경제환경 변화에 따른 산업보건인력, 조직 및 직무변화 (A Study on the Occupational Health Personnel, Department and Job Change Before and After Economic Crisis)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis change of industrial health and safety before and after economic crisis(1997~1998). The data were obtained through mail interview with health supervisor(occupational health nurses) during February, 1999. The final sample was consisted of 127 respondents, 97 are selected in this study. The major findings were as follows: First, the percent of industries whose empl safe supervisors, physicians and industry hygi decreased in number is 79.4%, 3.8%, 50.0 21.5% in each. Second, man receiving over 1.5 million won as an average wage of health supervisor is 27.5% in 1997, but it decreased to 25.3% in 1998. Man receiving under 100~150 million won is 48.4% in 1997, but this percent decreased to 36.3% in 1998 and 13.6% of health supervisor regularly were transformed to contingent worker in 1998. Third, especially, budgets for health and saf work place decreased to 13.8% in 1998 than 19. Fourth, industrial accident case, unre accident case, occupational disease decreased than 1997, but mortality from industrial a increased in 250%. Fifth, according to the health diagnosis report, number of case with evidence of disease increased in liver disease, tuberculosis and so on, and number of case with evidence of occupational disease increased in noise induced hearing loss, pneumoconiosis. organic solvent poisoning and so on. Sixth, this survey shows that health council, health education in duty of health supervisor was conducted passive in 1998 thin 1997, and percent of hold two or more positions is 47.6% in medical insurance, 10.7% in accountant's business 8.3 in secretory. 7.1% in telephone operator awl 22.6% in etc. Seventh, distress of health supervisor after economic crisis is 30.9% in employment instability, 19.8% in hold two or more positions and decrease of budgets. For subjugation of the trouble, the respond of active policy of government occupied most.

CoRe를 활용한 교육실습이 예비 교사들의 PCK 개발에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Practice Teaching Utilizing Content Representation on the Development of Student Teachers’ Pedagogical Content Knowledge)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 CoRe를 활용한 교육실습 수업지도 과정에서 어떠한 내용의 지도가 이루어지며, 이 과정에서 CoRe의 역할과 그것이 예비교사들의 전문성 개발에 미치는 영향은 무엇인지를 알아보는 것이었다. 이 연구는 질적 사례연구로, 1명의 실습 지도교사와 2명의 예비교사의 CoRe 논의과정, 예비교사가 진행하는 수업의 관찰, 면담 등의 자료를 수집하여 귀납적으로 분석하였다. CoRe를 바탕으로 한 논의과정에서 예비교사들은 자신의 오개념을 확인하고 개념을 명료화하였으며, 서로의 아이디어를 공유하고, 부족한 지식을 보완하며, 새로운 전략을 구성해나갔다. 지도교사는 자신의 구성주의적 교수 지향을 기반으로 자신의 교수 경험을 전달하였다. 이 과정에서 CoRe는 예비교사들에게 지도교사의 지도 과정을 안내하는 역할, 지도교사의 PCK를 드러내도록 도와주는 역할, 논의과정에서 그들의 대화를 도와주는 도구로서의 역할을 하여 교육실습에서 지도교사의 수업지도를 도와주는 유용한 틀임을 확인하였다. 예비교사들은 CoRe 작성과정을 통해 수업 준비를 위한 유용한 틀을 제공받았고, 수업계획 단계에서 지도교사와 함께 CoRe를 개발하면서 교과 내용 지식과 교육과정 지식, 학생의 이해에 대한 지식을 포함하는 PCK 신장에 긍정적 영향을 받았다. 또한, PCK의 구성요소를 이해하고 학생과 교수활동, 과학 교사로서의 자신에 대한 긍정적인 인식 변화를 경험하였다.

소규모 프로젝트의 설계-감리분리 제도 개선 분석 (Analysis for the Improvement of the Small-Scale Project Design-Supervision Separating System)

  • 건축사법 개정을 통하여 설계-감리 분리 제도의 범위를 확대 시행하기로 하였다. 개정된 법은 허가권자가 감리자를 지정 설계 참여자는 배제한다는 내용이다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 조사 감리제도의 현황을 분석, 전문가의 인터뷰를 통해서 도출 된 문제점을 바탕으로 설문지를 작성하여 실무자들을 대상으로 설계-감리분리제도의 현황과 문제점을 조사 후 앞서 조사한 선행연구, 감리제도의 현황을 토대로 개선방안을 도출하였다. 첫째 관계자들 사이의 업무 범위에 관한 가이드라인 마련, 둘째 감리업무의 적정 감리비 대가 보장이 필요하다. 향후 감리대가의 적절한 산정방식과 감리원의 능력향상을 위한 교육시스템 구축과 설계-분리제도의 가이드라인에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

