본 연구는 강남일부(강남구, 강동구, 송파구)지역 시설재배지에서 시기별 잔류농약의 오염 실태를 파악하고자 하였다. 각 지역에서 2010년 4월부터 2011년 6월까지 토양시료 60 점을 채취하여 시료 중 농약 잔류량을 다성분 동시 스크리닝 분석법으로 분석하였다 시설재배지 잔류농약 조사결과, endosulfan 0.002-0.999 mg/kg, procymidone 0.002-1.200 mg/kg, diazinon 0.003-0.024 mg/kg, metalaxyl 0.012-0.075 mg/kg로 검출되었다. 시설재배지 토양의 잔류농약 모니터링 결과 검출빈도가 높게 나타난 endosulfan을 대상으로 참나물, 상추에 대하여 흡수 이행 정도를 조사하였다. 강남구 지역의 토양에서 잔류농약을 검사한 결과 endosultan이 0.445 mg/kg로 잔류하였고, 이 토양에서 참나물을 60일 재배 후 잔류농약 검사를 실시한 결과 endosulfan 0.157 mg/kg로 잔류하여 토양 대비 참나물 중 endosulfan 이행률은 35.3%를 보였다. 또한 강동구 지역의 토양에서 잔류농약을 검사한 결과 endosulfan이 0.358 mg/kg로 잔류하였고, 이 토양에서 상추를 60일 재배 후 상추 중 잔류농약 검사를 실시한 결과 endosultan 0.004 mg/kg로 잔류하여 토양 대비 endosulfan 이행률은 1.1%를 보였다.

2011년 6월부터 11월까지 농산물 중 GC-NPD 및 GC-MSD를 이용한 동시 다성분 분석법을 이용하여 uniconazole의 잔류실태 조사를 실시하였다. 2011년 6월부터 11월까지 서울지역에 유통되고 있는 농산물 121종 총 3,939건에 대하여 잔류실태조사를 실시한 결과 49건에서 uniconazole이 검출되었다. 품목별로는 겨자채가 69.4%로 가장 많이 검출되었다. Uniconazole의 검출양은 0.09 mg/kg에서 17.89 mg/kg로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 uniconazole에 대하여 GC-NPD 및 GC-MSD를 이용한 동시분석법의 가능성을 검토하였다. GC-NPD의 검출한계와 정량한계는 각각 0.006 mg/kg와 0.018 mg/kg이었다. 겨자채에 표준용액을 0.5, 5 mg/kg 농도로 하여 회수율을 측정한 결과 83.4%에서 101.4%까지 양호한 결과를 나타내었다. 본 연구를 통하여 동시분석법으로 보다 효율적인 검사가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

저자들은 평소 건강하게 지내던62세 남자 환자에게서 발생한 우하지 심부정맥혈전증과 폐색전증의 원인으로 과호모시스테인혈증이 독립적인 위험인자로 작용한 것으로 생각되는 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

The utility of transgenic animal for studying the function of a particular gene in the breast system has been limited because transgenic typically occurs constitutively throughout development and in most tissue. Positional cloning of hereditary deafness genes is a direct approach to identify molecules and mechanisms underlying auditory function. Nowadays many deafness genes are newly identified by finding the locus for the causative genes. Mutations at many different loci in humans and mice are known to cause hearing impairment. Mouse mutants exhibiting deafness may be useful in identifying some of genes involved. (omitted)

본 연구에서는 2012년 1월부터 8월까지 농산물 중 엽채류에 대하여 GC-ECD 및 GC-MSD를 이용하여 uniconazole의 잔류실태조사를 실시하였다. 겨자채에 표준용액을 0.05, 0.5 mg/kg 농도로 하여 회수율을 측정한 결과 98.9%에서 109.4%까지 양호한 결과를 나타내었다. 2012년 1월부터 8월까지 서울지역에 유통되고 있는 농산물 중 엽채류 3,632건에 대하여 모니터링을 실시한 결과 14건에서 uniconazole이 검출되었다. Uniconazole의 검출양은 0.098 mg/kg에서 2.2 mg/kg로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 동시분석법으로 보다 효율적인 검사가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

This article presents a modified palatal pedicled incision design in anterior segmental maxillary osteotomy. This method included the circumcrevicular incisions and two vertical relaxing incisions. Then, it is different from the Couper's method with vestibular horizontal incision and other anterior segmental osteotomy techniques. The main advantages of this method are an improved visibility of surgical field and favorable preservation of palatal pedicle. A patient who had been operated by anterior segmental maxillary and mandibular osteotomy without pre operative orthodontic treatment was analyzed for advantages and complications during the intraoperative and early post operative period. There are no specific major complications such as infection, gingival recession and dehiscence. And the patient had a pleasing esthetic facial appearance.
