Most construction disasters are analyzed to be human factors such as not complying with the safety regulations of construction sites, not using clothing and protective equipment, safety insensitivity, and the health of workers. In order to prevent such a construction disaster, the project site management needs to check the health of workers, but it is difficult to check the condition of workers every hour. Therefore, this paper proposed the design of digital safety-helmet that can automatically identify health conditions by checking workers $SpO_2$ and pulse rates, away from simple protective features.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has become a crucial tool for evaluating mediastinal masses considering that several lesions that appear indeterminate on computed tomography and radiography can be differentiated on MRI. Using a three-compartment model to localize the mass and employing a basic knowledge of MRI, radiologists can easily diagnose mediastinal masses. Here, we review the use of MRI in evaluating mediastinal masses and present the images of various mediastinal masses categorized using the International Thymic Malignancy Interest Group's three-compartment classification system. These masses include thymic hyperplasia, thymic cyst, pericardial cyst, thymoma, mediastinal hemangioma, lymphoma, mature teratoma, bronchogenic cyst, esophageal duplication cyst, mediastinal thyroid carcinoma originating from ectopic thyroid tissue, mediastinal liposarcoma, mediastinal pancreatic pseudocyst, neurogenic tumor, meningocele, and plasmacytoma.

As it is forbidden to landfill the organic sludge generated in water treatment plant from 2001, disposal coast of the sludge will be highly incersed. Therefore, This Study was conducted to recyle the sludge of water supply plant as inorganic fertilizer for agricultural areas and forests using the Chemical and the Hydrothermal methods. As the result, we could manufacture sutiable inorganic fertilizer, removing organics and harmful heavy metals by the Chemical and the Hydrothermal method.

Objective : The one of the main cause in back pain & sciatica is HNP of L-spine. This study is for taking data for the clinical application of Bee-Venom Acupuncture on HNP of L-spine. Methods : This clinical study was carried out 24 patients with HNP of L-spine, who had been admitted from March, 2001 to November, 2001. We devided the patients into two groups; One was an experimental group, treated by 2 methods-common acupuncture therapy and Bee-Venom Acupuncture. The other was an control group, treated only by common acupuncture therapy. Results and Conclusion : In an experimental group, there were 4 excellent cases (33.33%) and 5 good cases(41.67%). In an control group, there were 2 excellent cases (16.67%) and 5 good cases (41.67%). We thought that it needed to prove effects of Bee- Venom Acupuncture for efficient application by more clinical data from now.

${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ described Tae Hue(太虛) cosmos which consist of the Great Gi(大氣) produce ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ which affected by the theory of activity of Gi(氣化說) in the Han period represent that Tae Hue is spring head of Gi(氣), concurrently said the Time and the Space were established by operating of Gi(氣). As of the Theories of heavenly structure, ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ was write in long perod, so it include three branch theory. ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ contained the Hypothesis of Covering Heaven(蓋天說), the Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere(渾天說) and the Hypothesis of Chaosheavens(宣夜說) in the Han perod. The Hypothesis of Covering Heaven(蓋天說) means that the sky is round and the ground falls Square(天圓地方). ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ involve the Hypothesis of Covering Heaven by the fact that it divide heaven and earth by top and bottom. The Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere(蓋天說) is not directly appeared in ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$. But ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ include the Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere by the astronomical observation and understand the universe with interior-exterior viewpoint. ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ describe the circulation of the universe (周天度數) at 365 1/4 terms, the length of daytime and night of the vernal equinox and the autumnal equinox is same and use the The Twenty Eight Constellations by the ecliptic(黃道). It prove that ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ observes the celestial body according to the Hypothesis of Armillary Sphere. The Hypothesis of Chaosheavens(宣夜說) appears most is the theory which lately. ${\ulcorner}$Hwangje-Naegyeong${\lrcorner}$ describe Tae Hue(太虛) infinite outer space and the earth is floating by Gi(氣). This with the Hypothesis of Chaosheavens is similar from like this point.

