Recently, cyber evaluation systems on the Web-based remote education do not consider the personalized characteristic and propensity of individual students. Especially, in setting of the questions far examination, the traditional simple and general methods for all students group have been used for evaluation. This paper proposes on efficient cyber evaluation system using user profile. First, questions are filtered by using user profile for the personalized characteristic and propensity of individual students, This personalized characteristic and propensity have been disregarded in traditional evaluation systems. And then, filtered questions are set for examination, Therefore, efficiency of the evaluation system is enhanced and students make good results from their study. When user profile is adapted, the setting method of question for examination have combined category-based method with keyword-based method. This make students get the interest and pleasure for questions.

Typical semantic search query for Semantic search promises to provide more accurate result than present-day keyword matching-based search by using the knowledge base represented logically. Existing keyword-based retrieval system is Preference for the semantic interpretation of a user's query is not the meaning of the user keywords of interconnect, you can not search. In this paper, we propose a method that can provide accurate results to meet the user's search intent to user preference based evaluation by ranking search. The proposed scheme is Integrated ontology-based knowledge base built on the formal structure of the semantic interpretation process based on ontology knowledge base system.

The similar bibliographic retrieval system follows whether it selects a thing of the extracted index term and or not the difference in which the similar document retrieval system There be many in the search result is generated. In this research, the method minimally making the error of the selection of the extracted candidate index term is provided In this research, the word information in which it is adjacent by using candidate index terms extracted from the similar literature and the keyword topic information were used. And by using the related author information and the reranking method of the search result, the similar bibliographic system in which an accuracy is high was developed. In this paper, we conducted experiments for similar bibliographic retrieval system on a collection of Korean journal articles of science and technology arena. The performance of similar bibliographic retrieval system was proved through an experiment and user evaluation.

This study has extracted the basic component of the Library Course Pages through case studies of the Library Course Pages Service, and examined the staus quo of the Open Course Ware(OCW) for the sharing of the course materials. The study has also designed and established a ontology-based retrieval system model that is capable of semantic-based retrieval of the course materials in colleges. A comparison between and analysis of the past keyword search results was conducted to evaluate the model. Through evaluation, the study concluded that the ontology-based system was more effective than the keyword search method in both retrieval result and material sharing between the institutions.

Due to the spread of SNS, web-based consumer-generated data is increasing exponentially. It is important in many fields to accurately extract what is appropriate for the user's interest in a large amount of data. It is especially important for business mangers to establish marketing policies to find the right customers for them in many users. In this paper, we try to obtain important information centering on customers who are interested in each account through Twitter follow - following relationship. Because Twitter's current follower relationships do not reflect the user's interests, we try to figure out the details of interest using keyword extraction methods for tweets of followers. To do this, we select two domestic commercial Twitter accounts and apply the sequential pattern evaluation index to the mining key phrase of the text data collected from the follower.

In order to understand the trends of collaborative research in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) in Korea, this study analyzed bibliometric data and keywords of 5,383 Journal papers by 195 Korean LIS professors from 2000 to 2017 as well as the author credit allocation formulas of 26 Korean university research evaluation criteria. Examination of university research evaluation criteria revealed co-authors' credit level to be generally much lower than that of single authors, which in turn reduces the relative value of collaborative research. As a result, recent journals publish more co-authored papers than single author papers both domestically and internationally. The study also found collaborative research to be less prevalent in private universities than national universities and least prevalent in associate professors among professors. Furthermore, keyword analysis of study data revealed the emerging topics of both domestic and international collaborative research to be those that reflect social phenomena as well as those that relate to information science employing new technologies.

In this Paper, we Propose an efficient web-based video learning evaluation system that is tailored to individual student's characteristics through the use of user profile-based information filtering. As a means of giving video-based questions, keyframes are extracted based on the location, size, and color information, and question-making intervals are extracted by means of differences in gray-level histograms as well as time windows. In addition, through a combination of the category-based system and the keyword-based system, questions for examination are given in order to ensure efficient evaluation. Therefore, students can enhance school achievement by making up for weak areas while continuing to identify their areas of interest.

This paper proposes an efficient remote video evaluation system that is matched well with personalized characteristics of students using information filtering based on user profile. For making a question in forms of video, a key frame extraction method based on coordinate, size and color information is proposed. And Question-mating intervals are extracted using gray-level histogram difference and time window. Also, question-making method that combined category-based system with keyword-based system is used for efficient evaluation. Therefore, students can enhance their study achievement through both supplementing their inferior area and preserving their interest area.

The aim of this study was to find typology of fashion-related mobile applications through exploratory investigation and to investigate differences in Korea and U.S. App stores. And then, through the qualitative evaluation about fashion mobile applications, this study proposes fashion mobile application's design and contents which can be preferred by users. By conducting keyword search in each store, 122 Korean applications and 150 US applications were analyzed. Empirical findings revealed that there were seven major types of fashion mobile applications: brand, magazine, information, SNS, game, shopping and coordination. Information type applications took up the largest portion, and SNS and game type applications showed higher ranking among customers. There were more game Apps in US and more shopping Apps in Korean stores. More free Apps were found in Korean App stores, whereas relatively more paid Apps were found in US App stores especially in game, magazine and information type applications. And as a result of usability evaluation of fashion mobile application, users prefer SNS and information category application to shopping and brand category. Also users want continuous improvement and new contents for fashion mobile application.

This study reviews studies that used skin temperature in order to establish an emotion evaluation protocol based on skin temperature for home appliances. A survey of skin temperature evaluation papers was conducted by the following five stages: (1) keyword search, (2) title screening, (3) abstract screening, (4) full paper screening, and (5) relevance evaluation. Selected papers were reviewed for: purpose, recruitment criteria of participants, the number of participants, apparatus, procedure, measures, analysis methods, and major findings. Thermistor sensors and thermography are used for the measurement of skin temperature. Skin temperature sensors are attached to 4 - 10 locations on the body and their mean of skin temperature is calculated by Ramanatan's 4-point or Hardy & Dubois's 7-point method. Semantic differential (SD) method and thermography measuring facial surface temperature have been used for emotion evaluation. The SD method provides a set of adjective pairs related to a product and evaluates changes in emotion from the use of the product. The range of facial surface analyzed is defined in the thermal image and temperature changes before and after the evaluation are analyzed. The evaluation items of home appliances include form, color, material, aesthetics, satisfaction, novelty, convenience, pleasantness, and excellence. Many existing emotion studies using skin temperature do not apply physiological and psychological methods. This study provides basic data to establish a skin temperature and emotion evaluation protocol by examining literature for skin temperature and evaluation of sensitivity.
