영양교사의 과업량, 직무 긴장·갈등이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Nutrition Teachers' Work Load and Job Tention on Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine nutrition teachers' workload, job tension, and job satisfaction. Specifically, this study investigated the influence of nutrition teachers' workload and job tension on job satisfaction. A self-administered survey was distributed via online to 240 school nutrition teachers, in Korea, from July 16 to September 5, 2016. A total of 132 respondents completed the survey. The survey asked respondents for the time required for each task, job tension, job satisfaction, and demographic information. The findings of the study indicated that nutrition teachers spent most of their time on foodservice operation/management. Among factors affecting job satisfaction, amount of work showed the lowest score. Job tension (P<0.001) of school nutrition teachers and amount of work (P<0.01) negatively affected their job satisfaction. Moreover 'kind of work' (P<0.001), 'future of career' (0.01), and 'amount of work' (0.05) were the factors significantly affecting job satisfaction. The study offers implications for governmental policies which can improve school nutrition teachers' satisfaction with their job duties.

  • Purpose : This study attempted to find out the relationship between leadership style, knowledge transfer in nursing officers' job, considering the task characteristics. Methods : The data were collected from the military hospital during November 1st to November 17th, 2008 using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the statistical method of frequency, correlation, and regression analysis, in SPSS 12.0 program package. Results/Conclusion : The results of empirical analysis shows that the levels of job tension and job focused task domain affect the job characteristics of the nursing officers' organization. The job characteristics have a moderating effect on the relationship between leadership style and knowledge transfer. The research is very useful in finding out the job characteristics which well depict military nursing organizations. This research suggests that a desirable leadership styles affect the knowledge transfer in the job characteristics type.

사회복지 전담공무원들의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The impact of social support and job-related tension on burnout of social workers in public sector)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 전담공무원의 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 찾아 사회복지 전담공무원이 제공하는 서비스의 질과 효과성을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 모 집단은 인천광역시에 근무하는 전체 사회복지 전담공무원 300명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 설문지를 배포, 회수하였다. 분석결과, 인구학적 특성에 따른 소진의 차이의 검증을 결과 연령대, 결혼상태, 직급별로 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직무스트레스가 소진에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 사회적 지지하위 변인들 중에 정서적 지지만이 소진에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지 전담공무원의 소진에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 요인은 연령으로 나타났으며 다음으로 내적 직무스트레스, 정서적 지지, 외적 스트레스 순이었다. 본 연구의 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지분야에서의 소진 요인과 관련하여 몇 가지 제언을 제시하였다.

  • When a electric power cable is installed in the air for newly or exchanged working, it is necessary at all time to hold a constant tension for an overhead power cable. And also a pendanted power cable is an extreme job to have work in a high sky. For this reason, the objective of this paper developments working robot for preventing disaster that tension of cable installed automatically power cable to hold a constant. So the working robot works at all the time two tasks for mobil and tension it come into a inference between two tasks, control is difficult. Control methode needs to suppress inference of two tasks. In this paper, for installation of overhead power cable, the scheme and control methode of working robot is presented. the robot work at a same time tow tasks that have hold a constant tension of the power cable and move a constant place while unfasten a winding cable at a drum on a chassis. Working robot consist of three parts with mobile system, tension system and control part. As it is applied the feedback/feedforward control, methode of hybrid control is established to suppress that interference come into between two tasks. The simulation programs is made out using models of mobil and tension system, and a proposed controllers. In accordance with simulation, the model of each systems is discussed to make out proper. And also parameters of controllers is selected a suitable value and the driving performance of robot is evaluated.

의료미용 종사자의 직무요구가 전문성 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향: 직무자원의 조절적 역할을 중심으로 (The Effects of Job Demand in Medical Estheticians on Expertise and Job Satisfaction: A Focus on the Manipulating Role of Job Resources)

  • 건강하고 아름답게 살고자 하는 욕구가 높아지면서 의료미용분야도 양적 질적 성장을 거듭하고 있으며, 의료분야에 뷰티서비스를 통합적으로 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 의료미용서비스를 제공하는 종사자를 대상으로 직무요구와 의료미용간의 직무자원 조절적 역할을 검증하고 직무요구, 직무전문성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구방법은 의료미용사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료는 Spss 21.0을 이용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 등을 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째. 직무요구는 협력자원만이 직무자원조절 효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 직무자원이 의료 미용전문성에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 협력자원과 기기활용 자원이 정(+)의 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 직무요구도와 전문성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무요구인 업무긴장도는 부(-), 업무부하량은 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 의료미용 전문성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 의료미용사의 인적관리를 위해서는 다양한 직무자원의 지원이 지속적으로 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

호텔종사자의 직장 내에서의 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Stress of the Hotel Employees)

