The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors and reasons for hiring kindergarten teachers and to provide information for successful employment to the college. 12 private kindergarten chiefs over 10 years of experience were conducted in - depth interviews. In-depth interview data were analyzed using open coding analysis. 11 sub - factors of each core concept were derived, and they were nominated as 4 outline (character, sociality, personality & professionalism factors). All of the researchers perceived the sincerity, interpersonal stability, honesty, and ability to perform the curriculum as the most important factors to consider, and the teacher with good personality was perceived as the precondition of successful teacher's job performance. In the college, through the production of portfolios by subject, we raised the necessity of institutionalization of educational volunteer activities such as vacation - based education in addition to on - the - spot education at school and development of liberal arts curriculum to develop capacity for community life. And to develop and operate a field-oriented comparative education program to strengthen the competence of the majors.

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences of the vocational values and the career orientation of science between middle school scientifically gifted students and non-gifted students. The subjects were 85 middle school scientifically gifted students and 139 middle school non-gifted students. For this purpose, the questionnaires about vocational values and science career orientation were administered. The results of this study were as follows: First, the vocational values between two groups were significantly different in 'diversity', 'reward', 'social recognition' and 'autonomy' among all 11 domains. 'Diversity' and 'autonomy' showed the highest scores for scientifically gifted students. On the other hand, for the non-gifted students, 'reward' and 'social recognition' showed the highest scores. Second, the grand mean of the science career orientation between two groups showed significant differences. The average of scientifically gifted students was significantly higher than that of the non-gifted students in all four sub-domains. Third, the main effect of the vocational values according to gender did not exist, but there were main effects, including diversity, reward, stability, social recognition and autonomy, between two groups. There was no interaction effect between group and gender in the vocational values. Fourth, there were interaction effects between group and gender in the science career orientation. The main effects existed in four sub-domains of science career orientation. However, according to gender, the main effect existed in the sub-domain 'job preference for science' between the male students and the female students.

Objectives: The aim of the present study was undertaken to investigate the association between communication for chemical hazard information and characteristics of occupational safety and health managers. Subjects and Methods: We surveyed 78 occupational safety and health managers(64 male and 14 female) in 78 chemical manufacturing plants. Data were obtained using a self-reported questionnaire about size and type of company, products, communication system for chemicals and work-related characteristics of occupational safety and health managers. All analyses in this study were performed using SPSS program 12.0. Results: 64.1% of the study participants were occupational health managers aged 39.3 years on average and were graduated from college and university around 90%. 30.0% and of them were majoring in chemistry (engineering chemistry), 18.0% occupational health, 16% nursing and 30.0% others. Occupational safety managers were aged 39.4 years on average, 42.9% of them were majoring in chemistry (engineering chemistry), 21.4% environmental engineering, 10.7% occupational safety and 25% others. 86% of occupational health managers and 71.4% of occupational safety managers were classified as office job. Over 94% of the hazards information for chemicals were delivered by occupational safety and health managers, but about 28.2% workers preferred outside experts who have a profound knowledge about occupational safety and health and understandable. Occupational safety and health managers and workers had difficulties in understanding toxicological information, hazards identification, stability/reactivity, composition/information on ingredients, physical/chemical properties and ecological information. On multiple logistic regression analysis for the 16 heading of material safety data sheet, content of material safety data sheet was significantly associated with education level (odds ratio=0.286, 95% confidence interval=0.105-0.780). The hazard identification (odds ratio=3.947, 95% confidence interval=1.092-14.271) and toxicological information (odds ratio=0.841, 95% confidence interval=0.705-0.998) were significantly associated with type of occupation. Conclusions: This finding implies that the education level, type of occupation and speciality of occupational safety and health managers may affects hazards information delivery.

This paper compares the realities of the salary Peak Policy's status and management processes in Korea and Japan, with the aim of determining the development direction for Korea's salary Peak Policy's. Unlike Japan, which successfully achieved close cooperation between government, firms and workers in implementing the Retirement Age Extension Type salary Peak Policy, Korea experienced many problems due to lack of preparation. In order to rationally develop the salary Peak Policy, the government, firms, and workers must cooperate to increase the policy's efficiency via the following steps. First, gradually increase the proportion of retirement age extension. Second, career development that takes into account the various employment types, flexible working hours and aged workers. Third, development of training programs for senior citizen workers, as well as increasing support for changing of jobs and startups. Fourth, expansion of re-employment after retirement age and ways to make use of the skilled labor. Fifth, increasing work efficiency through bonuses and work evaluation that is specialized for aged workers. This paper argues that such measures are necessary for the co-existence of firms and workers, as well as for improving employment stability and labor market flexibility.
The research study conducted logistics regression analysis through HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modeling) and presented the value of the outcome in order to investigate characteristic factors of demanders which influence the intention to move into public rental housing. (1) The results of the regression analysis of characteristic factors of household and housing were analyzed as having the significant effect on the intention to move in public rental housing, according to residents moving in monthly rent housing, residents' occupations, rental housing, the number of household, the location of surrounding public rental housing, monthly average income, children's educational level, the number of children, the types of housing and one's own house, in order, out of the types of housing tenure. (2) The results of the regression analysis of characteristic factors of the conditions of location were analyzed that out of the conditions of location of the top five areas in public rental rates, what influences significant effects on the intention to move in public rental housing is the location of surrounding rental housing, income, the number of household and children, children's educational level, job state, housing types, ones' own house, rent housing, monthly rent housing, in order. (3) In case of Seoul, Expanding public rental housing is inevitable in order to stabilize ordinary people's housing stability, owing to the high and rental prices of private housing. Nevertheless, an accurate analysis of the intention to move in public rental housing has not been conducted. Eventually, the research was, thus, conducted, based on the fact that the preference on public housing is low. According to the analytic results of the study, it is required for the government institutions and agencies should consider individual and local characteristics and provide an alternative that meets the real situation, in order to help ordinary citizens with low incomes stabilize housing.

