정보시스템 이용자 만족지수 모델 개발 및 측정을 통한 시스템 개선방안 (System Improvement Strategy by User Satisfaction Index Model Development and Measurement of Information System)

  • 정보시스템을 사용하는 이용자들의 만족지수를 측정함으로써 시스템 투자 대비 효과를 정성적으로 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 향후 시스템의 효율성 및 시스템 개선노력을 위한 방안도 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 이용자만족지수 모델을 제안하고 대표적인 정보시스템들의 이용자만족지수를 측정함으로써 이들 시스템 운영자 및 관리자들에게 시스템 만족도 제고 및 효율성 향상을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해 대표적인 정보시스템들을 대상으로 웹 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 만족지수를 산출하고 Matrix 분석을 통해 시스템 개선방안을 도출하였다.

근로자의 인적자원개발과 직무수준인지가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workers' Human Resource Development and Recognition of Job Performance Level on their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workers' human resource development and their recognition of human resource on-the-job satisfaction. A sample of 4,727 workers that was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data was analyzed by t-test and multiple regression, and was tested by causal effects among related variables. The major findings were as follows: First, the workers' recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment was affected by their annual income, job status, educational attainment, gender, and experiences of human resource development. Second, the workers' job satisfaction was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, health status, job status, annual income, experiences of human resource development, recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment, and recognition for their job availability. Third, the factors that had a causal effect on workers' job satisfaction were educational attainment, gender, age, health status, annual income, and experiences of human resource development. Above all, workers' educational attainment had a strong direct effect on job satisfaction, and annual income had a strong indirect effect on it. From these findings, it can be concluded that workers' effort and trial for development and investment of human resource played an important role in increasing job satisfaction.

Effects of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention Among Vietnamese Employees in Foreign Direct Investment Enterprises

  • Purpose: This article focuses on exploring the associations between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. Specifically, this study estimates the impacts of Vietnamese employees' job satisfaction on their organizational commitment and turnover intention in FDI enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: The measures are adapted from previous studies to develop a questionnaire with a seven-point Likert scale. The dataset is directly collected from 227 respondents who are employees at FDI enterprises situated in the North of Vietnam. The dataset is analyzed by quantitative approaches using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: The results show that while turnover intention is positively correlated with monthly income, it is negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Also, organizational commitment is positively associated with job satisfaction among employees at FDI enterprises in Vietnam. Conclusions: The findings of this study will serve as useful references for administrators of FDI enterprises and policymakers to promote employees' job satisfaction and retain skilled employees.

  • 현재 지역사회서비스 분야는 다양한 형태의 서비스 제공 방식이 가능한 형태로 앞으로 사회서비스 시대를 맞아 수요가 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상한다. 그러나 지역사회서비스투자사업은 상품으로서의 재화와 서비스의 거래가 이루어지는 추상적인 영역에서 인간의 행동에 영향을 미치는 심리의 작용이나 원리에 시장기제을 도입하여 공정한 경쟁을 통한 질적 향상을 위한 구조를 만들었으나 현재 사회서비스 시장은 서비스품질의 체계적인 관리 및 모니터링이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적으로 이러한 환경적 요구에 맞게 수요자 방식의 사회서비스 품질향상을 위해 서비스 선택에 대한 요인들과 서비스품질과의 관계를 알아보고 품질향상을 위해 연구결과를 활용하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 사용될 연구모형은 지역사회서비스투자사업 품질측정에 사용되고 있는 신뢰성, 응답성, 공감성, 확신성, 유형성 등으로 서비스 만족의 5가지 요소영역을 측정하여 서비스 구매결정요인과 서비스 품질만족의 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 또한, 본 연구의 4가지 연구가설의 주요요인을 찾아내어 그 결과를 활용함으로써 지역사회서비스투자사업의 품질향상을 유도할 수 있는 다양한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

