농촌마을 단위 그린투어리즘 포텐셜 조사 분석 연구 (A Study on Survey and Analysis of Green-tourism Potential in Rural Tourist Villages)

  • This study tried to develop a tentative evaluation system on greentourism potentials(GTP) of rural villages. The GTP evaluation system consisted of 45 detail criteria within three kinds of large scale criteria, which are human resources of residents capability, amenity resources of tourists attraction, and income resources through exchange activity between rural and urban areas. The evaluation criteria were adapted from several decades existing studies considering the hardware(facility and amenity resources) and software(human resources and programs on tourism)resources in rural villages. Two kinds of test study areas, which are subdivisions of county in a typical rural area(Boori) and an suburbanized area surrounding a big city(Chooboo), located on Keumsan county in Chungnam province, were selected to test the GTP evaluation system. The results showed that the average GTP values of each village in Boori are higher than those of Chooboo, due to higher values in criteria on amenity resources and income resources, which the typical rural area may have higher value in such criteria.

A study of the inorganic element contents for the ginsengs of Keumsan, Chungnam

  • This study is for geochemical relationships between ginsengs and soils from three representative soil types from Keumsan, shale, phyllite and granite. For these study, ginsengs, with the field and weathered soils were collected from the three regions, and are analysed for the major and trace elements. In the weathered soils(avg.), the granite and phyllite areas are high in the most of elements while the shale area is low. In the correlation coefficients, negative correlations are shown in the $Al_2O_3$-MgO pair while positive correlations, are shown in the Ba-Sr, Zr, Sr-Zr and Cs-Ge pairs. In the field soils(avg.), the granite and phyllite areas are, generally, high in the most of elements while the shale area is low. In the shale area, the major elements are high in the 4 year soils, but low in the 2 year soils. The LFS(Ba, Sr, Cs) and transitional elements are high in the 2 year soils, but low in the 4 year soils. The HFS(Y, Zr) is high in the 4 year soils. In the correlation coefficients, most of the elements from the 4 year show positive relationships. Positive correlations are shown in the $Al_2O_3$-CaO, MnO-MgO, V-Tl, and Ba-Sr pairs in all localities. In the ginseng contents, clear chemical differences with the ages are shown in the shale and granite ares, but not clear in the phyllite area. In the shale area Mn, Mg, Ba, Sr, and Y contents, increase with ages but decrease in Al, Cs, Be and Cd. In the correlation coefficients, degrees of the correlations for the major elements become low with the ages. Positive correlations are shown in the Al-Mn, Ti, Mn-Ti, Mg-Ca, Ca-K, Ba-Cs, Y and Cs-Y pairs. Comparisons with ginsengs of the same ages from the different areas suggest that generally, the 2 years in the shale and 3 and 4 years in the granite area are distinctive. Relative ratios(granite/ shale area) of the ginsengs are below 1 in the major elements except Mn in the 2 year ginsengs and above 1 in the other elements except Mg and Na in the 4 year. Relative ratios(granite/ phyllite area) of the ginsengs are high in the 3 year from the phyllite area. In the relative ratios(weathered/field soils) of the soils, numbers of the elements showing the ratios of above 1 increase from the shale, to phyllite and granite in the case of the major elements, but decrease in the case of the trace elements. These results suggest that major elements are high in the granite while trace elements are high in the shale area. In the relative ratios between field soils and ginsengs(field soils/ginseng), the shale area, regardless of the ages, show differences of several hundred times in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Y and Tl, of several ten times in the MnO, MgO and Ba and of several times in the CaO contents. These results suggest that ginseng contents are significantly different from the field soils in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Y and Tl, but similar in the CaO contents. The phyllite area, regardless of the ages, show differences of several hundred times in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Y, Tl and Be, of several ten times in the MnO, MgO, $Na_2O$ and Ba, and of several times to ten times in the CaO, $K_2O$ and Sr contents. These results suggest that ginseng contents are significantly different from those of the field soils in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Y, Tl and Be, but similar in the CaO, $K_2O$ and Sr contents. The granite area, regardless of the ages, show differences of several hundred times in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Tl and Be, of several ten times in the Ba, and of several times to ten times in the MgO and CaO contents. Of the other elements, differences of several times to ten times are shown in the MnO, $K_2O$ and Sr contents. These results suggest that ginseng contents are significantly different from those of the field soils in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Tl and Be, but similar in the $K_2O$ and Sr contents. Comparisons among the different ages from the same area suggest that, in the case of shale area, differences of several hundred times in the $Al_2O_3$ and $TiO_2$, of the several ten times in the MnO, MgO and Ba and several times in the CaO and $K_2O$ are shown in the 2 year ginsengs. Differences of several hundred times in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Cs, Y, Tl and Be, of above several ten times in the MnO, MgO, $K_2O$ and Ba, and of several times in the CaO and Sr are shown in the 3 year ginsengs. Differences of several hundred to thousand times in the $Al_2O_3$, of above several hundred times in the $TiO_2$, Cs and Y, and of several ten times in the MnO, MgO, $K_2O$ and Ba, and of several times in the $Na_2O$ are shown in the 4 year ginsengs. These relationships suggest that, regardless of the localities in the shale area, $Al_2O_3$ contents of the soils show big differences from those of the ginsengs. Regardless of the ages of ginsengs, comparisons with the overall average contents of each area show differences of several hundred times in the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Cs and Tl and of several ten times in the MnO. These overall relationships suggest that the $Al_2O_3$, $TiO_2$, Cs and Tl contents of the soils are higher than those of the ginsengs, show big differences between two and low different contents are found in the MnO. In detail, differences of several hundred times in the Y, and ten times in the MgO and Sr, and of several times in the CaO, $Na_2O$, $K_2O$ in the case of shale area, are shown. These results suggest that the soils are higher than the ginsengs in the Y and significantly differences in Y, and moderately differences in the MgO and Sr, and low differences in the CaO, $Na_2O$ and $K_2O$ are shown between soils and ginsengs.

