경혈 조사를 중심으로 본 고출력 Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (YAG) 레이저의 활용 (Utilizing the Application of High-Intensity Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (YAG) Lasers Focused on Acupoint Irradiation)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate on the application of the yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) lasers for acupoints irradiation. Methods : We conducted a systematic search for peer-reviewed studies published from inception to November 2023, in the following electronic databases: PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science in English, Science ON, Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System (OASIS) and Research Information Sharing Service (RISS) in Korean, and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang in Chinese, and Japan Science Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic (J-STAGE) and Citation Information by NII (CiNii) in Japanese. Inclusion criteria were original articles including clinical and experimental studies related with YAG lasers for acupoints including Ashi or meridian sinews. Results : Among the 8 selected studies, there were 7 studies on human subjects and 1 study on animals, 7 studies on Nd:YAG (1,064 nm) laser, and 1 study on Er:YAG (2,940 nm) laser. A total of 16 acupoints were used, 15 of which were in the face and 1 of which was located in the foot. In addition, there were two studies using Ashi. 4 studies looked at the effect of pain relief, 2 studies looked at safety, 1 study looked at changes in blood flow, and 1 study looked at the effect of skin care. There were no reported adverse events, and the YAG laser was confirmed to be safe and effective in pain relief, beautifying the skin, and increasing blood flow. Conclusions : We suggest that high intensity YAG lasers can be applied to laser acupuncture or laser moxibustion. YAG lasers are considered to be worth using for various clinical indications of Korean medicine because of photobiomodulation effects, analgesic action, and deep penetration depth. Further scientific research and clinical evidences should be warranted.

국립장애인도서관 장애인자료 수집전략 연구 (A Study on the Collection Strategies of Library Materials for the National Library for the Disabled)

  • 국립장애인도서관은 「도서관법」 (법률 제16685호) 제24조 제1항에 따라 2020년 6월 4일자로 지위가 문화체육관광부 1차 소속기관으로 격상되었으며 현재 독립청사 건립을 준비하고 있다. 그동안 국립장애인도서관이 장애유형별 대체자료 중심의 자료 개발 및 제작 지원에 주력해 왔음에도 불구하고 독립된 법적 지위를 확보한 이상, 장애인을 위한 대체자료뿐만 아니라 장애인 관련 연구자에게 유용한 국내외 대중·학술자료의 포괄적 수집을 전제로 특화된 국립도서관 및 전문도서관을 표방해야 한다. 따라서 국립장애인도서관이 현 단계 가장 주력해야 할 과제는 전국 장애인서비스를 총괄·선도하기 위한 전제조건으로서 장애인자료를 전략적으로 수집하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 국립장애인도서관의 법정 업무 중에서 요체에 해당하는 장애인을 위한 자료의 포괄적·전략적 수집을 위한 기초연구를 수행하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내외에서 생산·유통되는 지식정보자원을 대상으로 장애인의 지적 욕구 충족 및 장애 관련 교육·연구에 유용할 것으로 예상되는 장애인자료의 개념과 범주를 설정한 후, 국립장애인도서관의 현행 장서개발정책을 기반으로 장애인자료를 포괄적으로 수집하기 위한 실행 전략과 중장기로드맵을 제시하였다.

