직무스트레스에 따른 직무만족 요인 조사연구 (Factors Influencing of Job Stress Response to Job Satisfaction)

  • All managers should consider both of job performance and job satisfaction as influential key results to be achieved by people at work. One without the other is simply insufficient to meet the high standards of today's workplace. Some workers achieve a sense of personal satisfaction from their jobs while others do not. the others achieve high levels of task performance while others do not. The test of a manager's skill in building value added jobs is to discover what work means to other people, and then to create work environments that help them achieve high levels of both performance and satisfaction. this study set out to investigate the job satisfaction of the employees at work station along with the needs resulting from exploding population of salary citizens. This paper aims to survey and analyze the job satisfaction of the workers and a potent influence factors of Job stress for organization management.

패션모델의 직무스타일이 직무만족도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Work Attitude of Fashion Models on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • This study analyzed the effects of job style on job satisfaction and turnover intention of fashion models, and the difference in the job style, job satisfaction and turnover intention by model activities period. Data was collected by surveying fashion models with more than 10 modeling experiences, and 230 responses were used in the data analysis. The results of were as follows: First, the job style of fashion models were classified into professional ability type, social relationship-focused type, future-oriented type and body-boasting type. Job satisfaction was classified into satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction with model activities, and satisfaction with relationships. Turnover intention was classified into intention to change jobs, and intention to quit modeling. Second, being a professional ability type had a negative effect on satisfaction with working conditions, whereas being a future-oriented type had a positive effect on it. The professional ability type and social relationship-focused type had a positive effect on satisfaction with model activities, and the social relationship-focused type had a positive effect on satisfaction with relationships. Third, the future-oriented type and body-boasting type had a negative effect on the intention to change jobs. The social relationship-focused type, future-oriented type and body-boasting type had a negative effect on the intention to quit modeling. Fourth, there were significant differences in the professional ability type, human relationship-focused type, body-boasting type, intention to change jobs and intention to quit modeling by model activities period. Therefore, it is necessary for domestic fashion models to have the appropriate attitude to develop features and competency required for modeling projects and if improvements are made to enhance job satisfaction of fashion models, the fashion modeling industry is expected to make further developments.

치과기공사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Transfer of Dental Technicians)

  • This study mainly intends to determine the factors for which dental technicians are satisfied with their jobs and how much the resulting job transfer rate is and thus to identify the correlation between them. For these purpose, 200 subjects were sampled out of dental technicians in Seoul and Incheon, and the survey was performed from July 19, 2002 to August 15 (for 25 days) with self-administered questionnaire. Out of all collected questionnaires, 131 pieces(65.5%) were addressed for this study. As for the tools for this study, the structured questionnaire was used with its proven reliability and feasibility, and the contents of questionnaire consisted of 32 questions on the basis of related references. The contents of questionnaire were categorized into 3 sections: General attribute of subjects; Factors for which dental technicians are satisfied with their jobs; and their intention of job transfer. The questionnaire consisted of total 32 questions which included general attribute of subjects(10 questions), factors of their satisfaction with jobs(17 questions) and intention of job transfer(5 questions). The data analysis was processed by computerized system with SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences). Statistical analysis techniques included frequency, percentage, T-test, F-test analysis and regression analysis. As a result of those analyses, the conclusion can be summarized as follows: 1. As a result of analyzing the factors for which the subjects were satisfied with their jobs, it was found that there were significant differences in career and job title out of question items(P<0.001). It was also shown that the factors of subjects' satisfaction averaged 3.43, which was considerably higher value than I expected. It was found that job and management factors were major job satisfaction factors. 2. As a result of analyzing the intention of subjects to decide their job transfer, it was found that there were significant differences in job title and marital status out of question items(P<0.001). It was shown that the total average of the intention of their job transfer amounted to 3.06. It was shown that dental technicians have relatively higher intention of job transfer from their current work place. 3. It was found that there was inverse correlation between the factors of subjects' satisfaction with their jobs and their intention of job transfer(r=-0.490, P<0.05). Likewise, it was also found that there was inverse correlation mostly between the evaluation value for each independent variable region in term of each factor of job satisfaction and the value for the intention of job transfer. In view of these correlations, it was concluded that higher job satisfaction likely led to lower job transfer. 4. As a result of regression analysis so as to determine the influences of job satisfaction factors on the intention of job transfer, it was found that the highest influential factor was management factor. And it was shown that the test values of model were statistically significant and its explanatory power amounted to 54.6%.

