직업능력개발훈련교사의 분산적 지도성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 조직시민행동과 교사 임파워먼트의 매개효과 - (On the Effect of Dispersed Leadership of Vocational Training Teachers on Job Satisfaction Through Organization Citizenship Behavior and Teacher Empowerment)

  • The goal of this research is to empirically examine how vocational skill development teachers' distributed leadership influences on job satisfaction, through organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. A nation-wide survey was conducted among vocational skills development teachers, the unemployed and teachers who have used a government-subsidized education card. First, the study revealed that vision has no significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Second, leader-plus has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Third, situation has no significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Fourth, organizational culture has a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment. Fifth, a significant influence was found between teacher empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, organizational citizenship behavior and teacher empowerment has a significant influence on job satisfaction.

보육교사의 프로틴 경력태도와 무경계 경력태도가 직무만족과 경력몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Protean Career Attitude and Boundaryless Career Attitude on Job Satisfaction and Career Commitment in Daycare Teachers)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes on job satisfaction and career commitment in daycare teachers. The subjects in this study were 269 inservice daycare teachers who worked in childcare centers in the metropolitan cities of Busan and Daegu. Methods: As for data collection, a survey was conducted for approximately four weeks from January 3 through 31, 2020, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were calculated to analyze the collected data in order to address the research questions of the study. Results: The findings of the study were as follows: First, the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of the daycare teachers had a positive correlation with their job satisfaction and career commitment. Second, whether the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of the daycare teachers affected job satisfaction and career commitment was analyzed. The self-directedness and value orientation of the protean career attitudes of the daycare teachers and their boundaryless career attitudes exercised an influence on job satisfaction and career commitment. Conclusion/Implications: The findings of the study suggest that the protean career attitudes and boundaryless career attitudes of daycare teachers are crucial factors that have an impact on job satisfaction and career commitment.

Factors Affecting Innovative Work Behavior: Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing and Job Crafting

  • This study aimed to investigate the influence of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior and the effect of knowledge sharing on job crafting. Furthermore, the roles of knowledge sharing as a mediator for the impact of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior, and job crafting as a mediator for the relationship between variables, were also examined. This research employed quantitative analysis, including the PLS-SEM approach; SMART-PLS, a measurement and structural equation model was employed to explain the relationship between variables, and the effect of mediation. The population study consisted of all lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics and Business at the PTKIN in East Java, Indonesia, comprising 220 randomly-selected samples. The result showed spiritual leadership does not directly influence innovative work behavior, while knowledge sharing directly affects job crafting. The findings indicated knowledge sharing mediates the impact of spiritual leadership on innovative work behavior, and the role of job crafting as a mediator for the relationship between variables was accepted. Therefore, this research confirms a positive influence of knowledge sharing on job crafting, and indicates both factors play an important role in mediating between variables, and are important for lecturers' innovative work behavior.

간호대학생의 스트레스가 섭식태도에 미치는 영향: 외모 스트레스, 취업 스트레스, 대학생활 스트레스를 중심으로 (Influence of Stress on Eating Attitude in Nursing Students: Focused on Appearance Stress, Job-seeking Stress, and College Life Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of appearance stress, job-seeking stress, and college life stress on eating attitude in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected in September and October of 2017. A total of 153 fourth-year nursing students were included in the analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SAS 9.2. Results: The mean score for eating attitude was 2.71±0.56. From the univariate analysis, appearance, job-seeking, and college life stress scores were all significantly related to eating attitude (r=.26, .35, .30 respectively, and p for all <.001). After controlling for covariates, job-seeking stress and college life stress were significantly related to eating attitude (β=.20 and 0.17 respectively, and p=.005 and .024 respectively). Among the covariates, experience of diet and physical anxiety were significantly associated with eating behavior (β=.33 and .24 respectively, and p<.001 and .008 respectively). Conclusion: Job-seeking stress had the biggest influence on eating attitude, followed by college life stress. Therefore, in order to promote healthy eating attitudes in fourth-year nursing students, preventive measures focusing on decreasing job-seeking stress should be considered as a top priority.

