This study was performed to assess the Effect of SCF(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus) on Keratinocyte Damage by UV irradiation. The effect of SCF were determined in UV irradiated HaCaT. We measured LDH release and NO release from HaCaT to elucidate the effect of SCF. And iNOS, TNF-${\alpha}$, COX-2, Bax, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL, c-jun, c-fos gene expression were determined in HaCat using real time PCR method. The results are as follows. SCF inhibited LDH-release, NO production in UV irradiated HaCaT. SCF increased the gene expression Bax, Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL protein in UV irradiated HaCaT. SCF suppressed the gene expression TNF-${\alpha}$ in UV irradiated HaCaT. SCF suppressed the gene expression iNOS, c-fos, and c-jun in UV irradiated HaCaT. SCF not affected the suppression of the gene expression COX-2 in UV irradiated HaCaT. The study showed SCF inhibited the cell damage in UV irradiated HaCaT.

Mobiel IP 기반의 이동 호스트의 핸드오프시 새로운 COA를 HA에 등록하는 과정에서 많은 지연이 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 802.11 무선 LAN 환경에서 Mobile IP 기반의 이동 호스트가 핸드오프를 수행할 때 발생하는 전송 지연을 줄이기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방식은 핸드오프 시 발생하는 전송 지연을 줄이기 위해서 802.11 MAC에서 일반적인 트래픽과 이동 호스트가 새 COA를 HA에 등록하기 위해서 발생하는 등록 요청 메세지를 분리해서 백오프를 처리한다. NS-2를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 한 결과, 일반적인 트래픽과 둥록 요청 메세지를 분리해서 백오프를 처리한 경우 Mobile IP 핸드오프 과정에서 발생하는 지연이 줄어들었음을 보였다.

To improve the mechanical properties of hydroxyapatite (HA)/waterborne polyurethane (WBPU) composites, the hydroxyl group of HA was modified by urethane reactions: the hydroxyl groups of HA were reacted with aliphatic or cyclic diisocyanate, and then the modified HAs were extended by adding polyol and/or ${\varepsilon}$-caprolactone. Composites were prepared by the prepolymer process method: the modified HA was directly pured into the urethane reaction of isocyanate and polyol. The properties of modified HA/WBPU composites were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis, tensile strength, and water resistance. The results showed that the reactivity of aliphatic diisocyanate to the hydroxy group of HA was faster than that of cyclic one. Comparing to those of pure HA/WBPU composite films, the thermal stability, water resistance, and mechanical properties of the modified composite films increased with a degree of modification of HA.

Jang Gyung Ak thought the Yang Gi was the basis of life. This is why he said doctors should emphasize on preserving Yang Gi. Before his emphasis on Yang Gi he had to study and criticize the medical concept of HaGan, DanGye and DongWon. By criticizing and overcoming their medical concept's fallacy and limitations, he made his own medicine. JangGyungAk found the importance of YangGi in the theory of changes. In the "the Book of Changes" it is said the rising movement of YangGi is expressed by recipricals and propels heaven and earth, yin and yang to change. The phenomenon of life is also a reciprocal and is lead by YangGi, and so medicine should value Yang Gi. Because the phenomenon of life is lead by this Yang Gi, it is right to base changes of diseases and organize pattern identification. The pattern identification JangGyungAk presented as two Gang six Byun sets its base on YangGi.

이 연구는 한국 현대 언론사상의 성격을 이해하기 위한 작업의 하나로, 1950~1960년대 월간 잡지 "사상계"를 발행하여 잡지 저널리즘의 영향력을 당시 주요 신문 못지않게 키운 잡지언론인 장준하의 언론사상을 고찰하는 것이 그 목적이다. 이를 위해 장준하의 언론에 대한 인식이 어떤 과정으로 형성되었으며, 그의 언론사상의 주요 논리와 의미는 무엇인지 고찰했다. 이를 바탕으로 장준하 언론사상의 성격과 관련되는 문제들을 검토했다. 연구 결과 "사상계" 창간 당시부터 일관되게 나타나는 장준하의 언론사상의 토대는 지식청년층을 계몽하려는 민족주의적 계몽언론사상이라고 할 수 있다. 여기에 1950년대 말부터 일종의 해설저널리즘 또는 방향제시 저널리즘의 성격도 보였다. 1962년이후 "사상계"에 대한 정치적 탄압이 심해지면서, 그의 언론사상은 일종의 주창 저널리즘의 성격이 강하게 나타났다고 평가된다. 장준하의 언론사상은 당시 한국 언론계와 학계에서 새롭게 인식되던 구미의 언론개념과 이론을 이해하고 수용하여 당시로서는 선진적인 사상이었다고 할 수 있다. 또한 그의 주장과 논리는 언제나 구체적인 실천과 행동으로 이어졌다는 점에서 설득력이 있었다고 평가된다.
