서비스 품질의 체계적 문헌 조사 연구: 계량서지학과 네트워크 분석을 중심으로 (A Systematic Literature Review on Service Quality: Bibliomertics and Network Analysis)

  • Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

빅데이터 기반 어휘연결망분석을 활용한 '창업'과 '기업가정신'의 의미변화연구 (The Study on the Meaning Change of 'Startup' and 'Entrepreneurship' using the Bigdata-based Corpus Network Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract keywords for 'startup' and 'entrepreneurship' from Naver news articles in Korea since 1990 and Google news articles in foreign countries, and to understand the changes in the meaning of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in each era It is aimed at doing. In summary, first, in terms of the frequency of keywords, venture sprouting is a sample of the entrepreneurial spirit of the government-led and entrepreneurs' chairman, and various technology investments and investments in corporate establishment have been made. It can be seen that training for the development of items and items was carried out, and in the case of the venture re-emergence period, it can be seen that the youth-oriented entrepreneurship and innovation through the development of various educational programs were emphasized. Second, in the result of vocabulary network analysis, the network connection and centrality of keywords in the leap period tended to be stronger than in the germination period, but the re-leap period tended to return to the level of germination. Third, in topic analysis, it can be seen that Naver keyword topics are mostly business-related content related to support, policy, and education, whereas topics through Google News consist of major keywords that are more specifically applicable to practical work.

Analysis of Infertility Keywords in the Largest Domestic Mom Cafe Bulletin Board in Korea Using Text Mining

  • The purpose of this study is to examine consumers' perceptions of domestic infertility support policies based on infertility-related keywords and the trends of their changes. To this end, Momsholic, a mom cafe which has the most active infertility-related bulletin boards on Naver, was selected as the analysis target, and 'infertility' was selected as a keyword for data search. The data was collected for three months. In addition, network analysis and visualization were performed using R for data collection and analysis, and cross-validation was attempted using the NetDraw function of 'textom 1.0' and the UCINET6 program. As a result of the analysis, the main keywords were cost, artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, freezing, harvest, ovulation, and how much. Next, looking at the central value of the degree of connection, it was found that the degree of connection between the words cost, cost, how much, problem, public health center, and artificial insemination was high. According to the results of this study, women who visit mom cafes due to infertility in Korea are more interested in the cost. It is believed to be closely related to infertility treatment as well as in vitro fertilization and egg freezing. Therefore, by examining keywords related toinfertility, it has academic significance in that it is possible to identify major factors that end users are interested in. Furthermore, it is possible to redefine the guidelines for domestic infertility support policies by presenting infertility support policies that reflect the factors of interest of end consumers.

네트워크분석 방법을 활용한 국내 영재상담 관련 연구동향 분석 (Investigating Trends of Gifted Counseling in Domestic through Sementic Network Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 2001년부터 2018년 6월까지 영재상담과 관련된 국내학술지에 게재된 연구논문의 키워드를 추출한 후 언어네트워크분석 방법을 활용하여 연구동향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 연구대상으로 국내 KCI등재지에 게재된 83편의 논문을 선정하였으며, 이들 논문들을 대상으로 키워드 빈도 및 키워드 네트워크, 연결 중심성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 네트워크 분석결과 영재상담과 관련된 연구는 완벽주의, 진로, 상담, 과학영재의 4가지 키워드가 연구 주제로 주요하게 다루어졌음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 2001년부터 2018년 6월까지 연도별 추이를 분석한 결과 전체적으로 상위 키워드는 미성취영재, 완벽주의, 과학영재, 영재부모 등으로 나타났다. 상승 키워드는 완벽주의, 이중특수아, 영재부모 등으로 나타났고, 영재학생과 일반학생의 키워드는 하락하는 경향을 보였다. 영재상담 연구가 보다 다양한 관점에서 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 해석된다.

텍스트마이닝을 활용한 건설분야 트랜드 분석 (Analysis of trend in construction using textmining method)

  • In this paper, we present new methods for identifying keywords for foresight topics that utilize the internet and textmining techniques to draw objective and quantified information that support experts' qualitative opinions and evaluations in foresight. Furthermore, by applying this fabricated procedure, we have derived keywords to analyze priorities in architectural engineering. Not much difference between qualitative methods of experts and quantitative methods such as text mining has been observed from comparison between technologies derived via qualitative method from "The Science Technology Vision" (control group). Therefore, as a quantitative tool useful for drawing keywords for foresight, textmining can supplement quantitative analysis by experts. In addition, depending on the level and type of raw data, text mining can bring better results in deriving foresight keywords. For this reason, research activities accommodating Internet search results and the development of textmining methods for analyzing current trends are in demand.

