.
The business models has a great impact on the successful management of enterprises. Business environment has been shifting from industrial economy to knowledge-based economy. Enterprises go through numerous trials for successful management in the changing environment. Along with trial tests, research areas have been growing simultaneously. Although many researches have been conducted with regard to business models, it is very insufficient to systematically analyze the knowledge flow of research. Accordingly, successive researchers who want to study the business model may find it difficult to establish the orientation of future application research based on understanding the process of changing the knowledge structure that have accumulated so far. This study is intended to determine the current state of the business model research and to understand the process of knowledge structure changes in keywords that appear in 2,667 business model articles in the SCOPUS database. Identifying the knowledge structure has been completed through social network analysis, a methodology based on the 'relationship', and the changes in the knowledge structure were identified by classifying them into four different periods. The analysis showed that, first, the number of business model co-author increases over time with the need for academic diversity. Second, the 'innovation' keyword has the biggest center in the network, and over time, the lower-rank keyword which was in the former period has emerged as the top-rank keyword. Third, the cohesiveness group decreased from 12 before 2000 to 5 in 2015 and also the modularity decreased as well. Finally, examining characteristics of study area through a cognitive map showed that the relationships between domains increased gradually over time. The study has provided a systematic basis for understanding the current state of the business model research and the process of changing knowledge structure. In addition, considering that no research has ever systematically analyzed the knowledge structure accumulated by individual researches, it is considered as a significant study.
This paper presets the process of knowledge aquisition by partitioning the phase of analysis & design for knowledge-base module construction of Expert System into five steps to derive rule systematically. Also, this paper presents the process and the task that knowledge engineer must do work each step. The knowledge-base module of STAFS expert system was constructed by considering the destruction rate and the commander\`s intention using the proposed rule derivation methodology.

The inference process for medical expert system is mostly formed by diagnostic knowledge on the if-then rule base. Oriental medicine diagnostic knowledge, however, may involve uncertain knowledge caused by ambiguous concept. In this paper, we analyze an oriental medicine diagnostic process by a rule-based inference system, and propose a method for representing and processing uncertain oriental medicine diagnostic knowledge using CLP( R ) which is a kind of constraint satisfaction program.
Identifying knowledge as the single most important asset ultimately defining organizational competitiveness, enterprises are trying to move towards knowledge-oriented practices. Such practices have given rise to learning and agile organization, This paper presents applied information technologies to realize the learning and agile organization, focusing on systems thinking. Firstly, in order to establish a framework for the systems thinking, an information systems development method based on process chain is proposed. Then, an agent-based microworld simulation approach is presented. The approaches provide visible and analytical information to knowledge workers so that they can have systems thinking capabilities eventually. Various microworlds on the top of the information system can be constructed with agents and simulated for possible business events. All decision makings are dynamic in nature. To let knowledge workers look ahead the possible outcomes of the whole relevant processes is the core capability of the approaches. Through watching, the knowledge workers would be able to acquire new insights or problem solving knowledge for the problem in hand.
Comparing to the other subject, hierarchy among mathematical contents is strong from the perspective of knowledge order as grades go up. That is, the knowledge that students already have learned, are learning and will learn are closed related from grade to grade. We expect students to be proactive and creative in studying mathematics, which is the goal of 21th century, analyzing their. knowledge structure based on the hierarchy of knowledge through assessment. Especially, using computer system we provide students with substantial feedback for the assessment as well as objective validity is increased along with speedy and exact process in a bid to help students' mathematical understanding grow. This paper seeks to analyze the assessment data by applying knowledge spaces to computer system and develops efficient methods based on the analyzed results, to diagram each student's knowledge structure.
