This study analyzes strategy and main contents between each business market by mobile phone Number Portability. And, grasps what each mobile company customer satisfaction factors is effected on mobile phone Number Portability and estimates relative importance about the factors and understand counter strategies by these factors. Concretely, this paper searched the important quality factor by frequency analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and path analysis etc. And The sample data is subscriber using mobile communication service of the existing mobile communication company (SKT, KTF, LGT)

홈네트워크 구성요소는 크게 액세스망과 댁내망 그리고 이를 상호 접속하기 위한 홈게이트웨이로 구성된다. 이 중에서 홈게이트웨이는 홈네트워크를 구성하는 기본이 되는 장비로서 외부 네트워크를 액세스하고, 댁내의 네트워크로 신호를 분배하는 일을 수행한다. 동시에 LAN 인터페이스를 가지는 홈 라우터의 역할도 수행하여야 하며, 서비스 제공자가 전화, 인터넷 액세스, 보안 및 에너지 관리, 전자 상거래 등과 같은 서비스들을 댁내로 제공하는 기능을 수행한다. 본 논문은 한국통신의 학술용역 과제로서 연구가 진행중인 홈게이트웨이의 기술동향과 진화방안에 대해 소개한다. 본 논문에서는 홈게이트웨이의 표준화 동향과 유무선 기술을 조사하고, 장단점을 비교 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 하여 홈게에트웨이의 진화방안과 Advanced Model을 제시하였다.

We discuss that the proliferation of new types of retailers such as Internet shopping malls. home shopping systems, which use telecommunication media as means of providing information of products. makes delivery service generally available. Then. we show that the delivery service can be used strategically for profit maximization by intentionally homogenizing consumers and. furthermore, social welfare generally increases by this delivery service unless the cost of delivery service is higher than that of all consumer groups.

This study aims at examining each firm's decision-makings of complex product and system (hereafter CoPS) innovation strategy, so that it tries to reveal the nature and role of CoPS innovations strategy. And it designed a comparative case study along with qualitative methods, by having two mobile operators' digital rights management (hereafter DRM) innovation in South Korea's digital music service industry. Through literature review, this study formulated three research propositions: (i) Each firm's decision-makings of CoPS innovations strategy are analytical negotiation process among economic actors in an industry; (ii) Each firm's market power originated from its market share from the installed base through network effect and switching cost influence decision-makings of CoPS innovation strategies; (iii) Each firm's decision-makings of different CoPS innovation strategies are related to their intension of achieving better market power, consequently dominant design. Through empirical examination of two mobile operators' decision-makings of DRM innovation strategy, this study empirically verified three research propositions.

본 논문에서는 GPS모듈을 지원하는 휴대전화를 이용하여 이동성이 높은 구성원들의 위치와 일정들을 관리하는 매쉬업 서비스를 구축하였다. 그 결과 구성원들의 위치와 일정들을 손쉽게 관리, 제어 할 수 있게 되었다. GPS모듈을 지원하는 휴대전화는 KTF에서 제공하는 에뮬레이터와 GPS모듈을 이용하여 구현하였고 매쉬업 서버는 네이버 지도 OpenAPI와 구글 캘린더 OpenAPI를 이용하여 구현하였다.

국내의 무선 인터넷 통신이 날로 증가함에 따라 다양한 컨텐츠에 대한 욕구가 늘고 있으며, 자유롭게 무선 컨텐츠에 대해 이용하고 싶어한다. 그러나, 국내의 이동통신 3사가 제공하고 있는 컨텐츠가 서로 달라 컨텐츠에 대한 이용에 있어 커다란 제약이 따르고 있다. 예를 들어, SK텔레콤의 컨텐츠를 KTF사용자들이 이용할 수 없는 경우이다. 왜냐하면, 국내 이동통신 3사가 제공하고 있는 컨텐츠의 마크업언어가 서로 다르기 때문이다. 이러한 무선 마크업 언어의 이질성으로 인하여 사용자들은 자신이 가입한 이동통신회사가 제공하고 있는 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 밖에 없는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 컨텐츠의 이질성을 극복하여 어떠한 이동통신에 가입하더라도 동일한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 무선 마크업 변환기 구현에 대해 설명한다.

