본 연구에서는 향후 IPv6로의 주소 체계 전환, 인터넷 서비스의 기술 발전, 개인 정보 보호 추세 등을 감안할 때, 기존 서버 중심의 포털 서비스들이 개인용 포털(personal portal) 중심의 인터넷 서비스로 진화해 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이러한 추세 속에서 활용도가 높은 인터넷 서비스 중의 하나인 인터넷 디스크 서비스의 비중은 점점 더 중요해 질 것이다. 본 연구에서는 향후 IPv6에서 더욱 필요성이 증가하는 동적 DNS 시스템을 기반으로 개인용 포털을 지향하는 인터넷 디스크 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 연구한 것이다.

Purpose： The reliability of absolute quantification of average metabolite concentrations in the human brain in vivo by H-MRS using the fully relaxed water signal as an internal standard was evaluated in a number of in vitro as well as in vivo measurements. Method： The experiments were performed on 3T MEDINUS MAGNUM MR-scanner using a STEAM sequence.

Gemcitabine demonstrated modest activity in locally advanced and metastatic pancreatic cancer with difficulty early diagnosis and poor prognisis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of gemcitabine and 5-fluorouracil(GF) combination theraphy and epirubiciil, cisplatin. and 5-fluorouracil(ECF) combination theraphy for the patients with locally advanced or metaststic pancreatic cancer. Between January 1996 and December 2001, Patients with locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer were selected and reviewed retrospectively at Kangnam St. Mary's Hospital. (omitted)

모바일 결제시스템의 다양한 특성에 힘입어 많은 사용자는 언제 어디서나 시간과 장소의 제약에서 벗어나 다양한 제품을 손쉽게 구매할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들의 특성(인구통계적 특성, 모바일 결제시스템 이용특성)에 따라 모바일 결제시스템이 갖추어야 하는 특성(보안성, 호환성, 효율성, 경제성, 신뢰성)에 대한 인식도가 어떻게 달라지는가를 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 한국과 중국의 모바일 결제시스템 사용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 활용한 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 사용자들의 성별과 국적에 따라 모바일 결제시스템의 일부 특성에 대한 인식도에 있어서 차이가 존재하고 있음을 확인하였다.

An epidermoid cyst is a benign tumor found anywhere in the body. However, the occurrence of epidermoid cysts in the thymus is extremely rare, with only six cases reported worldwide. The correct diagnosis of thymic epidermoid cysts is often difficult due to the unusual location and nonspecific imaging findings. Herein, we present a case of a thymic epidermoid cyst in a 37-year-old female with clinical information and chest CT findings. Further, we have reviewed previous literature reports describing imaging findings of thymic epidermoid cysts.

Objective : Cold hypersensitivity is excessive sensitivity of each body part. particularly limbs and low backs, but sometimes it affects upper abdomen region in G-I trouble patients. Methods : We conducted this research on 69 patients who came and took the both exam of gastroscopy and D.I.T.I. in kangnam korean hospital kyung hee university. So, we researched the significance of temperature deviations on upper abdomen which was studied separately by gastritis group, digestive function group and H. pylori group. Results and Conclusion : The temperature deviation of Zhongwan(Ren12)-Danzhong(Ren17) of gastritis group and indigestive patients was significant, it means that patients who have severe gastritis and indigestion have more significant cold hypersensitivity in upper abdomen. The temperature deviation of Zhongwan(Ren12)-Danzhong(Ren17) of H.pylori positive patients in H.pylori group was not significant. The clinical relationship or tendency was not found both between H.pylori group and gastritis group and between H.pylori group and digestive function group.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate effect of Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang on Cold Hypersensitivity and accompanying perspiration. Methods : Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang was used for a Cold Hypersensitivity patient with accompanying perspiration that was admitted to Kangnam Kyung-Hee Korean Hospital from May 2nd, 2011 to May 14th, 2011. The efficacy of the treatment was evaluated with Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging(DITI). along with objective and subjective observations. Results : After treatments of oriental medicine. the mean body temperature elevated $1.32^{\circ}C$. and the mean temperature difference between different points of the body decreased more than 50%. Subjective observation of Cold Hypersensitivity and accompanying perspiration using Visual Analog Scale(VAS) also showed improvement. Conclusion : Results suggest that Hyangsayijoongtang-gamibang is effective in treating Cold Hypersensitivity patients with accompanying perspiration.

Background: Age-related changes in facial skin is a major concern in women. This study aimed to objectively evaluate normal skin elasticity and age-related differences in the faces of East Asian women. There are no standard values for data related to normal skin on East Asian women. Methods: We studied 129 healthy East Asian women without a history of cosmetic procedures or surgeries. Skin elasticity was assessed at the cheek and lower eyelid points, which were assessed on both the right and left sides of the face. Results: The age of the subjects showed significant negative correlations with the R2 and R7 parameters, which represent skin elasticity after deformation. Conclusion: We therefore concluded that the primary decrease in skin elasticity in East Asian women occurs in the midface region.
