고령자 임금노동시장의 구조와 정책적 시사 (Old Age Workers' Labor Market: A Model for Understanding Its Structure and Policy Implication)

  • 본고는 노동시장 현황에 기초하여 고령자 임금노동시장 분석틀을 제시한다. 그리고 그것이 정책차원에서 시사하는 바를 고령자 노동수요를 진작하는 정책, 노동공급자인 고령자의 의중임금을 낮출 수 있는 기반환경 조성, 그리고 임금노동 시장에서 노동공급을 줄일 수 있는 정책으로 나누어 검토한다. 제반 조세, 사회보험, 퇴직금 등에 적용되는 임금기준을 단순화하기 위한 관련 법령 정비, 제조업 위주로 되어 있는 유인제도들의 서비스업 고령자 고용으로의 확대, 퇴직 고령자를 옛 직장에서 계약직으로 재고용할 때 채용장려금이나 세제상의 유인 부여, 생애숙련형성 과정에서 전문성 강화를 위한 직업능력인증제도 확립 등은 고령자 노동수요를 진작하는 정부차원의 정책 이니셔티브가 될 것이다. 고령자의 의중임금을 낮추기 위해서는 적절한 사회보장제도의 확충과 함께 주택가격의 안정화와 장기안정형 주택상품의 보급, 학자금 장기저리 융자제도, 혼수문화의 정비, 지역탁아시설의 확충 등이 요구된다. 창업지원, 자원봉사, 노후생활설계 원조, 시민운동 및 봉사활동 참여시의 명예심 고양 등으로 비임금노동자 시장이나 비경제활동에서 고령기의 활로를 모색할 수 있도록 유인하는 정책 사고도 필요하다.

한국 치과기공사의 직무만족과 직장이동에 관한 연구 (A study on job-satisfaction and Turn-over(Transferability) of Dental Technicians in Korea)

  • This study was aimed for bettering productivity and technical level of the dental 1 aboratory, and helping the dental technician's benefits and rights, and then endowing them some belonged atmospher and stability on their post by Improving job- satisfaction and maintaining the transferability of one's post at a proper limitation. Therefore, 320 dental technicians extracted randomly from all the technicians working at 494 dental laboratories were subjected for this study. The approach to the study was a way through some postal questionaires executed from March 29, 1988 until May 4, the same year, in which total 254 technicians answered, showing 79% resp"nserate. responserate. The data-analysis was done by a model of the dental technician's transferability from their post, as considering Mobley's(1978)-model of post-transferability, and results through the study are as follows : 1. Satisfaction at a given post showed that the married is better than the unmarried(<0.05), and the experienced is better than the inexperienced(P<0.01). 2. Age, sex, educational experience, and one's service-duration did not affect significantly to the respondent's satisfaction on their post, statistically. 3. Satisfaction at a given post differed in adccordance with given conditions of one's post, i. e.,it stowed high when the monthly payment was good(P<0.05), and when too much duty on their job was given, it was the worst as shown in an example of the next order, too much

중소벤처기업 스마트워크 특성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향: 디지털 리터러시와 세대 간 조절효과 (A Study on the Effects of Smart Work Characteristics of Small and Medium Venture Businesses on Organizational Innovation : Digital Literacy and Intergenerational Moderation Effect)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소벤처기업 구성원을 대상으로 스마트워크 특성요인 중 지식공유행동, 자기효능감, 팀 협업, 직무자율성이 조직혁신성에 미치는 영향과 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준에 따른 차이를 연구하고, 중소벤처기업의 조직혁신에 반영할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하기 위함이다. 분석결과 지식공유행동과 팀 협업은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치고 있고, 자기효능감, 직무자율성은 조직혁신성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조절효과로, 디지털 리터러시 수준에 따라 자기효능감과 팀 협업에서 차이를 보였고, 세대별로는 지식공유행동과 자기효능감, 팀 협업에서 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중소벤처기업의 스마트워크 환경 변화에 따른 조직혁신성의 중요한 영향 요인을 확인하여, 기업경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으며, 세대별/디지털 리터러시 수준의 차이에 따른 스마트워크 특성과 조직혁신성의 관계를 확인하고, 이를 통해 차별적인 역량개발과 활용방안을 강구하여야 조직혁신이 강화될 수 있다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