  • 오늘날 산업사회(産業社會)가 무한(無限)한 통신작용(通信作用)을 필요(必要)로 하지만 앞으로 다가올 탈산업사회(脫産業社會)에는 정보와 지식을 핵(核)으로 하는 정보화(情報化)가 가속(加速)되어 $\ulcorner$통신(通信)$\lrcorner$이 중심(中心)인 서어비스업(業) 시대(時代)가 된다고 한다. 그 통신현상(通信現象)은 그 과학적원리(科學的原理)와 법적이념(法的理念)을 기반으로 그 효과성을 증대(增大)하고 공익성(公益性)을 구현(具現)하는 것이다. 모든 통신현상(通信現象)의 기점(基點)인 통신국(通信局)과 그 주체(主體)인 통신인(通信人)은 정부조직법상(政府組織法上) 통신주관청(通信主管廳)에 의하여 법적규제(法的規制)와 국가적차원(國家的次元)의 통제(統制)와 지원(支援)을 받아 소기목적(所期目的)을 성취(成就)할 수 있는 것이다. 그러나 현재(現在) 우리에게는 이러한 정책(政策)과 행정(行政) 그리고 이를 위한 연구(硏究)가 불충분(不充分) 혹(或)은 부실(不實)하다고 보아 그 이유(理由)와 개선방안(改善方案)을 구명(究明)해 보고자 한 것이다. 모든 통신작용(通信作俑)이 통신과학(通信科學)을 기반으로 해당전문인(該當專門人)에 의하여 복합적과정(複合的過程)을 거쳐 다양(多樣)하게 형성(形成)되는 전문시수분야(專門特殊分野)임에도 불구(不拘)하고 그 과학(科學)에 대(對)한 교육(敎育)과 연구(硏究)가 부실(不實)할 뿐 아니라 이 분야(分野)에 대(對)한 관리행정(管理行政)과 지속적연구(持續的硏究)를 수임(受任)해야 할 전문직(專門職)을 공무원(公務員)으로 수용(收容)해야 하는 직렬상(職列上)에 문제(問題)가 있다고 보고, 그 개선안(改善案)을 제기(提起)해 본 것이다. 우리나라 통신국(通信局)과 통신인(通信人)(때로 직영사업분(直營事業分)도 포함(包含))은 현재(現在) 국가적(國家的) 차원(次元)의 정통적(正統的) 행정지원(行政支援)을 받지 못하는 고독이외(孤獨以外)에 탈통신적(脫通信的) 무지(無知)와 통신외적(通信外的) 자의(恣意)로 인(因)한 이단적외세(異端的外勢)의 압력(壓力)과 목자(牧者)없는 허탈(虛脫)속에서 혼미(混迷)하거나 신음(呻吟)하는 역경으(逆境)로 전락(轉落)해 가고 있다. 군관민(軍官民) 각계각층(各界各層)에 분속(分屬)된 이들 국(局)과 통신인(通信人)의 국가사회적사명(國家社會的使命)과 그 수(數)는 결(決)코 작은 것이 아니라, 통신과학(通信科學)에 기초하여 설치운용(設置運用)되고 관계법(關係法)에 의하여 공인(公認)됐다는 점(點)에서 공중통신분야(公衆通信分野)와 다를 바 없으며 설치목적에 따라서는 직영사업을 상회(上廻)하는 다양성과 세계성을 내포(內包)하는 일방(一方) 그 실질적수준(實質的水準) 또한 통신내적(通信內的)으로 격차(格差)가 있을 수 없다고 볼 때, 이에 대(對)한 국가적차원(國家的次元)의 합리적(合理的)이고 따뜻한 통신행정(通信行政)의 강화(强化)와 지속(持續)은 급차대(急且大)한 것이다. 통신주관청(通信主管廳)은 직영사업(直營事業)에 투입(投入)하는 기업열(企業熱)과 대등(對等)하게 혹(或) 그 이상(以上)으로 국가차원(國家次元)의 행정력(行政力)을 강화(强化)하여 이들을 통제(統制)하고 관리(管理)하는 외(外)에 지원(支援)하고 조장(助長)해야 하는 것이 정부조직법상(政府組織法上) 존립(存立)의 목표(目標)이며 그 수임(受任) 본분(本分)이다. 통신영역(通信領域)의 관리행정(管理行政)에 적합(適合)한 전문직(專門職)을 공무원(公務員)으로 수용(受容)할 수 있는 $\ulcorner$통신관리직렬(通信管理職列)$\lrcorner$과 그 연구(硏究)와 교육(敎育)을 지속심화(持續深化)할 수 있는 $\ulcorner$통신연구직렬(通信硏究職列)$\lrcorner$을 신설(新設)함으로서 기존(旣存)한 $\ulcorner$통신기술직렬(通信技術職列)$\lrcorner$과 함께 통신과학(通信科學)에 입각(立脚)한 합리적(合理的)인 통합적(統合的) $\ulcorner$통신직군(通信職群)$\lrcorner$ 을 형성(形成)해 보자는 것이 이 연구(硏究)의 목표(目標)이다. 통신전문직(通信專門職)이란 현행(現行) 일반행정직(一般行政職)과 구별(區別)되는 것으로서 종합적(綜合的) 통신과학(通信科學)의 원리(原理)에 기초한 다양(多樣)한 지식(知識)과 능력(能力) 등 통신내적조건(通信內的條件)이 선행(先行)된 연후(然後) 공무원(公務員)으로서 갖추어야 할 통신외적조건(通信外的條件)이 뒤따라 겸비(兼備)되는 자(者)를 뜻한다. 통신인력(通信人力)은 원래(元來) 통신과학(通信科學)의 전문특수성(專門特殊性)에 근거한 일정(一定)한 국가자격(國家資格)의 취득(取得)을 취업전조건(就業前條件)으로 강요 받아야 하는 법적규제(法的規制)와 국제적협약(國際的協約)에 따라야 하는 관례(慣例)와 특성(特性)이 있다, 새로 제안(提案)한 통신관리직(通信管理職)은 이 취업전유자격자(就業前有資格者)의 pattern을 원칙(原則)으로 도입(導入)한 것이며 통신연구직(通信硏究職)은 관리(管理)와 기술(技術)에 통용(通用)되는 순수한 연구직(硏究職)을 대상(對象)으로 한 것이다. 통신기업(通信企業)을 초월(超越)한 거시적지도(巨視的指導)와 조장(助長) 그리고 통신적엄호(通信的掩護)가 내포(內包)된 자주적(自主的)이고 주체적(主體的)인 국가적차원(國家的次元)의 통신관리행정(通信管理行政)과 지속적(持續的) 통신연구(通信硏究)가 하루빨리 우리 통신영역(通信領域)에 군림(君臨), 토착(土着), 심화(深化)되기를 기원(祈願)해 맞이 않는다.

