Hydrogen is evaluated as one of the new energy sources that can overcome the limitations and pollution problems of conventional fossil fuels. Although hydrogen is CO₂-free, attention is required in NO_x emission and flame stability in order to use hydrogen in existing gas fuel system. However, use of electric grids is an unrealistic strategy for decarbonization for residential and commercial heating. Instead, use of H₂ that utilizes city gas grid is suggested as a reasonable alternative in terms of compatibility with existing systems, economic feasibility, and accessibility. In this study, the thermal efficiency and NO_x performance of the boiler according to the H₂ mixture ratio and vapor humidified ratio are reviewed for a humidified NG-H₂ boiler that vapor humidity to combustion air. Mixed fuel with H₂ (20%) is almost similar to NG in terms of efficiency, flame temperature, and pollution performance. Thus, it is expected to be directly compatible with the existing NG system. If the exhaust temperature of the H₂ boiler is lowered to around 60℃ at a humidified ratio of 15-20%, the NO_x emission concentration can be suppressed to about 5-10 ppm. The level of efficiency reaches 87% of the rated load efficiency, which is equivalent to the highest grade achievable.

This study attempted to investigate the effect of 'RolyPoly 160' on the self-care of diabetes in the community. The experimental group was 60 diabetes living in estern region, G-Metropolitan City, and 'RolyPoly 160' was used more than 5 times a week within 5-10 minutes for 12 weeks. The control group was a resident in the western region, and once received a group lecture in the beginning of the experiment, The study period was from July 1 to September 20, 2019. Self-care tests were conducted before and after the study. The collected data was analyzed with frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and cross-tabulation analysis. In the experimental group, drug therapy, foot care, exercise therapy, and diet self-care were statistically significantly increased than before the experiment. Therefore 'RolyPoly 160' can be used as a nursing intervention program to help diabetic patients perform self-care in the future.

This paper proposes a consumer-tailored solution to prevent the forgery and falsification of data by incorporating blockchain technology in the online and offline distribution of agricultural produce. The solution provides customized services to consumers based on an analysis of the data generated from the sales, distribution, and consumption of quality of the produce. It can also ensure the safety and credibility of the produce, and allow producers to identify consumption intent and the flow of distribution. Producers will be able to determine the flow of produce based on the data collected and thus tailor promotional efforts. This is expected to be the fourth industrial revolution in the agricultural produce distribution sector. Utilizing blockchain and big data technology to create integrated record management systems that combine multiple solutions will shape future technology trends. In addition, if eco-friendly certification is acknowledged as a valuable service and can be incorporated into the distribution process, this solution could become a one-stop distribution solution for agricultural produce.

This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the effects of nursing students' perceived professional responsibility, attitude toward corporal punishment of children, perceived degree of behavioral control, and attitude toward professional responsibility for child abuse. Data collection was from September 1 to 30, 2021, and the collected data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the influencing factor on nursing students' perceived attitude toward professional responsibility for child abuse was perceived behavioral control, and the influence power of variables was 13.6%. Based on the results of this study, it is thought that an educational program should be developed to build an environment to improve nursing students' perceived behavioral control for child abuse and to improve their attitude toward professional responsibility for child abuse.

This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between social isolation and depression in nurses. This study was conducted with 135 registered nurses in three COVID-19 specialized hospitals. Data were analyzed with IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and mediation analysis. The mediating effect was analyzed using PROCESS macro for SPSS 4.0 program with bootstrapping method. Social isolation directly influenced social support (𝛽=-.62, p<.001) and depression (𝛽=.49, p<.001). Social support directly influenced depression (𝛽=-.19, p=.028). Social support has a mediating effect between social isolation and depression (indirect effect=.12, 95% CI=0.02~0.29). To managed depression, intervention are needed to reduce social isolation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop strategies that enhance social support to relieve depression in nurses perceived social isolation.

With the spread of COVID-19 and restrictions on outdoor exercise, the number of users using motion sensing games indoors is increasing. An avatar-type character design customization system on behalf of gamers is one of the important research topics for developers in that it can increase the game's appeal to gamers. In this paper, a motion sensing game with high sales volume and character customization is selected as a game analysis case. Through the analysis of the character customization system of the three selected games, important elements of the customization system were extracted. Finally, the shortcomings of the motion sensing game character customization system were derived, and improvement plans were presented for the selection system, transformation system, and partial system. It is expected that this proposal will serve as a reference for designing a motion sensing game character customization system in the future.

This descriptive survey study identified the factors influencing the abiliy of healthcare perceived by high school students. The survey was conducted from May 7, 2020, to Sep. 17, 2020 for 119 high school students in City D. SPSS WIN 22.0 program was used to for t-test and one-way ANOVA with Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. The ability of healthcare perceived by high school students had a static correlation with the sub-domains of family function, that is, family cohesion(r=.65, p<.001) and family adaptability(r=.54, p<.001). For male students(β=.17, p=.012), those who reported a high level of perceived health status showed a high level of ability of healthcare(β=.25, p<.001). Significant influencing factors on high school students' health management ability were identified as gender (β=.17), their own health status perception (β=.23), and family cohesion (β=.45), and the explanatory power of the model was 50%. appear. Further research is hereby suggested for validation of the mediating role and effects of health care education programs to improve the family function perceived by high school students, encourage their practicing of health care management and help them to enter into healthy adulthood.

This study is a qualitative study attempting to understand the experiences of blended learning of curriculum of fundamental nursing practice under the COVID-19. In the present study participated with 18 nursing students, data was collected through focus group interviews, the blended class was organized until 14^th week by configuring a non-face-to-face e-Learning for the odd week and the face-to-face practice for the even week, and the collected data was analyzed using content analysis methods. As a result of analysis, a total of 250 significant statements were derived, the statements being analyzed based on eight subcategories, four upper categories, and two subjects. The derived four upper categories were "maladjustment to a sudden change in teaching method," "lowering of learning efficiency and confusion during class," "ambivalence toward online class," and "positive experience for a new learning method." The present study would be able to provide the basic data for developing a blended, learning operating program and applying to various practice-based curriculum by providing useful information relating to the blended learning class for the fundamental nursing practice for nursing students in the on-tact era.

It is a reality that office workers in modern society cannot overlook their appearance management for promotion in the workplace that does not fall behind in competition with others and smooth human relationships. According to this social trend, it is time to conduct an in-depth cosmetology study on the appearance management and perception of office workers, including hair styles. Therefore, this study analyzed the hair style type and preference closely by cross-analyzing the differences between groups by classifying the occupational persons of female airline crew, female soldiers, female sportsmen, female lawyers, and female nurses into age, marriage, academic background, and occupation. As result of study, it was found that different women in each occupational group had different results, such as their current hair style type and hair texture, the use of current hair styling products, and their personal preference for women's hairstyles and hair colors. This study will be used as basic data for developing new mode items that meet customer needs in the beauty marketing market and researching customer demand.

This study analyzed the relationship between supervision and job commitment of the elderly leisure welfare center employees and the mediating effect of professionalism perception. The survey was conducted of 267 employees in 15 facilities located in Daejeon and Chungnam. The main methods were confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis using SPSS and AMOS. The analysis results showed that the relationship between supervision and job commitment and the mediating effect of professionalism perception were verified. For activating the supervision, it is necessary to strengthen the educational supervision, systematize the supervision, and strengthen the supervisor education. To raise the professionalism perception, programs such as awards for outstanding manpower, social support, and employee education considering clients are needed. It is expected that studies on various variables for human resource management including job commitment for elderly leisure facility employees will be continued.
