Enterprises or public organizations have invested in development of their information systems and operated them repeatedly. Since these information systems projects have unique characteristics such as technology sensitiveness, network effectiveness, embeddedness, and externality, these investment projects have been not taken care of in the field of administration and evaluation. And then, it is difficult to manage and monitor them. In this research, we propose a evaluation life cycle management model on the basis of result to evaluate information systems. This life cycle model with ten stages would furnish a guide to introduction of total evaluation systems.

국내 건설산업은 지난 10여년 간 정보화에 대한 투자를 지속해 왔지만 투자에 대한 효과 검증이나 평가를 통한 피드백이 이루어지지 않아 정보화에 대한 의사결정을 지원하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 건설CALS/EC 기반확산을 위한 전략의 일환으로 건설기업의 정보화 평가체계가 객관성과 현실성을 보유하기 위해 건설기업 정보화의 현 주소를 파악하여 건설기업 정보화 평가에 대한 틀을 마련하였다. IMF이전인 95년부터 현재까지의 건설기업 정보화에 대한 조사를 한 결과, 정부가 선도하는 CALS/EC의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 건설산업 구성원의 정보화가 균형 및 발전을 이룩해야 한다는 것이 본 조사의 결과 매우 시급한 현안 과제로 대두되었고, 정보화 평가 시 건설업체 역할에 따른 차별화 된 정보화 평가 지침의 필요성을 제기하였다.

This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as intial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can be defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist building to promote the functions has been applied, no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deciding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific date base should be established to apply the suggested economic acessments in business enough ti forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on the area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

본 연구는 교통 인프라 투자의 농촌지역 발전 효과를 체계적이고 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 기존 문헌연구를 통해 교통 인프라 투자와 농촌지역 발전 간의 다층적인 인과관계를 이해할 수 있는 분석틀을 설정하고, 교통 인프라 투자와 농촌지역 발전의 공간적 패턴을 기술적으로 분석하였으며, 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 우리나라 농촌지역에서 교통 인프라 투자와 지역발전 간의 직 간접 관계에 대해 탐색적인 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 교통 인프라 투자는 접근성 제고를 통해서 인구기반 활성화와 생산 소득 증대에 뚜렷한 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 인구기반 활성화를 통해서 간접적으로도 생산 소득 증대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 농촌지역에서도 지금까지 교통 인프라 투자가 단기적 및 장기적으로 다양한 경로를 통해서 지역발전의 궁극적인 목표인 생산 및 소득의 증대에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 시사한다.

전통적 투자안 평가방법인 현금할인법(DCF:discounted cash flow) 모형의 투자안 평가는 경영자가 미래 사업환경의 변화에 능동적 대처를 할 수 없다는 가정이다. 그러나 현실에서는 투자를 수행하는 중에 새로운 정보가 유입되고 불확실성이 클 때 평가 시점에서 예측한 대로 시나리오가 이루어지기 어렵기 때문에 경영의 유연성을 고려하는 실물옵션 방법으로 평가함으로써 이런 난점들을 극복할 수 있다. 실물옵션에는 연기옵션, 단계적 투자옵션, 변경옵션, 포기옵션, 전환옵션 등이 있다. 따라서 사업 변동성이 클 경우 전통적인 DCF보다는 이러한 변동성이 갖는 가치를 적극 이용하여 평가하는 실물옵션 방법이 보다 바람직한 평가방법이라 할 수 있다.

In spite of IT performance can be achieved through the interaction of IT and organization, many previous study has been treated the introduction of the information system itself as a final outcome. But if it doesn't clear about understanding on IT performance, performance management is difficult and also it is impossible to produce the intended outcomes. This study investigates the improvement of the business performance of SMEs through IT investment, whether the investment process on business performance. Analytical methods that were used in previous studies were maintained and new model IO(Information Orientation) analysis was applied. Therefore, this study is meaningful to establish a new methodology, that is not attempted until now, for evaluating the performance of IT investment, and analysis relationship between IT investment and business performance.

This paper suggests a model for the economic evaluation and the selection of alternatives using teletraffic. Economic evaluation is analyzed by the comparison of revenue loss which happens without trunk extension and additional revenue which results from trunk extension. Simulation technique is used as a methodology to apply economic evaluation to telephone system. The study results will provide a support in a optimal decision about investment strategies.

Supply Chain Management(SCM) system is a critical investment that can affect future competitiveness and performance of a company. Selection of a right SCM system is one of the critical issues. This paper provides the characteristic factors of SCM system selection and the SCM system evaluation and selection model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to support the business goals. A empirical example demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in selecting SCM system.

재무적 IT 투자 효과 측정 방법들은 기업의 요구를 충족시킬 수 없었다. 그러므로, IT 투자에 대한 종합적이고 비 재무적 성과측정 모형에 대한 많은 요구가 있었다. 본 연구에서는, 이러한 요구에 부응하기 위해 기업의 업무 프로세스에 기반 한 IT 성과측정 모형을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시된 모형은 기업의 IT목표와 전략적 조정을 측정변수로 사용하여 기업의 성과측정 모형을 제시한다. 국내 125개 기업을 IT에 대한 목표에 따라 다음과 같이 네 개의 그룹으로 분류하여 데이터를 수집하였다: "무 중심", "운영 중심", "시장 중심", "이중 중심". 분석결과를 통해서 우리는 IT에 대한 더 높은 집중(중심)을 갖고 있는 기업일수록 보다 더 높은 IT 투자 성과를 인지하고, 또한 이는 IT에 대한 기업 목표의 정도가 IT 투자의 성과를 측정하기 위한 척도가 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

전지전력저장시스템(BESS)은 날로 심화되어 가는 부화율의 하락현상을 보완해 줄 수 있으며, 순동예비력, 전압 및 주파수제어, 발전 및 송배전 설비의 투자지연 효과, 공급신뢰도 향상 등의 효과를 가지고 있다. 이러한 BESS를 개발완료하여 실용화하기 위해서 경제성 평가가 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 Sysplan Model을 국내 실정에 맞게 수정 보완하여 경제성 평가를 통한 투자가치를 분석하였다.
