사회복지사의 이직의도 억제와 관련된 변인에 대한 메타회귀분석 (A Meta-regression Analysis on Related Protective Variables of social worker's Turnover Intentions)

  • 본 연구는 지난 15년간의' 사회복지사의 이직의도'와 관련된 논문을 바탕으로 이직의도 억제 변인들의 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하고, 메타회귀분석을 통해 출판연도에 따른 변화추이를 검증하므로 이직억제를 위한 정책방안과 후속 연구의 연구방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 억제변인에 대한 전체효과크기는 중간효과크기로 나타났다. 변인군 별 하부 변인의 효과크기는 개인특성변인군이 급여수준, 연령과 결혼여부, 근무기간, 이직경험, 학력수준, 근무형태 순으로 나타났으며, 직무특성변인군은 직무만족, 근무환경, 직무중요성, 상사와 동료관계, 직무자율성 순으로 나타났다. 또한 조직특성변인군 효과크기는 조직몰입, 조직헌신, 승진기회, 보상만족, 조직 내 공정성, 참여적 의사결정 순으로 나타났다. 출판연도에 따른 변화추이는 2015년도에 가까울수록 억제변인들의 효과크기가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study is an empirical research in order to clarify whether or not the correlation between the satisfaction of users that is the performance measurement factor and the following three:(1) the attitude of users as an individual characteristic, (2) the supports of organization as an organizational characteristic, (3) the routine degree of jobs as an job characteristic, is the same as the previous study results. In addition, another empirical research was done to make clear how organizational supports and routine degree change the attitude and satisfaction of users. This study put a particular emphasis on the moderating effect because the study of this issue has not been done in any previous research. 38 corporations, whose computerization has already been made to some extent and who are listed on the stock exchange market as a leader group, was selected for research, given some hypotheses on the basis of theoretical studies. As results of this empirical study, first, the supports of organization and the routine degree of jobs changed the attitude of users, which was the same as the previous studies. Moreover, the supports of organization, the routine degree of jobs and the attitude of users had an influence on the satisfaction of users. Second, in respect of the correlation between the attitude of users and the satisfaction of users, the routine degree of jobs showed a moderating effect, but the organization supports did not show any moderating effect.

요통 환자의 일반적인 특성이 요통의 심리적 측면에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of General Characteristic in Patients with Low Back Pain on the Psychologic Status)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of general characteristic of the patient with low back pain on the psychologic Status. The Questionnaires was done for 312 persons with low back pain who live in Daejeon. The study was conducted between 1st, June and 26th, July in 2000. The results were as follows: 1. The effects of general characteristic of the patient with low back pain on the psychologic Status were related age(p<0.01), education level(p<0.01), job(p<0.01), husband and wife existence(p<0.01), disease(p<0.01). 2. The influence of an item on Handler score was related the reason of pain(r=0.377, p<0.01), the site and pattern of pain(r=0.314, p<0.01), the influence of climate(r=0.370, p<0.01), the frequency of pain(r=0.396, p<0.01), the position of producible pain(r=0.411, p<0.01), one's desire(r=0.394, p<0.01), experience of pessimism(r=0.421, p<0.01).

승무원 준비생의 3세대 SNS 사용동기가 몰입과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 연구 : 개인적 특성 조절변수 추가 (The effect of motivation of using instagram on flow of instagram and career preparation behavior of job seekers for cabin crew: inclusion of personal characteristic as a moderator)

  • Despite the growing use of SNS and the increasing number of recruitment related to SNS, little research has been conducted between career preparation activities and relationship with SNS. Therefore, this study investigates the relationships among purpose of using instagram, flow of instagram and career preparation behavior using structural equation model, and by investigating the adjustment effect of the personal characteristic among them. To this end an online survey was conducted for students who want to be cabin crew. The results of this study show that motivation of using instagram had a positive and significant effect on flow of instagram, which in turn positively influenced career preparation behavior. Furthermore, it could be confirmed that there was a adjustment moderating effect on personal characteristic between purpose of using instagram and flow of using instagram. The results of this study suggest that the likelihood of recruitment for being cabin crew can be achieved by identifying mutual relationships among motivation of using instagram, flow of instagram, career preparation behavior, and personal characteristics.

