The growth and microwave plasma assisted nitrogen doping of ZnSe by low pressure organometallic vapor phase epitaxy(OMVPE) has been investigated in a vertical downflow reactor equipped with a laser interferometer for in-situ growth rate measurements. Particular emphasis is placed on understanding growth characteristics of $H_{2}Se$ and the new adduct source dimethylzinc:triethyllamine($DMZn:NEt_{3}$) as compared with those obtained with $H_{2}Se$ and DMZn. At lower temperatures ($<300^{\circ}C$) and pressures(<30Torr), growth rates are higher with the adduct source and the surface morphology is improved relative to films synthesized with DMZn. Hall measurements and photoluminescence spectra of the grown films demonstrate that DMZn and $DMZn:NEt_{3}$ produce material with comparable electronic and optical properties. Microwave plasma decomposition of ammonia is investigated as a possible approach to increasing nitrogen incorporation in ZnSe and photoluminescence spectra are compared to those realized with conventional ammonia doping.

Huge amount of useful information is getting added to the academic digital world everyday, This digitalized information is heterogeneous and remained limited to a local domain only. How to integrate and share this scattered knowledge with simplicity remained a big challenge. In this paper, we propose a prototype of web application for accomplishing above task using web 2.0 features; it makes traditional academic digital libraries to form as a special case of collaborative environment. This application enables users to customize their own resources to form their own virtual digital library. Further users can utilize personalized information of other users working in similar research domain to form true collaborative environment. The model and framework for the new look of academic digital library is presented.

Smart Dining Table is an ongoing project in our Interaction Design Lab. It is a table top display designed to facilitate dining process. Smart Dining Table uses touchable interface to interact with users, providing a new, interesting and efficient experience in dining process. In GuangZhou, the south city of China, Yam Cha is a traditional and local way of entertainment in which normally elders gather together with friends or relatives to have tea and snack, and most importantly, to chat. Yam Cha has a long history in China, and Guangzhou has developed its own unique "Yam Cha" culture. In this paper, we discuss about previous research we did on Yam Cha in GuangZhou, and the approach we propose to manage and analyze issues related to dining table to help designing specific version of Smart Dining Table which can fit right into the Yam Cha process and cultural environment.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the storytelling project for conservation and improvement of rural tourism. So, in this study, the current Jeju Batdam and storytelling planning are examined and the storytelling project presented in planning is also examined. And this study propose the storytelling implementation through the case study related in jeju. Its findings are as follws: 1) Storytelling exhibits principles of narrative structure(exposition, complication, climax and falling action) in various fact, and has shown tendency to structuralize a story. 2) It can be said that storytelling is deeply related with people's associations of their inner mind. 3) In order to convey a story in a more convincing way, storytelling a naming strategy based on a rhetorical technique, which has been shown to positively influence creating unique Jeju Batdam area.

The boiler feed pump located at a power plant has been experienced a severe vibration since the plant began to service in early 1980. The research is focused on the field measurement and implementation of simple signal processing techniques in order to provide realistic and effective solution which could be implemented into the plant. Based on the root cause analysis for the trouble-making pump system, the driving part gear in the fluid coupling system is identified as a potential source. The followed verification test confirms the analytical result. The test result shows that vibration reduction obtained after the gear replacement reaches up 15.8 dB, which is 1/6 times of the vibration level compared to that of the troble-making pump. The measured vibration level of the pump satisfies the manufacture criteria and guarantees the smoothed operation.

This study is concerned with the development of a project management system for the turnkey-based plant project, which will help the site manager to plan, control, and report the project progress. This system has been developed as one of the modules of the integrated information system for the H Heavy Industry Co. and is composed of five subsystems; project information system, drawing-material management system, process management system, project progress report system. A/S management system. it also integrates commercial project management package in order to schedule the project activities and report the project progress to the owner. The main purpose of the system is to provide project information, including drawing, material, and progress, to the site manger in the real time and to accumulate site know-how for the turnkey-based plant project.

The supersonic combustion experiments are carried out using T3 free-piston shock tunnel. Different shock tube fill pressures have various inflow conditions. $15^{\circ}$ inclined hydrogen fuel injection is located before the cavity. Oblique shock is generated from the cavity and reflects off the top and bottom wall. For non-reacting flow, fuel makes the shear layer thicker above the cavity therefore, the shock is generated just before the trailing edge. This research has self-ignition in the combustor. For reacting flow, as the equivalence ratio increases, flame starts to generate near the injector or occur in the recirculation zone before the injector. High fuel injection sustains the jet shape in the cross flow and air can mix with fuel along the shear layer. Therefore, two flame layers find above the cavity for high equivalence ratio.

Numerical simulations and experiments are performed to investigate the flame development inside tubes with different diameters at the same burst pressure. It is shown that generation of a stable flame play a role in self-ignition. In the smaller tube, multi-dimensional shock interaction is occurred near the diaphragm. After flame of a cross-section is developed, stable flame remains for a moment then it grows having enough energy to overcome the sudden release at the exit. Whereas shock interaction generate complex flow further downstream for a larger tube, it results in stretched flame. This dispersed flame has lower average temperature which makes it easily extinguished.

This paper shows a method to design complementary filter using least square. The complementary filter is one of useful filters estimating angle. The basic concept of this filter is to enhance advantages of each sensor that angle detecting using a gyroscope has good accuracy at a high frequency and an accelerometer at a low frequency. When designing complementary filter, the most commonly used method is using cut-off frequency. However, it may be not easy to obtain a cut-off frequency. This paper presents a systematic method to determine the coefficients of the complementary filter using well-known linear least squares minimizing error between estimating angle and true angle.

This paper provides review of research results undertaken on reinforced concrete wall panels in one way and two way. The review also highlights two well accepted code design methods from the American (ACI) and Australia Concrete structures standards. The emphasis is on walls under axial compression only with changes in various parameters. These include the variation of panel dimensions panels (ie. Slenderness, thinness and aspect ratios), steel reinforcement, eccentricities, concrete strength and support conditions. The main purpose of this review is to compile research previous by undertaken to highlight the inadequate in certain research literature. It is envisage that this review will expose areas in wall research required so that inadequate in current methods can be rectified.