A study on Metaverse keyword Consumer perception survey after Covid-19 using big Data

  • In this study, keywords from representative online portal sites such as Naver, Google, and Youtube were collected based on text mining analysis technique using Textom to check the changes in metqaverse after COVID-19. before Corona, it was confirmed that social media platforms such as Kakao Talk, Facebook, and Twitter were mentioned, and among the four metaverse, consumer awareness was still concentrated in the field of life logging. However, after Corona, keywords from Roblox, Fortnite, and Geppetto appeared, and keywords such as Universe, Space, Meta, and the world appeared, so Metaverse was recognized as a virtual world. As a result, it was confirmed that consumer perception changed from the life logging of Metaverse to the mirror world. Third, keywords such as cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency, coin, and exchange appeared before Corona, and the word frequency ranking for blockchain, which is an underlying technology, was high, but after Corona, the word frequency ranking fell significantly as mentioned above.

Trend Analysis of Research Topics in Ecological Research

  • This study analyzed research trends in the field of ecological research. Data were collected based on a keyword search of the SCI, SSCI, and A&HCI databases from January 2002 to September 2022. The seven keywords, including biodiversity, ecology, ecotourism, species, climate change, ecosystem, restoration, wildlife, were recommended by ecological research experts. Word clouds were created for each of the searched keywords, and topic map analysis was performed. Topic map analysis using biodiversity, climate change, ecology, ecosystem, and restoration each generated 10 topics; topic maps analysis using the ecotourism keyword generated 5 topics; and topic map analysis using the wildlife keyword generated 4 topics. Each topic contained six keywords.

Study of Mental Disorder Schizophrenia, based on Big Data

  • This study provides academic implications by considering trends of domestic research regarding therapy for Mental disorder schizophrenia and psychosocial. For the analysis of this study, text mining with the use of R program and social network analysis method have been used and 65 papers have been collected The result of this study is as follows. First, collected data were visualized through analysis of keywords by using word cloud method. Second, keywords such as intervention, schizophrenia, research, patients, program, effect, society, mind, ability, function were recorded with highest frequency resulted from keyword frequency analysis. Third, LDA (latent Dirichlet allocation) topic modeling result showed that classified into 3 keywords: patient, subjects, intervention of psychosocial, efficacy of interventions. Fourth, the social network analysis results derived connectivity, closeness centrality, betweennes centrality. In conclusion, this study presents significant results as it provided basic rehabilitation data for schizophrenia and psychosocial therapy through new research methods by analyzing with big data method by proposing the results through visualization from seeking research trends of schizophrenia and psychosocial therapy through text mining and social network analysis.

Analysis of Keywords and Language Networks of Pedagogical Problems in the Secondary-School Teacher's Employment Exam : Focusing on the 2019~2022 School Year Exam

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2019~2022학년도 중등교사 임용시험 교육학문제의 연도별 핵심어와 그 경향, 핵심어들의 언어네트워크를 분석하여 그 결과를 제시하는 것이다. 주요 연구방법론은 텍스트 마이닝 기법과 언어네트워크 분석방법이었으며, 분석프로그램으로는 KrKwic, Wordcloud Maker, Ucinet6, NetDraw 등이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연도별 교육학문제의 상위출현빈도 핵심어는 교사, 학생, 교육과정, 수업, 평가 등의 기존 상위출현빈도 핵심어들이었으며, 최근 코로나 19 상황의 온라인수업 진행을 반영한 핵심어(온라인, 위키, 토의식, 정보 등)들도 추가로 등장하는 경향을 보였다. 4개년도 통합 텍스트에서의 상위출현빈도 핵심어는 학생(44), 교사(39), 수업(27), 학교(18), 교육과정(16), 온라인(10), 토의식(8) 등이었다. 둘째, 4개년도 상위출현빈도 핵심어들의 전체 언어네트워크는 상당한 수준의 밀도(0.566), 총연결수(492), 평균연결정도(16.4)로 분석되었다. 연결정도 중심성은 교사(199.0), 수업(197.0), 학생(185.0), 학교(150.0) 순으로 나타났으며, 매개 중심성은 교사(30.859), 수업(18.956), 학생(16.054), 학교(15.745) 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 중등교사 임용시험 수험생인 예비교사, 해당 시험 출제 관리하는 기관과 관련자, 중등학교 예비교사 양성기관의 교수자와 행정가들에게 고려해볼 만한 자료가 되길 기대한다.
