The problem of optimally controlling a time-delay control system to a function as the final target is inverstigated. Necessary conditions are presented in the form of Pontryagin's maximum principle, and it is further shown that they are also sufficient for linear systems with a convex cost functional. Several examples are given to illustrate the results.

A linear power amplifier is particular emphasized on the CDMA system using a linear modulation scheme, because intermodulation distortion which cause adjacent channel interference and co channel interference is mostly generated in a nonlinear power amplifier. In this paper, a new type of linearization technique proposed. It is presented that balanced MESFET predistortion linearizer added. Experimental result are present for Korea PCS(Personal Communication Service) frequency band. The implemented linearizer is applied to a 30dBm class A power amplifier for simulation Performance. The predistortion linearizer improves the 1dB compression point of the HPA about 2dBm, and intermoudulation distortion about 12.5dBc.

High speed railroad car and high-rise apartment with development of railway technology cause different problems of noise contrary to the previous generation. It is the most efficient noise reduction countermeasure but we studied that is the way on noise propagation with sound proof wall or sound proof tunnel around railroad. But if it were railroad on bridge, additional cost which is more expensive than installing one on the ground is needed. So sound insulation material considering reducing weight of recent soundproof facilities must be selected. It is in this study that predicted and analyzed acoustical and structural effect for noise reduction by installing soundproof tunnel. If it were departmentalized into additional study, could be able to expect noise reduction effect of sound proof tunnel establishment on the bridge.

Byeon Jeung[辨證], which is to differentiate symptoms is a process of assessing the patient's condition. And like any other differentiation system, a ceratin pathological perspective is embedded. In Onbyeonghak(溫病學), new Byeon Jeung systems were designed to complement the insufficient, existing perspectives on acute epidemic febrile diseases. Oguktong(吳鞠通)'s Samchobyeonjeung(三焦辨證) is one of these newly designed systems. Though the meaning of Samchobyeonjeung varies among Onbyeong(溫病) researchers, they stand on common grounds of differentiating damp-heat disease[濕熱病]. However, Oguktong(吳鞠通) clearly demonstrated this system on epidemic febrile diseases. Researchers have acknowledged the importance of Oguktong(吳鞠通)'s approach, but thorough analysis of the subject has been insufficient. In this study, I have primarily studied the meaning of Samchobyeonjeung by analyzing "Onbyeongjobyeon(溫病條辨)", followed by assessment of negative and positive aspects.

Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis(ALS) is a fatal neuromuscular disease characterized by progressive muscle weakness resulting in paralysis. ALS is characterized by both upper and lower motor neuron damage. Diagnostic tests include magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) electromyogram(EMG), muscle biopsy, and blood tests. In order for a definitive diagnosis of ALS to be made, damage must be evident in both upper and lower motor neurons. When three limbs are sufficiently affected, the diagnosis is ALS. There is no cure for ALS. We recently experienced one case of ALS, The patients was diagnosed as ALS by EMG and Symptoms. We diagnosed her as Wea jeung and treated by Herbal-medication based on the differentiation of symtoms. we report change of his symptoms through both western medical treatment and oriental medical treatment.

Physicochemical, texture, and sensory properties of Jeung-pyun prepared with different concentrations of Monascus rubber DSJ-20 (Red yeast rice) were determined. Acidities and pH values of 3-5% M. rubber DSJ-20-treated groups were similar to those of control group. Degree of surface color increased in proportion to M. rubber DSJ-20 concentration. Hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of 1-2% M. rubber DSJ-20-treated groups were higher than those of control. Network structures of 3-15% M. rubber DSJ-20-treated groups were well-formed, similar to that of control. Strong bitter taste and flavor of Monascus were detected in 5-15% M. rubber DSJ-20-treated groups through sensory evaluation. These results suggest is 3% M. rubber DSJ-20 is desirable leavening concentration for making Jeung-pyun.

Due to emergence of large discount mart and on-line shopping, and the resulting shrinkage of market share, traditional market that is typically having operational disadvantages is facing a predicament. However, considering the total sales volume and the consumer traffic, it is true that traditional market still plays an important role. In this context, traditional market should be vitalized through an improved management system as well as restructuring, and seek a balanced growth in the distribution industry. In order to provide competitiveness to the local traditional market of Jeung-Pyung Province and to vitalize the local economy, an analysis was preformed for the local market environment, and the vitalization plans, which can be referenced in determining the local economic policies, are suggested in this paper.

This is a case report on split tooth which the author experienced. Fine hairline fracture of right 1st molar was detected by means of staining dye stoff under illumination. The patients complained sensitive to temperature change and to biting force.

Duodenal perforation has a high incidence of complications and mortality if not detected and treated early. Delayed diagnosis of duodenal perforation is frequent because patients rarely complain of any symptoms. We report a case of duodenal perforation that appeared after trauma and was cured by using conservative treatment.