  • 본 연구는 간호조무사의 직무영역별 직무분석을 통한 직무특성이 직무만족도와 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 한다. 연구대상자는 서울시에 소재하고 있는 의료기관에 근무 중인 간호조무사 469명을 대상으로 2013년 5월 1일부터 9월 4일까지 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석은 모두 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였으며 통계처리는 SPSS/WIN18.0프로그램을 사용하였고 빈도분석과, t-test와 일원변량분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다중범위검증을 통계적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 간호조무사의 자격증취득 연도와 연령, 최종학력에 따른 직무만족도에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 직무특성에 따른 직무만족도 차이에서는 근무지와 담당직무영역 및 근무형태에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 간호조무사의 직무능력 향상과 전문 간호 인력이 되도록 담당 직무영역별로 표준화된 업무지침과 교육프로그램을 통해 지속적인 관리가 이루어 져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

A Study on the Influence of Personal Characteristics of Youth Employment on the Preparation for Turnover: Focused on the adjustment effect of experience in failing to get jobs

  • Purpose: In this study, we would like to confirm that the transfer of young workers may be a means of enhancing their internal satisfaction, not to get a better job, by setting work-related characteristics that are highly relevant to job-related factors. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, preparation for turnover was set as dependent variables to identify factors related to the turnover of young people, and the type of business, employment type, debt status, job satisfaction, job difficulty compared to education level, job difficulty, job degree, job major agreement, debt status, and other demographic social characteristics were selected as independent variables. Results: The characteristics related to personal criteria in job-seeking process were significant in the form of business, employment type, job satisfaction, work difficulty compared to the level of education, work difficulty compared to the level of technology, job major matching, and debt status. Conclusions: This study confirmed that young people's turnover may not simply be a means to get a better job, but to increase satisfaction in the internal aspects of their jobs, and that for young people, a job is an important development process that represents their identity and needs to be approached from a life-cycle perspective.

직장교육에 대한 인식 및 만족도에 관한 연구 -전문적 여성 종사자를 중심으로- (Working Females' Perceptions and Evaluations on Employer-Supported Child Care Service: Centered on Professional Working Females)

  • The purpose of the present study was to examine how working females evaluated and perceived the employer-supported child care services, and how the evaluations and perceptions were different depending on their socio-demographic characteristics. A survey was administered to 164 working females, mostly, in professional jobs, to investigate their satisfaction to the employer-supported child care service and current child care policy. Major findings are as follows: Working females showed higher degrees of satisfaction on the employer-supported child care service and showed lower degrees of satisfaction on the current child care polidy. The more they work in professional jobs and the more they have high educational background, the more they showed satisfactions to the employer-supported child care services.

임금근로 고령 장애인의 공적 연금과 노후준비가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of the Public Pension and the Old-Age Preparation on the Life Satisfaction of the Elderly with Disabilities who have Paid Jobs: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Self-esteem)

  • 본 연구는 임금근로를 하는 고령 장애인들의 공적 연금과 노후준비가 그들의 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 자아존중감을 매개변수로 검증하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 한국장애인고용공단(KEAD)의 2016년도 제8차년도의 '장애인고용패널' 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 대상자는 임금근로를 하는 60세 이상의 고령 장애인 5,092명 중 본 연구에 적합한 296명을 추출하여 SPSS 20.0 Version을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 공적 연금은 임금근로 고령 장애인의 생활만족도를 높여주는 요인으로 나타났으며, 노후준비가 잘된 임금근로 고령 장애인일수록 생활만족도에 높은 영향관계를 입증하였다. 둘째, 자아존중감은 공적연금과 생활만족도 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아존중감은 노후준비와 생활만족도 간을 매개하는 것을 검증하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 공적 연금과 노후준비의 미비로 인해 낮아질 수 있는 고령 장애인의 생활만족도를 높여주기 위한 일환으로 공적 연금과 노후준비를 활성화하는 것과 자아존중감과 같은 매개요인을 찾아냈다는 점에 의의가 있다.

