인간공학 기술을 이용한 예부선 선원의 해상 작업안전 분석

  • 본 연구는 예부선 선원이 해상작업 시 발생할 수 있는 근골격계 부담 작업의 위험성을 평가 하기 위해 실행되었다. 근골격계 부담 작업은 예부선 선원들의 인터뷰, 작업 분석, 작업 자세 평가를 통해 분석을 통해 분석이 되었으며, 도출된 근골격계 부담 작업은 인간공학 분야에서 작업자세 평가 도구인 OWAS, RULA, REBA를 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위해 국내 해운선사에서 운용중인 예선 A호와 부선 B호에서 작업을 하는 예부선 선원들의 각종 작업을 분석하였으며 해당 작업들은 근골격계 위험 수준인 3수준 이상으로 해당 작업이 근골격계에 부담되는 작업이며 작업자세 교정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 예부선 작업환경의 위험성이 외부환경에 대한 위협뿐만 아니라 작업자의 작업자세가 장기적인 위협을 보이고 있음을 보여주었다.

  • Internal Pressure Maintenance Equipment absorbs internal pressure variation for it's storage has developed. The bladder ; main item of Internal Pressure Maintenance Equipment, has developed with multi-layer to prevent a penetration and to improve durability. And durability test and environment test was carried out to verify the performance in the condition that could be happened in storage or operation.

  • In this research, an improved learning system in engineering design and HRD curriculums, and an operation of experiment and practice are proposed. That is, we propose improvements for creativity, for filed orientation and for experimental and practice operation. Specifically, we suggest the possibility of common operation between engineering design and HRD curriculums based on learning experience.

  • 최근 의료계에서는 환자관점에서 진료 및 행정체계를 재구축하는 시도들이 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시도들의 성공적인 시행을 위해서는 팀을 이루는 다양한 직종들의 이해조정과 투입된 자원에 대한 효과성 검토가 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하여 새로 만들어질 환자중심적 진료센터의 시설 및 업무체계에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 다양한 시나리오를 적용하여 환자대기공간의 적정성을 분석하였고 진료프로세스별 대기시간 분석을 통해 병목구간을 찾아 해결방안을 제시하였다. 또한 시나리오별 개선안 적용을 통해 향후 진료스케줄 운영의 적절한 대안을 모색해보았다.

  • The effect of twisting on the microstructural evolution and critical current of BSCCO superconductor tape has been evaluated. Twisting pitches of the tapes are in the range of 8-70 mm and uniformly deformed. The critical current of twisted tape was dependent on the twist pitch. Specifically, it was observed that the critical current decreased with decreasing twist pitch, and only 50% of critical current was retained when the tape was twisted to a pitch of 8 mm. This reduction of the critical current may be related to the interface irregularity, smaller grain size, worse texture and the presence of cracks due to the induced strain during the twisting processing.

  • 본 논문에서는 스위칭 아크방전의 유동특성을 분석하기 위해서 유한요소법을 사용하여 전극 사이에 가해지는 전계를 소스원으로 두고 열전달 및 유동 특성을 해석하였다. 그 결과 전계가 높은 곳에서 온도가 높게 나타나고 열선도 집중되는 것을 확인하였으며 전극의 형태에 따라 분포 형태가 변하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이것은 개폐기의 아크 소호를 위한 기술 개발과 접점 개발 시에 기초 자료로 활용이 기대된다.

  • Since the characteristics of plasmas depend strongly on the interactions between plasma particles such as electron, ions, and neutrals, a well-established atomic and molecular database is needed to understand and produce various types of plasma. Thus, National Fusion Research Institute (NFRI) started to establish the plasma property DB for fusion and industrial plasma from last 2002. Here we describe our recent data evaluation activities regarding to production of atomic and molecular data that are needed for modeling plasma in fusion tokamaks and also low temperature industrial plasmas.

  • Currently, the environmental certification such as BREEAM and LEED has been improved for the sustainable development and related research is conducted continuously. Especially, in the respect of economy, it is reported that the construction costs of the certified buildings are more increased than non-certified buildings. However, the report has not focused on the educational building but the residential and commercial buildings. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the difference of construction costs between LEED and Non-LEED educational buildings. To achieve the objective, the buildings data are collected in 21 universities then T-test is used for examining the construction costs. As a result, it shows that the construction costs of LEED buildings are increased by 3.8% comparing with non-LEED buildings.

  • This paper represents the characteristic analysis for the etching in $SF_6$ plasma and the plasma itself, based on the specific knowledges on the discharge mechanism of $SF_6$ plasma which is widely used for the applications of dry etching, using Radio Frequency Inductively Coupled Plasma (RFICP) by measuring electron density, electron temperature then observing their relationship to find the effect of discharge mechanism of $SF_6$ plasma to the etching in contrast to the existing method of finding optimal discharge condition by heuristic.
