The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of nursing service satisfaction and nurse's nursing activity styles in a hospital settings. The subjects of this study were 150 admitted patients in a hospital. The data was collected with Nursing Service Satisfaction Scale developed by Tomas(1996) and modified Nurse's Nursing activity styles Scale developed by Coeling(1993). The results were as follows: 1. The mean score for the level of nursing service satisfaction was 65.00(SD=14.10). The mean score for subcategories of nurse's nursing activity styles were as follow; work difficulties management 9.47(SD=2.02), effective work attitude 23.53(SD=3.14), interpersonal relationship 48.82(SD=6.18), keep regulation 23.24(SD=3.62), professional values 48.28(SD=5.27), and professional development 24.41(SD=3.07). 2. The correlations of nursing service satisfaction and subcategories of nurse's nursing activity styles were revealed a positive significant correlation; work difficulties management(r=0.17, p=0.03), effective work attitude(r=0.44, p=0.00), interpersonal relationship(r=0.51, p=0.00), keep regulation(r=0.44, p=0.00), professional values(r=0.31, p=0.00), professional development(r=0.30, p=0.00). 3. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that the most powerful predictor of nursing service satisfaction was effective interpersonal relationship. A combination of effective work attitude, work difficulties management account for 38% of the variance in nursing service satisfaction of the patient in a hospital. In conclusion, this study revealed that the effective work attitude, interpersonal relationship, and work difficulties management in nursing activity were important factors to improve the level of nursing service satisfaction.
This study was conducted from 10 February 2011 until 2 March 2011 targeting culinary workers in deluxe hotels in Seoul. The data from 161 copies of questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 for the factor analysis and the reliability test, and the multiple regression analysis was performed to verify the hypotheses. The results are as follows. First, correlation among interpersonal attachment, job satisfaction and job attachment showed that stable attachment had a significantly positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and job attachment. Second, unstable attachment had a negative effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, there were no correlations between job satisfaction and job attachment by the types of attachment. Third, for the effect of interpersonal attachment on job satisfaction, the stable one had a significantly positive(+) effect on job satisfaction; however, avoidant and unstable ones didn't have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Consequently, the results of this analysis suggest the future direction of culinary workers.

This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the satisfaction level of dental hygiene students with their own appearance and their body images on interpersonal relationships. Structured questionnaires were utilized to gather data from dental hygiene students from April 1 to May 7, 2013. The students investigated got a mean of $2.79{\pm}0.42$, $2.85{\pm}0.53$ and $3.23{\pm}0.48$ in appearance satisfaction, body image and interpersonal relationship abilities respectively. Interpersonal relationship abilities had a positive correlation to appearance satisfaction and body strength, one of its subfactors, and interpersonal skills were positively correlated to body image as well. As appearance satisfaction and body image were identified as influential factors for interpersonal relationship abilities, it's quite important for individuals to have a positive self-concept to build good interpersonal relationships. Therefore personal counseling should be provided for students to take the right view of their own appearance and bodies, and the development and implementation of diverse programs are required as well.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors and the degree of nursing college student's clinical practice satisfaction. The sample consisted of 488 nursing students who had been in the clinical practice experience from 6 junior nursing colleges in Korea. Data for this study was collected from 20 May to 20 June, 2000. Data were analysed by SPSS/PC using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The highest motive of selecting a nursing science came to be 'having a good prospect for getting a job' (29.3%), major place of the clinical nursing practice was university hospital(46.5%), and the degree of satisfaction about the nursing science was 'relatively satisfied' (43%). 2.The fields that the highest satisfaction of the nursing student's clinical practice were DR(3.25), NR(3.18), ICU(3.11), and OR(3.10). The highest rank of the nursing student's clinical practice satisfaction was 'feels more continuous nursing studying is required after getting a job or pass the RN exam'(4.24). 3. There was significant value between the Grade(2yr, 3yr) and the satisfaction of the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relationship (p<0.001), the clinical practice evaluation (p<0.05), and there was significant value between the satisfaction about the nursing science and the satisfaction of the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relation ship (p<0.05), the satisfation after the clinical practice(p<0.001). 4. There was significant value between 'the opinion of the clinical practice periods' and the satisfaction of the clinical practice place(p<0.05), the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relationship(p<0.001), the satisfation after the clinical practice(p<0.001). 5.The satisfaction of the clinical practice interpersonal relationship influenced on the nursing student's clinical practice satisfaction($R^{2}=.188$). From these results, it is suggested that the higher the satisfaction of the clinical practice interpersonal relationship be like to improve the nursing college student's clinical practice satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to identify groups depending on the four years of changing trajectories in self-efficacy and its relationship with life satisfaction and interpersonal competence of adults with disabilities who were aged above 25. The 1st to 4th year of the second wave from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED) was used to identify the groups and explore their relationship with life satisfaction and interpersonal competence through growth mixture modeling. The results identified three latent classes according to changing trajectories in self-efficacy: a 'high level-increasing group', an 'average level-increasing group', and a 'low level-stable group'. These three groups showed different characteristics in life satisfaction and interpersonal competence. For example, life satisfaction for groups decreased from the 'high level-increasing group' to the 'low level-stable group' and interpersonal competence increased in both 'high level-increasing group' and 'average level-increasing group', whereas it was stabilized in the 'low level-stable group'. These findings suggest that the life satisfaction and interpersonal competence of adults with disabilities are associated with their self-efficacy.