패밀리 레스토랑 조직 구성원의 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무 만족과 조직 몰입 및 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Employees' Psychological Empowerment in Family Restaurants on Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of employees' psychological empowerment on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and the intention of changing an occupation, and then to suggest the ideal ways to improve productivity through human resource management and to get competitive advantages for efficient management. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we performed both literature review and empirical research. There are conclusions to investigate psychological empowerment about employees in family restaurants. First, self-determination ability, competence and the influential power of which components of empowerment employees perceived affect job satisfaction significantly. In other words, empowered people feel job satisfaction and commit to their organizations. In the relation between empowerment and organizational commitment, influential power and roles affect them significantly, but self-determination ability and the meaning do not. Next, job satisfaction significantly affects organizational commitment and the intention of changing jobs, but organizational commitment doesn't affect the intention of changing jobs significantly. Finally, we suggest some implications about the management of family restaurants based on the results of this study.

A Study on Call Center Callers' Job Attitude and Turnover Intention

  • The importance and the value of call center callers are increasing since they play very crucial roles as representatives of their companies at the closest contact point with customers. However, they have low satisfaction at work and are more likely to leave their jobs due to the fact that they are exhausted from heavy work load; they provide less pay and less chance for promotion than other jobs in the same industry. The high turnover costs companies high expenses on finding and training new callers. In the mean time, customer satisfaction may drop and it can give the customers negative image of the company. Therefore, solutions are required to keep the turnover of call center callers to the minimum. In this study, call center employees in Gwangju area were investigated for their job attitude and turnover intention. Based on the results, several implications are suggested.

노인 돌봄 서비스관리자의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인연구 (A Study of Effecting Factors on Job Satisfaction of the Elderly Care Social Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전국의 노인 돌봄 서비스관리자를 대상으로 직무만족 현황을 살펴봄과 동시에, 개인적요인, 근무관련요인, 서비스관련요인들이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 있다. 이를 통해 직무만족 향상을 위한 정책적 대안과 실천적 방안들을 제시해 보고자 한다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국에서 현재 수행 중에 있는 노인 돌봄 사업수행기관 244개 가운데 각 기관을 대표한 231명에 대해 수집된 자료 중, 분석 유효한 자료 220개를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 어떠한 요인이 서비스관리자의 직무만족에 영향을 미치며, 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 파악한 결과 직무만족의 수준은 3.01로 중간을 조금 넘는 수준에 머무르고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그런데 여성보다는 남성이, 연령이 낮은 미혼이, 계약직보다는 정규직이 그리고 타 업무를 병행하지 않는 서비스 관리자의 만족도가 상대적으로 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 바, 개인관련요인으로는 성별이, 근무관련요인은 타 업무 병행 여부와 기관장의 의지가, 서비스관련 요인은 서비스 태도가 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 가운데도 기관장의 의지가 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 다음은 서비스 태도, 타 업무 병행 여부, 성별 순으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 볼 때, 사업수행기관의 기관장 지지와 관심이 높거나, 서비스 태도가 좋고, 타 업무를 병행하지 않으며, 남성일수록 만족도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 만족도가 평균 이하로 낮은 수준인 급여 및 각종 혜택과 고용의 안정성 및 업무량이나 근무시간의 적절성, 근무시설 및 복지후생여건의 개선 등에 관한 방안의 개선이 요구되었다. 특별히 급여의 경우 3년 연속 동결된 낮은 급여로 인하여 그 개선이 절실히 필요하며, 업무량 및 근무시간의 적절성 문제 해결을 위해서는 사업수행기관에서 타 업무와의 병행을 하지 않도록 하며, 노인돌보미의 인력을 활용하여 행정지원을 받는 방법도 고려해 볼 수 있을 것 같다. 특히 사업의 성공 및 효과성을 유지하기 위해서는 휴먼서비스의 핵심이 되는 서비스 관리자들의 직무만족 향상을 위한 지속적인 노력이 요구된다.
