In the recently, the necessity of linear position control motors have been increased in the various fields of the automatic control system. In this paper, we have designed the tooth models of the hybrid type linear stepping motor(HLSM); rectangular type(RT), triangle type(TrT), round type(RdT) and wedge type(WT), and proposed the optimum tooth shape of the HLSM by simulating(Flux2D) the thrust and normal force characteristics with the finite element method(FEM) and the virtual work method. And we have manufactured the prototype HLSM with the optimum tooth, and measured the various values by using experimental system. Thus, we have confirmed the justice of theory because the computed and the experimental results almost coincide with.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to explore and describe the factors related to clinical nurses' organizational socialization, process and to find out the strategic information for successful organizational socialization. Methods : Data were collected with a structured questionnaires from 300 clinical nurses. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results : First, the average score for the organizational socialization($2.95{\pm}0.37$), organization climate($3.28{\pm}0.43$), autonomy($3.23{\pm}0.43$), role stress($3.21{\pm}0.56$), professional self-concept($3.19{\pm}0.46$), organization value internalization($3.11{\pm}0.59$), and perceptional justice($2.91{\pm}0.50$). Second, influencing factor of organizational socialization of the participant were organizational climate, role stress, professional self-concept, Job esteem, Living arrangement type, collaboration between medical professionals in hospital, the other hospital work experience, role model or Mentor, total hospital career, perceived health status, spouse, perceptional justice, Adjusted $R^2=.702$. Conclusions : These results suggest that organizational socialization of clinical nurses could be enhanced by organizational climate. Thus creating a positive organizational climate are mandated for clinical nurses to have constructive organizational socialization.

In this paper, a voltage equations, a thrust force equations and kinetic equation are derived from the basic structure of a 2-phase hybrid type linear stepping motor(HLSM). And a micro-stepping method in order to eliminate effectively the resonant phenomena and to increase the positional resolution of the HLSM was proposed. The proposed micro-stepping method can divide one step into the maximum 128 micro-steps under simple control system. The dynamic characteristics of proposed micro-stepping method were analyzed by the ACSL(Advanced Continuous Simulation Language) with the voltage equations, the thrust force equations and the kinetic equation, and were measured by laser experimental system. As the result, the justice of theory was confirmed, and the resonant phenomena, the positional resolution and dynamic thrust were improved by the proposed micro-stepping method.
The purpose of this study is to investigate correction-level associated with the social support perceived by juvenile delinquents. To accomplish these purposes, this study used sample of 546 juvenile delinquents who are in the process of the beginning stage in the police and prosecution. Social support and correction were assessed with an instrument designed for this study. Juvenile delinquents completed instruments assessing the following variables: (1) perceived social support scale, specially social support types(esteem support, emotional support, informational support) and social support providers (parents, relatives, friends, teachers, community) (2) correction scale, specially social stigma, social deprivation, self reflection, legal consciousness, self concept. The resulting scale of the instrument had good internal reliability(Cronbach's alpha=. ) and was scored so that high scores indicated a willingness to access. To examine this purpose, One way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis were conducted. And the results are as follows: The relationship ratings of the correction factors were positively associated with their rating of the type of social support. Informational support was positively associated with self reflection and esteem support was positively associated with self concept, legal consciousness, self reflection and emotional support were positively associated with esteem. The type of support according to support providers was significant, explaining 25% of the variance in self concept scores. The significant predictor was esteem support from friends and emotional support from a community. The type of support according to support providers was significant, explaining 20% of the variance in legal consciousness scores. The significant predictor was informational support from teachers and esteem support from a community. The type of support according to support providers was significant, explaining 21% of the variance in self reflection scores. The significant predictor was esteem support and emotional one from relatives.
The purpose of this study is to identify the types of social capital by delinquent adolescents using the Q methodology and to find ways to form social capital. As a result, 33 types of statements about social capital were extracted from 16 juvenile delinquents and five types were derived. Type I was named as 'Friend Supportive Type', Type II as 'Family Friendly', Type III as 'Ability Type', Type IV as 'Social Justice' and Type V as 'School Trust Type'. First, it is necessary to develop a program that uses good friends to improve social capital in peer relations. Second, intervention in the direct relationship between parents' children, that is, communication with friends, children of friends and children who are indirectly formed with children, as well as communication, attention, and communication are required. Third, it is necessary to intervene to control the continuous emotional control ability in daily life. Fourth, there is a need to strengthen the irrationality of the social system and the supervision over the harmful environment. Finally, there is a need to improve the environment to enhance the level of school norms and confidence in the school.
Objectives : This study was performed to evaluate the status of psychiatric consultation at a newly opened university hospital, to explore problems related to psychiatric consultation and to contribute for future consultation to be more systematic and more efficient. Methods: The subjects of this study were 284 patients hospitalized at Inha University Hospital between September 1, 1996 and August 31, 1997, who were referred for psychiatric consultation during hospitalization. This study was evaluated demographical characteristics of referred patients, resons for referral, recommendations by psychiatric consultant, clinical diagnoses, psychiatric diagnoses, relationship between referral time and hospitalization following the day of consultation and consultation referral types based upon psychiatrists' reports and patients' medical charts. Results : Most common patients referred to consultation were females aged 20s who visited at the department of internal medicine and related to the risk of suicidal attempts. Mood disorder was the most frequent psychiatric diagnosis, and the most common recommendations were to use psychopharmacological treatment along with outpatient visits. The 30% of subjects were referred to consultation within a day after hospitalization. In the case of consultation referral timing within two days and after three days, there was significant difference between early consultation and shorter hospitalization following the day of consultation. Most frequent type of consultation(29.6%) was categorized as IIIa type(physical complication type as a "Mending" request type). Conclusion : In review of consultation referral timing and consultation referral type of the subjects, who were referred for psychiatric consultation for one year at a newly opened University Hospital, referrals were found to be made within two days after their admission to hospital(50.7%), which was observed to be early request. We found that there was significant association between early consultation and shorter hospitalization following the day of consultation. The physical complication type(29.6%) which belongs to "Mending" request type was found to be the most frequent consultation referral type. This result indicates that more systematic psychiatric consultation is needed for the future.

