The applicability of network-based computing depends on the availability of the underlying network bandwidth. Such a growing gap between the capacity of the backbone network and the end users' needs results in a serious bottleneck of the access network in between. As a result, ISP incurs disadvantages in their business. If this situation is known to ISP in advance, or if ISP is able to predict traffic volume end-to-end link high-load zone, ISP and end users would be able to decrease the gap for ISP service quality. In this paper, simulation tools, such as ACE, ADM, and Flow Analysis, were used to be able to perceive traffic volume prediction and end-to-end link high-load zone. In using these simulation tools, we were able to estimate sequential transaction in real-network for e-Commerce. We also imported virtual network environment estimated network data, and create background traffic. In a virtual network environment like this, we were able to find out simulation results for traffic volume prediction and end-to-end link high-load zone according to the increase in the number of users based on virtual network environment.
Information strategy planning (ISP) pursues alignment of business strategy and IT (Information Technology) strategy as well as derivation of feasible and valuable IT projects. However, conventional ISP methodology hardly obtains the objectives because of its intrinsic shortcomings. Diverse ways are proposed for the improvement of the conventional methodology including, for example, combination of EA (Enterprise Architecture) with ISP. Meanwhile, six-sigma methodology which is characterized by quantification, scientific and systematic approach, customer orientation, process orientation has been gaining considerable attention and extending its application scope continuously. In this paper, an innovative ISP methodology is proposed by decomposing activities, methods, and tasks from conventional ISP process and reorganizing them into DMADOV six-sigma framework. In addition, the usefulness and applicability of the newly proposed methodology are provided using an electronics company example. The methodology enhance the possibility of producing future oriented and beneficial IT projects by associating IT strategy and the projects in the form of quantified causal relationship. Besides, it can also increase the objectivity of IT vision and strategy.
Understanding what lies beneath the relationship between ISP and its implementation is an significant area of inquiry in the ISP research. Through an empirical analysis and complementary case examples the current study examines this relationship at six different university sites which undergone both of these processes years from 1995 to 2001. The face-to-face, in-depth interviews were conducted to those participated in both of these processes. A questionnaire survey was also conducted to same participants to elevate the quality of the validity and reliability of the measures. Due to the limitation of the access to the data, it was not possible to compare how similar the final implementation outcomes are from what was originally planned in ISP to some sites. However the study finds that such organizational factors as management support, communication, and organizational culture at the ISP play an important role in the implementation process. This paper proposes that these organizational factors although little they seem to directly affect each individual elements in the implementation process, its latent impact is critical as a whole.
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was developed for the analysis of soy protein in foods. Competitive indirect ELISA (ciELISA) was established by using specific antibodies against the heat-stable acidic subunits (AS) of glycinin. Soy proteins in each sample used in this study were solublized in the presence of urea and DTT and boiled at $100^{\circ}C$ for 1hr and then were renatured with a cystine-containing solution. After these treatments, each isolated soy protein (ISP) heated at 60, 70, 80, $90^{\circ}C$ for 10 minutes showed almost the same curve as unheated one in the ciELISA. The detection limit of ISP was 0.3 ${\mu}g/mL$. Anti-AS antibodies have very low reactivities less than 0.1% toward non-meat proteins such as skim milk and casein and did not show any reactivities toward egg white powder and ovalbumin. When laboratory-made sausages containing ISP of $0.5{\sim}3%$ were assayed by ciELISA, the mean recovery was about 83% (C.V., 19%). In addition, the average content of soy protein in commercial sausages was 1.27%.
In this study Bacillus subtilis PTCC 1023 was used for the production of protopectinase using soybean based media. The use of isolated soybean protein (ISP) and soybean flour resulted in similar protopectinase production and growth rates. The effect of medium composition on protopectinase production was studied using central composite design (CCD) methodology. The change in the concentration of ISP (1-7%), glucose (0-10%), and phosphate (0.1-0.3 M) was found to affect the protopectinase activity (response variable) after 24 hr of cultivation. In the range studied, ISP and glucose had a negative effect on the response variable, whereas phosphate had a positive effect. A statistically significant interaction was identified between phosphate and ISP, suggesting that correct optimization of medium formulation in this case can only be obtained using factorial design of experiments. Protopectinase activity exceeding 215 U/mL was obtained in a medium containing 4% ISP, 0.3M phosphate, and no added sugar.