  • 스마트 업무 환경에서 원활한 의사소통과 효과적인 업무 수행을 위해서 모바일 시스템 활용이 핵심이 되어 가고 있다. 모바일을 중심으로 이루어지는 현업의 스마트워크 환경과 성과 프로세스를 업무 설계 관점에서 살펴보는 것이 필요하다. 업무 설계 이론에서 제시하고 있는 업무의 특성인 자율성과 상호의존성을 선행 요인으로 설정하여 스마트워크의 선택 정도를 살펴보았다. 스마트워크 적용에 따른 성과로서 의사소통의 확대 정도, 일과 삶의 균형, 그리고 궁극적인 성과 지표인 업무 만족으로 이어지는 프로세스를 검증하였다. 스마트워크 어플리케이션을 도입한 국내 IT 기업 3개의 근로자들을 대상으로 온/오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 구조모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 그 결과 업무의 상호의존성이 높을수록 스마트워크 어플리케이션의 활용이 높아졌다는 것을 확인했다. 또한 의사소통의 확대를 통해 직접적으로 업무 만족과 일과 삶의 균형을 높여주고 있었다. 주목할 점은 스마트워크 적용이 조직 구성원들의 일과 삶의 균형에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 것이 아니라 의사소통의 확대를 통해서 가능하다는 점이다. 본 연구는 스마트워크 적용과 효과를 동시에 살펴보고 조직의 영향을 설명하려고 시도했다는 점에서 의미가 있으며, 본격적으로 IT 사용 환경을 고려한 업무 설계 이론을 구성하여 적용했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내 스마트워크 운영을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

도시의 지속가능한 발전을 위한 유형분류 및 관리방안 (The Classification and Management Plan of City for Sustainable Development)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the cities on sustainability assessment score studied in advance using cluster analysis, to present efficient management and policy direction based on analysis of sustainability index in 45 cities of all over Gyeongsangnam and Gyeongsangbuk-do. According to the results of cluster analysis, 45 cities were classed into 4 clusters by "livable-welfare city", "environmental -ecological city", "scientific-technological city", and "industrial-economic city". The livable-welfare cities must keep superior environmental sustainability, promote small and medium sized business on regional characteristic. The environmental-ecological cities have to change agriculture into future environmental industry such as ecotourism, bio-industry and landscape agriculture. The scientific-technological cities are going to need support of government scale such as income enlargement of citizen and stable job security. Finally, the industrial-economic cities must increase environmental management plants and improve quality of life through securing green spaces, maintaining public peace and applying UIS because of low quality of environment and life.

항공교통관제사의 적성검사 항목 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Item select of ATC Specialist aptitude test)

  • Air Traffic Control is a job that aptitude is strongly needed. According to this, air traffic controllers have to be chosen and arranged by their duty characteristic. With the development of aviation industry, we need more capable air traffic controllers than before. However, it is true that there is no aptitude test for them in Korea. The world wide trend for air traffic control is changing that decision making and high ability with awareness for solving problem. Therefore the aptitude test is certainly required in order to select suitable people having basic abilities for the duty. This research inquires into the aptitude test which is globally taken because of the reason. And with result of that, inspection list is made for development of a tool for aptitude test which is suitable in Korea and additionally there are some special opinions of experts about the list. It is judged that this research will be based for the development of aptitude test in order to select air traffic controller.

