This study intend to make easy modification, even if there is a new job or structure change, by modularizing program and computerize and automation of production control management used in CIM. under the condition where manager control production on the job-site, for increasing connection with other operation and management on the computer by monitoring center computer, recognizing information by computer is needed, it is possible by converting transaction. So this study goal is to make delivery control and order control fast and accurate by finding dynamic history of machine and production information in enterprise without input production and quality information by themselves with quality information system. So production increase and quality improvement are possible by diminishing manager's and producer's work with the result of the study combining POP and CIM, after that, in e-business and m-business period that every enterprise must pass, customer satisfaction and sales promotion are possible with employee's computerizing minds. these study result also can knowledge process condition with theoretical class and have a power in finding a solution with foundation of theoretical knowledge.
It is widely known that knowledge management plays a facilitating role that contributes to upgrading organizational performance. Knowledge management systems (KMS), especially, support the knowledge management process including the sharing, creating, and using of knowledge within a company, and maximize the value of knowledge resources within an organization. Despite this widely held belief, there are few studies that describe how companies actually develop, share, and practice their knowledge. Companies in the domestic small franchise sector, which are in the early stages in terms of knowledge management, need to improve their KMS to manage their franchisees effectively. From this perspective, this study uses a qualitative approach to explore the actual process of knowledge management implementation. This article presents a case study of PB (Paris Baguette) company, which is the first to build a KMS in the franchise industry. The study was able to confirm the following facts through the analysis of target companies. First, the chief executive's support is a critical success factor and this support can increase the participation of organization members. Second, it is important to build a process and culture that actively creates and leverages information in knowledge management activities. The organizational learning culture should be one where the creation, learning, and sharing of new knowledge is developed continuously. Third, a horizontal network organization is needed in order to make relationships within the organization more close-knit. Fourth, in order to connect the diverse processes such as knowledge acquisition, storage, and utilization of knowledge management activities, information technology (IT) capabilities are essential. Indeed, IT can be a powerful tool for improving the quality of work and maximizing the spread and use of knowledge. However, during the construction of an intranet based KMS, research is required to ensure that the most efficient system is implemented. Finally, proper evaluation and compensation are important success factors. In order to develop knowledge workers, an appropriate program of promotion and compensation should be established. Also, building members' confidence in the benefits of knowledge management should be an ongoing activity. The company developed its original KMS to achieve a flexible and proactive organization, and a new KMS to improve organizational and personal capabilities. The PB case shows that there are differences between participants perceptions and actual performance in managing knowledge; that knowledge management is not a matter of formality but a paradigm that assures the sharing of knowledge; and that IT boosts communication skills, thus creating a mutual relationship to enhance the flow of knowledge and information between people. Knowledge management for building organizational capabilities can be successful when considering its focus and ways to increase its acceptance. This study suggests guidelines for major factors that corporate executives of domestic franchises should consider to improve knowledge management and the higher operating activities that can be used.
The information security disclosure system (ISDS) has been implemented since 2016 to ensure the protection of stakeholders and the right to know, and to promote voluntary investment in information protection by companies. Regarding the information security disclosure system, there have been studies that urge the implementation of the system, but studies that analyze the contents disclosed after the implementation of the system or suggest improvement directions are few. In this study, the contents of the information security disclosure system that had been announced on the information security industry promotion portal until 2019 were analyzed, the current status was summarized, and the direction of system improvement was suggested. In some cases, companies that disclosed information through the disclosure system increased the number of personnel in charge and obtained certifications related to information security, but did not find any effect on the increase/decrease in investment. The current disclosure system has not been activated because it has difficulty in giving individual companies incentives to disclose. Thus, this study suggests the inclusion of ISDS to information security management system (ISMS), which is currently mandatory for certain companies. In the current disclosure system, it is difficult for the company's stakeholders or customers to check the contents of the disclosure. As a way to do this, a method of including in the contents of the personal information processing policy or the notification of the use of personal information was suggested.
The generalization of Internet use has been spreaded all over the world and impacted company to introduce intranet and extranet for their operation which dealt with electronic commerce. For these reason, endeavor of implementation of web site system is promotioned and enhanced the possibility of adaptation range for the view of company. Dramatic competition which company faced with the use of internet and request from all over the world made company brought company to various and different type of level. It is necessary to develop website system with experty knowledge to satisfy customer needs. To deal with this situation, works from the level of government should proposed to spread whole country business which propelled through kyungnam mechanic industry information promotion center. With strategic proposal concerning district characteristics to adapt electronic commerce successfully, information promotion should performed. Support of government is needed continuously to realize infra of ASP composed of 4,877 mechanic industry company. It might be possible to deal with international rapid change with cooperation of company and government related department.

