성별에 따른 이공계 전공교육만족이 일자리 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Satisfaction on the Major Satisfaction of Science and Engineering College Students According to Gender Differences)

  • This study is aim to the effects of job satisfaction on the major satisfaction of science and engineering college students and also analyzed the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance in career choice. To do this, structural equation modeling(SEM) and multi-group SEM were applied to data from 2016 Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). In the results of this study, the major satisfaction, future outlook of job and major relevance were positive effects on job satisfaction and the mediating effects of future outlook of job and major relevance were verified. And results of analysis according to gender difference, the coefficient of woman was smaller than man. Among major satisfaction had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction fell for women who value their relevance to the major when choosing a job. Based on such results, universities need to further strengthen their role in helping them enhance their expertise through skills and learning about their majors.

AIS 사용자의 경력지향과 직무특성간의 관련성 분석 (Analysis of Relevance between Career Orientations and Job Characteristics of AIS User)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 AIS(Accounting Information System;이하 AIS로 표기한다.) 사용자의 경력지향과 직무특성간의 적합성이 AIS 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 있다. 구체적으로 AIS 사용자의 경력지향은 지술지향과 관리지향으로 구분하였으며, AIS 사용자의 직무특성은 직무의 다양성과 직무의 자율성으로 구분하였다. 이 두 요인들의 적합성이 시스템 성과(사용자 만족도, 이용도)에 미치는 영향관계를 검증해 보고자 하였다. 첫째, AIS 사용자의 경력지향 중에 기술지향과 직무의 자율성간의 적합성이 시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, AIS 사용자의 경력지향 중에 관리지향과 직무의 다양성간의 적합성이 시스템 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, AIS 사용자의 경력지향 중에 기술지향과 직무의 자율성간의 적합성이 시스템 이용도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, AIS 사용자의 경력지향 중에 관리지향과 직무의 다양성간의 적합성이 시스템 이용도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

중소기업 근로자의 직무스트레스가 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relevance between Workers' Job Characteristics and Organizational Effectiveness by Job Stress in Small & Medium Sized Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 직무스트레스가 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 부 울 경 지역의 중소기업 중 제조업 및 서비스업에 종사하는 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 379개의 데이터를 수집하였다. 본 연구결과에 의하면, 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 역할과다 수준에 따라 직무특성과 조직유효성 간의 관련성에 일부 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에 의하면 다양한 직무특성을 활용하여 조직유효성을 높이고자 하는 중소기업들의 경우 직무스트레스를 적절히 통제하는 것이 조직유효성 증대에 유용할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 향후 대기업과 중소기업간의 비교를 통한 보다 심도 있는 연구를 기대한다.

보험심사 전문 간호사의 직무표준 개발 (The Development Job Standards for Advanced Health Insurance Review Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study is to develop job standards in order to propose proper job level of the advanced nurse practitioners and apply the results to the work and enhance the expertism. Method: This study is a methodical study. The validity was examined by using the content validity index(CVI). Result: The pre-items of job standards for advanced health insurance review nurses were established and the final job standards comprising of 12 standards, 46 criteria, 92 indicators, 418 activities were determined after the examination by the advisory group. The validity of the job standards were examined for two times by the seven professionals. The relevance of the modified job standards was examined by the working level employees above the assistant manager position working in the general hospitals and the result was 93.14% relevance. The job standards comprising of 12 standards, 46 criteria, 89 indicator and 409 activities were developed. Conclusions: By the development of the job standards, it is expected to prove that advanced health insurance review nurses are the most suitable professionals for dealing with medical affairs such as management and propriety evaluation of medical expenses while defining the roles of advanced health insurance review nurses.

모바일 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술사용에 영향을 주는 환경적 요인과 직무 관련성의 조절효과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Environmental Determinants on the Mobile Cloud Computing Technology Usage and the Moderating Effects of Job Relevance)

  • The recent development of mobile devices, including smartphones has maximized the user's convenience. This phenomenon has triggered the specification and activation of mobile cloud service and transformed the user's information usage and communication means. Despite such development of new technology, there is little understanding of mobile cloud. Therefor, in order to help the understanding of the usage of mobile cloud computing technology, this study developed the research model based on the UTAUT (the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology) model. The proposed research model included five external determinants, such as Interoperability, Information Organization, Adequacy, Information Security and Context Awareness, along with the moderating effects of Job Relevance, and empirically proved their influence on the user's job performance. This study proved the research model by analyzing the data collected from 287 copies of survey with the structural equation modeling approach. The result showed that all determinants, except Information Security have positive impact on the usage of mobile cloud computing technology. Thus, this study can compliment the limitations of previous research, suggest a new direction to analyze the user's perspective in the related research on mobile cloud and build a theoretical foundation for the further development of mobile cloud.

