This paper presents a scheme on the characteristics of induction motor under the combination of linear & non-linear loads at the three phase 4-wire power distribution system. Under the combination operation of single & three phase load, voltage unbalance will be generated and current unbalance will be more severe by the dropped voltage quality. All power electronic converters used in different types of electronic systems can increase harmonic disturbances by injecting harmonic currents directly into the feeder grid of three phase 4-wire. Harmonic current may cause torque to decrease. Motors may also overheat or become noisy and torque oscillation in the rotor can lead to mechanical resonance and vibration.

Benign schwannoma is the most common neurogenic tumor in the mediastinum. Mediastinal benign schwannomas are most often asymptomatic and rarely accompanied by bloody pleural effusion. In the clinical analysis of 7 cases of pulmonary schwannomas, pleural effusion, and blood invasion were evident in 3 patients with malignant schwannoma. Herein, we report a rare case of giant, benign schwannoma presented with total collapse of right lung by massive, bloody pleural effusion.

Most of LV customer has been composed the 3-phase four wire system distribution system which is supplying simultaneously at the 1-phase & 3-phase load. In this system, the composition of the power apparatus system is simple rather than conventional separation mode of the 1-phase & 3-phase, But due to uneven load unbalance or unclean power quality, various kinds such as derating or power losses become an issue. In this paper, we measured and analyzed voltage and current waveform in the field, compared with internationally allowable voltage unbalance limits.

본 논문에서는 국내 게임 시장 규모에서 다른 부분에 비해 떨어지는 콘솔 게임 시장의 발전방향으로 클라우드 기반의 콘솔게임기술에 대한 내용 제안한다. 콘솔게임의 새로운 패러다임의 방향은 사람들이 콘솔의 가장 큰 단점으로 꼽은 기기의 가격으로 인한 경제적인 부담을 덜어내며 부피의 간소화의 효과 또한 기대한다. 이러한 기대로 단점을 보완하여 콘솔 게임을 대중화 시킨다면 자연스레 시장의 확장으로 이어지며 이러한 시장 확장 상황에서 기업들의 정책 방향을 연구할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Objectives : Through an analysis of the previous studies, It is estimated that Chuna(shoulder traction) is effective in reducing the pain and increasing motion range of shoulder joint of the patient. So this study is to investigate the effects of Chuna(shoulder traction) on frozen shoulder. Methods : After treated with acupuncture and electro stimulating therapy, the subjects were measured list of measurement. And then treated with Chuna(shoulder traction) therapy, the subjects were measured list of measurement again. All treatment was performed by the same doctor who is a highly qualified about Chuna(shoulder traction). Chuna(shoulder traction) treatment takes 15 minutes. Three kind of Chuna(shoulder traction) therapy were performed for 5 minutes each. Depending on the degree of the subject's pain, treatment strength was adjusted. Results : - Chuna simultaneous treatment group, shoulder joint range of flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, external rotation and internal rotation movement improved statistically significant. - Chuna simultaneous and acupuncture treatment group, visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of two groups decreased statistically significant. Conclusions : The result suggests that Chuna(shoulder traction) can be effective to recover range of motion and reduce pain on patients with frozen shoulder.

This paper presents very low bit rate speech coder, ZFE-CELP(ZINC Function Excitation-Code Excited Linear Prediction). The ZFE-CELP speech codec is based on a ZINC function and CELP modeling of the excitation signal respectively according to the frame characteristic such as a voiced speech and an unvoiced speech. And this paper suggest strategies to improve the speech quality of the very low bit rate speech coder.
