위탁급식업체 규모에 따른 급식관리자 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 개인, 급식소 및 조직특성 분석 (Identifying the Effect of Personal, Foodservice and Organizational Characteristics on Foodservice Managers' Job Satisfaction by the Contract Management Company Scale)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the influences of contract foodservice managers' personal characteristics, foodservice characteristics and organizational characteristics on job satisfaction, including interpersonal relationships, self-actualization and promotion opportunity categories. A survey was administered to four hundred contract foodservice managers of five large companies and five small/medium companies in the Seoul and Kyungin areas. The final response rate was 66%(N=265), and the data were analyzed using SPSS Windows(ver. 12.0). The respondents were 76.1% female, average age 28.8 years, and 73.0% were regular workers. Contract foodservices have profit and loss contracts(69.1%), single menu types(59.6%) and buffet serving styles(37.7%). There are significant differences of job satisfaction by some personal characteristic variables(gender, martial status, age, education, position, work hours, period of working for the present company, and payroll per year) and foodservice characteristic variables(type of contract and charge of food costs). In three job satisfaction categories, foodservice managers reported the highest interpersonal relationship satisfaction, following self-actualization satisfaction and promotion opportunity satisfaction in both large companies and small/medium companies. However, foodservice managers of large companies tended to be more satisfied regarding their promotion opportunities than foodservice managers of small/medium companies(p<0.05). Work hours, number of meals served/day, male, workload, communication with the clients, relationship with co-workers, obvious role and autonomy were significant factors to increase the job satisfaction in contract foodservices of large companies. On the other hand, relationships with co-workers and males were significant factors to increase the job satisfaction in contract foodservices of small/medium companies. This research suggests that contract foodservice companies need to understand the characteristics of their managers, foodservices and organizations to enhance the job satisfaction of foodservice managers and to develop specified human resource management strategies that can be applied to each company scale.

교대근무 기혼간호사의 양육스트레스, 사회적지지, 직무만족도가 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Parenting Stress, Social Support, and Job Satisfaction on Job Embeddedness of in Shift working Married Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of parenting stress, social support, and job satisfaction on job embeddedness of in shift working married nurses. Methods: The participants were 131 nurses in five general hospitals. Data collection was conducted using self-report questionnaires from Aug 1 to 16, 2023. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were not significant differences in job embeddedness by general characteristic. The job embeddedness of in shift work nurses were significant correlation parenting stress, social support, and job satisfaction. The factors influencing on job embeddedness of the shift work nurses were job satisfaction. It was found that 61% could explain job embeddedness. Conclusion: It is necessary to nurse' support strategies for improving job satisfaction, and need to develop of program to relieve parenting stress, and strengthen social support to enhance job embeddedness of the shift work nurses.

  • 최근 우리나라 의료복지 분야는 인구의 고령화, 만성질환의 증가, 교통사고, 각종 산업재해, 약물 오 남용, 의학의 발달, 국가복지재정의 악화 등 다양한 환경변화에 둘러싸여 있으며, 새로운 형태의 의료복지와 관련된 새롭고 다양한 서비스 개발의 필요성이 부각되고 있다(조만복, 2010). 국가의 경제적 수준이 높아질수록 사회복지에 대한 사회적 관심은 증가하는 추세이나 복지에 대한 국가의 역할 축소와 사회복지정책에 민간참여의 확대 등 사회복지 여건의 변화는 요양시설 사회복지사들에게 시설서비스의 효과성과 효율성 제고를 위해 다양한 새로운 지식과 기술 습득, 그리고 스스로 최고의 성과를 달성하고자 노력하는 정신자세의 정립을 요구하고 있다. 요양시설에서 서비스 제공자인 사회복지사는 시설클라이언트의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치며 서비스의 효과성에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 양질의 서비스 제공이라는 중요한 책무성을 지니는 장애인 및 노인요양시설은 조직 및 직무환경에 있어서 직원개발 기회의 부족, 조직보상체계의 미흡, 조직의 폐쇄성, 직원자율성의 결여, 전문성의 부족 등의 다양한 문제를 경험하고 있다(이문휘, 2007; 신현석, 2006; 박정양, 2003; 김철용, 2009). 본 연구는 실천현장에서 요양시설조직 내에서 요양시설 사회복지사의 임파워먼트 영향요인인 직무의 특성, 조직의 특성 요인에 대한 인식과 임파워먼트 수준 그리고 직무만족도에 관해서 알아보고 이러한 변인들이 사회인구학적 특성 변인별로 차이가 있는가에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 요양시설 사회복지사의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고, 직무의 특성, 조직의 특성 그리고 임파워먼트 수준이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 연구 목적이 있다.