콜센터 상담사의 직무스트레스와 이직의도와의 관련성 (Relationship Between Occupational Stress and Turnover Intention Among Call Center Counselors)

  • 본 연구는 콜센터 상담사의 인구사회학적 특성, 건강행태 및 직업관련 특성에 따른 이직의도 수준을 파악하고, 특히 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 관련성을 규명하고자 시도하였다. 조사 대상은 콜센터를 운영하고 있는 병원 9개소와 기업체 5개소에 근무하고 있는 콜센터 상담사 158명으로 하였으며, 자료 수집은 2013년 2월 1일부터 6월 30일까지의 기간 동안에 자기기입식 설문조사(self-administered questionnaire)에 의하였다. 연구결과, 이직의도에 관련된 요인으로는 연령, 수면시간, 업무요구도, 업무자율성이 유의한 변수로 선정되었다. 특히 직무스트레스 내용과 이직의도 간의 관련성에서는 업무요구도가 높아질수록 이직의도가 높은 반면, 업무의 자율성이 높아질수록 이직의도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이직의도에 대한 직무스트레스의 위험비는 업무 요구도가 높은 군에서, 업무자율성이 낮은 군에서, 상사의 지지도 및 동료의 지지도가 낮은 군에서 이직의도가 높은 군에 속할 위험비가 유의하게 증가하였다. 따라서 이직의도를 감소시키기 위해서는 직무스트레스 요인의 개선을 위한 노력이 필요하다고 생각된다.

  • The Government is going to enforce assessment of dental institutions in addition to assessment of medical institutions so that it can provide good-quality medical service to people having much interest in quality of medical service. But the empirical research on the assessment of dental institutions which is still in a model assessment stage, is insufficient. Accordingly, the present research aims to help dental institutions preparing the main assessment by researching an acceptance level of workers of dental institutions in a process performing assessment of dental institutions, based on the preceding researches that the perceived utility has influence on implementation intention. The present research proved the influence that job relevance, result demonstration, usability and education & training of workers and manager's leadership of an infection management part affects perceived utility and implementation intention. As a research result, all the job relevance, result demonstration, usability have a positive(+) influence on perceived utility and implementation intention, and the influence of job relevance most affects especially. The leadership and education & training have influence on what workers get to have implementation intention after perception of utility of infection management according to the order. According to the above results, it can be understood that medical institutions preparing for assessment of dental institutions take charge of the assessment part having high relevance with work of workers and need to make a manager ordering performance of its assessment be able to foster a leadership for improving effectiveness of assessment performance.

내외국인 건설 근로자의 직무 스트레스 평가를 통한 건설재해 관리 방안 (A Management Approach of the Construction Accidents Based on Assessing the Job Stress of Korean and Foreign Construction Laborers)

  • Each year, it seems inevitable that major accidents will occur on construction sites. Industrial accidents, sometimes involving foreign laborers, have been constantly increasing. Construction laborers have higher hazard rates and higher work intensity than other industries, which means that they experience more job stress, as a result of the subcontracting structure. Therefore, this study performed an influence factor analysis on job stress and its relevance to industrial accidents involving Korean and foreign construction laborers, and proposed its effectiveness with the job stress and construction accident management measures based on the results of those. A questionnaire to measure job stress was performed targeting Korean and foreign laborers, and the results were analyzed. The results of this study can be utilized as important reference materials in efforts to reduce the job stress of foreign laborers on construction sites, and can be expected to contribute to preventing construction accidents related to job stress in the future.

병원근로자들의 역할인식과 직무만족과의 관련성 (Relevance of role perceptions and job satisfaction of Hospital workers)

  • 이연구의 목적은 의료인을 제외한 병원종사자들의 역할인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 연구대상은 486명의 의료지원 부서를 대상으로 하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 정책결정이 직무만족에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 비의료직 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 병원관리자들이 그들의 역할인식 정도를 높이기 위해 노력해야 할 것이다. 이연구의 한계점은 직무만족을 세부적으로 측정하지 않아서 직무만족에 더 중요하게 영향을 미치는 변수를 보여주지 못했다.

임상 치과위생사의 근무환경에 따른 직무스트레스 (Job stress according to the working environment of clinical dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The aims of this study were to analyze the job stress of clinical hygienists according to their positional system and to confirm its relevance. Methods: Seven hundred seventy six clinical dental hygienists participated in this survey. The questionnaire items consisted of general characteristics, working environment, and job stress. The data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS statistics ver.23.0 software. Results: Among the job stresses, the stress on the job demands was the highest with 63.4 points, and the stress on interpersonal conflict was the lowest with 34.6 points. The total score of job stress was the highest in the 26-30 year-old age group, and major stress factors in this group were job insecurity, organizational system, and lack of reward. Team members were more stressful about insufficient job control, organizational system, and lack of reward than team managers, while team managers were more likely to score interpersonal conflict. The dental hygienists in the hospitals that did not have the positional system got more stressed in the insufficient job control, organizational system, and lack of reward area. Conclusions: The presence of positional system was related to job demand, insufficient job control, organizational system, and lack of reward. Structural efforts such as establishing a proper positional system in dental clinics will be needed to control job stress in the clinical dental hygienists.
