Currently, Korea is entering an aging society, causing the issues of older adults in a wide range of fields. This study focuses on the health and safety issues of the older adults. As a theoretical background, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory was applied, and a new theory was established in connection with the physiological needs and safety needs of the 5 stages of desire in relation to the health and safety issues of the older adults. Health issues applying to physiological needs for the older adults are examined in detail in the body, perception and psychology areas, and safety accidents occurring indoors and outdoors are examined in relation to safety needs. Naver DataLab, a big data portal, shows that the number of bugs regarding health and safety of the older adults is steadily increasing. And through Google Trends, we can understand the interest setting up related search keyword about the older adults. According to the related search keywords, social part related to health in health issues is ranked high and kewords related to accident type in safety issues is ranked high. These findings will be an important basis data for research and solution to the issues of older adults.

Analyzing the frequency and correlation of the news keywords in the modern society that are becoming complicated according to the time flow is a very important research to discuss the response and solution to issues. This paper analyzed the relationship between the flow of social keyword and major issues through the analysis of news big data for 10 years (2009~2018). In this study, political issues, education and social culture, gender conflicts and social problems were presented as major issues. And, to study the change and flow of issues, it analyzed the change of the issue by dividing it into five years. Through this, the changes and countermeasures of social issues were studied. As a result, the keywords (economy, police) that are closely related to the people's life were analyzed as keywords that are very important in our society regardless of the flow of time. In addition, keyword such as 'safety' have decreased in increasing rate compared to frequency in recent years. Through this, it can be inferred that it is necessary to improve the awareness of safety in our society.

This study is to seek alternatives for regional governance related to transnational labor migration issues in Southeast Asia. This study examined the present situation and trends of labor migration in the region, reviewed involved transnational issues, and identified the current issues of governance to seek alternatives for regional governance. The increase in cross-border labor migration is no doubt a sign of growth and dynamism of the region and greater integration of their economies. But it also poses complex policy and management issues as well as transnational issues over such as unequal economic profits, illegal migration, human rights, and social security issues. In this reality, regional governance is a very important theme and the efforts to manage their migration inherently involve fundamental conflict and tension between related countries and regions. However, politics and governance of transnational migrant workers in Southeast Asia are still pursued at the national level. To resolve these issues, it is urgently required to secure not only collaboration between the parties concerned but also governance at the regional level. Findings of this study are: First, although labor migration has been a relatively long-time transnational issue, the history of addressing the issue at the regional governance is very short and still inceptive. Second, given its size, labor migration in Southeast Asia requires effective regional governance but no breakthrough was possible due to the conflict of interests between origin and destination countries and the conflict of logic between the labor market and the state. Third, the issue of labor migration is an important element for the formation of economic and socio-cultural communities the ASEAN countries have pursued. Fourth, it is urgently needed to seek alternatives for good and effective regional governance as a key to resolving these issues over migrant workers in Southeast Asia.

RFID is a widely adopted in the field of identification technology these days. Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) has wide applications in many areas including manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation. Because limited resource RFID tags are used, various risks could threaten their abilities to provide essential services to users. A number of RFID protocols have done by researcher in order to protect against some malicious attacks and threat. Existing RFID protocols are able to resolve a number of security and privacy issues, but still unable to overcome other security & privacy related issues. In this paper, we analyses security schemes and vulnerability in RFID application. Considering this RFID security issues, we survey the security threats and open problems related to issues by means of information security and privacy. Neither a symmetric nor an asymmetric cryptographic deployment is necessarily used with light weighted algorithm in the future.

Information Systems(IS) departments face many challenges in today's rapidly changing environment. One approach to understanding the challenges by IS departments is to survey IS managers in order to elicit their key issues. The study compares and contrasts the major findings of key information systems management issues in Korea and United States. It examines the key concerns of IS managers on these areas focusing on identifying and explaining regional similarities and differences. IS managers in Korea and United States show a reasonable level of agreement on the most critical issues they face. In some of the issues the differences are found and possible reasons for these differences are discussed. The study concludes by suggesting an evolution model that can explain the changing nature of the IS issues across time and nations.

The objective of this study was to identify the most representative issues of 1990s in the area of architectural design education, which has been interconnected very closely with the interior-architectural design since the history began, to establish a foundational reconstruction of interior-architectural education program. Particularly focusing on the issues of architectural education of 1990s, three subjects of writen materials were examined ; (1) the history of architectural education, (2) the theories of architectural design, (3) the works of architecural students performing the architectural design program in schools. This study examined issues of copyright relating to digitization of bibliographic data, copyrighted works, factual data, and manpower's data that the library have. Differences in risk perception on major environmental issues between general public and environmental experts were investigated in this study. Questionnaire surveys were conducted to samples from general public and environmental experts during March and April, 2000. Total number of responses was 1,126 including 773 persons from general public and 353 experts. Risk perceptions on 26 environmental issues were related with the need to regulate each issue, controllability, experience, political views, interest in environmental problem, satisfaction of environment, severity of environmental pollution. There was statistically significant difference in risk perceptions between general public and experts. Overall, general public was likely to perceive risks associated with environmental problem, as well as social need to regulate these problems more than experts. The issues with high risk perception and need to regulate were 'automobile exhaust', 'industrial air pollution', ocean pollution by industrial waste and oil exhaust', 'air pollution by chemicals', 'surface water pollution by waste from household', 'industrial and hospital waste', 'surface water pollution by pesticide'and'sewage and food waste'. Consequently, it seems necessary to manage these issues, prior to others.

This paper analyse the learners' satisfaction for the usability of distance teaming system. We have analysed collected data regarding the learners' satisfaction with the online Master's in Library and Information Science (MLIS) program as an example. The learner responses from the focus groups broke down into the following five themes: General program issues, Course issues, Communication/interaction issues, On-campus experience issues, Technology issues. The feedback can be applied to most online learning environments as a guideline for teaching and developing of online course.

Library issues included contracting out, outsourcing and name changes of public library, The background information on these issues was also analyzed and the research papers were studied to find out solutions of the issues.