The purposes of this study were (1) to highlight the importance of farm management (2) to develop a profitable farm management system through the combination of agricultural techniques and business competencies (3) to shift management attitudes and habits of the program participants from being passive and dependent toward being proactive and self-disciplined (4) to help cultivate one's own life through self-consciousness participation in educational activities and lectures of celebrities. This research was conducted involving 30 farms that participated in the business program. The program imparted knowledge on vision, marketing, business skills, and management strategies such as cross strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (swot) analysis, product life cycle (plc), the 4p(product, price, place, promotion) of marketing, etc. The study recommends: (1) to encourage farms to enhance their business competencies; (2) to find out solutions for urgent management problems (3) to construct a system for leading farms (www.lfcenter.com) and on-line communities and (4) to implement a profitable business model for leading farms. It was noted that the farms were eager to participate in such business programs. In the future, this kind of program should be promoted in other areas so that more farms could enhance their business competencies.
The purpose of this study was to research the opinion and acknowledgement about the clinical chronic disease care system subject to Medical Practitioners that copied the internal medicine and family medicine as a treatment subject and was fulfilled in the purpose of providing a basic data for the improvement and stable establishment of the chronic disease care system and the high blood pressure and diabetes mellitus patient's promotion of health. Results from the research the internal medicine was 79% and the subject's average age was 52.3 years, the proportion that the high blood pressure and the diabetes mellitus took was average 28% and the interest about the system was 65.9%. In the chronic disease care system expansion status the opposition was 75.7%, and the detail field knowledge level was 56.9%. In the opinion field about the system, all fields were shown negative. The chronic disease care system is an important government policy enforcing purposed to effectively manage the yearly increasing chronic disease, but the due to the cold attitude of Medical Practitioners that must actively accept it, the stable establishment of the system is being concerned. Therefore even if it's a good policy if it cant gain the support and agreement of the accepter, in the future when trying to implement a system there should be no idleness in the effort to gain cooperation and understanding to relevant involved ones.

The concrete information technology (IT) has affected ways for supporting agricultural products. However, studies relating IT to agriculture in a broader sense have not been prevalent. The objective of this study is to improve agencies' effectiveness and performance in the use and application of IT through understanding the organizational fit and misfit. This research applied a multi-contingency view to Korean IT supporting agricultural promotion agencies and it evaluated the competitiveness of these agencies with reference to the correspondence of factors (Goal, Strategy, Environment, Knowledge Exchange, Task Design, and Information System) affecting their performance with organizational goals. The results reveal that organizations with good performance show better organizational fit with their organizational goal. This study contributes to the ways of efficient IT management in agricultural organizations in Korea.

This study focuses(selected) on garden facilities of designer gardens created at the 1st and 2nd Seoul Garden Shows and examined installed facilities at each designer garden by categorization according to type, material and functions. The study observed problems occurring from maintenance of garden facilities as time passes by and collected basic data to develop maintenance guideline aiming to make contribution to further spreading and promotion of high quality garden culture. This study examined all gardens created at 1st and 2nd Seoul Garden shows in 2015 and 2016. There were 18 gardens built in 2015 and 16 in 2015.The study looked at responsible entities for maintenance of facilities and examined maintenance system for managing these gardens. Garden facilities of the study were categorized into paving, facility for rest, playground, water facility, environmental sculpture and planting media facility according to categorization by landscape design standards and construction guidelines. Target gardens of this study are maintained mostly by citizen gardeners who are passionately carrying out maintenance work while communicating with designers. However, these citizen gardeners lack technical knowledge to manage various facilities. Also, maintenance manuals submitted by garden designers do not offer sufficient details on facility maintenance which calls for professional maintenance and clear instructions on facilities from early phase of design.

The ability to use and utilize information technology devices in the knowledge-based society shows many differences in terms of quality of life. However, in the case of the elderly, the elderly suffer difficulties in acquiring information technology due to their aging characteristics, so they can not easily adapt to rapidly changing societies. Therefore, it is becoming more and more important to educate the elderly who are trying to adapt to the new environment of knowledge-based society. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the previous researches of the researchers related to the elderly informatization education and the report of the actual situation of the digital divide of the government, and identified the problems and suggested ways to activate the effective education for the aged. The following suggestions are made to activate information education. First, there is a need for systematic promotion and professional counseling on the need for information education for the elderly learners. Second, the development of various curriculum that can be used in real life. Third, development of customized learning materials. etc. Fourth, Obtain a professional lecturer for the elderly. It is limited to lecturers who have completed teaching and learning methods that reflect the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, the introduction of qualification certification system that can measure the level of informatization of the elderly learners. Sixth, building e-learning system for elderly people. Seventh, to establish a new organization dedicated solely to information education for the elderly. When these parts are realized, it will help elderly people to improve their quality of life through alleviation of solitude and alienation.
The purpose of digital library is realized knowledge-based society through library. This paper review analysis of policy and system for digital library promotion and plan. So it consider an idea and goal of digital library carefully and propose a direction of the future.