어메니티자원과 인적자원을 고려한 농촌마을의 관광잠재력 평가기법 개발 (Development of Green-Tourism Potential Evaluation Method for Rural Villages Considering Amenity and Human Resources)

  • This study aims to develop an evaluation method of green-tourism potential in village level with amenity resources of rural villages, considering human resources of the village. The amenity resources evaluation system was classified into three sub-classes with social, industrial, and natural resources. The system consisted of a relationship diagram between three classes resources and tourists' behavior. The new methodology considers human resources as a key factor for green-tourism potential evaluation of villages, including the amenity resources of three sub-classes. In quantitative method for the criteria, this study adopted a new method of continuous linear score method, which is applying fuzzy theory, not to give score with the existing discrete scoring method with several steps. The weighting values of the evaluation criteria were calculated from the step wise pair-comparision results by AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) method, which industrial, natural, and social resources have relative weighting values of 523/1000, 319/1000, and 158/1000, respectively. In evaluation of another weighting value by the same methodology, the results showed that the amenity and the human resources have weighting values of 627/100 and 373/1000, respectively. The new evaluation method was applied to make the potential evaluation for rural villages of the study area, which located on Narial-myun, Keumsan-gun, Chungnam province. The development priority among the villages could be suggested reasonably by the new findings of this study, according to the evaluation results showing that the village with high possibility for development in green-tourism has high score in the potential evaluation.

Genetic Diversity and Pathogenicity of Cylindrocarpon destructans Isolates Obtained from Korean Panax ginseng

  • We analyzed the genetic diversity of Cylindrocarpon destructans isolates obtained from Korean ginseng (i.e., Panax ginseng) roots by performing virulence tests and nuclear ribosomal gene internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and mitochondrial small subunit (mt SSU) rDNA sequence analysis. The phylogenetic relationship analysis performed using ITS DNA sequences and isolates from other hosts helped confirm that all the Korean C. destructans isolates belonged to Nectria/Neonectria radicicola complex. The results of in vivo and ex vivo virulence tests showed that the C. destructans isolates could be divided into two groups according to their distinctive difference in virulence and the genetic diversity. The highly virulent Korean isolates in pathogenicity group II (PG II), together with foreign isolates from P. ginseng and P. quinquefolius, formed a single group. The weakly virulent isolates in pathogenicity group I, together with the foreign isolates from other host plants, formed another group and exhibited a greater genetic diversity than the isolates of PG II, as confirmed by the mt SSU rDNA sequence analysis. In addition, as the weakly virulent Korean isolates were genetically very similar to the foreign isolates from other hosts, they were likely to originate from hosts other than the ginseng plants.

돌나물 수집종간 생육특성, 비타민 C 함량 및 항산화 활성 (Growth Chracteristics, Vitamin C Content and Antioxidative Activity among Local Strains of Sedum sarmentosum)

  • 돌나물 수집종간 생육특성과 비타민 C함량 및 항산화활성을 비교하기 위하여, 13 지역종을 포장에 삽목재배하였다. 금산, 부천, 용인, 포천 지역종은 줄기가 가늘고 초장이 길며, 잎은 좁고 긴 타원형으로 다른 지역종들과 형태적 차이를 보였으며, 완주와 군산 지역 종은 초장과 절간장이 짧고, 개화기에도 꽃이 피지 않았다. 비타민 C 함량은 $407.8-434.4mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$의 범위로 광양, 부안, 완주, 군산 지역종에서 높았으나, 수집종간 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았다. 항산화 활성을 나타내는 전자공여능(EDA)은 생체추출물($45.0{\sim}66.5%$)에서보다 동결건조 추출물($61.3{\sim}66.5%$)에서 높았으며, 광양, 순천, 완도 지역종들이 다른 지역종에 비하여 높은 항산화 활성을 나타내었다. 비타민 C함량 및 항산화 활성은 광양 지역종에서 가장 높았다.

