  • 시스템 또는 네트워크 자원을 공격 대상으로 하는 서비스 거부 공격 및 분산 서비스 거부 공격의 문제가 심화됨에 따라 이런 DDoS 공격이 일반 인터넷상에서의 공격보다 VoIP 서비스, IPTV 서비스, 스마트폰 등 융합서비스를 대상으로 시도 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 DDoS 공격이 융합서비스를 대상으로 하는 경우를 고려하여 각각의 플랫폼의 보안 취약점을 분석하였다.

Mutual-Backup Architecture of SIP-Servers in Wireless Backbone based Networks (무선 백본 기반 통신망을 위한 상호 보완 SIP 서버 배치 구조)

  • The voice communications with wireless backbone based networks are evolving into a packet switching VoIP systems. In those networks, a call processing scheme is required for management of subscribers and connection between them. A VoIP service scheme for those systems requires reliable subscriber management and connection establishment schemes, but the conventional call processing schemes based on the centralized server has lack of reliability. Thus, the mutual-backup architecture of SIP-servers is required to ensure efficient subscriber management and reliable VoIP call processing capability, and the synchronization and call processing schemes should be changed as the architecture is changed. In this paper, a mutual-backup architecture of SIP-servers is proposed for wireless backbone based networks. A message format for synchronization and information exchange between SIP servers is also proposed in the paper. This paper also proposes a FSM scheme for the fast call processing in unreliable networks to detect multiple servers at a time. The performance analysis results show that the mutual backup server architecture increases the call processing success rates than conventional centralized server architecture. Also, the FSM scheme provides the smaller call processing times than conventional SIP, and the time is not increased although the number of SIP servers in the networks is increased.

Consumer Associative Network Analysis on Device and Service Convergence

  • Our research brings managerial insights for developing new digital convergence of devices and services. To explain the phenomenon of device and service convergence, we combine two different approaches from separate research fields: a perceptual mapping technique generally used for segmentation in marketing and associative network analysis mobilized to understanding network structure of core and peripheral as well as the information mediating role of nodes in network science. By combining these two approaches, we provide an in-depth analysis of the associations among devices and services by assessing the centrality of device and service nodes in an associative network. This is done by examining the connections between these services and devices as well as investigating the role of mediation in the combined device-service associative network. Our results based on bi-partite network analysis of survey responses from 250 Internet Protocol (IP) television viewers show which device and which service will play the major role in future device and service convergence as well as which characteristics and functionalities have to be incorporated into future convergence. Among the devices, the mobile handset with the betweenness centrality of 0.26 appears to be the device that would lead future device convergence. Among the services, wireless broadband with the betweenness centrality of 0.276 appears to be the service on which future service convergence needs to be developed. This result is quite unexpected, since wireless broadband has a lower penetration rate than other services, such as fixed broadband and cable TV. In addition, we indicate the possibility of converging devices, such as personal digital assistant (PDA) and mobile handset, and services, such as IPTV and mobile Internet, into wireless broadband services in the future.

  • License plate recognition camera is dedicated device designed for acquiring images of the target vehicle for recognizing letters and numbers in a license plate. Mostly, it is used as a part of the system combined with server and image analysis module rather than as a single use. However, building a system for vehicle license plate recognition is costly because it is required to construct a facility with a server providing the management and analysis of the captured images and an image analysis module providing the extraction of numbers and characters and recognition of the vehicle's plate. In this study, we would like to develop an embedded type convergent camera (Edge Base) which can expand the function of the camera to not only the license plate recognition but also the security CCTV function together and to perform two functions within the camera. This embedded type convergence camera equipped with a high resolution 4K IP camera for clear image acquisition and fast data transmission extracted license plate area by applying YOLO, a deep learning software for multi object recognition based on open source neural network algorithm and detected number and characters of the plate and verified the detection accuracy and recognition accuracy and confirmed that this camera can perform CCTV security function and vehicle number plate recognition function successfully.