서비스 만족도 지표 개발에 관한 연구 - 지역개발형 바우처 서비스 이용자를 중심으로 - (The Study on Development of Service Satisfaction Index - Service User of Community-Development Voucher Program -)

  • 바우처 사회서비스가 확대되면서 서비스 성과가 강조됨에 따라 성과평가에 대한 학문적·실천적 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 이용자들의 서비스 만족도 조사가 확대되고 있으나 아직 바우처 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 한 만족도에 대한 연구는 체계적으로 진행되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보건복지부에서 시행하고 있는 지역사회서비스투자사업(지역개발형)의 바우처 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 하여 서비스 만족도 지표를 개발하려는 연구목적으로 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2009년 5월 현재 지역개발형 바우처 서비스 이용자 1800명을 대상으로 한 설문을 활용하였다. 기존의 만족도 연구에서 사용되고 있는 만족도의 유형과 측정방식, 측정도구를 정리하고 바우처 특성을 반영한 요소만족도 지표를 구성하였다. 우선 요소만족도 구성문항들은 문항분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 동질적인 문항들로 구성되어 있음이 확인되었다. 요소만족도와 체감만족도를 활용하여 종합만족도를 도출하였으며 수렴타당도와 판별타당도 평가를 통해 만족도 평가도구로서의 타당성을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과, 종합만족도를 산출하는 방식에 있어 체감만족도를 요소만족도의 가중치 선정에만 활용하는 방식과 체감만족도를 요소만족도의 가중치 선정뿐만 아니라 종합만족도 합산시에도 중복적으로 사용하는 방식 간에 있어서 만족도 지수의 차이가 거의 없음이 확인되었다.

어머니의 양육행동 내적 귀인과 정서적 불안정성이 부모역할에 대한 자기평가에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mothers' Parental Internal Attributions and Neuroticism on Self-Perception of the Parental Role)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the main and interaction effects of mothers' parental internal attributions and neuroticism on self-perception of the parental role. Methods: A total of 138 mothers with toddlers in Seoul and other big cities in Korea completed questionnaires, and data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analyses. Results: The results were as follows: First, mothers who attributed their successful parenting to ability showed lower satisfaction, and mothers who attributed their successful parenting to ability and effort showed higher feelings of equilibrium. Mothers with higher levels of neuroticism showed higher competence, parental investment, and satisfaction in their self-perception of the parental role. Second, there were significant interaction effects between ability attribution and neuroticism on feelings of equilibrium, between effort attribution and neuroticism on feelings of equilibrium, between ability attribution and neuroticism on competence, and between effort attribution and neuroticism on parenting investment. Conclusion: The findings of this research indicate that neuroticism showed a positive effect on self-perception of the parental role because neuroticism indicates sensitivity in parenting. Further, the effects of neuroticism on self-perception of the parental role differed by mothers internal attribution.

중소기업 정보화수준 평가를 위한 정보시스템 감리모델 설계 (Design of Information Systems Audit Model for the Small and Medium Enterprise's Informatization Level Evaluation)

  • Enterprise should determine the adoption and utilization of information systems would be a great help to increase management performance. So, it maintains continually the budget and the investment for informatization. However, there is a limit to clarify whether the investment in informatization is contributed to create business opportunities through corporate competitiveness certainty or not. We tend to recognize the information system as a simple means to support common business rather than being used to achieve the company's business performance and to remain competitive. It is not an easy problem for the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the effect of intangible, such as management performance measurement by introducing computerization project. Informatization level evaluation model for the harsh business environment, specifically the Small and Medium Enterprise is lacking. In this paper, we proposed the audit evaluation model of an Small and Medium Enterprise informatization level based on system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and IT business contribution. The proposed audit evaluation model was evaluated in the information system users, and verified the suitability throughout the survey of the audit professionals.