치과종사자의 직무만족도와 직장-가정갈등 및 이직의도와의 관련성 (Analysis of the Job Satisfaction, Work-Family Conflict and Turnover Intention of Dental Health Care Worker)

  • This study had collected 267 Dental Health Care Worker in Busan, Gyeongnam and Ulsan, in order to investigate work-family conflict, job satisfaction and turnover intention of dental hygienists and find relationship between these. A survey was conducted from April 8 through April 30, 2013, by using structured, self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The average job satisfaction point are 3.32, work-family conflict point 3.06, and turnover intention point 2.80. 2. The job satisfaction was under the greatest influence of the Group of Rationality, followed by declination of Work Demand, Working Environment, Money. 3. The turnover intention was under the greatest influence of the Money, Job of Future. All the foctors had a positive impact on their turnover intention. That lowering these factors expressed a positive correlation, the higher the money and job of Future turnover intention.

직무특성과 임파워먼트가 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Mediator Effect of Empowerment on Job Characteristics and Creativity)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of empowerment on the relation between job characteristics and creativity. This study also examines the relationship job characteristics and creativity. As a result of this study, job characteristics had positive influence on empowerment. Empowerment had positive influence on creativity. Also job characteristics had positive effect on creativity at first, but it did not have a direct effect on creativity when empowerment was considered. These mean that empowerment is complete mediation variable because job characteristics no longer affects creativity after empowerment has been considered. Several implications, limitations and directions for future research were discussed.

비합리적 신념이 유치원 교사의 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Irrational Beliefs on Job Stress in Kindergarten Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between irrational beliefs and job stress in kindergarten teachers and explore specific irrational beliefs that influence kindergarten teachers' job stress. One hundred ninety one kindergarten teachers participated in the study and completed Job Stress Scale and General Attitude and Belief Scale. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, on the whole irrational beliefs were significantly positively related to job stress. Second, Although Self-Degradation and Demands for Fairness significantly predicted Kindergarten teachers' job stress, Self-Degradation were the most influential irrational belief. Finally the theoretical and practical implication of the results were discussed with the suggestion of future research.

  • This study is focusing on the fact that Medical bodies are a labor-intensive organization in the technological field which needs technical knowledge and concerted efforts and then explaining the job value and the workplace value on the basis of trust in terms of a sense of organizational unity. The study reveals that, the higher recognition of their seniors the medical workers have, the higher level of self-esteem for job value they have. In terms of personal characteristics, educational experience has a meaningful influence on self-esteem for job value; in terms of job characteristics, the period of one`s service and monthly salary have a meaningful influence on it. And, it is found, the higher the pride on workplace, respect and trust in seniors, loyalty to seniors and self-esteem for job value are, the more proud they feel of workplace.

Employees' Intention to Leave Job: The Case of Micro Finance Institution

  • The main purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the employee's intention to leave the current job. A descriptive survey design was conducted and primary data were collected by using questionnaire. The study was based on random sampling; a sample of 200 was drawn from the employees who work in different micro finance institutions in Nepal. For the data analysis percentage analysis and chi square-test were used. The study revealed that salary, working condition, career growth, supervisor behavior and outstation influence the job quitting process. The study also defined the association between the reasons for leaving job such as salary, working condition, career growth supervisor behaviour & outstation and satisfaction, time spent in the organisation, training & development facility, frequency of changing job & encourage from immediate boss. This study establishes the importance of intentions of employees to quit job and provides further evidence in revealing the intentions to quit among the employees.

고용지원센터 직장인의 자기효능감, 정서노동 및 사회적 지지가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Self Efficacy, Emotional Labor, and Social Support on Job Center Workers' Psychological Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구대상은 2009년 12월부터 2010년 1월까지 부산, 울산, 김해, 진해에 소재한 고용지원센터에 근무하는 직장인 180명을 대상으로 우편을 이용하여 설문지를 배포하였다. 180부 설문지 중 140부가 회수되었으며 무응답과 불성실하게 답변한 8부를 제외하고 132부만 본 연구에서 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 미치는 요인을 탐색하기 위해 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 다음과 같은 통계분석을 실시하였다. 각 변인들과 고용지원센터 직장인의 소진간의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 검증을 실시하였으며, 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 자기효능감과 정서노동이 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진에 자기효능감, 정서노동, 사회적 지지 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 고용지원센터 직장인의 자기효능감이 심리적 소진에 전반적인 영향을 미치므로 고용지원센터 직장인의 심리적 소진을 감소시키기 위하여 자기효능감과 사회적 지지를 높여 주어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 기술하였다.
