Inverse Generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii Model를 이용한 압전 스택 액추에이터의 역 히스테리시스 모델링 (Inverse Hysteresis Modeling for Piezoelectric Stack Actuators with Inverse Generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii Model)

  • 압전 액추에이터(Piezoelectric actuator)는 빠른 응답 특성, 넓은 대역폭, 우수한 반복 정밀도, 그리고 높은 분해능의 특성으로 인하여 다양한 산업분야에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 하지만, 압전 액추에이터에는 히스테리시스 효과(Hysteresis effect)가 발생되는 단점이 있으며, 이는 시스템의 성능을 저하시키는 주요한 원인으로 알려져 있다. Generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii(GPI) model을 이용한 기존 연구에서는 히스테리시스 효과를 제거하기 위하여 히스테리시스를 수리적으로 모델링하고, 그 결과로부터 역 히스테리시스를 도출하였다. 하지만 모델링된 변수 값에 따라서는 역 히스테리시스 루프를 형성하지 못하는 치명적 문제점이 발생된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 Inverse Generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii(IGPI) model을 이용하여 역 히스테리시스를 직접 모델링하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 모델링 정밀도는 다양한 입력신호를 이용한 실험 결과를 기반으로 검증하였다.

However when it moves with long stroke and high frequency, the hysteresis nonlinearty can not be neglected. The hysteresis nonlinearty of piezoelectric actuator degrades the control performance in precision position control. In this paper, in order to improve the control performance of piezoelectric actuator, an inverse modeling scheme is proposed to compensate the hysteresis nonlinearty problem. And feedforward - feedback controller is proposed to give a good tracking performance. The Feedforward controller is inverse hysteresis model, Nueral network and PID control is used as a feedback controller. To show the feasibility of the proposed controller and hysteresis modeling, some experiments have been carried out. It is concluded that the proposed control scheme gives good tracking performance

전기장에 의한 Bi12SiO20 단결정의 변화된 광행로길이 계산 (Calculation of Changed Optical Path Length of Bi12SiO20Single Crystal by the Electric Field)

  • The formula to calculate a variation of optical path length of single crystal by the electric field was derived by this study. The formula was applied to $Bi_{12}SiO_{20}$ single crystal. The results are as follows. In case of the applied electric field in the body diagonal direction and the passing light along the same direction, the variation of optical path length had the largest value. The symmetry of the space distribution of optical path length satisfied $E3C_2\;8C_3$, the set of elements of the symmetry of $Bi_{12}SiO_{20}$ single crystal. The property which gave the largest influence to the variation of optical path length is the strain of length by the Inverse piezoelectric effect. The second influence, is the variation of the refractive index by the electro-optic effect. The variation of optical path length by the inverse piezoelectric effect and by the electro-optic effect have a reverse sign each other.

  • The paper deals with the study of the mechanical time-harmonic forced vibration of the hydro-piezoelectric system consisting of the piezoelectric plate and compressible viscous fluid with finite depth. The exact equations of motion of the theory of linear electro-elasticity for piezoelectric materials are employed for describing the plate motion, however, the fluid flow is described by employing the linearized Navier-Stokes equations for a compressible (barotropic) viscous fluid. The plane-strain state in the plate and the plane flow of the fluid are considered and the corresponding mathematical problems are solved by employing the Fourier transform with respect to the space coordinate which is on the coordinate axis directed along the platelying direction. The expressions of the corresponding Fourier transform are determined analytically, however, the inverse transforms are found numerically. Numerical results on the interface pressure and the electrical potential are obtained for various PZT materials and these results are discussed. According to these results, in particular, it is established that the electromechanical coupling effect can significantly decrease the interface pressure.

  • A piezo-buzzer being used for the purpose of generation of audible frequency, which is a electric-acoustic transducer utilizing the inverse piezoelectric effect. Also it can be used for a pressure sensor according to the piezoelectric effect. But the output of a piezo-buzzer is a differential signal. In this study, we've made a system that can measure a real pressure by integration of output signal. According to our results, it could be found a possibility of application for pressure sensor by measurement of output characteristics when a piezo-buzzer was pressurized and depressurized, and by measuring of an error by means of the drift current of OP-Amp, etc..

  • The domain formation phenomena of {{{{ { LiLbO}_{ 3} }}}} crystals was investigated and the method for the periodic domain formation in {{{{ { LiLbO}_{ 3} }}}} single crystals during growth was proposed in this study. The strees-induced domain formation mechanism was proposed and explained. The strong piezoelectric effect of{{{{ { LiLbO}_{ 3} }}}} at elevated temperature would be the direct driving force for the inversion of the tensile component of the internal stresses can inverse the original direction of the spontaneous polarization.