병원형태별 치과위생사가 임상실습 과정 중 실습생으로부터 경험하게 되는 스트레스 요인에 관한 연구 (A study on stress factors in dental hygienists caused by students in clinical practice by pattern of hospital)

  • Objectives : The research was performed to be used as basic data for dental hygienists' job satisfaction during clinical practice, and planning and operating effective clinical practice by analyzing stress factors in dental hygienists and the extent of stress caused by students in clinical practice. Methods : The research was aimed at dental hygienists working at college dental hospitals, dental clinic of general hospitals, dental hospitals and dental clinics located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province where clinical practices were conducted for dental hygiene students. For analysis, collected data was analyzed by using SPSS 20.0. Results : Results derived from analysis on characteristic difference by pattern of hospital were observed that there was a significant difference in job satisfaction by pattern of hospital. Results from analysis on correlation among stress factors were observed that there was correlation between behavior and attitude, interpersonal relationships, role and activity, ideal and value, and treatment fields. Results derived from analysis on the effect of stress factors on the job satisfaction were observed that role and activity (p=.002<.01), ideal and value (p=.019<.05), and treatment fields (p=.032<.05) affected the job satisfaction, while behavior and attitude (p=.386>.05), and interpersonal relationships ((p=.421>.05) did not affect the job satisfaction. A stress factor, role and activity (${\beta}$=.350) affected the job satisfaction the most, followed by ideal and value (${\beta}$=.242), and treatment fields (${\beta}$=-.185). For the explanation ability, the stress factors accounted for 20.5% of the job satisfaction. Conclusions : In conclusion, most of the dental hygienists are satisfied with students' clinical practice by pattern of hospital. Positive correlation was shown between stress factors. Behavior and attitude and ideal and value are high in stress in college dental hospitals, role and activity and treatment fields are high in stress in dental hospital, and interpersonal relationships are high in stress in dental clinics.

교육행정공무원의 직무만족과 스트레스 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study related to Professional Satisfaction and Stress Factors of the Administrative Education Government Officials)

  • 본 연구는 교육행정직 공무원이 단위학교의 행정을 수행하면서 겪고 있는 일상적 스트레스, 직무스트레스, 직무만족도에 관한 요인을 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2013년 3월 10일부터 3월 30일까지 충북 청주시 청원군 소재 교육행정직 공무원 122명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t-test, 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석 방법으로 실시하였고, 실증분석은 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직무만족도에 있어서 직급에 따른 직무만족도 차이는 유의미하나 성별, 연령, 종교, 교육 정도, 결혼 상태, 학교 급, 학교 규모, 경력, 음주, 흡연, 종교에 따른 차이는 유의수준 5%에서 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직무만족도 하위요인에 있어서는 인사관리, 인간관계, 업무능력 부문에서는 요인별 내용과 유의미하나 조직 분위기는 유의수준 5%에서 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직무 스트레스 하위요인에서 양적 역할고에 대한 스트레스는 연령과 학교 급, 직급, 경력, 흡연에 따른 차이가 유의미하였으며, 경력발달에서는 흡연에 따른 차이가 유의미하였고, 역할갈등 및 모호성에 대한 스트레스에서는 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이가 유의수준 5%에서 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 교육행정공무원에 대한 사회 환경적 배려가 요구되며, 아울러 인사관리보다는 업무능력 개발과 인간관계, 조직의 분위기 순의 배려가 요구됨을 들 수 있다.

커피전문점 바리스타의 직무특성이 직무만족, 이직의도에 미치는 영향 - 서울·경기 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Job Characteristics on the Coffee Shop Barista Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention - Focusing on Seoul·Gyeonggi Area -)

  • 본 연구는 커져가는 커피 시장에서의 인적자원관리에 사용할 커피전문점 종사자에 관한 직무의 특성을 파악하고, 직무만족, 이직의도와의 상관관계를 파악하여 커피전문점 시장의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 설정된 연구가설을 검정하기 위한 설문조사는 서울, 경기도에 소재해 있는 커피전문점을 무작위 추출하여, 근무중인 바리스타 400명을 대상으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2015년 6월 1일부터 6월 30일까지 15일간에 걸쳐 설문을 실시, 불성실한 답변과 미기재 설문지를 제외하고, 331부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 기초정보는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석 등을 수행하였다. 직무중요성, 피드백, 경험성 요인이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 직무다양성, 직무정체성, 자율성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 직무다양성, 경험성 요인이 이직의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 피드백 요인은 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점으로는 바리스타들이 다양한 직무를 수행할 수 있도록 직장 내 외부교육 통한 직무교육을 시스템을 보강하고, 직무수행 과정과 직무수행 후에 자신의 직무의 결과에 대해 인지할 수 있는 내부 네트워크를 마련해야 하겠다. 바리스타들의 역량강화와 경험 축적에 도움이 되는 직무배치를 고려해야 할 것이다.