진의류의 제품지각에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Perception of Jeans Wear)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the schema of jeans and to investigate the relation between jeans schema and fashion jeans wear. The specific objectives were; 1) to investigate the schema of jeans and the schema of fashion jeans; 2) to investigate the relation between the schema of jeans wear and demographic variables.; 3) to investigate the relation between the schema of fashion jeans and demographic variables; 4) to investigate the difference of the schema of jeans from the schema of fashion Jeans. The moi or findings were: 1) The schema of jeans was composed of 5 factors; casual, comfort, indivisuality, economic, unisex . 2) The schem of fashion jeans was composed of 4 factors; popularity, indivisuality, comfort, casul. 3) The schema of jeans and fashion jeans was affected more by age and marriage than job and educational level. Especially age 30-34 were important parts in market segmentation strategy of jeans. 4) As compared with the schema of jeans and the fashion jeans concept, casual, comfort were important part in the schema of jeans and popularity, indivisuality was important part in the schema of fashion jeans. As the tendency of fashionable of jeans wear, consumers concept of jeans changed to popular, characteristic.

  • The authors report a case of REM sleep behavior disorder which occurred in a 69-year-old business man. He began experiencing episodic "acting out" behavior of his dream at the age of 66. The episodes tended to be associated with dream contents, mainly being chased or threatened. Before that, his sleep was relatively quiet despite occasional nightmares, midsleep arousal, and shallowness. Injuries resulted from leaping out of bed, jumping onto furnitures, and grabbing and biting the spouse's arm. Most recent dream-incurred laceration of chin required 5 sutures. Medical and psychiatric history revealed no significant findings except that he had been overanxious all his life within himself with others' reputation of himself as pleasant and easy-going. A nocturnal polysomnogram showed repeatedly intermittent increase of chin and/or leg muscle tones during otherwise characteristic REM sleep period. The overnight video recording revealed head lifting and limb movements during REM sleep periods. Brain MRI and EEG were normal. Job-related stress was presumed to be an etiological possibility. Clonazepam 0.25-0.5mg nightly almost completely relieved the symptoms.

항공관광종사원의 공항서비스 정책수용성 인식이 고객가치에 미치는 영향 (A Study of the Effect of Aviation·Tourism Industry Employees' Airport Service Policy Acceptance on Creating Customer's Value)

  • Aviation/tourism industry has a unique characteristic of high inter-dependance between customer and service-provider. It is the mental condition of service-provider that could influence on the attitude of the service-provider. Thus, it is important to manage the mental condition of the service employees to enhance a company's financial performance. This paper tries to analyze the combined model of both policy acceptance and service profit chain(SPC) models. First, service policy acceptance model tells how the service policy acceptance, which consists of policy compliance, trust, participation and policy failure, would influence on SPC model. According to empirical research, it was found that both the employees' policy compliance and the policy trust have a positive significant impact on their participation on service policy. In the policy acceptance model, the employee's voluntary participation based on their trust and compliance of the policy was proven to have a positive effect on increasing job satisfaction and customer orientation. Regarding SPC model, their participation in the policy had the strongest impact among variables on customer orientation. Such results implies the employees' participation on the policy could become the starting point to enhance the customer value.

Factors Associated with Health-Related Quality of Life in Tuberculosis Patients Referred to the National Research Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease in Tehran

  • Background: In tuberculosis (TB) patients, health-related quality of life (HRQoL) is significant in self-management, which in turn can be effective in therapeutic acceptance and prevention of treatment failure due to multi-drug resistant TB. This study was conducted to evaluate HRQoL and associated factors in TB patients referred to the National Research Institute of Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (NRITLD). Methods: In this study, patients were selected from TB clinics of the NRITLD in Tehran. In addition to an Iranian version of the Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36), demographic and disease characteristic questionnaires were used for data collection. The data were then analyzed using SPSS software. Results: Two hundred five TB patients, with the average age of $42.33{\pm}17.64$ years, participated in this study. The HRQoL scores in different domains ranged from $14.68{\pm}11.60$ for role limitations due to emotional problems to $46.99{\pm}13.25$ for general health perceptions. The variables of sex, marital status, education, job status, place of residence, and cigarette smoking, influenced the HRQoL scores in different dimensions. Conclusion: According to the study findings are the important variables that influenced the HRQoL of TB patients. The consideration of its can improve the HRQoL of TB patients.
