We demonstrated positioning accuracy of iRTK system, which has been developed by Korea Astronomy Observatory, using a low-price GPS receiver. Each four different baseline positioning tests using the iRTK system, we certified 1-3 meters level positioning accuracy of the iRTK system. While the iRTK is similar to conventional RTK at coverage and accuracy, the iRTK positioning carried out from data processing center. And also, the iRTK system has no limit of data communication coverage because of using wire/wireless Internet. But the iRTK system has a weakness of short available coverage within 5km. Therefore we discussed a plan to adopt VRS (Virtual Reference System) as completion of the iRTK system preparing nation-wide iRTK service in near future.

As the size of the data used in the game application increase gradually, the physical resources of game server grow. Accordingly, it is necessary to/it is required to introduce I/O virtualization in game server to improve I/O performance of the server. But it is difficult to ensure high responsiveness in game server where I/O delay change from time to time. To maximize the benefit of I/O virtualization, guaranteeing I/O response time is very important and it is necessary to have I/O scheduling techniques to manage the I/O latency in the order of priority of virtual machines. In this paper, we propose an efficient delay-constrained scheduling algorithm in a virtualization environment to ensure maximum I/O latency. In addition, a reduced amount of loss of the packet was found to increase the fairness of scheduling in the experiments with the proposed scheme.

Objectives: Due to the heterogeneous receptor distribution and changes of receptor status over time, the biochemical measurement of estrogen receptor status of biopsy specimens is not sufficient to diagnose breast cancer. As a result, I-123 labeled estradiols have been applied for the diagnosis. The purpose of this study was to develop a suitable radioligand for imaging estrogen receptor-positive human breast tumors. Methods: Among the various estradiol derivatives, $17{\alpha}-[^{123}I]$iodovinyl estradiol ($[^{123}I]$IVE) has been prepared from $17{\alpha}$-ethynyl estradiol. Labeling of $E-17{\alpha}-[^{123}I]$iodovinyl estradiol (E-$[^{123}I]$IVE) was carried out using peracetic acid with $[^{123}I]NaI\;and\;Z-[^{123}I]IVE$ labelling was archived using chloamine-T/HCl solution with $[^{123}I]$NaI. Labeling yield was determined by silica thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and radiochemical purity was measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The biodistribution of E-$[^{123}I]$IVE was measured in immature female rats at 60 min, 120 min and 300 min after injection. Results: The labeling yield of two isomers was 92% and 94% ($E-[^{123}I]IVE\;and\;Z-[^{123}I]IVE$, respectively). The radiochemical purity was more than 98% after purification. The highest uptake was observed at 120 min in uterus (3.11% ID/g for E-$[^{123}I]$IVE). Conclusion: These results suggest the possibility of using E-$[^{123}I]$IVE as an imaging agent for the evaluation of the evaluation of the presence of estrogen receptor in patients with breast cancer.

Canned-motor of 3-phase induction is to be used for MCP. Its design and analysis are performed considering the effect of eddy-current loss induced in the can. The effect of inverter of canned-motor is also considered as it is controlled by VVVF inverter for two operating points.

A two commodity continuous review inventory system with independent Poisson processes for the demands is considered in this paper. The maximum inventory level for the i-th commodity fixed as $S_i$(i = 1,2). The net inventory level at time t for the i-th commodity is denoted by $I_i(t),\;i\;=\;1,2$. If the total net inventory level $I(t)\;=\;I_1(t)+I_2(t)$ drops to a prefixed level s $[{\leq}\;\frac{({S_1}-2}{2}\;or\;\frac{({S_2}-2}{2}]$, an order will be placed for $(S_{i}-s)$ units of i-th commodity(i=1,2). The probability distribution for inventory level and mean reorders and shortage rates in the steady state are computed. Numerical illustrations of the results are also provided.

Let I denote an ideal of a Noetherian local ring (R, m). Let M denote a finitely generated R-module. We study the endomorphism ring of the local cohomology module $H^c_I(M)$, c = grade(I, M). In particular there is a natural homomorphism $$Hom_{\hat{R}^I}({\hat{M}}^I,\;{\hat{M}}^I){\rightarrow}Hom_R(H^c_I(M),\;H^c_I(M))$$, $where{\hat{\cdot}}^I$ denotes the I-adic completion functor. We provide sufficient conditions such that it becomes an isomorphism. Moreover, we study a homomorphism of two such endomorphism rings of local cohomology modules for two ideals $J{\subset}I$ with the property grade(I, M) = grade(J, M). Our results extends constructions known in the case of M = R (see e.g. [8], [17], [18]).

A plastic substrate for flexible display is developed. The gas barrier and optical properties of the substrate is improved through depositing silicon oxide/nitride layer and coating polymer layer on plastic film by sputtering process and wet coating process. Roll to roll processes will guarantee the productivity in the whole production process of the plastic substrate.