국제프랜차이징 연구요소 및 연구방향 (Research Framework for International Franchising)

  • 본 연구는 국내외 프랜차이즈의 해외진출에 대한 연구들을 바탕으로 국제프랜차이징연구의 전체적인 연구체계를 세워보고, 연구체계를 형성하고 있는 연구요인들을 확인하여 각 연구요소별로 이루어지는 연구주제와 내용을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 연구주제들을 제안하고자 한다. 주요한 연구요소들은 국제프랜차이징의 동기 및 환경 요소과 진출의사결정, 국제프랜차이징의 진입양식 및 발전전략, 국제프랜차이징의 운영전략 및 국제프랜차이징의 성과이다. 이외에도 국제프랜차이징 연구에 적용할 수 있는 대리인이론, 자원기반이론, 거래비용이론, 조직학습이론 및 해외진출이론들을 설명하였다. 또한 국제프랜차이징연구에서 보다 중점적으로 개발해야 할 질적, 양적 방법론을 소개하였으며, 마지막으로 국내연구의 동향을 정리하여 추후의 연구방향을 종합적으로 정리하였다.

산림청 수목원 조성 및 진흥에 관한 법률의 특산식물 목록의 재고 (A Reconsideration of the List of National Endemic Plants (appendix 4-1) Under the Creation and Furtherance of Arboretums Act Proposed by Korea Forest Service)

  • 각 국가별로 고유종(혹은 특산종)은 보전생물학자들의 관심 대상이 되며 국가의 법률 시행에 의해 각 국가별로 분포의 제한이 되는 특산식물에 대한 관리를 하게 된다. 국가 기관인 환경부에서는 2005년도에 고유종목록을 출간하였고, 2011년 산림청에서는 수목원 조성 및 진흥에 관한 법률 시행 규칙 중[별표 1의 4] 특산식물 목록을 법으로 공표하였다. 이 법의 목록을 중심으로 법제화된 목록에서 제시된 빈번한 학명의 오류와 잘못된 종의 개념에 의한 목록을 점검할 필요가 있어 본 연구를 시도하였다. 환경부는 527종, 산림청은 360종의 목록을 발표하였는데 양 국가 기관에서 공통으로 언급한 종은 환경부 목록의 품종(107) 수를 제외한 분류군(416)으로 계산하면 286종으로 산림청 목록의 약 80%에 해당된다. 산림청의 특산식물 목록을 근간으로 분석한 결과, 확인되는 단순 오타 오류는 67개(18.7%), 서명과 나명의 비합법적으로 발표한 이름은 모두 14종(3.9%)이며, 중국에 분포해서 특산식물에서 배제되어야 하는 12종(3.4%) 등 전체 목록의 4분의 1(24.9%)이 오류에 해당된다. 반면, 목록 중 분류학적 연구와 검토가 불충분해서 분류군의 실체를 인정하기 어려운 분류군(미해결후보종, unresolved candidates)인 73종(19.6%), 분류학적 이명으로 확인된 196종(55.5%)을 제외하면 특산식물은 59종(16.5%)에 불과하였다. 본 연구 결과에 의하면, 이런 특산식물 목록의 오류는 종에 대한 개념 문제, 해당 종에 대한 정보 부족, 그리고 국가기관의 학명관련 데이터베이스의 오류에 대한 수정이 없는 잘못된 정보의 제공이 원인이다. 실제 고유종 대상이 되는 종들의 보전관리가 시급하게 필요함에도 불구하고, 현재의 과도한 고유종 선정에 의해 상대적인 관심에서 멀어져 미래에 멸종위기에 대한 문제를 자초하는 우를 범할 수 있다.