금산지역 토양별 화학적 특성과 주요 용존성분

  • This study is for know chemistry of the representative soils from Keumsan, its relationships with dissolved compositions, and its absorption relationships within the flora. It has been done for two comparisons: 1) phyllite, shale and granite(PSG), and 2) granite and coal bearing shale(GC). Among the soil leachate of the PSG, cations are mainly low in the phyllite area while anions are mainly low in the granite area. In the soil compositions, Ca and Mg of the beans are high and Na is high in the granite area while Ca and Na of the perilla are high in the granite area and Mg is high in the phyllite area. In th both species, Na for the granite area and Mg for the phyllite area are high while Ca for the shale area is low. Among the flora, shale area shows low Ca and Mg contents while granite area shows slightly high Na contents, regardless the species. Compared with beans, perilla is low in the Mg and high in the Na contents. These relationships show that the contents of the soil leachate do not reflect absorption within the flora. Among the soil leachate of the GC, shale area is high in the most of the elements. Especially, SO$_4$ is over 15 times high In the phyllite area. In the soil, granite area shows high Ca, Na and low Mg contents. In the flora, the Miscanthus sinensis shows high Ca and Mg contents in the granite area while the Artemisia vulgaris shows high Ca, Ca and Mg contents in the shale area. These relationships for contents of the flora and soil leachate suggest that the flora has a different absorption according different species.

서로 다른 모암과 토양의 미량원소 특성 및 리기다소나무의 원소 함량 (The Trace Element Characteristics of Rocks, Top Soils, and Pinus rigida Growing on Soils Derived from Different Parent Rocks)

  • 충남지역의 사문암과 변성암 및 흑색셰일지역의 암석, 토양 및 그 위에서 생육하는 리기다소나무의 미량원소 함량을 측정하여 모암별 토양의 원소함량과 식물체의 흡수확계를 조사하였다. Ni, Cr 및 Co 함량은 사문암에서 매우 높았으며, Zn, Mo 및 Fe 함량은 변성암에서 높았다. 흑색셰일의 이들 원소는 사문암과 변성암보다 공히 낮았다. 사문암 토양의 Ni, Cr 및 Co 함량은 매우 높았으며, Zn과 Fe 함량은 사문암+변성암 혼합풍화토 및 흑색셰일 토양에서 높았다. 풍화토의 미량원소 함량은 암석의 함량보다 낮았으며, 그 패턴은 Mo를 제외하고는 모두 유사하였다. 사문암 풍화토의 pH 범위는 7.73~9.55로 매우 높았다. 사문암지역 리기다소나무의 Cr 흡수량은 토양내 Cr함량에 비하여 낮았으며, Zn 은 토양내의 원소함량에 비하여 리기다소나무에 의한 흡수량이 높았다. 리기다소나무에 의하여 흡수된 Ni, Fe 및 Co 함량에 대한 Fe/Ni, Co/Ni 비율은 사문암풍화토에서 가장 낮았다.

20세기초 4칸${\times}$4칸 교회의 평면구성 및 구조형식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Plan and Structural System of 4 kan(間) by 4 kan(間) Church in the Early 20th Century)

  • This study aims to investigate and analyze the plan and structural system of 4 kan(間) by 4 kan(間) square church built in early 20th century. At that time, three kinds of traditional wooden structure church had been built under the circumstances of transitional era : Basilica style such as Ganghwa Anglican Church, 'ㄱ' shaped style such as Keumsan Church and $4{\times}4$ Square style such as Bukok Church and Jacheon Church that are concerned in this study. Traditional plans and structural system were mixed with new religious function and transformed into korean peculiar style. $4{\times}4$ Square style is a residual product in that process. Despite of it, little concerns on it till now. The results of this study are described as follows. 1. The plan of these $4{\times}4$ square churches is divided into three areas : cathedra($1{\times}1$), attendance($4{\times}2$), and intermediation($4{\times}2$). The location of cathedra is commonly the opposition part of main gate and projected out of the building. Attendance area was also divided into two, man and woman, because of keeping a distance with each other. 2. The structural system of these $4{\times}4$ square churches are somewhat different because of their size and roof style. In the case of Bukok church, $4{\times}4$ square fall off $3{\times}3$ and $2{\times}2$ gradually and turn into paljak(八作) roof, which enable us to get in traditional entering methods. On the contrary, Jacheon church use hipped roof but almost alike pyramidal roof, which could make us not to recognize entering in the aspect of gable part.

