현재 한국은 고령사회에 진입하면서 폭넓은 분야에서 노인문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인문제 중 노인의 건강문제와 안전문제에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이론적 배경으로 매슬로우의 욕구이론을 적용하였으며, 욕구 5단계 중 생리적 욕구와 안전의 욕구를 노인건강과 안전에 연관하여 새로운 이론을 설정하였다. 노인의 건강문제는 생리적 욕구에 적용하여 신체와 인지, 심리부분으로 자세히 살펴보고, 실내, 외에서 발생하는 안전사고는 안전욕구와 관련하여 알아보고자 한다. 빅데이터 포탈인 네이버 데이터랩을 통해 노인의 건강과 안전문제에 대한 버즈량이 꾸준히 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있고, 구글 트렌드를 통해 연관검색어를 설정하여 노인문제에 대한 관심사를 파악 할 수 있다. 연관검색어에 따르면 건강문제는 건강과 관련한 사회적인 부분, 안전사고 문제는 사고종류와 관련된 키워드가 상위권을 이루었다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인문제의 연구와 해결방안에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

복잡해지고 있는 현대 사회의 뉴스 키워드를 시간적 흐름에 따른 빈도수와 상관관계로 분석하는 것은 이슈들에 대한 대응과 해결 방안을 논의하기 위해 매우 중요한 연구라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 10년(2009~2018)간의 뉴스 빅데이터 분석을 통해 사회적 키워드의 흐름과 주요 이슈들 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 본 연구에서는 정치적 이슈, 교육 사회문화, 젠더갈등 그리고 사회적 사건이 주요 이슈들로 제시되었다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 이슈의 변화와 흐름을 연구하기 위해 이를 5년 기준으로 양분하여 변화하는 것을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 사회적 이슈의 시간에 따른 변화와 그 대응방안을 연구하였다. 그 결과 국민생활과 밀접한 키워드(경제, 경찰)는 시간의 흐름에 관계없이 우리 사회에서 매우 중요하게 논의되는 키워드로 분석되었다. 또한 '안전'과 같은 키워드는 최근 들어 빈도수에 비해 증가율이 감소되었다. 이를 통해, 우리 사회가 안전에 대한 인식을 개선할 필요가 있는 것으로 추론할 수 있다.

This study is to seek alternatives for regional governance related to transnational labor migration issues in Southeast Asia. This study examined the present situation and trends of labor migration in the region, reviewed involved transnational issues, and identified the current issues of governance to seek alternatives for regional governance. The increase in cross-border labor migration is no doubt a sign of growth and dynamism of the region and greater integration of their economies. But it also poses complex policy and management issues as well as transnational issues over such as unequal economic profits, illegal migration, human rights, and social security issues. In this reality, regional governance is a very important theme and the efforts to manage their migration inherently involve fundamental conflict and tension between related countries and regions. However, politics and governance of transnational migrant workers in Southeast Asia are still pursued at the national level. To resolve these issues, it is urgently required to secure not only collaboration between the parties concerned but also governance at the regional level. Findings of this study are: First, although labor migration has been a relatively long-time transnational issue, the history of addressing the issue at the regional governance is very short and still inceptive. Second, given its size, labor migration in Southeast Asia requires effective regional governance but no breakthrough was possible due to the conflict of interests between origin and destination countries and the conflict of logic between the labor market and the state. Third, the issue of labor migration is an important element for the formation of economic and socio-cultural communities the ASEAN countries have pursued. Fourth, it is urgently needed to seek alternatives for good and effective regional governance as a key to resolving these issues over migrant workers in Southeast Asia.

RFID is a widely adopted in the field of identification technology these days. Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) has wide applications in many areas including manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation. Because limited resource RFID tags are used, various risks could threaten their abilities to provide essential services to users. A number of RFID protocols have done by researcher in order to protect against some malicious attacks and threat. Existing RFID protocols are able to resolve a number of security and privacy issues, but still unable to overcome other security & privacy related issues. In this paper, we analyses security schemes and vulnerability in RFID application. Considering this RFID security issues, we survey the security threats and open problems related to issues by means of information security and privacy. Neither a symmetric nor an asymmetric cryptographic deployment is necessarily used with light weighted algorithm in the future.

