숲해설가가 하나의 직업군으로 정착되고 숲해설에 대한 국민적 수요가 계속적으로 증가하는 상황이다. 본 연구는 숲해설의 목표를 달성하고, 숲해설 이용자의 만족도를 충족시키기 위해 숲해설가의 조직몰입과 직무동기를 중점으로 두 변수간의 관계를 규명하고, 직무동기 요인에 따른 조직몰입도의 차이를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 숲해설가 직무동기는 '사회적 관계형성', '숲에 대한 관심과 애정', '자기개발' 요인으로 구분되었고 '숲에 대한 관심 및 애정', '자기개발', '사회적 관계형성' 순으로 평균이 높았다. 둘째, 조직몰입도는 '관계지향적 몰입'과 '목표지향적 몰입'으로 구분되었다. 셋째, 숲해설가 일반특성과 관련해서 직무동기는 성별, 직무교육 참여횟수에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었고, 조직몰입도는 연령과 소속기관에 따라 차이가 있었다. 넷째, 직무동기는 조직몰입과 정(+)의 상관관계가 있었으며, 특히, 사회적 관계형성 동기가 전체 조직몰입도와 목표지향적 몰입도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

Understanding the purpose and results of a Korean Envoy's medical bureaucrat (attendant) travel to China. Unlike other Envoy's medical bureaucrats, envoy's trade made profits for those who participated. This article investigates the protocols of a Korean Envoy's medical attendant which include: (1) A prominent family member or high-ranking official does not participate in the Envoy's medical bureaucrat, either himself or his descendants. This denies the general theory that the medicinal material trade helped the economic status of medical officials. (2) Envoy's medical bureaucrat is a high percentage of interpreter bureaucrat in the households of father, mother, and wife. This suggests that the information about the envoy schedule and the benefit of the envoy may have been exposed in advance. This is related to the fact that the interpreter bureaucrat is the center of the envoy trade. (3) In the nineteenth century, envoy's medical bureaucrats were more frequent among close relatives, such as father-son relationship, than in the previous century. This study restored the lineage and purpose to the medical bureaucrat's travel to China, and provides a list of Envoy's medical bureaucrat through historical data, and analyzed the household and previous office. In this regard, it can be seen that some households, which are not dominant medical bureaucracies, have pursued profit through medicinal material trade. However, it is difficult to generalize to the whole of the medical bureaucracy.

본 논문에서는 퍼지추론을 기반으로 얼굴검출 알고리즘을 지능적으로 선택함으로써 개발자들이 전문적인 지식이 없이 얼굴검출 기능을 손쉽게 사용할 수 있는 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 퍼지추론 기반의 고차원 얼굴검출 시스템을 제시함으로써 사용자들이 컴퓨터비전 이론이나 개별 알고리즘들에 대한 전문적인 지식이 없어도 손쉽게 얼굴검출 기능을 포함하는 시스템을 개발할 수 있도록 지원하는데 있다. 얼굴검출의 방대한 문제영역을 분류하기 위해서 가장 먼저 얼굴검출을 위한 주요한 조건들을 고려하고 정리하였다. 이렇게 정리된 조건들은 개발자들이 주어진 문제를 표현하는데 사용할 수 있도록 정의되었다. 정의된 조건들과 사용 가능한 얼굴검출 알고리즘들은 퍼지추론 규칙을 이용하여 규칙화 되고 퍼지추론 해석기를 구성한다. 개발자들에 의해서 개별 문제의 조건들이 정리되면, 제안된 퍼지해석기가 퍼지추론을 통해 이에 대응되는 문제를 해결하기 위한 최적을 알고리즘들을 찾아내고 구성한다. 제안된 방법의 개념검증을 위해 기존의 알고리즘들과 성능을 비교하였으며 이를 분석하고 우수성과 실용성을 보여준다.

본 연구는 영화의 시각효과와 정신분석의 관계성을 장뤽 고다르의 <경멸(Le Méris), 1963>을 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. 고다르는 <경멸>에서 영화 제작에 참여하는 사람들과의 관계에서 발생하는 소통의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 통역자를 설정했다. 하지만 통역자의 역할은 있지만 정확한 의사소통 자체가 불가능하다는 것을 보여준다. 고다르의 의도는 관객이 단순히 영화를 바라보는데 그치는 것이 아니라, 영화의 내용에 적극적으로 참가라는 것을 바라고 있다. 이 연구의 의미는 프로이드와 라캉의 정신분석에 대한 이론을 토대로 장뤽 고다르의 영화 <경멸>에 참여했던 영화 제작자, 감독, 작가, 배우들과의 관계, 그리고 영화에서 보이지 않는 참여자들의 갈등 관계를 감독은 어떤 방식으로 시각적으로 재현했는지 분석한 것에 의미를 두고자 한다.