This study aims to propose a scaffolding strategy that can be applied to the information search process by using Kuhlthau's ISP model, which presented a design and implementation strategy for the mediation role in the learning process. To this end, the relevant literature was reviewed to categorize scaffolding strategies, and impressions were collected from the students surveys after providing 150 middle school students in the Daejeon area with the project class to which the scaffolding strategy based on the ISP model was applied. The collected data were processed into a form suitable for analysis through data preprocessing for word frequencies to be extracted, and topic analysis was performed using STM (Structural Topic Modeling). First, after determining the optimal number of topics and extracting topics for each stage of the ISP model, the extracted topics were classified into three types: cognitive domain-macro perspective, cognitive domain-micro perspective, and emotional domain perspective. In this process, we focused on cognitive verbs and emotional verbs among words extracted through text mining, and presented a scaffolding strategy model related to each topic by reviewing representative document cases. Based on the results of this study, if an appropriate scaffolding strategy is provided at the ISP model stage, a positive effect on learners' self-directed task solving can be expected.
Lookup Is one of important factors for network traffic on peer-to-peer network. Especially, large amount of network resources are required for lookup process in p2p file sharing system that clients use the dynamic If and they import to p2p network in random. In this paper, we employ efficient lookup mechanism which searches lookup with the combined information of ISP key values and the extracted key values from SHA-1 hashing function for shared contents id. The proposed mechanism efficiently searches files on the network because the mechanism processes P2P lookup with consideration the routing information of ISP. We suggest the adapted simulation environment based upon the famous file sharing system of emule P2P and experiment the proposed system.
The International Standby Practices (ISP98) has been carefully crafted for use with standby letters of credit. ISP98 is expected to become widely used for standby letters of credit commencing January 1, 1999. These new practices have been ratified and jointly published by the International Chamber of Commerce- the same organization that Provided us with the Uniform Customs and Practices for Documentary Credits, UCP500. The intention behind drafting ISP98 was to consolidate common and accepted practices applying to Standby Letters of Credit and to set a worldwide standard. ISP98 gives issuing organizations a set of practices that are free from the anomalies that arise when UCP500 is applied to Standby Letters of Credit This paper focuses on ISP98 provisions that may lead to changes in forms of standby letters of credit and reimbursement agreements, that may lead to changes in standby practices, that may alert parties to issues they had not previously focused upon, or that parties may wish to limit or vary, This Paper also focuses on differences between ISP98 and the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 1993 revision, ICC Publication No. 500(UCP 500).

This study was performed to assess the effect of inosiplex(ISP) on the resistance of mice Candida albicans infection, the migration of chicken leukocytes, the production of leukocyte migration inhibitory factor(LIF), and the cell-mediated immunity(CMI) to lepomin in multibacillary lepromatous leprosy patients. The treatment with ISP before or on the time of infection with C. albicans had no or deliterious effect, and treatment with ISP after infection had no effect on the recovery of C. albicans from the kidneys of mice. The migratory ability of chicken leukocytes and the production of LIF from splenocytes of mice were not affected by ISP treatment. However, ISP decreased the migration of chicken leukocytes in vitro, and this decrease was dose-dependent. The therapy of lepromatous leprosy patients with ISP for 10 or 30 days clearly showed the increase of the significant positive rate of Mitsuda skin test to lepromin. The immune recovery as a result of the therapy was found to be the best in the group of patients treated for 30 days. This results suggest that (1) the effect of ISP in renal candidiasis can vary depending on the time of treatment relative to infection, (2) ISP can primarily change the migratory ability of chicken leukocytes but does not affect the production of LIF in mice, and (3) the classical therapy combined with ISP can reinforce or restore the defences of lepromatous leprosy patients against Mycobacterium leprae.
