In this paper, we designed and implemented KOIN(Korean medicine 人, http://www.koin.re.kr), a Korean medicine knowledge portal. While there were several portals in the Korean medicine field, they provided technical contents and communities for doctors and researchers of Korean medicine. The usual portals such as naver provide the contents which the general public can understand, but their consistency and reliability are deficient. In this paper, first of all, requirements for the Korean medicine portal have been surveyed to supply contents and services for the general public. The requirements were reflected to the functions of our portal and the construction of Korean medicine knowledge for the general public. In future, we will continue to add the useful health knowledge in Korean medicine as well as actively operate Korean medicine communities so that users can obtain Korean medicine knowledge easily.

The purpose of this study is to identify the guideline's contents for dietitians' knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) for the sustainability management at school foodservice. The contents for the guideline were determined by the Delphi technique of two rounds. The Delphi panels of experts were consisted of sixteen school dietitians and fourteen professors of food and nutrition with more than 10 years of experiences by convenience sampling method. Based on the literature, knowledge, attitudes, and practices required for dieticians were classified into menu management, procurement, food production, facility and energy management, waste management, personnel management, and nutrition education. Data were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 24 and EXCEL to calculate descriptive statistics, content validity ratio, degree of agreement, and degree of convergence. As a result of the second round, the validity scores of 'knows eco-friendly certification standards and labeling systems (4.53 point)' in the knowledge category, and 'tries to purchase local agricultural products (4.87 point)' in the attitude category were the highest. From that round in the practice category, the validity scores of 'plan menus for students' health', 'purchases eco-friendly food', and 'conserves energy in pre-processing and cooking process' were the highest with 4.73 point. Applying the criteria for securing the validity of the contents, the contents of 25 knowledge items, 20 attitude items and 30 practice items were confirmed. The findings of the study can be used to develop the guideline for dietitians required for the sustainability management.

The reference guide for the cost of establishing the digital documents has been used as a basis for establishing the budget for the construction of the knowledge information resource. However, due to the abolition of the nominal unit price notification in terms of IT projects, it is necessary to conduct research to convert the standard of the current labor force grade standard to the national incompetency standard (NCS). In this study, we investigate and revise the system and contents of the current knowledge information cost estimation model. In specific, i) we conducted gap analysis of cost estimation model and existing NCS model. As the contents conforming for the construction of the knowledge information resource were not adoptable, we define the description of the construction of the knowledge information resource and to identify the core elements of NCS prior to the improvement of the cost model. ⅱ) then we proposed improve the cost model considering integration with newly proposed NCS model for knowledge information construction job. In order to ensure the validity of the application of NCS development and cost estimation model, the experts reviewed relevant contents and made plans for improvement by using experts from supply and demand groups of various fields of national knowledge informatization projects.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the multiplication units in the elementary school mathematics. In the 2015 revised curriculum, students learn multiplication in $2^{nd}$ grade. The multiplication units is divided into two: multiplication and multiplication facts. In these two units, we mainly analyze situations involving multiplication, models for teaching multiplication, and multiplication strategies for teaching multiplication facts in relation to Subject Matter Knowledge. We called these contents Multiplication Matter Knowledge. We examined the precedent study with regard to multiplication at the elementary mathematics. As results, we prepared an analysis framework for this study. This study was conducted according to qualitative research methods, expecially 'qualitative contents analysis'. The contents here refer to Multiplication Matter Knowledge that can be found in the elementary mathematics textbooks and working books etc. As results of analysis, We can confirm that various multiplication situations and multiplication models are presented in the textbooks. And it has been examined that various multiplication properties are presented in the textbook according to the multiplication strategy levels. We insist elementary school teachers should be aware of these Multiplication Matter Knowledge. This study aims to provide elementary school teachers with basic data in these contexts.

Information producing and sharing methods are modified into digital forms. All kinds of documents are also converted into electronic forms so they become very useful and besides, they are increasing in quantity. Thus effective contents management system is requisite. Until now CMS(Contents Management System) has problems including composite contents management, processing delay and deterioration of contents because of deficiency of consistent contents storing methods and policies. In this paper an ECM(Efficient Contents Management) system is proposed for efficient processing of multimedia data and ubiquitous KM(Knowledge Management).

The purpose of this study is to show practices of teaching method based on the type of knowledge in geography education. The results of examining the type of knowledge according to the five themes in guidelines for geographic education in america are as follows: the empirical-analytic knowledge-centered contents are suited for designing concepts inquiry-centered teaching. The historical-hermeneutic knowledge-centered contents are suited for designing problem solving-centered teaching. The critical knowledge-centered contents are suited for designing decision-making-centered teaching. In this shsdy, 1 emphasized teaching method based on the type of knowledge in Ceographv Education according to the responses of students and academic achievement. However, in practice l propose that teachers construct their lesson plans according to their various spheres of interest.

The world is interested and actively investing in culture and its cultural contents industry has grown very much. Cultural contents industry is the concentration of human creation and knowledge and the Internet and digital technology have greatly impacted such creation and knowledge. This paper presented a method of digitalization of regional cultural resources, voluntary digitalization strategies, and a method of building an innovative cluster of cultural contents industry. The proposed plan would become the future growth engine of cultural tourism industry.

Digital contents such as image need both secure proving and publicly verification scheme on embedded digital watermark for contents distribution and copyright protection. Specially, we must provide publicly verification mechanism on digital watermark without revealing any of the secret information hidden on digital contents. In this paper, we review on the existing zero knowledge proofs and digital watermarking system, and propose advanced interactive zero knowledge proofs mechanism for enhancing the performance and security of watermark verification process. And it Provides a new watermark verification scheme without revealing any secret on the contents owner's copyright in formation.

Humanities knowledge makes the learners overcome the boundaries of study and can be applied variously by means of contents for study. This paper suggests application contents plans designed as the learning tools for blended learning, which can be sure of the possibility to the extension of other fields. Literary education with application contents has effects followings: First, smart device based on the web under the ubiquitous circumstances has the information system like the neuron's. So the application selects the necessary information and makes the contents for infusion into the education. Also it provides with more abundant and extended information system. With this approach, learners are able to get further literary knowledge and promote the ability for tapping them for new knowledge as well. Lastly, literature applied to the class with web contents is based on the foundation that creates new knowledge necessary for culture, arts, and so on. As a result, the education using web contents achieves the boundless of study, which is the final goal of the blended learning.

The importance of pre-service teachers' curriculum that can run K12 school SW education is raised. However, there is insufficient study on the standard of SW curriculum for pre-service teachers in domestic. In this study, we analyzed domestic and foreign cases based on four kinds of contents knowledge. Domestic cases were found to be concentrated on curriculum contents of education and teaching methods. Through the analysis of cases in domestic and abroad, we presented the content of SW education based on knowledge of teaching contents for preliminary teachers. The main contents are all four areas, and the curriculum contents and the teaching method are emphasized the most, and the SW subject education experts are asked for the feasibility study. The results of the questionnaire survey showed that although the validity and consensus exceeded the standard, the CVR value for the student management field was lower than the standard value.
