간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스에 미치는 영향 요인 (Influencing Factors Stress in nursing students before Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사하고자 진행되었다. 연구대상은 첫 임상실습을 앞둔 3학년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2023년 12월 22일부터 2024년 1월 10일까지 간호대학생 191명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 스트레스(Pss), 셀프리더십, 의사소통능력(GICC) 도구를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 스트레스는 셀프리더십 (r=-.29, p=<.001), 의사소통능력(r=-.40, p=<.001)과 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 단계적 다중회귀분석에서, 간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스는 성별, 학업 만족, 의사소통능력이 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났고, 이 변수들의 설명력은 33.7%였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 임상실습 전 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발을 고려할 필요가 있겠다.

대학수업에서 교수의 이미지메이킹이 학습자의 수업만족 및 수업몰입에 미치는 영향 (The effect of professor's image-making on college student's class satisfaction and class commitment)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of the professor's image making (internal, external, social image) perceived by college students on instructional outcomes. The influence of the professor's image making on class satisfaction and class commitment was analyzed, and the mediating effect of class satisfaction and the relationship between class satisfaction and class commitment in the relationship between image making and class commitment was considered. First, it was found that the external image and social image of the professor had a significant effect on class satisfaction. The level of interpersonal relations, such as communication, manners, manners, and intimacy as well as the management of external expressions, clothing style, makeup, hair, gestures, postures, attitudes, voices, speech, and speech speed brings satisfaction to the class. Second, it was found that the professor's inner image, outer image, and social image had a significant effect on class commitment. In order to satisfy the students' immersion in class, professors are required to manage internal, external, and social images. Third, it was found that class satisfaction had a significant effect on class commitment. If the class satisfaction is high, it means that class immersion also increases. Fourth, as for the social image of a professor, it was found that class satisfaction had a completely mediating effect in the relationship between class commitment, and the external image of a professor was found to have a partial mediating effect in class satisfaction in the relationship between class commitment. It was found that the social image of professors perceived by college students improve class satisfaction, and this improves class satisfaction further enhances class immersion.

과시소비성향 집단별 뷰티관여가 자기만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Beauty Involvement on Self-Satisfaction by Conspicuous Consumption Tendency Groups)

  • This study examined the effect of beauty involvement on self-satisfaction by conspicuous consumption tendency groups. A questionnaire method was used for this study. The subjects of this research were females in their 20s~50s. We distributed 580 questionnaires ets; constantly, 554 sets were used in the final analysis. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA, cluster analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Beauty consumption behavior factors were classified with hair styling, skin management, make-up and body shaping. Self-satisfaction factors were classified with living, appearance, economic and interpersonal relation. This study classified 4 conspicuous consumption groups (active, passive, syntonic and individuality & frugal group). The active conspicuous consumption group was unsatisfied with most of the self-satisfaction factors. The passive conspicuous consumption group was more interested in skin management factors than other factors. The syntonic conspicuous consumption group was interested in make-up, body shaping and skin management in order to provide a positive impression to other people. The individuality & frugal group was most interested in body shaping that could be achieved at low cost through exercise and diet.

병원에 근무하는 물리치료사의 직장애착에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting on Organizational Commitment of Hospital Physical Therapists)

  • This study was carried out to find out factors affecting on organizational commitment of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 135 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The dependent variable of the study was organizational commitment (responsibility of organization and propensity to stay), and the independent variables were general characteristic of respondents and components of job satisfaction - "task", "organizational operation system", "opportunity of development", "interpersonal relationship" - of hospital physical therapists. Important factors affecting the responsibility of organizational commitment were religion, work period, task satisfaction, opportunity of development. And propensity to stay was significantly affected by religion, work period, and four components of job satisfaction. In considering above findings, for improving factors affecting on organizational commitment of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by providing the adequate job environment.

신규간호사의 DISC 행동유형이 직무만족과 업무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Impact of DISC Behavioral Styles on Job Satisfaction and Clinical Competencies among Newly Hired Nurses)

  • Purpose: In this study, behavioral styles of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC) were examined and differences in job satisfaction and clinical competence among newly hired nurses were explored. Methods: For this explanatory correlational research, 176 newly hired clinical nurses were recruited from three university hospitals and one general hospital located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Data were collected in August, 2013 though self-report questionnaires. Results: The distribution of behavioral styles was 11.4%, 42%, 29% and 17.6% for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness respectively. DISC behavioral styles were associated with sub-areas of job satisfaction such as professional position and doctor-nurse relationship. DISC behavioral styles were significantly associated with the total score for clinical competence and sub-areas of data collection, basic nursing skills, critical thinking, education and leadership, and attitudes toward professional development and practical skills. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that DISC behavioral styles predicted clinical competence (Adj. $R^2$=.14, F=9.42, p<.001). Conclusion: A focus on cultivating influential and steady behavioral styles among newly hired nurses can be helpful in improving job satisfaction and clinical competence. There is a need to improve interpersonal relationships through a deeper understanding of each person's behavioral style based on the analysis of DISC behavioral styles.

