The Korean version of the Child Development Inventory (K-CDI) is a developmental screening test for children functioning in the one-six year range. Based on parent-report, the inventory assesses child developmental functioning in the areas of social, self-help, gross motor, fine motor, expressive language, language comprehension, letter and number skills, general development, and various symptoms and behavior problems. Participants were recruited from childcare centers and private groups and finally 1,143 children and their mothers from 4 locations nationwide participated in this study. Through analysis of item response rate of 270 items in 9 areas, new norm was formed. Reliability determined by internal consistency were relatively high (Cronbach ${\alpha}=.95$). Intercorrelations among sub-scales (range: .49-.96) indicated the construct validity, and the correlation between K-CDI and other screening tests supported the concurrent validity.

Objective : There is an increasing number of people are not satisfied with their appearance and shape. Therefore, assessment tools are needed to evaluate the appearance or body shape. This study investigated the reliability and validity of a Korean version of the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ). Methods : Participants completed the BSQ, Body Dysmorphic Disorder Examination-Self Report, Eating Disorder Inventory-2, Beck Depression Inventory, Self-Esteem Scale, State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory, and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. Results : The Korean version of BSQ presented satisfactory test-retest reliability, internal consistency and validity. Exploratory factor analysis yielded four factors as follow: feeling fat, shame and inferiority about one's body shape, attitudes concerning body image perception, and purging behavior. Conclusion : These results show the Korean BSQ exhibits good psychometric properties and can accurately evaluate the body shape concerns among Korean adults.

From the simulation results, under the collaborative platform of big data based on coordination of the beer industry to mobilize the supply chain operation condition, supply chain direct logistics inventory are in a relatively stable value, and there is no zero inventory or even a serious lack of beer in the stock situations like traditional beer supply chain operation, which avoid the situation of demand information expansion caused by chain inventory levels report because of the serious lack of supply.

This study was case report to show the good effects of korean traditional medical treatment and breathing meditation. The methods were applied to lung cancer patients. We treated one patient who scored 27 point at Beck's depression inventory(BDI) and 28 point at Hamilton rating scale for depression(HRSD) and 22 point at Beck's anxiety inventory(BAI) and 20 point at Anxiety status inventory(ASI) by korean traditional medical treatment and breathing meditation. After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved and the score of BDI, HRSD, BAI, ASI were decreased. According to this study korean traditional medical treatment is effective for the cure of depression and anxiety disorder and breathing meditation forifies the korean traditional medical treatment.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report that a patient with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) significantly responds to Korean medical treatments and psychotherapy.Methods We treated the patient with Korean medical treatments (acupuncture and herbal medication) and Melonis Calyx Vomiting Therapy. We also used psychotherapy including Li-Gyeung-Byun-Qi therapy. The patient was diagnosed by DSM-IV diagnostic criteria for OCD. We used Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised-Korean (OCI-R-K), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Beck’s Depression Inventory (BDI), and Beck’s Anxiety Inventory (BAI) to evaluate the patient.Results OCI-R-K score was decreased from 39 points to 9 points. BDI score was decreased from 14 points to 6 points. BAI score was decreased from 25 points to 13 points.Conclusions This study suggests that Korean medical treatment is an effective way to treat patients who suffer from OCD.

Objectives : This study was designed to report the effect of korean traditional treatment and person-centered counseling for poststroke depression Methods : We treated two patients who scored 37 point and 32 point at Beck's depression inventory each, and 23 point and 22 point at Hamilton rating scale for depression each by korean traditional treatment and person-centered counseling, Results : After treatment, the clinical symptoms were improved and Beck's depression inventory, Hamilton rating scale for depression score were decreased, Conclusions : The result suggest that korean traditional treatment and person-centered counseling is effective in patients with poststroke depression.

This research was conducted to examine the temporal methane ($CH_4$) and nitrous oxide ($N_2O$) emission trends in livestock agriculture from year 1990 to 2011 with Tier 1 national greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory reporting method, which was related to efforts of decreasing GHG emissions and to achievement of voluntary GHG mitigation target. Methane emissions from enteric fermentation were calculated with default $CH_4$ emission factors of IPCC. Methane and $N_2O$ emissions from manure treatment processes were calculated with Tier 1 and mixture of Tier 1 and Tier 2 including $N_2O$ emission factors of manure treatment systems and nitrogen excretion rate of livestock, respectively. According to 2013 National GHG Inventory Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification report, GHG emission fluctuations from enteric fermentation and manure treatment processes were similarto livestock head fluctuation. GHG emissions from enteric fermentation were mainly affected by beef cattle including Hanwoo, while manure treatment processes were affected by various livestock.

Document investigates emission information, calculation standard, emission report, data management system. And through risk assessment result, establish field verification plan. Through study on risk assessment of greenhouse gas inventory verification, wish to reduce risk of verification.

Objective : To report the positive effect of Mulligan technique affecting for Tension headache without using the medicinal substances. Methods : Among the students with Tension headache those under and over twenty years of age, and selected twenty students with more longer and severe pain from 170 students in March 2, 2007. Experiment was enforced for twenty minute in a day and two times in a week from second week of April to after four weeks. Results : The Results of this study were summarized by six subjects ; 1. Visual analog scale was positively decreased from 3.05 to 0.75. 2. Brief Pain Inventory on task was positively decreased from 2.90 to 1.10. 3. Brief Pain Inventory of sentiment was positively decreased from 3.90 to 0.75. 4. Brief Pain Inventory on leisure hours was positively decreased from 2.60 to 0.7. 5. Brief Pain Inventory in personal relationship was positively decreased from 2.45 to 0.5. 6. Brief Pain Inventory while sleeping was positively decreased from 2.15 to 0.4. Conclusion : Mulligan technique can affecting the positive effects for those who has Tension headache. It is especially reduces pain from Tension headache.

Objectives: This case report presents a 29-years-old male patient. His chief complaint was insomnia, anxiety and chest discomfort. We diagnosed him with sleep disorder. During the therapeutic period, he experienced temporary improvement. Methods: We treated him with emotional freedom techniques(EFT), giungoren-therapy. Also, acupuncture and chuna therapy were accessorily practiced. The effects of treatment were measured by Beck depression inventory(BDI), state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI), insomnia severity index(ISI). Results: After treatment, the chief complaint have been subsided and improved. But, BDI, STAI, ISI score were not remarkably decreased. Conclusions: This result suggests that EFT and giungoren-therapy might be effective for sleep disorder patient with anxiety.