민간경호원의 스트레스 유발요인에 관한 질적연구 (The Qualitative Study on the Triggering Factors of Private Security Guards' Stress)

  • 본 연구는 서울과 경기도에 소재하고 있는 경호경비회사 경호원 50명을 대상으로 목적적 표집을 하여 질적연구 방법인 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 경호원들의 스트레스에 대한 면담자료를 귀납적 내용분석(inductive content analysis)을 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 개인적 문제에 의한 스트레스요인 신체조건 불만요인 중 타경호원과 비교 시 체력의 열세로 인한 부정적 생각이 매우 높게 나타났으며, 학력 및 전공불만요인에서도 경호전공자가 아니기 때문에 동료직원이나 상사로부터 느끼는 부조화로 인한 불안감 등으로 정신적 스트레스가 노출되어 있음이 나타났다. 2. 인간관계 문제에 의한 스트레스요인 업무지시에 대한 부정적 생각과 장래문제로 타 직종으로 전직을 하고 싶다는 희망자가 높게 나타났으며, 친구문제에서는 근무조건이 친구들과 맞지 않아 자주 어울리지 못하는 경우와 그로 인한 애인과의 잦은 다툼과 헤어짐으로 마음의 상처를 받는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 가정생활 문제에 의한 스트레스요인 적은 급여에 대한 배후자의 불만으로 대부분의 경호원들이 스트레스를 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경호원을 대상으로 스트레스를 연구한 선행연구에서 보고 되지 않았던 성문제가 스트레스의 근원으로 나타났다는 것에 주목을 끌고 있다. 경호원들이 만족한 부부관계가 안될시 스트레스를 받는다고 답하고 있고, $20{\sim}30$대 경호원들이 24시간 근무로 인한 야간근무를 할 시 배후자를 의심하는 초기 의처증 증세까지 경험한 것으로 나타났다.

전문치과위생사제도 확립을 위한 기초 조사 연구 (A basic study for establishment of specialized dental hygienist system around the duties of dental hygienist)

  • With these changes in the environment of dental service, dental hygienists are suggested to change their roles to cope with the changes. Hygienists are putting forth many efforts to promote smooth and efficient dental treatments, and as a practical measure. As a part to cope with such changes. Korea Dental Hygienists Association(KDHA) has prepared the system of Specialized Dental Hygienist and put the system into enforcement through an affiliated organization, Korean Academy of Dental Hygiene. The purpose of this study is to investigate the specialized nurse system in our country's medical environment and the specialized dental hygienist systems in other countries as similar cases comparable to the specialized dental hygienist system in our country and present basic data for the establishment of specialized dental hygienist system. For this study, a survey of dental specialists, such as dentists, dental hygienists and nurses, and patients, has been conducted qualitatively through person-to-person depth interview. The interview questions were related to the need for a specialized dental hygienist system, educational programs, functions and roles, and issues that must be solved for establishment of the system. Based on the interview results, the following conclusions were derived. The specialized dental hygienist system must encourage dental hygienists to possess advanced abilities in clinical practices, present systematic and developmental directions in educational programs, and stimulate specialized dental hygienists to actively work as manager and supervisor, medical health service providers, educators, and researchers. Lastly, for issues that must be solved for the establishment of the system, the duties and jobs of specialized dental hygienists must be defined more concretely, which must be acknowledged by people working in related occupations, citizens and the government. Furthermore, we need to examine the scope of duties of dental hygienists and enact laws and systems to protect the scope. These roles will lead dental hygienists to lay the foundation that allow them to make enthusiastic activities as an oral hygienist and clinician as well as show the way how to act as an educator, a researcher, a manager and an administrator.

제조사업장의 안전규정 위반요인에 대한 정성적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on Safety Rule Violation Motives at Manufacturing Plants)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that influence safety rule violation at work. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 337 participants from nine manufacturing plants. The results of the content analysis revealed the following six categories: Individual characteristics, safety commitment, safety support and resources, safety competence and communication, production pressure, and problems with rules. Among the 14 factors in the six categories above, indirect accident experience in the individual characteristics category and no action for complying with laws in the problems with rules category had not been identified in previous studies. However, some factors, such as age, peer pressure, pay type, the lowering of risk, a masculine way of working, and supervisor position were not found in this study. The implications and limitations are discussed.