병원 위탁급식 종사원의 직무특성이 일-가정 갈등과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 운영형태의 조절효과 - (Impact of Job Characteristics of Employees on Quality of Work Life in Hospital Contract Foodservice - Focus on Mediating Effect of Operating Types -)

  • This study conducted an empirical analysis of the effects of job characteristics on work-family conflict relation and quality of life, as well as moderating effects in accordance with operation type, by targeting 245 dietitian/cooks working for contract foodservice companies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the autonomy and feedback had negative (-) effects on work-family conflict while functional diversity had positive (+) effects on work-family conflict. Job identity and job importance had no relation with work-family conflict. Second, work-family conflict had negative (-) effects on job satisfaction, work-family relation, job support, general happiness, and job environment while having positive (+) effects on job stress. Third, in all paths except for the path with effects of work-family conflict on job stress, there were no differences between the group of shops operating 365 days and the group of shops operating 5 days a week. It would be helpful to the effective operation of human resources by emphasizing the necessity of differentiated management for companies with shops operating 365 days and shops operating 5 days a week, as well as managing employees' job characteristic factors, work-family conflict, and even quality of life.

The Relation between Organizational Effectiveness, Relationship and Organizational Culture of Financial Industry Employees in Korea and Moderating Effect of Job Characteristic1

  • Purpose - As the interest of financial aria increase in economic change and labor market change, this study focused on the employee of the financial aria in Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyses relation among relationship variable and organizational culture variable and organizational effectiveness of financial aria employees in Korea. Research design, data, and methodology - This study measured relationship variable with communication and trust. And measured organizational culture variable with innovation, relation, hierarchy and rational. And measured organizational effectiveness with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Empirical analysis is conducted using 442 financial aria employees of 7th HCCP in KRIVET. And SPSS is used in frequency and stepwise regression test and AMOS is used in path analysis with group differentiation test. Results - Overall results show that trust and relation culture give positive influence on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment results show that relation culture and rational culture give positive influence and also job satisfaction. However, hierarchy culture gives negative influence on organizational commitment. Also, the moderating effect of work characteristics is significant. Conclusions -Result of this study give managerial implication to HRM and also expend inflected organizational culture study to financial aria in Korea. Especially gives insight to relationship, organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. And management differentiation needs between work characteristic.

종업원의 직무특성이 서비스품질에 미치는 효과 (The effects of job characteristics on service quality)

  • The purpose of this research is to test the effects of employee perceived job characteristics on service quality. Empirical analysis was based on the data of 692 hotel employees from Seoul and Gyung-gi province. To test the relationship between job characteristics and service quality, multiple regression analysis was applied, and hierarchial regression analysis(Cohen & Cohen, 1983) applied to test the moderating effects of gender and tenure. Multiple regressional analysis showed that job importance, job variety, and feedback had an affirmative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, but autonomy had a negative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance.

호텔 정규직과 비정규직 종사원의 조직 특성요인이 직무 만족 및 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organizational Characteristics on Job Satisfactionand Organizational Commitment in Hotel Regular & Non-regular Employees)

  • This study is intended to identify how the organizational factors of hotel employees influence their job satisfaction and organizational commitment by the type of employment. Samples used for data analysis are 452 workers working for hotel companies including 276 regular employees and 176 non-regular employees. The results are as follows: first, the job satisfaction of regular employees is generally higher than that of non-regular employees. Second, the degree of affective and continuous commitment showed significant difference by the type of employment, but normative commitment did not. Third, according to the result of how job satisfaction influences organizational commitment, the job satisfaction of non-regular employees alone is not affected by the relationship of senior officers and coworkers.

