A partial shunt regulator (PSR) which is the power regulator of KOREASAT is modeled. The modeling of the PSR consist of solar array, power circuit, controller. and load models. To realize simple structure. a voltage source of the PSR controller is used the output voltage of the PSR. The model of the PSR has very complex structure with two additional coupled feedback loops. The complex model is simplified to a simple meaningful model with only main feedback control loop. The proposed model is compared to a PSR model with DC voltage source at the PSR controller. The proposed PSR model is verified by comparing the model with SPICE simulation for small signal analysis.

LDO(Low Drop-Out) regulators have become an essential building block in modern PMIC(Power Managment IC) to extend battery life of electronic devices. In this paper, we optimize capacitor-less LDO regulator via Geometric Programming(GP) designed using Dongbu HiTek $0.5{\mu}m$ BCDMOS process. GP-compatible models for stability and PSR of LDO regulators are derived based on monomial formulation of transistor characteristics. Average errors between simulation and the proposed model are 9.3 % and 13.1 %, for phase margin and PSR, respectively. Based on the proposed models, the capacitor-less LDO optimization can be performed by changing the PSR constraint of the design. The GP-compatible performance models developed in this work enables the design automation of capacitor-less LDO regulator for different design target specification.

Generally, the propeller shaft rate (PSR) estimation algorithm for the classification of the sonar target has the following problems: it requires both accurate and efficient the fundamental finding method because it is essential and difficult to distinguish harmonic family from the frequency spectrum, and further, it requires an easy design procedure in terms of its structures and parameters. To solve these problems, an evolutionary PSR estimation algorithm using an expert knowledge and the evolution strategy, is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm effectively solves the problems in the realtime system application.
The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new and effective classroom speaking activity helping student's communication in real situation. It will be one of useful teaching techniques for teachers because it can be used with other various types of speaking activities together. The activity is designed by the researcher, and named as the Partner's Speech Reconstitution(PSR) in this paper. In chapter 2, Noticing and Output hypothesis which is the theoretic basis of the PSR will be described and the chapter 3 will explain activity methods and examples of the PSR, and then describe its merits and demerits. The researcher applied and practiced the PSR in the speaking class for international students in the K university for three semesters. This paper systematically introduces its organized activity. It helped learners elicit speaking performance of students who avoided talking in the speaking class, made the students concentrate in speaking activity, and helped the learners to talk sufficiently by inducing each student to reconstitute partner's speech production.