유형고정자산 가치평가 현황: 우리나라 사례를 중심으로 (Present Status and Prospect of Valuation for Tangible Fixed Asset in South Korea)

  • The records system is believed to have started in Italy in the 14th century in line with trade developments in Europe. In 1491, Luca Pacioli, a mathematician, and an Italian Franciscan monk wrote the first book that described double-entry accounting processes. In many countries, including Korea, the government accounting standards used single-entry bookkeeping rather than double-entry bookkeeping that can be aggregated by account subject. The cash-based and single-entry bookkeeping used by the government in the past had limitations in providing clear information on financial status and establishing a performance-oriented financial management system. Accordingly, the National Accounting Act (promulgated in October 2007) stipulated the introduction of double-entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting systems in the government sector from January 1, 2009. Furthermore, the Korean government has also introduced International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the System of National Accounts (SNA). Since 2014, Korea owned five national accounts. In Korea, valuation began with the 1968 National Wealth Statistics Survey. The academic origins of the valuation of national wealth statistics which had been investigated by due diligence every 10 years since 1968 are based on the 'Engineering Valuation' of professor Marston in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Iowa State University in the 1930s. This field has spread to economics, etc. In economics, it became the basis of capital stock estimation for positive economics such as econometrics. The valuation by the National Wealth Statistics Survey contributed greatly to converting the book value of accounting data into vintage data. And in 2000 National Statistical Office collected actual disposal data for the 1-digit asset class and obtained the ASL(average service life) by Iowa curve. Then, with the data on fixed capital formation centered on the National B/S Team of the Bank of Korea, the national wealth statistics were prepared by the Permanent Inventory Method(PIM). The asset classification was also classified into 59 types, including 2 types of residential buildings, 4 types of non-residential buildings, 14 types of structures, 9 types of transportation equipment, 28 types of machinery, and 2 types of intangible fixed assets. Tables of useful lives of tangible fixed assets published by the Korea Appraisal Board in 1999 and 2013 were made by the Iowa curve method. In Korea, the Iowa curve method has been adopted as a method of ASL estimation. There are three types of the Iowa curve method. The retirement rate method of the three types is the best because it is based on the collection and compilation of the data of all properties in service during a period of recent years, both properties retired and that are still in service. We hope the retirement rate method instead of the individual unit method is used in the estimation of ASL. Recently Korean government's accounting system has been developed. When revenue expenditure and capital expenditure were mixed in the past single-entry bookkeeping we would like to suggest that BOK and National Statistical Office have accumulated knowledge of a rational difference between revenue expenditure and capital expenditure. In particular, it is important when it is estimated capital stock by PIM. Korea also needs an empirical study on economic depreciation like Hulten & Wykoff Catalog A of the US BEA.