농작업자들의 무릎통증 유소견율 및 그의 위험인자 (The Prevalence and Risk Factors of Knee Pain among Farm Workers)

  • 본 연구는 농작업자들에 대한 무릎통증의 유소견률을 알아보고 그의 위험요인을 밝혀 낼 목적으로 2012년 2월 1일부터 3월 31일까지 충남 금산군 2개면에서 농업에 종사하고 있는 주민 306명을 대상으로 무릎통증의 유무, 성, 연령, 신장, 체중, 농작업 종류 등에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 무릎통증은 남성보다 여성에서 많이 나타났고, 남녀 모두 연령증가는 무릎통증의 커다란 위험요인이었으며, 60대 이상에서는 절반 이상에서 무릎통증을 호소하였다. 특히 여성의 경우 신장이 클수록, 체중이 무거울수록 무릎통증이 많았으나, 남성에서는 이 같은 경향을 보이지 않았다. 위와 같이 고령자에서는 절반 이상이 무릎통증에 시달리고 있었으며, 무릎통증의 위험인자로서 여성, 연령증가 및 체중이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이 같은 결과는 무릎통증 예방에 필요한 기초자료를 제공할 것으로 본다.

농촌지역 지하수의 오염 예측 방법 개선방안 연구: 충남 금산 지역에의 적용 (A Study of Improvement for the Prediction of Groundwater Pollution in Rural Area: Application in Keumsan, Korea)

  • 지하수의 오염 예측 기법의 개선을 위하여 미국 환경청(U.S. EPA)에서 개발된 지하수 오염 취약성 평가방법인 DRASTIC 모델(Aller et al., 1987), Panagopoulos et al.(2006)가 제안한 M-DRASTIC, Rupert(1999)가 제안한 LSDG 방법을 충남 금산 지역에 적용하였다. 충남 금산 지역은 농업을 비롯한 다양한 토지이용 특성과 아울러 다양한 지질, 지형, 토양 분포를 나타내어 지하수 오염예측 기법의 개선을 위한 연구에 최적의 조건을 갖추고 있다. DRASTIC 평가를 위하여 149개의 충적층 관정에 대한 수질 및 수리지질 조사가 수행되었으며, 지하수의 질산염 이온의 농도와 각 예측 방법으로부터 도출된 지수와의 상관관계 분석을 통하여 예측방법의 효용성을 평가하였다. EPA DRASTIC은 지하수 심도, 순 충진량, 대수층 매질, 토양 매질, 지형 경사, 비포화대 매질, 수리전도도 등 수리지질학적 인자들을 이용하여 지하수 오염 취약성을 상대적으로 평가하는 방법으로, 지하수의 잠재오염원에 대한 정보가 포함되지 않으므로 지하수 오염을 예측하는데 비효율적이다. 본 연구 결과, 관정 주변 150 m 영역의 DRASTIC 지수와 해당 관정의 질산염 이온 농도의 상관관계는 0.058로 낮게 나타났다. 한편, M-DRASTIC의 경우 DRASTIC과 사용하는 인자는 같으나 등급과 가중치를 실제 질산염 이온 농도의 비율로부터 산출한다. 등급만을 수정하였을 경우 0.245, 등급과 가중치를 모두 수정하였을 경우 질산염 이온 농도와의 상관관계는 0.400로 지하수 오염 예측율이 개선되었다. LSDG 방법은 토지이용(Land use), 토양 배수(Soil drainage), 지하수면 심도(Depth to water), 지질(Geology)를 특성에 따라서 구분하고 해당 지역의 질산염 이온 농도 평균의 차이를 통계적으로 분석하여 등급을 산정하는 기법으로, 금산 지역에 적용한 결과 질산염 이온 농도와의 상관관계가 0.415로 개선되었다. 결과적으로 LSDG를 적용하였을 경우 EPA DRASTIC 보다 질산염 이온 농도와의 상관관계가 0.357만큼 개선되었다. M-DRASTIC과 LSDG의 예측율이 증가하는 것은, 이 방법들의 등급과 가중치에는 현재의 오염현황이 반영되기 때문으로 질산염 이온 오염 가능성을 귀납적으로 예측하기 때문이다. LSDG의 예측율이 가장 높은 이유는 LSDG에는 잠재오염원으로 분류되는 토지이용이 포함되었기 때문인 것으로 판단된다.