Recently, It is increasing that importance of systematic management by carbon sinks in forest resources. Especially, in terms of social, Forest resources in urban areas are important role as well as carbon sinks, and improvement of the natural environment of the city. In this study, through ANOVA analysis that a total of nine different vegetation index from rearranged NIR band of images to Forest tree species classified in urban areas using high-resolution aerial images and satellite images of KOMPSAT-2. And various vegetation indices such as NDVI are divided a species by forest units through statistical analysis. Also, separated species are compared to forest type map by the Forest Service. As a result, it is built as basis for vegetation management in urban areas.

Obstruction of the bile duct owing to the direct extension of a tumor is occasionally found in patients with a hepatic neoplasm, but bile duct tumor thrombus caused by the intrabiliary transplantation of a free-floating tumor is a rare complication of hepatocellular carcinoma A 50-year-old woman was diagnosed with HCC with bile duct tumor thrombi. She received transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) because her liver function was not suitable for surgery at the time of diagnosis. After TACE, infected biloma occurred recurrently. Thus, resection of the HCC, including the bile duct tumor thrombi, was performed. Six months after the surgery, recurred HCC in the distal common bile duct as drop metastasis was noted. The patient was treated with tomotherapy and has been alive for three years as of this writing, without recurrence. The prognosis of HCC with bile duct tumor thrombi is considered dismal, but if appropriate procedures are selected and are actively carried out, long-term survival can occasionally be achieved.

In this paper, we design an authorization policy module which provides the safty and reliable authorization of the user to provide the resolution for authorization in distributed environments. PKI have been utilized much by an information security-based structure for Internet electronic commerce, it is developing X.509-based in various application field such as a network security. Especially, it provides good resolution for the authentication of the user in the situation not to meet each other, but it is not enough to provide the resolution of the authorization in distributed computing environments. In this paper, We provide AAS model, which can be used distributed resources by distributed users, and design AAS model which is an authorization policy module in the Linux-based Apache Web server.

The astronomical understanding of the heavens in "Hwangje-Naegyeong" can be divided into three main fields: the theory of cosmos, astronomy and calender. "Hwangie-Naegyeong" comprised the theory of cosmos, astronomy and calender established in the Han period. Astronomy was to describe the heavenly world and to interpret its phenomena. Calendar was to make numerical representations of the observations of all kinds of celestial bodies and to give them number-mystical meanings. Theory of cosmos treated what ancient Chinese speculated on the structure of the heavens including the earth. These three fields developed independently. However, they can also be be combined into one tradition, the astronomical knowledge. In the Han period that the astronomical knowledge grew from the mere accumulation of primitive knowledge to the established form. Throughout the Chinese history, the essential contents of astronomical knowledge including the theory of calendar, did not change much from what they were in Han period. "Hwangje-Naegyeong" use the lunisolar calendar(太陰太陽曆) and the Calendar in the late Han period(後漢四分曆). The use of the subdivisions of the seasons(24節氣) and the leap month(閏月) in "Hwangje-Naegyeong" means that it adopted the lunisolar calendar. Also "Hwangje-Naegyeong" adopted the Calendar in the late Han period by the four points: "Hwangje-Naegveong" ruled the circulation of the universe(周天度數) at 365, 1/4 terms, use the The Twenty Eight Constellations in astronomical observation, view the heavenly body by the ecliptic(黃道) and mark down year by the Heavenly Streams & Earthly Branches(干支紀年), The 24 solar terms is made by amount of Yang-Gi(陽氣) and samyum and samyang(三陰三陽) represent the amount of Yang-Gi in the earth.

The purpose of this study is to determine urban walking tourists' spatiotemporal movement densities and the stopping characteristics by season. With the Bukchon Hanok Village in Seoul, as the study site, a GPS-based smartphone application collected spatiotemporal data, and GIS and statistical methods were used to analyze the urban walking tourists' spatiotemporal activities in the spring and summer. The results show that the moving and staying variables of urban walking tourists differ significantly by season. In addition, spatiotemporal movement densities and stopping characteristics using ArcGIS's tools show clear spatial and temporal concentrations along the main access roads and commercial areas of the study site in the spring and summer. Policy-makers and developers of urban walking tours should use these spatiotemporal concentrations of walking tourists to define policies that would control the capacities of urban walking areas and distribute tourists spatially and temporally.