  • Today's healthcare environment is changing, driven by demographic, environmental, social, political and technological forces. These rapidly changing healthcare environment and increasingly professional nursing practice indicate that identifying leadership characteristic of nursing leaders and executives is a vital importance in today's time and also mandate innovative leadership for nursing service. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examined the transformational, transactional leadership styles of the Nurse Administrators. Also described are the relationships between these leadership styles and the job satisfaction. the organizational commitment of their subordinates. The sample consisted of sixteen mid-level nurse administrators, fifty head nurses and one hundred aid fifty-three staff nurses of 4 public & private University Hospitals and 1 General Hospital. Data for this study was collected from Sep. 20 to Oct. 5 by Questionnaire(Bass' MLQ, Job Satisfaction scale developed by Paula(1978), Organizational Commitment scale by Peter et at(1979). The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient with SPSS PC/sup +/ program. Major findings are as follows : Appropriate one-way ANOVA tests revealed that the differences for transformational and transactional leadership styles of nurse executives. mid-level nurse administrators, head nurses as perceived by their immediate subordinates were statistically significant(P<.05), The scores of transformational and contingent reward behaviors were declined of the mid-level nurse administrators, nurse executives. The transactional scores of nurse administrators were lower than trans- formational ones, which is a desirable findings. The result of this study, the head nurses were perceived as the highest transformational leader by their subordinates, and second was the mid-level nurse administrators. The nurse executives received the lowest transformational leadership scores from their subordinates. These results were opposit to the previous studies. And significant positive correlations were founded between transformational leadership including charisma, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration and contingent reward of nurse administrators and the job satisfaction, the organizational commitment of their subordinates. From the data, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style of nurse administrators promotes the job satisfaction, the organizational commitment of thier staff nurses. Therefore leader looks for potential motives in subordinates, seeks to satisfy higher need, and engages the full person of the subordinate resulting in a relationship of mutual stimulation and elevation.

특수경비원의 사건충격과 직무스트레스 및 대처능력의 관계 (Relationships between Special Guard's Incident Shock, Job Stress, and Coping Ability)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특수경비원들의 사건충격이 직무스트레스 및 대처능력에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 4월 수도권(인천)소재 공항에서 재직하고 있는 특수경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 239명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 67문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .779이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수경비원들의 사건충격은 직무스트레스에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 침습이 자주 반복될수록 인간관계에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 또한, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 역할에 대한 스트레스는 증가한다. 둘째, 특수경비원들의 사건충격은 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 과각성이 자주 반복될수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 감소한다. 반면, 회피성향이 지속적으로 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 셋째, 특수경비원들의 직무스트레스는 대처능력에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 직무특성에 대한 무력감이 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력은 증가한다. 반면, 역할에 대한 모호성이 높게 작용할수록 문제중심적 대처능력, 사회적지지 추구능력은 감소한다.

시스템다이내믹스를 이용한 신규간호사의 조직사회화과정 모델 개발 (The Development of an Organizational Socialization Process Model for New Nurses using a System Dynamics Approach)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the problems and relevant variables for effective Organizational Socialization of new nurses, to produce a causal map, to build up a simulation model and to test its validity. Method: The basic data was collected from Sep. 2002 to July 2003. The Organizational Socialization process of new nurses was analyzed through a model simulation. The VENSIM 5.0b DSS program was used to develop the study model. Result: This Model shows interrelation of these result variables: organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job performance, intention of leaving the work setting, decision making ability, and general results of Organizational Socialization. The model's factors are characteristic of organization and individual values, task-related knowledge and skills, and emotion and communication that affects new nurses' socialization process. These elements go through processes of anticipatory socialization, encounter, change and acquisition. The Model was devised to induce effective Organizational Socialization results within 24 months of its implementation. The basic model is the most efficient and will also contribute to the development of knowledge in the body of nursing. Conclusion: This study will provide proper direction for new Nurse's Organizational Socialization. Therefore, developing an Organizational Socialization Process Model is meaningful in a sense that it could provide a framework that could create effective Organizational Socialization for new nurses.