  • This study is of an analysis of the kinds of influences on the subordinate variables through the adjusting variables by the independent variables which serve as the perception factor of job stress. also This study, with taking the workers for the hotel employees who are in the room, food & beverage and cook, was carried out so as to analyze deeply and throughly the stress of work they experience in doing their job and the tension incited from this stress and the strategy used for meeting this stress to grope for raising plan for the degree of satisfaction with their job of the workers for the hotel. In order for, this study ran paralled with literature study and research study, taking 615 workers who are now working in hotel. Job stress is easily negligible in hotel business not only because it is hard to identify and measure its concrete entity on account of its intangible characteristic but also because it is impossible to check physically the relationship with each direct behavior. If job stress continue, however, it can cause neglect of duty, change of occupation, deterioration of service quality and eventually aggravate the cost of a hotel business and decrease the hotel sales. Consequently, it is highly necessary to increase job satisfaction by identifying systematically and eliminating the stress factor of hotel employees in order to accomplish particularly experience unique job stress in the course of contact since they should provide the customer with their services.

간호사 직무 스트레스에 관한 국내외 연구 비교 (Research Trend of Nurses' Job Stress: A Comparative Study)

  • Purpose: This study was done to describe the research trend of nurses' job stress in Korea and abroad. Methods: A narrative literature review of nurses'job stress related literature published from 1990 to Sept. 2011 was done. A total of 691 original articles were reviewed by two independent reviewers using analysis guidelines. Finally, 261 articles (Korean 177, international 84) were selected using exclusion criteria developed by the researchers. Results: In Korea, most of the researches were in correlational survey design, using questionnaires and the tool of Kim and Gu (1984) to measure job stress. International researches were more diversified than Korean's in the research design, measurement tool, and data collection method. Especially, most of international researches focused on job related factor (number of patients, working time, etc.) and physical effects (tension, heart rate, etc.) of job stress. Conclusion: The results of the study may provide with information that can improve researches on nurses' job stress in Korea.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical application of relaxation training and oriental medical treatment to the SimDamHeoGup(心膽虛怯) type of ChilJungGuQiJung(七情九氣證) patient. In this case, a male patient, 31 years old, who lost his job two months ago, complained of the tension of body and anxiety. We treated the patient with relaxation training and oriental medical treatment such as herbal medicine, acupuncture treatment and aroma therapy. And we diagnosed his state SimDamHeoGup(心膽虛怯) type of ChilJungGuQiJung(七情九氣證), so we prescribed HaChuBoSimTang(夏朮補心場) for patient. In result, the patient’s tension of body and anxiety was improved, so he could recover his confidence slowly. Conclusionally, relaxation training and oriental medical treatment could be effective method to treat the patient of adjustment disorder with the tension of body and anxiety.

Effect of Aroma Therapy on the Stress Alleviation and Job Satisfaction of Taxi Drivers

  • This study was carried out to find the effects of aromatherapy using natural fragrance on reducing stress and improving job satisfaction of transportation workers in the taxi industry. A total of 120 workers were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the inhalation of the fragrance and tested for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the difference of emotional change, stress analysis, and evaluation of job satisfaction according to aromatherapy were compared between the two groups. The result showed that the experimental group had a higher interest in scent products than the control group and that they wanted to encounter a lot of real scents, indicating that aromatherapy caused positive interest in general scent likability. In addition, the experimental group said that the inhalation of fragrance would refresh the feeling of the passengers in the vehicle and smoothly communicate with the passengers. Especially, it showed a significant difference between the two groups in terms of tension relief, pleasure and good mood by inhalation of fragrance, indicating the positive effect on job satisfaction.

우정공무원의 스트레스와 웰빙에 대한 마음챙김-긍정심리 EAP 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of Mindfulness-Positive Psychology EAP Program on Stress and Well-Being of Postal Workers)

  • Objective : This study aimed to develop a customized EAP program for post office workder, incorporating mindfulness and positive psychology, and to test the effectiveness of the intervention on job burnout and well-being of the postal workers. Methods : Participants were currently working postal employees and were recruited voluntarily through the website of the Korea post human resources development institute. A total of 42 workers participated in the program until the end and completed preprogram and post program questionnaires. Results : The results showed that the mindfulness-positive psychology EAP program significantly improved the participants' mindfulness (t=-5.021, p<0.001), job burnout (t=5.824, p<0.001), self-esteem (t=-4.852, p<0.001), positive affect (t=-4.534, p<0.001), negative affect (t=5.635, p<0.001), and body tension (t=6.355, p<0.001), with statistically significant effects on all measures. Conclusion : The results indicated that the mindfulness-positive psychology EAP class had a significantly positive effect on increasing mindfulness, self-esteem, and positive affect and decreasing job burnout, negative affect, and body tension among postal workers, demonstrating the usefulness of an integrated approach.