Perceptional Change of a New Product, DMB Phone

  • Digital Convergence means integration between industry, technology, and contents, and in marketing, it usually comes with creation of new types of product and service under the base of digital technology as digitalization progress in electro-communication industries including telecommunication, home appliance, and computer industries. One can see digital convergence not only in instruments such as PC, AV appliances, cellular phone, but also in contents, network, service that are required in production, modification, distribution, re-production of information. Convergence in contents started around 1990. Convergence in network and service begins as broadcasting and telecommunication integrates and DMB(digital multimedia broadcasting), born in May, 2005 is the symbolic icon in this trend. There are some positive and negative expectations about DMB. The reason why two opposite expectations exist is that DMB does not come out from customer's need but from technology development. Therefore, customers might have hard time to interpret the real meaning of DMB. Time is quite critical to a high tech product, like DMB because another product with same function from different technology can replace the existing product within short period of time. If DMB does not positioning well to customer's mind quickly, another products like Wibro, IPTV, or HSPDA could replace it before it even spreads out. Therefore, positioning strategy is critical for success of DMB product. To make correct positioning strategy, one needs to understand how consumer interprets DMB and how consumer's interpretation can be changed via communication strategy. In this study, we try to investigate how consumer perceives a new product, like DMB and how AD strategy change consumer's perception. More specifically, the paper segment consumers into sub-groups based on their DMB perceptions and compare their characteristics in order to understand how they perceive DMB. And, expose them different printed ADs that have messages guiding consumer think DMB in specific ways, either cellular phone or personal TV. Research Question 1: Segment consumers according to perceptions about DMB and compare characteristics of segmentations. Research Question 2: Compare perceptions about DMB after AD that induces categorization of DMB in direction for each segment. If one understand and predict a direction in which consumer perceive a new product, firm can select target customers easily. We segment consumers according to their perception and analyze characteristics in order to find some variables that can influence perceptions, like prior experience, usage, or habit. And then, marketing people can use this variables to identify target customers and predict their perceptions. If one knows how customer's perception is changed via AD message, communication strategy could be constructed properly. Specially, information from segmented customers helps to develop efficient AD strategy for segment who has prior perception. Research framework consists of two measurements and one treatment, O1 X O2. First observation is for collecting information about consumer's perception and their characteristics. Based on first observation, the paper segment consumers into two groups, one group perceives DMB similar to Cellular phone and the other group perceives DMB similar to TV. And compare characteristics of two segments in order to find reason why they perceive DMB differently. Next, we expose two kinds of AD to subjects. One AD describes DMB as Cellular phone and the other Ad describes DMB as personal TV. When two ADs are exposed to subjects, consumers don't know their prior perception of DMB, in other words, which subject belongs 'similar-to-Cellular phone' segment or 'similar-to-TV' segment? However, we analyze the AD's effect differently for each segment. In research design, final observation is for investigating AD effect. Perception before AD is compared with perception after AD. Comparisons are made for each segment and for each AD. For the segment who perceives DMB similar to TV, AD that describes DMB as cellular phone could change the prior perception. And AD that describes DMB as personal TV, could enforce the prior perception. For data collection, subjects are selected from undergraduate students because they have basic knowledge about most digital equipments and have open attitude about a new product and media. Total number of subjects is 240. In order to measure perception about DMB, we use indirect measurement, comparison with other similar digital products. To select similar digital products, we pre-survey students and then finally select PDA, Car-TV, Cellular Phone, MP3 player, TV, and PSP. Quasi experiment is done at several classes under instructor's allowance. After brief introduction, prior knowledge, awareness, and usage about DMB as well as other digital instruments is asked and their similarities and perceived characteristics are measured. And then, two kinds of manipulated color-printed AD are distributed and similarities and perceived characteristics for DMB are re-measured. Finally purchase intension, AD attitude, manipulation check, and demographic variables are asked. Subjects are given small gift for participation. Stimuli are color-printed advertising. Their actual size is A4 and made after several pre-test from AD professionals and students. As results, consumers are segmented into two subgroups based on their perceptions of DMB. Similarity measure between DMB and cellular phone and similarity measure between DMB and TV are used to classify consumers. If subject whose first measure is less than the second measure, she is classified into segment A and segment A is characterized as they perceive DMB like TV. Otherwise, they are classified as segment B, who perceives DMB like cellular phone. Discriminant analysis on these groups with their characteristics of usage and attitude shows that Segment A knows much about DMB and uses a lot of digital instrument. Segment B, who thinks DMB as cellular phone doesn't know well about DMB and not familiar with other digital instruments. So, consumers with higher knowledge perceive DMB similar to TV because launching DMB advertising lead consumer think DMB as TV. Consumers with less interest on digital products don't know well about DMB AD and then think DMB as cellular phone. In order to investigate perceptions of DMB as well as other digital instruments, we apply Proxscal analysis, Multidimensional Scaling technique at SPSS statistical package. At first step, subjects are presented 21 pairs of 7 digital instruments and evaluate similarity judgments on 7 point scale. And for each segment, their similarity judgments are averaged and similarity matrix is made. Secondly, Proxscal analysis of segment A and B are done. At third stage, get similarity judgment between DMB and other digital instruments after AD exposure. Lastly, similarity judgments of group A-1, A-2, B-1, and B-2 are named as 'after DMB' and put them into matrix made at the first stage. Then apply Proxscal analysis on these matrixes and check the positional difference of DMB and after DMB. The results show that map of segment A, who perceives DMB similar as TV, shows that DMB position closer to TV than to Cellular phone as expected. Map of segment B, who perceive DMB similar as cellular phone shows that DMB position closer to Cellular phone than to TV as expected. Stress value and R-square is acceptable. And, change results after stimuli, manipulated Advertising show that AD makes DMB perception bent toward Cellular phone when Cellular phone-like AD is exposed, and that DMB positioning move towards Car-TV which is more personalized one when TV-like AD is exposed. It is true for both segment, A and B, consistently. Furthermore, the paper apply correspondence analysis to the same data and find almost the same results. The paper answers two main research questions. The first one is that perception about a new product is made mainly from prior experience. And the second one is that AD is effective in changing and enforcing perception. In addition to above, we extend perception change to purchase intention. Purchase intention is high when AD enforces original perception. AD that shows DMB like TV makes worst intention. This paper has limitations and issues to be pursed in near future. Methodologically, current methodology can't provide statistical test on the perceptual change, since classical MDS models, like Proxscal and correspondence analysis are not probability models. So, a new probability MDS model for testing hypothesis about configuration needs to be developed. Next, advertising message needs to be developed more rigorously from theoretical and managerial perspective. Also experimental procedure could be improved for more realistic data collection. For example, web-based experiment and real product stimuli and multimedia presentation could be employed. Or, one can display products together in simulated shop. In addition, demand and social desirability threats of internal validity could influence on the results. In order to handle the threats, results of the model-intended advertising and other "pseudo" advertising could be compared. Furthermore, one can try various level of innovativeness in order to check whether it make any different results (cf. Moon 2006). 온라인 네트워킹 활동이 가상협업 역량 및 업무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Online Social Networking on Individual Virtual Competence and Task Performance in Organizations)

