Just culture is an important factors in safety culture, and is related to the degree to which potential risk information is shared. Since the importance of the level of just culture has been highlighted in the aspect that it is related to the prevention of various safety accidents, research on just culture was required. In previous studies, there are attempts to develop a scale to measure the level of just culture and to reveal the degree of predicting the experience of accidents or errors and the actual reporting experience. However, It was not possible to clarify the factors that facilitate and inhibit the level of just culture for the formation of just culture. This study was conducted to help improve the level of the organization's just culture by specifically identifying factors that facilitate and inhibit the impact on the level of the just culture. As a result, it was possible to find the facilitating and inhibiting factors affecting the 6 factors of just culture.

Aviation Maintenance Technician(AMT)'s error is not directly link to deficiency which is differ to flight crew's error and it potentially maintains. Due to it usually occur as undesired aircraft state, hazards, like unreported maintenance error or near miss fortunately undetected and are not develop to accident. This could be a crucial influence of an accident occurrence. To remove these hazards, just safety culture should be support that anyone can report about safety problems and person who reported safety problems and hazards like near miss, should not get disadvantages. Also if it is satisfied, they must exempt for punishment and guaranteed for security. Hence, on this study, aviation maintenance site's just culture need to be researched and analysed about improvement for aviation maintenance field's positive just culture.

This is a study to research the effective way to enhance the performance of safety management by gathering and analyzing the information of undesirable occurrences that may result in accident or serious incident. This includes the way to identify the potential hazards related with the proactive activities. As detailed improvements, this paper introduces the mandatory and voluntary reporting system, normal operation safety survey, ATC quality assurance and the encouragement of just culture.

It's been a common knowledge that Indonesia has a multicultural nature which produces a rich civilization, traditional textiles is one of the examples. Indonesian textile is one of the earlier/oldest artefacts being studied. The wide range of its selections also a proof that Indonesia already had an advanced culture. In Indonesia, textile isn't just a mere cloth; it also used to refer your social statuses, a ritual complements aspect, and many other symbolic purposes. Celebes textiles just a small example how rich this country culture is. The purpose of this study was to convince people that Indonesian traditional textile has a potential to stand in same ground with any modern textile produced around the world.

이 글의 목적은 새로운 전쟁의 영역으로 떠오르고 있는 인지전(Cognitive Warfare)에서 제기될 수 있는 윤리적 문제를 평가하는 데 있어 정의전쟁론(Just War Theory)의 한계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 우리는 인지전이 등장하게 되는 배경을 설명하고 인지전에 대한 개념적 분석을 통해 인지전의 특성을 도출하여 인지전이 전통적 전쟁과 어떠한 차이점이 있는지를 제시할 것이다. 이후 논의를 전환하여 전쟁에 관한 포괄적 윤리적 문제를 평가하는 이론으로서 정의전쟁론의 배경과 주요 논의 영역을 살펴볼 것이다. 이어서 우리는 이이론을 구성하는 3가지 영역인 전쟁 자체의 도덕(jus ad bellum), 전쟁 수행의 도덕(jus in bello), 전쟁 후의 도덕(jus post bellum)에서 제시하는 윤리적 판단 기준을 구체화하고 각 영역에서 제시되는 기준을 인지전의 양상에 적용할 것이다. 마지막으로 우리는 각 영역별로 인지전에서 윤리적 판단의 적절성을 평가하고 정의전쟁론의 윤리적 판단 기준이 적용될 수 없는 영역을 제시함으로써 인지전에 적용할 수 있는 새로운 윤리적 평가 기준의 필요성을 제기할 것이다.

Regarding the ancient Sino-Kroea sea communication as the main theme, the propagation of the China-culture in Koran Peninsula and he influence of Chinese ancient shipbuilding technique for Korea are described in the paper. Frequent sea trade resulted in the flourishing of Chinese and Korean harbours on both side of Yellow Sea. Sino-Koran sea communication is of long-standing. Korean Peninsula (KP) is just as the large arm extended to the great sea from the North-east China. It is the Chinese mainland plate-lump's extended part in the Yellow Sea. In the ancient time, the land communication between China and Korea was often not unimpeded, the contact between China and KP, such as the South-Korea, depended on the sea communication mainly, Although the friendly relationship between China and Korea rose one after another in the various historical period, but considering from the great background of people's historical development, just as the modern people benefited fro the Europe-American culture, the people of ancient time also benefited from the China-culture. All China, KP and Japan obtained the development by propagating the ancient China-culture. The seagoing ships which carried out the Sino-Korea sea communication and trade, as the friendly envoys, finished the mission linked u and developed the Sino-Korea culture contact.