본 논문에서는 IMT-2000을 위한 이중 모드 패킷 전송 방식에 대한 성능을 분석하고, 동적 임계치 설정을 이용한 이중 모드 패킷 전송 방식을 제안한다. 먼저, 다양한 채널 환경과 트래픽 유형을 고려하여, 공용 채널과 전용채널 간의 모드 전환을 위한 임계치의 변화에 따른 성능의 변화를 고찰하였다. 성능 분석 결과, 채널 환경과 트래픽 형태에 따라서 스위칭 임계치 설정이 매우 중요하며, 성능에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고, 이중 모드 방식에서 스위칭 임계치를 동적으로 설정하는 방식을 제안하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 분석하였다. 제안된 동적 임계치를 사용할 경우에 채널 상황이나 트래픽 특성 변화에 적응적으로 대처할 수 있어, 전반적으로 고정 임계치 방식보다 성능이 크게 개선됨을 알 수 있었다.

현재 이동통신 시장은 과거 음성통화 위주의 서비스 시장과는 달리 다양한 서비스 제공 및 사용을 기반으로 한 통신 산업의 질적 팽창기로 여겨지고 있다. 특히 3세대 서비스가 시작된 2007년 이후, 각 이동통신 사업자들은 영상통화를 시작으로 다양한 이동통신 서비스를 고객에게 제공하기 시작하였고 휴대전화 기술 역시 기술의 발전에 힘입어 디지털 융합(digital convergence) 기기로 변화된 양상이다. 이러한 상황에서, LG 텔레콤이 최초로 서비스를 시작한 풀브라우징(full browsing) 서비스가 3세대 (3G) 핵심 서비스로 주목 받고 있다. 풀브라우징 서비스란, 휴대전화를 통해 컴퓨터와 동일한 형태의 인터넷 환경을 사용 가능하게 하는 서비스로, 기존 월드가든(walled garden) 형태의 데이터 서비스의 개념을 뛰어 넘는 개방형 모바일 인터넷 서비스를 지향한다. 이와 같은 개방형 네트워크 서비스 환경에서의 기업 간의 경쟁 양상과 경쟁에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인을 분석하는 것은 추후 이동통신 시장의 향방 및 개별 기업의 전략 수립에 매우 중요한 축이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 첫째, 급변하고 있는 이동통신 서비스 시장에서의 풀브라우징 서비스의 시장 현황 및 걸림돌, 성장 가능성 등을 정성적으로 예측하였다. 둘째, 풀브라우징 서비스 선발자(first mover)로서의 LG 텔레콤과 후발자(follower)로서의 KTF, SK 텔레콤이 갖는 경쟁에 있어서의 장단점이 기존 이동통신 시장에서 나타났던 장단점과 어떻게 다르게 나타나는지 확인한 후, 이를 통해 기업 간 경쟁의 향방을 예상해 보았다.

In the mobile communication service market, this study represents an attempt to forecast the subscribers of the IMT-2000 service market using the questionnaire of experts which is the qualitative technique is used. In this study, by using the substitution model of next generations among products in order to analyze the IMT-2000 demand of service, a demand was predicted. And by estimating the market demand prospect in which it becomes the important factor of the IMT-2000 service diffusion according to each bandwidth frequency the politically necessary approaching direction about the frequency was presented. It will be able to become the important part to not only the business carrier but also the policy maker to examine a prospect toward the subscriber of the IMT-2000 service. As a result, the market demand was exposed to be most big when the SKT 800MHz, and the KTF 800(900)MHz were used as the additional frequency. And it was likely to reach to the IMT-2000 number of subscribers to about 35.750 thousand peoples in the future at 2015.

본 논문은 실시간 파노라마를 위한 영상의 특징점 검출 방법을 제안한다. 파노라마 연구는 최근 실시간 지역탐색이나 DVR 등에 적용하는 연구가 최근 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 특징 점 검출은 파노라마를 이루는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 특징 점 검출을 위해서는 어떠한 명암 변화에도 특징점은 불변이어야 하며 이미지의 크기와 회전이 변화하더라도 불변의 점을 찾아야 한다. 기존 연구방법은 고차원적인 벡터와 많은 후보 점을 선점하기 때문에 연산량이 많고 수행시간이 길어 실시간에 활용하기에는 어려운 점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 보다 빠른 실시간 특징 점 검출을 위해 LoG 방법을 비트단위로 분할 후 결합하는 BLoG 방법을 제안하고 다양한 실험을 통하여 속도와 연산량 그리고 검출 성능에 대하여 비교한다.