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 조직특성 직무태도 등에 따라 수급자인 노인들이 인식하게 되는 만족정도는 달라지게 되며, 이들의 직무스트레스를 줄여야 할 필요성이 있음에 따라 요양보호사들이 인식하는 직무스트레스 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 서울지역 방문요양센터에 소속되어 근무하는 요양보호사들을 대상으로 업무자율성, 보상, 교육과 개발, 구성원 상호관계 등의 하위요인으로 구성된 조직특성 요인이 직무스트레스의 인식수준에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석결과 방문요양센터에 소속되어 근무하는 요양보호사는 근무시간이 짧을수록, 월급여가 많을수록, 업무자율성이 보장될수록, 구성원들과의 상호관계성이 좋을수록 직무스트레스에 대한 인식은 긍정적으로 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 방문요양센터 운영자들은 요양보호사들의 근무조건인 1일 근무시간과 급여수준에 대한 개선 뿐만 아니라 직장에서의 구성원 상호간의 유대감을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 형태의 개선 방안에 대해 보다 많은 관심을 가져야 하며, 통제와 규제보다는 요양보호사들이 업무에 대해 책임을 갖고 자유롭게 수행할 수 있도록 조직환경을 개선해야 할 것으로 기대한다.

중년기 직장 남성의 퇴직에 대한 태도와 퇴직 후 생활 계획 (Middle-aged employed men's attitudes toward retirement and plans for post-retirement life)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall levels of the middle-aged employed men's attitudes toward retirement and plans for post-retirement life, and to explore the relative effects of personal, family, and job characteristics on retirement attitude and the level of retirement plan. The data were collected from the 438 middle-aged (ranging from 41 to 50) employed men through the structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentile, average, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis show that most of the respondents had neither positive nor negative attitude toward retirement and the level of planning for post-retirement life was slightly higher than average score on the scale. Next, the positive attitudes of middle-aged employed men toward retirement were observed from those who have higher education, larger household income, higher job security and lower job stress respondents who hold professional, administrative, or official jobs were more positive toward retirement than those who hold professional, administrative, or official jobs were more positive toward retirement than those who hold manufacturing or sales job. A well-planned post-retirement life was found among those who have better health, higher job satisfaction, job security and job orientation. Job characteristic variables such as job security and job satisfaction showed stronger impact than personal or family ones on the attitude toward retirement and the level of retirement planning. Household income and health also had significant effects.

국가중요시설 경비원의 직무여건과 직무만족도의 관계 (The relationship of the office given condition of the country important facility private security and job satisfaction degree)

  • 본 연구는 국가중요시설 경비원의 직무여건 실태와 직무만족도의 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 국가중요시설 경비원들의 실상을 직접적으로 파악 분석하고자 통상적인 측정도구인 설문지를 활용하여 부산과 울산지역의 국가중요시설인 공항 및 항만지역과 일반사업장에 근무 중인 경비원을 대상으로 하였다. 시설주 및 경비업체 담당자에게 충분한 설문취지를 설명하고 문항을 사전 검토하였고 총400부를 배포하였으며 이중 논제의도와 부적합한 설문지를 제외한 331부(82.8%)를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 데이터코딩과 클리닝과정을 거쳐 SPSS version 15.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 국가중요시설에 대한 경비원의 직무여건 실태와 직무만족도의 관계를 대인관계, 직무특성, 직무환경, 보수 요인으로 구분하고 일반적인 특성에 따른 직무만족도의 차이를 검증하였다. 이상의 연구방법을 통하여 얻은 결론을 보면 일반적인 경향은 저임금과 열악한 현장 환경은 지속되고 있었다. 일반적인 특성에서 남자가 여자보다 직무만족 수준이 높았고, 연령은 많고 학력은 낮을수록 높았으며, 경력과 소득이 많을수록, 시설보안요원보다 청원경찰이나 검색 및 안내요원이 높았고 입사 전 학생인 경우가 가장 낮게 회사원과 기타 직업군이 비교적 높은 직무만족도를 보였다. 상관관계 분석결과 직무만족이 높을수록 이직의사는 낮아지고 조직몰입도는 증가했다. 회귀분석결과 직무만족도가 이직의사와 조직몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 직무특성과 직무환경 수준이 낮을수록 이직의사에 영향을 미쳤고, 직무특성에 대한 만족도와 대인관계, 보수, 직무환경 수준이 높을수록 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 금번의 연구결과를 종합하면 국가중요시설 경비인력 현장에서의 직무여건 개선노력, 청원경찰과 특수경비원간, 조직 내 상하 간의 대인관계 정립, 실질적인 보수 현실화를 포함한 정책적인 제도의 뒷받침이 절실하다.