의료통역전문인력의 검정시험 평가항목으로는 대항목, 중항목, 소항목이 있으며, 그 기준 및 수준이 명확하지 않아 시험을 준비하는 자로 하여금 혼란이 야기될 수 있다. 이에 의료통역능력 검정시험 자격요건과 평가항목의 출제기준을 우리나라의 의료체계와 부합할 수 있도록 제안하고자 한다. 시행되고 있는 의료통역능력 검정시험에 대한 조사는 국내·외 자료를 수집하였으며, 유사검정시험과 비교 및 국외 시험과 비교하였다. 또한 의료통역능력 검정시험 문항개발, 출제경험이 있는 전문가들에게 검정시험에 대한 인식을 조사 하였다. 그 결과 국제문화 평가항목에 대하여 언어권문화는 의료권문화로 통역윤리는 의료통역윤리로 수정하였다. 병원시스템 평가항목은 대항목의 「의료관련법」에서 중항목인 「의료분쟁조정법」을 「의료사고피해구제 및 의료분쟁조정등에 관한법률」로 「의료관광관련법」 4개 항목을 2개로 축소하고, 「의료해외진출 및 외국인환자유치지원에 관한법률」을 추가하였다. 우리나라 의료문화와 부합되게 의료통역능력 검정시험이 마련된다면, 검정시험에 합격한 전문인력에게 전문가로서 활동할 수 있는 안정적인 기회가 마련될 것으로 판단된다.

A combined algorithm called APEXS(Alarm Processing and Diagnosis Expert System) for power plants has been developed on the time-based alarm processing with a proper alarm prioritization and a diagnosis with a qualitative model(QM), qualitative interpreter(QI), and a state-transition trees(STT).

In this paper, we explain telecommunication services based on spoken language information technology. There are three different kinds of services. The first is based on Advanced Intelligent services(AIN). We built a Intelligent Peripheral(IP)with speech recognition, speech synthesis and VoiceXML interpreter. The second is based on KT-HUVOIS, a proprietary speech platform based on VoiceXML. The third is based on VoiceXML interpreter. We explain various services depending on these platforms in detail.

하스켈의 모나드는 순수 함수형 프로그래밍뿐만 아니라 명령형 형태의 프로그래밍도 가능케 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 순수 함수형 프로그래밍 방식으로 코딩된 어셈블리 언어 인터프리터 구현을 모나드 방식으로 재 구성함으로써 모나드 추상화와 프로그래밍 기법의 특성을 부각시킨다. 모나드 프로그래밍은 스택과 심볼 테이블에 상태 모나드를 적용하는 것과, 이 모나드들을 상태 모나드 트랜스포머를 이용하여 통합 구성하는 두 단계로 이루어진다. 결과적으로, 모나드 프로그래밍에 의한 코드는 순수 함수형 스타일의 코드보다 훨씬 더 간결하고 직관적임을 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose remedial devices through the analysis on the operation status of nature trails in the nine National Parks in Korea. To accomplish these goals, the field survey for the nature trail facilities and their nature environmental conditions and a questionnaire survey also had been done, and 1,102 samples have been collected. Nature trails are usually located where the visitors re concentrated for a certain season or year-round, and ease of the visits guaranteed. However, since most of trails are located along the valley, the courses have disadvantage of passing in a single trail. Also, many trails are using former tracking courses, and the environmental conditions are not satisfactory due to the damages incurred by the visitors. Since nature trails are still on the introductory stage, basic tactics such as the design of courses, construction methods, management skills needs further improvements. As the Natural Parks Act does not have any clear definition of nature trails, it invokes the definition of tracking course instead, which in turn hinders the development of the nature trails. The nature trail system was just introduced to Korean National Parks and a pioneer in the Korea. Therefore, when provincial and urban recreational parks wish to introduce the environmental education programs within each park system, nature trails in national parks can be performed as a role model. Further improvements should be made within the such fields as preliminary natural ecological survey, lacks of professional designers for the facilities, lacks of interpreter and interpretation within nature trails.

Semantic interpretation of the relationship between noun compound (NC) elements has been a challenging issue due to the lack of contextual information, the unbounded number of combinations, and the absence of a universally accepted system for the categorization. The current models require a huge corpus of data to extract contextual information, which limits their usage in many situations. In this paper, a new semantic relations interpreter for NCs based on novel lightweight binary features is proposed. Some of the binary features used are novel. In addition, the interpreter uses a new feature selection method. By developing these new features and techniques, the proposed method removes the need for any huge corpuses. Implementing this method using a modular and plugin-based framework, and by training it using the largest and the most current fine-grained data set, shows that the accuracy is better than that of previously reported upon methods that utilize large corpuses. This improvement in accuracy and the provision of superior efficiency is achieved not only by improving the old features with such techniques as semantic scattering and sense collocation, but also by using various novel features and classifier max entropy. That the accuracy of the max entropy classifier is higher compared to that of other classifiers, such as a support vector machine, a Na$\ddot{i}$ve Bayes, and a decision tree, is also shown.