PSR ink is used to insulation coating material that heat resistance is. The use purpose is used for bridge prevention, circuit protection, stabilization of insulation. Heat-cured resin was used mainly on the materials of PSR inks. But, UV-curing type resin in used. Also, because of recently environmental problem, ink is going to water type. Purpose of this study is to develop PSR ink that can develop in pure water. and experiment did that do from that find suitable oligomer and monomer and does brand ratio differ. Specially Knew that is extent water soluble UV resin develop possible is DPHA 10~50% that A/A1924 is 50~90wt %, monomer. As a result, when ratio of A/A1924 and DPHA low viscosity epoxy resin is 5:1.5:1.5, could get high sensibility pattern repeatability, tack and alkali-resistance.
Korean utility has utilized a Periodic Safety Review (PSR) that assesses the cumulative effects of plant aging, modifications, operating experience, technical developments, and site characteristics since 2000. In particular, the assessment and management of plant aging is one of the major areas in PSR. It includes identification of critical Systems, Structures, and Components (SSCs) for aging, assessment of aging effects, and implementation of aging management programs. Since the PSR system was introduced based on the atomic energy acts and related laws, PSRs of eight sets for 12 Nuclear Power Plants (NPPs) that have been operating more than 10 years have been completed. PSRs of two sets for 4 NPPs are currently being carried out. The utility has confirmed that domestic NPPs have been operated safely through these PSRs and have implemented the follow-up corrective activities to increase the nuclear safety. In this paper, the status of PSR implementation is discussed and improvement programs to conduct PSR follow-up corrective activities efficiently for NPPs are suggested based on experiences with aging assessments.
This study established a new polymerase spiral reaction (PSR) that combines with reverse transcription reactions for HCV detection targeting 5'UTR gene. To avoid cross-contamination of aerosols, an isothermal amplification tube (IAT), as a separate containment control, was used to judge the result. After optimizing the RT-PSR reaction system, its effectiveness and specificity were tested against 15 different virus strains which included 8 that were HCV positive and 7 as non-HCV controls. The results showed that the RT-PSR assay effectively detected all 8 HCV strains, and no false positives were found among the 7 non-HCV strains. The detection limit of our RT-PSR assay is comparable to the real-time RT-PCR, but is more sensitive than the RT-LAMP. The established RT-PSR assay was further evaluated for detection of HCV in clinical blood samples, and the resulting 80.25% detection rate demonstrated better or similar effectiveness compared to the RT-LAMP (79.63%) and real-time RT-PCR (80.25%). Overall, the results showed that the RT-PSR assay offers high specificity and sensitivity for HCV detection with great potential for screening HCV in clinical blood samples.
With the increased interest in reducing air pollution, supply of natural gas for gas vehicles is increasing. Thus, the number of establishments of LNG and CNG stations is increasing as well. However, due to major gas accidents such as the fire and explosion accident of a Bucheon LPG station in 1998, it is difficult to establish a new station. In this research, we conducted qualitative hazard analysis fer LCNG/LNG multi-station by using the K-PSR method and proposed recommendations for hazard mitigation.

Risk assessment and analysis for a medium-to-small sized chemical plant that manufactures a polyester resin by the process of batch-type condensation reaction was conducted using K-PSR technique which is one of the risk assessment methods used to implement the Process Safety Management System (PSM). K-PSR is a risk assessment technique developed by KOSHA to compensate for difficulties caused by the lack of infrastructure of medium-to-small sized chemical plants in the re-evaluation. To apply the K-PSR technique, the entire process of a selected chemical palnt was classified in two review sections, i.e., the condensation reaction process and the dilution/filtration process, and the potential risks of the process about these review sections were identified and classified based on the four guide-words (release, fire.explosion, process trouble, and injury). As the results of the research, refer to recommend of risk rating has been confirmed that non-destructive testing of old facilities and the preparation of LOTO procedures for the electrical equipments are necessary as specific measures to prevent the risk of release and fire.explosion. It was also shown that pressure gauges and thermometers should be installed on the hot-oil supply piping to minimize the process trouble, and exhausting hood should be installed to prevent potential injury.

The Double Pulsar (PSR J0737-3039) is the only neutron star-neutron star (NS-NS) binary in which both NSs have been detectable as radio pulsars. The Double Pulsar has been assumed to dominate the Galactic NS-NS binary merger rate $R_g$ among all known systems, solely based on the properties of the first-born, recycled pulsar (PSR J0737-3039A, or A) with an assumption for the beaming correction factor of 6. In this work, we carefully correct observational biases for the second-born, non-recycled pulsar (PSR J0737-0737B, or B) and estimate the contribution from the Double Pulsar on $R_g$ using constraints available from both A and B. Observational constraints from the B pulsar favour a small beaming correction factor for A (~2), which is consistent with a bipolar model. Considering known NS-NS binaries with the best observational constraints, including both A and B, we obtain $R_g=21_{-14}{^+28}$ per Myr at 95 per cent confidence from our reference model. We expect the detection rate of gravitational waves from NS-NS inspirals for the advanced ground-based gravitational-wave detectors is to be $8_{-5}{^+10}$ per yr at 95 per cent confidence. We discuss prospects of gravitational-wave detection based on our results. Implications of PSR J1906+0746, which is likely to be another tight NS-NS binary in the Galactic disc supported by recent observation, are also remarked.