한국 의류산업의 QR Technology 도입과 효과에 대한 연구 (QR Technology Adoption and Effects in Korean Apparel Industry)

  • In order to settle down structural causes of the process of distribution and apparel production in domestic fashion industry, and to raise competitive power with changing market environment, we need to bulid up Quick Response(QR) system based on information technology such as EDI(Electronic Data Interchange), KAN(Korea Article Number), and POS(Point of Sales), POS is the most valuable information tool to promote QR system paractically. The purpose of this study was to investigate motivation of POS adoption, problems in operating the system, and satisfaction on POS effects. Data were collected by sending questionnaire to the managers in apparel firms which were using POS. Statistical devices were t-test, frequency with SAS program. The results fo the study were as follows: 1. The degree of satisfaction to POS effects was rather good. Especially, rapid evaluations on new products gave the greatest satisfaction to the users. 2. Satisfaction degree of POS effects according to introduces time and organization characteristic(number of employees) have no significant difference, but the firms which have higher annual sales volume showed higher satisfaction degree. Merchandise department showed higher satisfaction on POS effects. 3. The motivation of POS adoption was an effective logistics control with consumer information as a marketing strategy. The problems in operating the system were lack of investment, and professionals. They almost didn't have KAN code, instead, have their own code system.

낙동강 유역 환경개선 투자 효과 분석을 위한 시스템다이내믹스 모델 (A System Dynamics Model to Analyze the Effects of Investments for Improvement of Environmental Conditions in Nak-Dong River Basin)

  • In this paper a concept of the paradigm shift in the operations of Water and Wastewater systems regarding the production and usage of water was introduced. Based on this concept the interrelationships between the water quality in the upper basin of NakDong River relative to Busan and the degree of satisfaction of the customers on the water supply service in Busan were modeled using the System Dynamics modeling methodology. SamRangJin basin area was determined as the upper basin of Busan after analyzing the relationships between the water quality of MoolGeum water intake point and water quality data of various mid- and upper water intake points along NakDong River. The amount of contaminants generated in SamRangJin basin was modeled using the Gross Regional Domestic Product in the area and the treated amount was calculated using the efficiency of wastewater treatment and the degree of improvement of environmental condition per investment. The water quality at MoolGeum water intake point was modeled to take the effects of the remaining amount of contaminants after treatment and the non-point source contaminants in SamRangJin basin. Using the developed System Dynamics model the effects of the investment for the improvement of environmental condition in SamRangJin basin were compared to the case of alternate water source development for Busan in terms of the degree of satisfaction of the customers on the water supply service in Busan.

외식업 종사자의 훈련동기요인, 교육만족도, 직무만족도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationships among Training Motivation Factors, Employees' Training Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction in Foodservice Operations)

  • 직원교육은 직원들의 직무 수행도를 높여 줄 뿐만 아니라, 직원 스스로 자기개발을 하도록 도와주며 기업에서는 장기적인 수익을 위한 투자가 될 수 있다. 따라서, 직원교육을 받은 직원들의 훈련동기요인은 무엇이며 교육만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 교육만족도는 직무만족도에 어떤 영향이 있는지에 대한 실증적 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 외식업 종사자들의 인구통계학적인 특성에 따른 교육만족도의 차이를 알아보고, 훈련동기요인을 규명하며 교육만족도와 직무만족도 간의 관계를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 미 동남부 지역 15개의 레스토랑의 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 192개의 유효한 데이터를 분석한 결과 훈련동기요인으로는 두 개의 'Intrinsic Motivation' 과 'Extrinsic Motivation'으로 추출되었으며, 이 두 개의 요인 모두 훈련만족도에 유의한 영향을 끼치며, 특히 Extrinsic Motivation이 교육만족도에 더 큰 영향을 끼침을 알 수 있었다. 이어 실시한 단순회귀분석 결과, 직원들의 교육만족도는 직무만족도에 긍정적 영향을 끼치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 직원교육에 있어서 다양한 측면의 훈련 동기를 고려하고 직원 교육에 대한 만족이 직원들의 직무 만족에도 영향을 끼침을 고려하여 설계해야 함을 제안하였다.