Chinese martial arts culture is a kind of Chinese kung fu culture, a cultural category that uses martial arts kung fu for chivalry and justice. Chinese martial arts MMORPG online game is the embodiment of Chinese martial arts culture in online games, which is a unique Chinese online game. The image of beggar chivalry is a special chivalrous image in Chinese martial arts culture, and in the top 3 martial arts MMORPG online games, all of them have the image of beggar chivalry, which shows that this image has a wide player base. The Q methodology is an approach that endeavors to discover complex issues in human subjectivity, unlike existing empirical studies. In order to determine the type of beggar chivalry image preference of the game players, 32 beggar chivalry images were selected in the study and three types of beggar chivalry images were found through the Q method: Type 1 is the type of gorgeous and noble beggar chivalry; Type 2 is a competent type and is good at fighting the beggar's chivalry; and Type 3 is comparable relatively refined type. The result of this study is that the image of beggar chivalry preferred by game players is the opposite of the traditional Chinese image of beggar chivalry. The traditional image of beggar is the image of wearing plain and begging in the street, but the image of beggar chivalry that is liked in online games is luxurious, noble, exquisite and about the image of good at fighting. This research result has some value and significance in the development and design of beggar chivalrous image in future martial arts MMORPG online games.
In order to create a national myth and be able to control international society, America with her short national history, used popular culture to accomplish these goals. The medium fit this purpose the best was the use of superhero characters based on comics. Born and developed from the 1930s through the 1960s, which could be seen as America's national crisis era, superhero characters were thorough advocates of American justice and was perfect for the role of spreading the legitimacy of American ideology. From the 1970s, superhero characters became part of movies and became even more influential through the Hollywood's massive film industry and the box office success. American ideology in superhero characters symbolically appeared in movie costumes. Starting with Superman and Batman, the very first and typical superhero characters' costumes work as metaphors for realization of American justice. After the 1980s, superheroes were newly developed through a genre called graphic novel and the most representative piece of this genre is Alan Moore's Watchmen. In the Watchmen, which was also turn into a movie in 2009, six changed superhero characters appear ranging from a non-human superhero, villain superhero, superhero with mental disorder and superhero with sexual impotency, the characters were never-seen-before superheroes with different aspects that connote introspection and philosophical ideology. The changed type of heroes and ideology became another form of heroes, and this brought changes to character costumes that were never considered before. The superhero costumes that used to symbolize America now express different types of superhero by borrowing exotic mythical elements, undressing, pastiche and daily life clothes. The superhero characters and their changes in costumes from Watchmen imply American popular culture's introspective tendency. Amongst these changes, we need to raise our critical vision towards popular culture.
This study analyzed the characteristics of masculineness reproduced in Korean cop films and their deep meaning, mainly in the 2010s. This analysis work will be a work that embodies the masculine ideal type and true masculinity recognized in Korean society. Also, through this, we will be able to approach the ideals and operations of Korean society. As a result, Korean cop films are mysteriously obsessed with masculinity and masculinity behavior through the main character in the film, which shows off masculinity with mental and physical superiority. Korean cop films also show a desire for patriarchal normality through an ending that shows the moment of masculine recovery through the physical victory of a rough and strong man. Background: To examine the influences of psychosocial work conditions on mental health risk and intention to leave the public sector among workers of public health agencies in Taiwan. Methods: We surveyed 492 public health workers in March 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Information on job demands, job control, workplace justice, experiences of workplace violence and its type and origin, and mental health status (assessed by the 5-item Brief Symptom Rating Scale, BSRS-5) was obtained. Of them, 192 participated in a follow-up survey conducted in May 2023 that assessed mental health status, employment changes, and intention to leave. Results: In the initial survey, 32.93% of participants reported poor mental health status, defined by having a score of BSRS-5 ≧ 10, and 48.17% experienced some form of workplace violence over the past year. Notably, high psychosocial job demands (OR = 3.64, 95% CI = 1.93-6.87), low workplace justice (OR = 2.58, 95% CI = 1.45-4.58), and workplace violence (OR = 2.38, 95% CI = 1.51-3.77) were significantly associated with increased risk of mental disorders. Among those who participated in the followup survey, 22.40% had persistent poor mental health, and 30.73% considered leaving or have left the public sector. Longitudinal analyses indicated that job demands predicted persistent mental disorders and intention to leave the public sector, and the experience of workplace violence added additional mental health risks. Conclusion: The public health workforce is crucial for effective and resilient public health systems. Our findings that public health workers were at high mental health risk and had a high intention to leave the job warrant attention and policy interventions.