This study examined the differences in job related variables, job satisfaction and job performance against demographic characteristics and the impacts of job related variables on job satisfaction and job performance. A questionnaire survey collected data from september $1^{st}$ and $7^{th}$ 2011. A convenience sample was drawn from salespersons working for department stores in Daegu and Pohang. A total of 337 responses were complete and usable questionnaires. Data were tested through factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis, using SPSS 21.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, six factors were extracted from job related variables (positive reaction of customer, career of salespeople, interpersonal relations, influence of salesperson, customer complaints, overwork). Second, there were significant differences in job related variables, job satisfaction, and job performance according to age, marital status, average monthly income, work period, and job position. Third, regression analysis between job related variables and job satisfaction showed that the most influential predictor of job satisfaction was career of salespeople, followed by interpersonal relations, influence of salesperson, customer complaints, and overwork. The most influential predictor between job related variables and job performance was positive reaction of customer, followed by career of salespeople, interpersonal relations, influence of salesperson, and customer complaints.
Purpose - In this study, the importance of interpersonal relations in the workplace as well as its correlation to satisfaction of social workers were investigated. In addition, effects of organizational culture as well as its implications for human resource management in social welfare workers were outlined. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire was conducted on job satisfaction measured by the Minnesota Job Satisfaction (MSQ) questionnaire. For reliability, the questionnaire was distributed and collected by the self - filling method. From the collected data, reliability analysis, validity analysis (exploratory factor analysis) and multiple regression analysis were used. Cronbach's alpha was used to measure the reliability of the measurement variables and validity analysis was conducted to see if the questionnaires had the same concept as well as SPSS 19.0. Results - The results showed that group culture, hierarchical culture, and rational culture had significant positive effects on job satisfaction. Developmental culture had no effect on the job satisfaction levels. Conclusions - It is important to maintain the hierarchy in order to improve the efficiency of social welfare organizations, but social welfare organizations must accept external opinions and actively listen to the opinions of the employees in the organization.
The study aim was to identify the interpersonal relationships, self-efficacy, and department satisfaction of nursing students in a four-year technical college in order to analyze the factors influencing department satisfaction and to compare the results to university students majoring in nursing. Participants were asked to complete self-report surveys between September 7, 2015 and November 30, 2015. A total of 372 surveys were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 (t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression). The harmony of interpersonal relationships, nursing major satisfaction, and academic achievements were significant factors affecting department satisfaction for nursing students in four-year technical colleges. For nursing students in four-year universities, interpersonal relationships, nursing major satisfaction, and the motive behind applying for a nursing major were critical factors affecting department satisfaction. These results indicate that the ability to create harmonious interpersonal relationships must be increased in order to improve department satisfaction for nursing students.

This study examines the effects of fashion and beauty consumption behavior on self-satisfaction. A questionnaire method was used for the study method and the subjects of the study were females in their 20s- 50s. A total of 580 sets of questionnaires were distributed and 554 sets were used for the final analysis; in addition, SPSS 12.0 statistics program was utilized for factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were: First, the factors of fashion consumption behavior are composed of physical supplementation, social symbolism, appearance styling, sexuality and conformity and those of beauty involvement consisted of hair styling, skin management, make-up and body shaping. Self-satisfaction was divided into living satisfaction, appearance satisfaction, economic satisfaction and interpersonal relations satisfaction. Second, (because of the examination of the effects of fashion consumption behavior on self-satisfaction) fashion physical supplementation and appearance styling of fashion consumption behavior influenced living satisfaction and interpersonal relations satisfaction for females in their 20s. However, fashion consumption behavior did not influence satisfaction for those in their 30s. It was shown that the social conformity factor of fashion consumption behavior influenced appearance satisfaction of self- satisfaction for those in their 40s and the conformity factor of fashion consumption behavior gave a negative influence on life satisfaction and economic satisfaction of self-satisfaction for those in their 50s. It was found (for beauty consumption behavior) that the body-shaping factor influenced economic satisfaction and interpersonal relations satisfaction of self-satisfaction for all age levels.