  • With the advent of communication technologies including electronic collaborative tools and conferencing systems provided over the Internet, virtual collaboration is becoming increasingly common in organizations. Virtual collaboration refers to an environment in which the people working together are interdependent in their tasks, share responsibility for outcomes, are geographically dispersed, and rely on mediated rather than face-to face, communication to produce an outcome. Research suggests that new sets of individual skill, knowledge, and ability (SKAs) are required to perform effectively in today's virtualized workplace, which is labeled as individual virtual competence. It is also argued that use of online social networking sites may influence not only individuals' daily lives but also their capability to manage their work-related relationships in organizations, which in turn leads to better performance. The existing research regarding (1) the relationship between virtual competence and task performance and (2) the relationship between online networking and task performance has been conducted based on different theoretical perspectives so that little is known about how online social networking and virtual competence interplay to predict individuals' task performance. To fill this gap, this study raises the following research questions: (1) What is the individual virtual competence required for better adjustment to the virtual collaboration environment? (2) How does online networking via diverse social network service sites influence individuals' task performance in organizations? (3) How do the joint effects of individual virtual competence and online networking influence task performance? To address these research questions, we first draw on the prior literature and derive four dimensions of individual virtual competence that are related with an individual's self-concept, knowledge and ability. Computer self-efficacy is defined as the extent to which an individual beliefs in his or her ability to use computer technology broadly. Remotework self-efficacy is defined as the extent to which an individual beliefs in his or her ability to work and perform joint tasks with others in virtual settings. Virtual media skill is defined as the degree of confidence of individuals to function in their work role without face-to-face interactions. Virtual social skill is an individual's skill level in using technologies to communicate in virtual settings to their full potential. It should be noted that the concept of virtual social skill is different from the self-efficacy and captures an individual's cognition-based ability to build social relationships with others in virtual settings. Next, we discuss how online networking influences both individual virtual competence and task performance based on the social network theory and the social learning theory. We argue that online networking may enhance individuals' capability in expanding their social networks with low costs. We also argue that online networking may enable individuals to learn the necessary skills regarding how they use technological functions, communicate with others, and share information and make social relations using the technical functions provided by electronic media, consequently increasing individual virtual competence. To examine the relationships among online networking, virtual competence, and task performance, we developed research models (the mediation, interaction, and additive models, respectively) by integrating the social network theory and the social learning theory. Using data from 112 employees of a virtualized company, we tested the proposed research models. The results of analysis partly support the mediation model in that online social networking positively influences individuals' computer self-efficacy, virtual social skill, and virtual media skill, which are key predictors of individuals' task performance. Furthermore, the results of the analysis partly support the interaction model in that the level of remotework self-efficacy moderates the relationship between online social networking and task performance. The results paint a picture of people adjusting to virtual collaboration that constrains and enables their task performance. This study contributes to research and practice. First, we suggest a shift of research focus to the individual level when examining virtual phenomena and theorize that online social networking can enhance individual virtual competence in some aspects. Second, we replicate and advance the prior competence literature by linking each component of virtual competence and objective task performance. The results of this study provide useful insights into how human resource responsibilities assess employees' weakness and strength when they organize virtualized groups or projects. Furthermore, it provides managers with insights into the kinds of development or training programs that they can engage in with their employees to advance their ability to undertake virtual work.