Information Systems(IS) departments face many challenges in today's rapidly changing environment. One approach to understanding the challenges by IS departments is to survey IS managers in order to elicit their key issues. The study compares and contrasts the major findings of key information systems management issues in Korea and United States. It examines the key concerns of IS managers on these areas focusing on identifying and explaining regional similarities and differences. IS managers in Korea and United States show a reasonable level of agreement on the most critical issues they face. In some of the issues the differences are found and possible reasons for these differences are discussed. The study concludes by suggesting an evolution model that can explain the changing nature of the IS issues across time and nations.

The objective of this study was to identify the most representative issues of 1990s in the area of architectural design education, which has been interconnected very closely with the interior-architectural design since the history began, to establish a foundational reconstruction of interior-architectural education program. Particularly focusing on the issues of architectural education of 1990s, three subjects of writen materials were examined ; (1) the history of architectural education, (2) the theories of architectural design, (3) the works of architecural students performing the architectural design program in schools. This analysis of existing writings found four major issues of 1990s which are performing the fundamental disscussions in the context of the architectural education, probably these issues would be effecting the future of the architectural design of the future: (1) The expects of Heterogeneity and Multiplicity (2) The effections/penetrations of the world-wide-web (3) The conflicts between globalism and regionalism (4) The breaks of margins in architectural education

본 논문은 도서관 소장자료의 서지정보와 저작권이 있는 저작물, 사실정보, 인명정보의 디지털화와 관련한 저작권 문제를 검토하였다. 인터넷 상의 저작물 자체의 이용과 링크에 의한 저작물 이용과 관련한 문제점을 분석하였으며, 구축된 데이터베이스의 관내에서의 이용자 서비스와 관외의 이용자 요구에 응한 저작물 전송서비스와 관련된 법적 문제점도 조사하였다. 끝으로 현 상황 하에서 디지털도서관을 구현하기 위한 저작권 대책의 기본 방향을 제시하였다.

Differences in risk perception on major environmental issues between general public and environmental experts were investigated in this study. Questionnaire surveys were conducted to samples from general public and environmental experts during March and April, 2000. Total number of responses was 1,126 including 773 persons from general public and 353 experts. Risk perceptions on 26 environmental issues were related with the need to regulate each issue, controllability, experience, political views, interest in environmental problem, satisfaction of environment, severity of environmental pollution. There was statistically significant difference in risk perceptions between general public and experts. Overall, general public was likely to perceive risks associated with environmental problem, as well as social need to regulate these problems more than experts. The issues with high risk perception and need to regulate were 'automobile exhaust', 'industrial air pollution', ocean pollution by industrial waste and oil exhaust', 'air pollution by chemicals', 'surface water pollution by waste from household', 'industrial and hospital waste', 'surface water pollution by pesticide'and'sewage and food waste'. Consequently, it seems necessary to manage these issues, prior to others.

본 논문은 원격교육의 사용성을 위한 학생 만족도 요소를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 원격교육의 사용성을 위하여 MLIS 프로그램을 수강하고 있는 학생들을 사례로 5가지 토론주제(전반적인 프로그램의 내용, 친과목의 내용, 상호작용 문제, 캠퍼스 워크샵의 내용, 기술공학적인 문제)를 기획하여 피드백을 통하여 얻은 내용을 분석하였다. 또한 온라인 학생들로부터의 피드백 요소 분석자료에 기초하여 온라인 코스의 교수와 개발을 위한 지침으로 제시한다.

중앙정부나 지방자치단체들은 도서관계의 의사와는 달리 어떤 계획을 실행하는 수가 많다. 공공도서관 명칭변경, 민간위탁 운영, 도서관 정책담당 부서의 폐지 등이 그러한 사례라고 할 수 있다. 그러한 시점을 우리는 위기상황이라고 판단하고 그 대처방안으로 성명서, 건의서 또는 공한을 발표하거나 관련기관에 전달하고 있다. 우리가 발표하는 항의문에는 어떤 논리로 그것에 대한 부당성을 지적하고 있는지를 검토한다. 정부기관은 어떤 계기로 도서관계의 염원과는 거리가 먼 도서관 발전 저해행위를 하는지도 검토한다. 그리고 도서관계는 위기상황에 대처하기 위하여 어떤 논의가 있는지도 알아본다. 연구자들의 연구주제나 도서관계 여러 조직단체들의 활동은 위기상황에 대하여 어떤 대응을 하고 있는지도 살펴보는 것이다.