순환 근무와 오픈 주방 시스템이 직무 만족과 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shift Work and the Open Kitchen System on Job Satisfaction and Job Stress)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the developmental basic data of a change in shift work types by making a self-administered survey of the effect of commitment by shift work and the open kitchen system on job satisfaction and job stress, and mutual relation between variables on 287 cooks in luxury hotels. Analysis showed that the operation of the shift work system was effective in reducing the internal stress of the cooks, their external stress, or their self-uncertainty on the job, and the business by the open kitchen system was effective in raising self-esteem. In addition, job commitment by shift work and the open kitchen system were effective in promoting the job satisfaction of employees, interpersonal relations, promotion, benefits and wages. Consequently, the decrease of external and internal stress or self-uncertainty and the improvement of job satisfaction can be connected with the increase of productivity or cost reduction. Therefore, the open kitchen system should be properly applied to the shift work system, along with sanitation, safety and the periodic checkup of kitchen.

일부 치위생(학)과 학생들의 인구사회학적 특성과 대학생활 만족도의 관련성 (The Relationship Socio-Demographic Characteristic and Campus Life Satisfaction of the Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Purpose. This study was conducted for provide basic data to improve satisfaction of campus life that investigated survey on the socio-demographic characteristic and campus life stisfaction of the dental hygiene students in Gyeongnam and Busan region. Methods. The research subjects are the total 220 and it was analyzed with structured questionnaires. The collected data was analyzed by IBM SPSS ver. 20.0, a statistical program (IBM Co., Armonk, NY, USA) for the frequency and percentage, ANOVA, Hierachical regression. The result is as following. Results. It was investigated to affected campus life satisfaction by in case of female student(${\beta}=-0.232$), in case of employment preparation(${\beta}=-0.193$), in case of household economical poor status(${\beta}=-0.188$). Conclusions. As the results of the research, it is considered necessary the expansion of the systemized, in order to increase the campus life satisfaction, improvement to the university administration and welfare for the emotion of girl, development program for interview skill and smooth interpersonal relationship, support major costs and living expenses.

숲 체험 활동이 소외계층 아동의 정서, 생활만족 및 자아탄력성에 미치는 긍정적 효과 연구 (A Study on the Positive Effects of Forest Activities for Children from Economically Underprivileged Households on Their Emotional State, Life Satisfaction, and Ego-resilience)

  • This study aimed to verify the positive effects of forest activities for children from economically underprivileged households in local children's centers and the effect of such activities on the protective factors of their development. One hundred and eighty five children participated in the Forest Activities Program, which conducted over a total 8 sessions. Pre-post tests of the subjective well-being scale, DAS, multiple life satisfaction scale, ego-resilience scale were conducted and the children then made picture stories during the program itself. The results of the analysis of differences between pre-post tests were as follows: first, the negative emotions of participating children decreased significantly. Second, the school-satisfaction and self-satisfaction levels of the participating children increased. Third the participating children's positive perceptions of self and interpersonal relationships also increased through the forest activities. Finally, there were differences of the change types of picture stories that children created while they were participating in the program; and these divergences were related to the effectiveness of the program. These forest activities had positive effects upon the economically disadvantaged children who participated in this study. However, in order to increase the effects of such forest activities qualitatively, greater support for the active involvement of children is required.

치과내원환자의 치과만족도와 행동유형(DISC)에 관한 연구 (A study on dental patients' satisfaction at different type(DISC) of character)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare results of dental satisfaction at different type of character and provide basic materials for making the valuable strategies of dental service. Methods : Data was obtained from 256 patients using questionnaire from September 5 to October 13, 2007. Self-administered questionnaires was utilized to assess their types of personal psychological variable and find out its influential factors upon dental consumers and their intent of revisit. The data was analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and logistic regression using the SPSS 14.0 Windows. Results : There is no meaningful difference in dental satisfaction as for character types and factors. Considering the difference of dental satisfaction according to general characteristics, there was a meaningful difference between groups of gender. Also interpersonal relationship as well as level of skill is significantly high in periodical dental visit. Conclusion : The results of this study indicated that environment and facility, cost is the most important influencing factor in determining whether or not the patient will visit a dental clinic repeatedly. In the future, more precise and in-depth questionnaires should be developed to analyze dental consumers.

The Correlation Study on Health-promoting Behavior and Life Satisfaction of the Elderly in Urban Area

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the correlation between the health-promoting behavior and life satisfaction in elderly of the urban area. Method: The subjects of this study were 202 people aged over 65 who had been living in urban area. Data was collected through questionnaires from April 10th to September 30th, 2002. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS statistical program. Result: The health-promoting behavior was given the informations that nutrition practices were most highly ranked, followed by interpersonal relationships, self-actualization, stress management, health responsibility, and exercise. The mean scores of health-promoting behaviors were significant differences in age and educational level. Life satisfaction was significantly related to only living situation. Health-promoting behavior of the subjects was found to be statistically significant and positively correlated with life satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggested that elderly people in urban areas with high degree of quality of life is likely to be in practice with high degree of health-promoting behaviors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop health promotion programs in order to enhance the quality of life of elderly people in urban areas.
