JSP(Jumbo Super Pile) method is a foundation treatment of mixing in depth, one of the soft ground improvement methods through which settlement and deformation of ground foundation is prevented. An example of this method which is applied for the foundation design of a new drainage pumping station is Introduced, and another applied example for an existing pumping station which is built on soft foundation is also introduced.

Consolidation and remedies for slope stability were considered for the slope with additional embankment. Transferred stresses due to additional embankment were assessed by the derived formula based on elasticity theory. Available remedies for slope stability with additional embankment including JSP method, stone column method and EPS method were studied. Caution needed for using JSP method is high pressure which can result in heaving of adjacent soils. Shortages of used case and noise of construction of stone column method are also considered for the safe remedy for slope stability.

Server-side scripting languages for web applications have a different environment from general programming languages. The reason is that some data in web applications should be transferred to a distinct file of a page or should be maintained for a physical time, that is for session time. SO JSP has four kinds of new scopes such as page, request, session, application. And every identifiers in JSP are classified and processed as one of the four scopes. This seems unavoidable to a scripting language because of the web environment. So when a JSP page using these new scope concepts is interpreted the procedure would be different from that of the general programming language's scopes. This thesis has studied the processing of the scopes which are considered in interpreting a script language code. This processing method of the scopes in this article can be applied not only to JSP interpreting but also to a data processing of similar ranges in web.

In this paper, we propose the method of integrating the Book Lending Management System running either on local and web to develop Enterprise Application in distributed environment more easily and quickly using Sun's EJB based on the lava. We integrate the Book Lending Management System which is operated separately using EJB. And, by designing and implementing the Book Lending Management System separately according to its functions, it can reduce the cost of maintenance and repair. At all platforms where the Internet, Book Lending service is possible, because it provide Web based interface with JSP. Then, we can get platform independent implementation using EJB and JSP..

Recently, the most of website is supporting RSS with increasing the interest regarding web 2.0. RSS-reader is collecting the contents of RSS formats which are provided from the various web site and it is software application that assist users easily to getting the last update of area of interest without visiting a corresponding web site. In this paper, we developed RSS reader through Ajax which is an asynchronous method, JSP/Servlet which is a dynamic scripting language. We made them support both RSS format 1.0 and 2.0. Additionally developed fluid Ajax based menus, categories and functions of user-friendliness.

The reclaimed waste layer in a completed refuse small landfill site was stabilized by JSP(Jumbo Special Pattern System) method. There were some variations of landfill gases(LFGs) after the stabilization. This study investigated the landfill gases emitted from a open dumping landfill site. We measured concentration of landfill gases before and after the construction, and 28 months later. As a result, the concentrations of $H_2S$ and $NH_3$ gases before the construction were 123.51ppm and 171.54ppm, respectively. These values were higher than TWA(Time Weighted Average) values. But the concentrations of $H_2S$ and $NH_3$ gases after the construction were 55.59ppm and 20.51ppm, and they also decreased 9.04ppm and 11.82ppm in 28 months. $CH_4$ and other landfill gases after the construction were little or a little detected in the landfill site. Hence we found out that concentrations or classes of landfill gases causing some problems extremely decreased by way of the stabilization.

Web based instruction (WBI) has been widely used thesedays because the web has various advantages for instruction. However, most of current WBI systems do not support various requirements from students. It is because of the lack of research for structural instruction method. This paper presents a new method of WBI and designs an instruction model to support various requirements from students by implementing dynamic WBI system using JSP to solve current WBI problems. The developed WBI system uses multimedia based instructions. The implemented system focused on the practical instruction by providing the functions of listening, homework, and test on web site. For the similar effects as in the classroom, it supports functions of electronic white board and multimedia data which is consisted of high-quality sound and video data with high degree of compression. Furthermore, the system supports that instructors can design a test using three kinds of basic forms, a multiple-choice test, brief-answer test, essay test, and evaluate the tests easily. It also supports easy management for homework, lecture registration, and many school affairs.

The web-based project is seriously not efficient area at software engineering. In order to develop a web-based system, UI(User Interface) designers usually first design display layout and then business logic developers bring to complete the coding of the display layout source. In the case of maintenance, it goes through the same process, This kinds of web-based software development method were proposed by the various methods same as the tag library of JSP, But there are many problems to apply them and they are low productive comparing to the CIS based software development method, WFS(Neb Form System), which is suggested on this thesis, separates UI design from business logic on a web project and offers the better environment to develop web based software, Eventually WFS will improve the productivity to develop web based software.

WebShell is a web script file created by a hacker to remotely commands to a web server. The hacker can bypass the security system using the web shell, access the system, control the system such as file modification, copying and deletion, install malicious code in the web source code, attack the user's PC, And so on. There are many types of WebShell attack, but we study about attacks on PHP and JSP based web server which are used as representative ones. And we propose the method of web page management, method of development, and several other methods. By using these countermeasures, it is possible to effectively prevent damage caused by WebShell attacks.

SI anchor means the soil improvement anchor. The ground for supporting anchor is improved by JSP, and as a result, SI anchor body has about 80cm in diameter. SI anchor shows high pullout resistance by the frictional force between anchor body and ground, and the bearing capacity of anchor body. Especially the frictional force increases very much with increasing diameter of anchor body improved by JBP. In this study, model and field tests are made to analyse the mechanism of pullout resistance of SI anchor. Through model tests for the SI anchor in air dried sandy ground, strain fields of ground around SI anchor surface are analysed by a photo analysis method using the latex membrane on the wall of soil tank. The results of field tests are analysed by the strains measured by 10 strain gages attached on the inner wall of specially designed PVC pipe embedded in anchor body, and the strains of anchor body are also measured in the model tests.