  • 조정위원으로 활동하고 있는 동안 조정현장에서 경험했던 내용을 중심으로 지역노사관계의 원만한 관계 정립을 위해 조정제도의 시사점을 모색하고, 조정사례를 분석하여 노사관계에서 핵심적인 이슈가 무엇인지를 찾아 사전에 쟁의사건을 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 탐색하는 데 의의가 있다. 특히 쟁의의 쟁점을 사안별로 분석하여 이를 최소화함으로써 쟁의 발생을 사전에 차단하고 이를 통해 원만한 노사관계를 정립하고자 하는 목적도 함께 가지고 있다. 특히 노동쟁의 조정에 관한 구체적인 내용을 이해하기 위해서는 지방노동위원회의 구성과 역할에 대해 먼저 이해를 해야 할 필요성이 있어 이와 관련된 내용도 구체적으로 알아보고 사례분석을 통해 조정에 관한 일반적 이해를 구하고자 한다. 또한 지금까지 노동위원회에 조정 의뢰한 핵심이슈들을 중심으로 노동위원회의 위상제고와 핵심이슈 분석을 통한 합리적 노사관계 정립을 위한 대안적 연구를 진행한 연구들은 거의 없다. 따라서 핵심쟁점별로 분석된 내용을 토대로 단체교섭이나 임금 교섭시 노사가 취해야 할 접근방식에 대한 사전교육이나 숙지를 통한 협상력을 높일 수 있는 기법을 제고시키는 이론적 근거를 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 정보통신기술 발달에 기반하고 있는 4차 산업혁명은 인간의 지식노동을 대체함으로써 대량실업문제 및 일자리 양극화를 통한 소득격차문제를 확산시킬 것으로 예상되고 있다. 더욱이 그 변화의 속도와 범위가 빠르고 광범위할 것으로 예상되어 급격한 사회변화에 따른 선제적 대응조치 마련을 요구하고 있으나, 기존연구에서는 전통적 형태의 일자리가 미래에도 지속될 것이라는 가정 하에 제한적인 해결방안만을 내어놓고 있다. 한편, 정보통신기술은 기존직무의 유연화 과정 등을 통해 기업의 생산방식을 변화시키고 있는데. 이러한 기존직무의 유연화 과정은 궁극적으로 소비자가 생산자가 되는 프로슈머 이코노미로의 전환을 가능하게 할 것으로 보인다. 만일, 소비자가 생산자가 되는 프로슈머 이코노미가 도래하게 될 경우 기존의 일자리문제는 더 이상 일자리문제가 아닌 일거리 문제로 대체될 수 있는데, 이것이야말로 새로운 기술을 활용한 일자리문제의 근본적 해결방안이 될 수 있다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 4차 산업혁명시대 일자리 문제 해결을 위해 프로슈머 이코노미로의 안정적 전환을 제안하고 있으며, 보다 생산적인 프로슈머 이코노미로 전환하기 위한 인적자원개발의 관점에서 첫째, 노동시간단축을 통한 교육시간의 확보, 둘째, 온라인 대중교육 무료지원을 통한 평생교육 활성화, 셋째, 전자정부 사용 의무화를 통한 정보격차해소 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