The research is centered towards analyzing the usage status of YouTube platform and the nature of content supplied to YouTube by selecting Korean two Traffic Broadcastings Based on TBS(Traffic Broadcasting System) and TBN(Traffic Broadcasting Network). TBS operates 'Citizen's Broadcasting', which has 1.1 million subscribers among 13 YouTube channels, as its main channel. TBN has only 15,000 subscribers to its main 'TBN Tong', and YouTube channels in 12 local networks. TBS which has a dedicated YouTube manpower, is far ahead of TBN in terms of YouTube channel management and content composition. Both broadcasters are passive about creating new media content due to job stability. For the development of the YouTube platform for these two broadcasters, organizational changes within traffic broadcasting and changes in the perception of members are required, and live broadcasting and discovery of star creators are required. In the changing media environment two traffic broadcastings need a program distribution strategy that can be included in various media platforms.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the establishment of welfare facilities for baby boomers and the development of services and programs by studying the effects of baby boomers' preparation for old age on the intention to use welfare facilities for the elderly. The subjects of this study were 385 baby boomers (1955-1963) living in J city, Chungbuk. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the factors influencing the intention to enter welfare facilities. The results of this study showed that baby boomers' preparation for old age did not have a significant effect on the intention to use the elderly welfare center, and only the economic preparation had a significant effect on the intention to use the senior club, and the emotional preparation had a significant effect on the intention to use the 50+ center and the baby boomer welfare center. Based on the results of this study, policy suggestions are as follows: First, senior clubs need to expand services for employment and start-up that can help prepare for economic retirement. Second, various job policies using baby boomers' skills and knowledge are needed. Third, the 50+ center and the baby boomer welfare center need to develop professional counseling and education programs for prevention and treatment of emotional and psychological problems. Fourth, it is necessary to provide and develop programs to promote interpersonal relations and social activities for emotional stability and support.
Although the rate of self-employment is high in Korean labor market and the rate gap between age groups is high, few studies have addressed on the effects of push factors on transition into self-employment across age groups. The goal of this research is to determine if push factors exert different effects on the self-employment decisions across age groups. There is interest in testing push hypothesis and pull hypothesis. The Korean Labor and Income Panel Study wave 6~11 is used to test this study's hypothesis. The main contribution of the paper is that in case of high unemployment, the probability of transition into self-employment increases. It is consistent with the push hypothesis. Many people are forced to become self-employed person due to the high rate of unemployment and limited occupational choice rather than the role of entrepreneurship. By age subgroup, the transition into self-employment of the ages of 30 and 49 is high. In addition, people at 40-49 years of age are more likely to become self-employed as a response of inadequate job opportunities. It provides the evidence that the self-employment is not a matter of special age group in that people in the 30 to 49 year old age group whose economic activities are vigorous move into marginalized labor market. Furthermore, it seems to be threatened the employment's stability of the prime age in that even people who are age 40-49 years of age are pushed into self-employment because of the recession.
The purpose of this study is to compare the differences of the career development and the occupational view between giftedness in computer science and normal students in elementary school, so the results of this study provide assistance to the teacher for the direction and guidance on the career education of the giftedness in computer science in elementary school. This survey is based on 82 giftedness in computer science and 167 normal elementary school students. The questionnaires used in the study contain questions asking regarding the career development and the occupational view. The results of this study were as follows : First, according to the consciousness analysis result about career, the giftedness in computer science choose to be scientific technicians, the normal students choose to be artists. The both groups get career information from their parents, but they usually don't get career counseling from teachers. The education of giftedness in computer science does not contribute to changing their dreams, while normal students have no interest in computer science. Second, according to the career development analysis result, in comparison with non-gifted students, the gifted in information science had more success in all domains of career development. Third, according to the occupational view analysis result, the information science gifted students had higher meaningful rate than the normal students. Intrinsic domain' had higher meaningful rate among the subordinate domains, there is no difference in 'extrinsic domain' and 'incidental domain' between the information science gifted students and the normal students. Fourth, according to the correlation analysis result of the career development and the occupational view, there is a positive correlation in all domains of them. The high they are in the career development, the more they have the certain occupational view. Likewise, if they have the certain occupational view, they will be more successful in career development. Based on the findings of this research, the directing and guidance on the career education of giftedness in computer science in elementary school is same as the followings. We should educate parents regarding information about career for students who are under the influence of parents greatly and indicate them to apply to their children appropriately. In addition, for making them to have the positive image of the computer science, teacher should provide more information about the area of information and form various curriculums to induce more interests about computer science. We need to strengthen the career education for guiding the gifted to assist them to establish their own goal and realize them how to study and choose their career in the future. In school education field, it must develop and manage the definite and empirical program, not the career development program which is focused on only entrance into advanced school, to boost self-realization ability and the suitable career education program based on the correct understanding on giftedness in computer science. For this, through steady trying and research, teachers should be eater to develop the career education for students. Also, we have to implement the internal stability career education program, so it will help students to be aware of their job and career; therefore, students will be able to plan and prepare for their career in this rapid changing world.
