We find some properties of the pro-torsion products. Under the suitable conditions, we also show that the map ${\bar{H}}_P({\chi};G){\rightarrow}{\bar{H}}_p^{s(r)}({\chi};G)$ is an isomorphism and the n-th homotopy group of X is isomorphic to the n-th ${\check{C}}ECH$ homology group.

In this paper, we consider a special hypergroup defined by Corsini and we name it Corsini hypergroup. First, we investigate some of its properties and find a necessary and sufficient condition for the productional hypergroup of Corsini hypergroups to be a Corsini hypergroup. Next, we study its regular relations, fundamental group and complete parts. Finally, we characterize all Corsini hypergroups of orders two and three up to isomorphism.

In this paper, we classify reflexible edge-transitive embeddings of complete bipartite graphs $K_{m,n}$ for any odd positive integers m and n. As a result, for any odd m, n, it will be shown that there exists only one reflexible edge-transitive embedding of $K_{m,n}$ up to isomorphism.

We prove that for any preordered intuitionistic fuzzy approximation space, an intuitionistic fuzzy topology can be created, and conversely, for any intuitionistic fuzzy topology, a reflexive intuitionistic fuzzy relation can be constructed. We also show that there is a relationship, called Galois correspondence, between the functors of these categories. Additionally, by applying certain limitations on the category of intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces, we obtain an isomorphism between these categories.

The notion of maximal product of two fuzzy graphs was introduced by Radha and Arumugam in 2015 and the notion of balanced fuzzy graph was introduced by Al-Hawary in 2011. In this paper, we give a modification of the maximal product definition, which we call maximal strong product. We also introduce the relatively new notion of maximal-balanced fuzzy graphs. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for the maximal strong product of two balanced (resp., maximal-balanced) fuzzy graphs to be balanced (resp., maximal-balanced) and we prove that these two independent notions are preserved under isomorphism.

대학은 2007. 05. 25 제정된 "교육관련기관의 정보공개에 관한 특례법"과 2014. 01. 28에 교육부에서 발표한 "대학 구조개혁 추진계획"과 관련하여 대학알리미 공시정보 항목 중"학교발전계획 및 특성화계획"을 공개하여야 한다. 이에 전국 전문대학 137개교에서 공개한"학교발전계획 및 특성화계획"을 전수 검토하여 동형성을 찾고 표준화된 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 17개(12.4%)만 이원화(학교발전과 특성화)하여 정보 공개하였고 나머지 대학은 모호하게 제시하였으며, 학교발전계획은 세계1위 등 정량적 지표를 제시하였고, 특성화계획은 휴먼 등 정성적 지표를 제시하였다. 이를 근거로 표준화된 연구절차와 구상도를 제시하였다.

미국에는 중앙의 주요행정부처에 문화정책 전담기구가 없고, 경제규모나 생활수준으로 비교 가능한 다른 국가들에 비해 문화예술에 대한 정부의 직접지원이 상대적으로 적다. 그럼에도 세계의 문화예술계를 선도하는 예술작품, 예술인, 예술단체를 배출하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 거버넌스 접근과 공유 거버넌스 개념을 중심으로 미국 문화예술생태계를 구성하고 있는 지역과 중앙의 다양한 영리/비영리예술법인, 재단, 위원회, 예술 옹호단체, 문화예술유관협회 등의 능동적인 역할과 상호관계를 살펴본다. 이를 통해, 중앙과 지역의 다양한 층위의 정부유관기관과 문화예술단체들이 이슈네트워크를 중심으로 자발적 이합집산을 이루고 보충의 원칙과 동형화를 기반으로 상호간 정책영향을 미치면서, 미국만의 정치 사회적 구조와 환경에 대응하는 독특한 문화정책과 예술지원체계를 구축하여 왔음을 확인한다.

This study aims to face common threats from the depletion of fish resources, the decline of production and employment as well as the increase of life risk in East Sea Rim countries, North Korea, South Korea, Japan and Russia due to the Chinese fishing fleets entering East Sea. The recent competition in fishing among fishing vessels and fleets of national origin operating in the East Sea has induced a significant change in the ecological landscape of the fishing fleets cluster while having influenced production and employment in the fishing industries of South Korea and Japan as well as life threat on the fishermen in North Korea. It seems that the population organizational ecological theory can be applied to this change. It can be seen as the isomorphism of the selection process over the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) to avoid the environment in which these North Korean fishing vessels are pushed against the Chinese fleet in the North Korean part of the East Sea. To resolve the fishery disputes or conflict in the common waters in East Sea, first of all, Chinese fishing fleets will be required to put international pressure so as to solve the unfairness of the illegal fishing and overfishing by the International Fishery Organization or the UN violations of the sanctions against North Korea selling fishing rights to China. Although it is not easy for South Korea to cooperate with North Korea in the short term, South Korea will be able to support the fishery infrastructure in North Korea in the mid- to the long-term to prevent the loss of innocent lives for their fishermen and to raise their incomes.

We show that the intersection of two standard torus knots of type (${\lambda}_1$, ${\lambda}_2$) and (${\beta}_1$, ${\beta}_2$) induces an automorphism of the cyclic group ${\mathbb{Z}}_d$, where d is the intersection number of the two torus knots and give an elementary proof of the fact that all non-trivial torus knots are strongly invertiable knots. We also show that the intersection of two standard knots on the 3-torus $S^1{\times}S^1{\times}S^1$ induces an isomorphism of cyclic groups.