Objective: This paper discusses the recent challenges to human factors engineering due to the safety culture. Background: As incidents occurring in specific fields such as logistics, plant, energy and medical sectors in Korea, as well as in the public sectors including railway, road, aviation and shipping, are recently raised as social issues from the disaster dimension, those incidents are dealt with as man-made disasters in many cases. The trend regarding all accidents as man-made disasters has been expanded in the active perspective that the controllability of all incidents should be ensured in technology development, due to change from a fatal point of view regarding disasters as random occurrence of uncertainties in the past. Method: Man-made disasters are concluded as human errors, and safety culture stands out as a cause of human errors or a new cause item recently. Because safety culture, however, is a very comprehensive term, of which true nature is obscure, although many definitions of safety culture have been presented, the safety culture may make avoid the true nature and responsibility of an incident, or make the main player and subject obscure. Raising safety culture as a cause without presenting a specific countermeasure will be just a wisdom of hindsight. Results and Conclusion: This study reviews the fundamental discussions on "Is safety culture a task of human factors engineering?" and the existing approach carried out from various perspectives in order to seek an effective approach on the new task of safety culture in the human factors engineering field. This study discusses an engineering approach to meet a precondition that safety culture is not just an added factor through a review of the approaches in the proactive fields such as nuclear power and aviation, and the traditional approaches of human factors engineering. Application: This study especially defines the perspective of socio-technological system that has expanded the existing man-machine system, and discusses a systemic approach embracing various interactions, and several overriding tasks.

With the dawn of the 21st century, the corporate business environment started to witness the unprecedented, intense competition on global basis. As a result, the kind of corporate business activity that can respond swiftly to the new changes emerged as one of the most critical factors to increase corporate competitiveness. Being reborn as a strategy-focused organization means seeking innovation. And the strategy not involving innovation is just meaningless. It is this innovation that lies at the heart of the corporate strategy, and that is the only way for continuation of the corporation. The most important pending issue facing companies today is to bolster corporate competencies fit for new business environment, to develop corporate culture required for getting competitiveness edge back, and ultimately to put the company on the continued growth path. Corporate culture, as the very underlying belief and philosophy, is not just woven into the fabric of the corporate management strategy and into the way the company is doing its business. It also, as a regulation and norm for its employees to stick by, affects the way they think and behave. This paper aims at presenting the role of the corporate culture in working out problems encountered by companies today, like corporate innovation, instilling vitality to the organization, beefing up the underlying corporate capabilities, and making transformation required by the changing business environment.

본 연구는 대학생의 개인적 공정세상신념, 삶의 의미 발견, 자기통제력, 공격성의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 이러한 관계가 성별에 따라 달라지는지 검증하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 427명의 자기보고식 설문자료를 수집하여 성별에 따른 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 검증 결과, 개인적 공정세상신념은 성별과 무관하게 공격성을 직접적으로 예측하였다. 또한, 개인적 공정세상신념과 공격성의 관계에서 자기통제력의 단순매개 효과는 남녀 모두에서 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 개인적 공정세상신념이 삶의 의미와 자기통제력을 거쳐 공격성으로 이어지는 이중매개효과는 여성에게서만 유의하였다. 즉, 여성의 높은 개인적 공정세상신념이 삶의 의미 발견을 예측하며, 이것이 자기통제력과 연합되면서 공격성 저하에 기여하였다. 본 연구는 대학생의 공격성을 완화할 수 있는 구체적 기제가 성별에 따라 다르게 나타남을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과에 기초하여 개입 전략에 대해 논의하였다.

Tar Baby, Toni Morrison's fourth novel re examines the problem that black characters face in negotiatiating a place for themselves within a dominant culture, with respect to their own history and culture. The novel critiques the dominant socio economic and commodifying cultural space from which the black woman seems to have no escape. Jadine is a colonized subject, for as a fashion model she has surrendered to an aesthetics of commodification, and as a student of art history, she has internalized the capitalist ethic of the white culture industry. Though she has ensured her freedom, Morrison's critique of her separation from her family and culture is unmistakable. Interwoven with her narrative is Son's predicament, the stereotype of a black racist and her 'lover'. The novel ends with him at the crossroads of culture, yet signaling his passage to freedom through resistance. The paper arguments how Toni Morrison has envisioned the welfare of African American community by reconstructing the role of new black generation, as represented by Jadine and Son, whose new journey towards their self fulfillment just not only bring their personal freedom but also regenerates African American community by resisting dominant commodifying cultural.