  • 본 논문에서는 차세대 유무선 광대역 통합망에서 실시간 멀티미디어의 응용 계층 품질을 평가하기 위한 실시간 음성 전송 플랫폼 라이브러리를 개발하였다. 개발된 라이브러리는 실시간 음성 통신시 사용자가 요구할 수 있는 다양한 품질을 제공하기 위해 전송률과 압축 방식에 따른 음성 코덱들을 포함하고 있다. 본 라이브러리는 다양한 환경에도 동일 입출력, 다중스레드, 인터넷 통신 등이 가능한 PWLIB를 기반으로 한다. 음성 데이터는 RTP/UDP/IP를 이용하여 패킷화되고 RTCP를 이용하여 전송 품질이 모니터링된다. 개발된 음성 통신 라이브러리를 이용하여 간단한 음성 통신 시스템을 구현하였으며, 음성 코덱별로 네트워크 상에서 송수신 테스트를 진행하였다. 본 라이브러리는 비디오 코덱 및 시그널링 및 네트웍 자원 예약 프로토콜과 결합되어 멀티미디어 통신 단말 개발에 사용 될 수 있다.

  • 웹을 이용하는 사용자들은 통상적으로 짧은 시간 내에 포탈의 여러 페이지를 방문하는 현상이 있는데, 이 때 방문하는 각 페이지 상에 위치 정보를 필요로 하는 콘텐츠(위치 기반 광고 배너, 위치 기반 날씨 등)가 존재한다면 웹의 특성상 짧은 시간 내에 동일 IP에 대한 위치 정보 검색을 반복하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 웹 사용 패턴을 캐시를 통해 반영한 고성능 인터넷 위치 검색을 제안, 구현하고 그 성능을 검증한 것이다. 이는 초당 2-3천 건 이상의 대용량 위치 정보를 검색을 수행하데 특히 적합한 방법으로, 적은 비용으로 위치 검색 성능을 획기적으로 높일 수 있었다.

A Design of Dynamic Simulator of Articulated Robot (다관절 로봇의 동적 시뮬레이터 설계)

  • This study proposes an articulated robot control system using an on/off-line robot graphic simulator with multiple networks. The proposed robot control system consists of a robot simulator using OpenGL, a robot controller based on a DSP(TMS320) motion board, and the server/client communication by multiple networks. Each client can control the real robot through a server and can compare the real robot motion with the virtual robot motion in the simulation. Also, all clients can check and analyze the robot motion simultaneously through the motion image and data of the real robot. In order to show the validity of the presented system, we present an experimental result for a 6-axis vertical articulated robot. The proposed robot control system is useful, especially, in the industrial fields using remote robot control as well as industrial production automation with many clients.

  • Recently people have increased to climb mountain. Owing to developing IT technology, the number of people using smart phone have increased remarkably as well. In this context, the Korea Forest Service has implemented the project of Mountain Climbing Information Public Service(MCIPS). The purpose of the MCIPS is to support climbing safely based on a trail map of spatial data of GIS(geographic information system). The customer will be able to access the MCIPS through n-screen(IP-TV, Web Site, Smart phone, Galaxy tab) provided a broadcasting and telecommunication convergence service. In addition, the MCIPS would support two-way communication through connecting to Twitter and Youtube. The MCIPS will make the customer fun using Augmented Reality(AR) of Smart phone(Android) and contribute to protecting people from mountain accidents.

  • This paper is about the method that chases the Linux kernel backdoor intruder and copes with the kernel backdoor attack. We have a limit to trace the hacker with the current log analysing method because the hacker generally removes the log file and use the forge IP information. I propose the solution to solve the problem with the DeFor system. Through the restoration of the deleted log file, analysis of it and full HDD image, promptly quick response, it is possible to trace hacker spot and reduce hacking damage.

  • 인터넷 가치사슬구조상 많은 서비스가 융합된 형태로 제공되고 있다. 컨버전스 환경에서 필수 요소인 사업자간 협력은 매우 중요하고, 인터넷전화 및 IP-TV 등의 신규 서비스는 POTS(기존 전화 서비스: Plain Old Telephone Service) 보다 더 직접적이고 활발한 사업자간 협력을 필요로 하다. 따라서 향후 인터넷 산업생태계 전체의 균형적 발전을 위해서는 망 이용대가를 포함하여 참여하는 사업자간 공정하고 합리적인 수익배분 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 인터넷 망 이용대가 산정에 관해 논의하고자 한다. 주로 원가 중심적 접근, 이전가격 이론, 수익 배분 등 이용대가 산정에 응용될 수 있는 다양한 이론적 접근법에 관해 다루게 될 것이다. 더불어 관련 연구동향 및 논의 의슈, 인터넷 망의 구조 및 사업구도 분석 등의 내용도 논의 대상에 포함된다.