공동주택 관리업무의 체계적인 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Classification of Management of Multi-Family Housing)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a classification of management for the qualitative improvement of the management of multi-family housing. The date were analyzed using the Excel program in terms of frequency and, criticality analysis in order to draw items stage by stage. The process of research was as follows: The first process drew classification of types using the content analysis of the documented studies. The second process examined subcategories according to classification of types via interviews of supervisors. Further, the criticality analysis between the two items was examined. Additionally, when this study surveys and analyzes the satisfactions and importance of management on the basis of the classification, it can have an effect on management by reflecting the result. In conclusion, the classification of the management of multi-family housing will make up the improvement scheme of supplement education, certification related management and management regulations on the characteristics of multi-family housing by types of houses in the future.

보건소 방문 간호 사업의 질보장을 위한 연구 (A study for quality assurance of visiting nurses service of a public health center)

  • The purpose of the study is to evaluate the visiting nurses service of a public health center. Data were collectd from the 36 clients who received services from a public health center. In terms of the process evaluation, the tool is composed 4 parts, 27 items such as assessment planning, implementation, and evaluation. It was measured through the health records by 2 peer review. In terms of the outcome evaluation, the level of client satisfaction was measured by self report or interview by 2 supervisor. The result were as follows: 1. 30% of 36 health records showed narsing process was not and out of them, nursing care plann including spectific activities were rarely established or unclear. 2. The lack of systematic data collection' showed and nursing diagnosis was not adressed in health records review. 3. Client satisfaction score was 32, 97, out of maximum score 36. 4. The lack of sufficent objective data, care plan, record of client's health status change, and evaluation was founded therefore quality assurance for visiting nurses service and in-service education are required and the development of standardized record system need.

Emotional Intelligence Research Trends and Future Research Directions in Korean Journals

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyze the characteristics of emotional intelligence and the variables related to emotional intelligence in a comprehensive manner. In addition, the study intends to present research trends and future research directions of emotional intelligence in a Korean context by analyzing the effects of emotional intelligence and its mechanisms. Research Design, Data, and Methodology: 77 KCI listed studies were selected for the analysis, and the research perspective of emotional intelligence, measurement instruments, empirical research and research methods were analyzed. In addition, research directions were suggested based on the analysis results. Results: The results of the analysis were as follows: First, previous researchers used the ability model of emotional intelligence the most. Second, Previous studies tended to focus on behavioral factors as dependent variables affected by emotional intelligence, in addition to attitudes, affection. Third, there were few studies on the antecedents of emotional intelligence, however, most studies dealt with the consequences of emotional intelligence. Fourth, few studies dealt with moderators between emotional intelligence and dependent variables. Fifth, on the research type, most studies were quantitative studies, however, a few of them were qualitative studies (Literature review, in-depth interview). Sixth, with regard to the analysis level, almost all studies were conducted on the individual level of emotional intelligence, and most studies featured a cross-sectional research design (longitudinal research design was rare). Conclusion: First, from the perspective of emotional intelligence, additional research should be focused on not only the ability model of emotional intelligence but also on the trait model or the mixed model in the future. Second, since emotional intelligence is a multidimensional construct, it is necessary to study the profile of emotional intelligence by employing people-centered as well as variable-centered methods. Third, with regard to empirical studies, additional research is needed with respect to not only the emotional intelligence of the subordinate, but also the emotional intelligence of the supervisor (leader) and the emotional intelligence of the group. Fourth, it is necessary to actively utilize not only cross-sectional design but also longitudinal design, and qualitative research and meta-analysis methods should also be adopted.

중소병원의 2015 MERS 위기 대응: G병원의 사례 (A Small-and-medium-sized Hospital's Crisis Management during 2015 MERS Outbreak: A Case of G Hospital)

  • Purpose: Crisis is inevitable to every organization and therefore, successful crisis management is critical to the organizations' survival and prosperity. With the understanding, this study aims to draw propositions for successful crisis management of hospitals when facing infectious disease outbreak. For the purpose, a case of a small and medium sized hospital's experience of crisis management during 2015 Middle East Respiratory Syndrome outbreak was analyzed. Methodology/Approach: The detailed internal circumstances and experiences of the hospital during the MERS outbreak were identified by in-depth interview as well as the extensive material review, and analyzed under the view of the theories of accident, error, and crisis in relation of organization management Findings: Overall, nine propositions are drawn by the phase of crisis. In pre-crisis phase, for example, 'the hospital preparedness has positive influence on the effective responding to the crisis'. In detection phase, 'the mindfulness of the hospital organizations' as well as the individuals' has positive influence on detecting the crisis signals'. In crisis phase, for example, 'improvising naturally occurs in crisis by the unknown disease, therefore, a component site supervisor coordinating such improvision is important'. Lastly, in post-crisis phase, 'successful crisis responding experience facilitates the positive hospital culture'. Practical implication: From the experience of a small and medium size hospital, it is suggested that proactive system approach oriented by safety is beneficial for effective crisis management.
