감정노동자의 애착과 정서표현 양가성 관계에서 대인관계문제의 매개효과 (The Mediation Effect of the Interpersonal Relationship Between Attachment and Ambivalence emotion of Emotional Workers)

  • 본 연구에서는 감정노동자를 대상으로 성인애착유형과 정서표현 양가성 간의 관계에서 대인관계문제의 매개역할을 확인하였다. 연구대상은 수도권 5개시에 거주하고 있는 감정노동자 327명이 통계에 사용되었다. 척도로는 성인애착척도(ECR-R), 한국판 정서표현 양가성 척도(AEQ-K), 대인관계문제(IIP)가 사용되었다. 통계분석을 통해 기술 통계, 상관관계 분석을 실행하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해서는 다중회귀분석 후에 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 연구결과에서는 애착의 하위유형과, 정서표현 양가성, 대인관계 문제의 하위유형 간에 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 나타났고, 정서표현 양가성이 클수록 대인관계 문제 간 갈등이 크게 나타났다. 그리고 애착과 정서표현 양가성간 대인관계 문제의 매개 효과에서는 대인관계의 문제는 애착과 정서표현 양가성 간을 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 감정노동자의 대인관계의 긴밀한 애착관계 형성에 대인관계 특성이 정서적 감정에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 후속 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 부족한 점을 보완하여 연구범위를 확대할 것이다.

물리치료학과 학생들의 임상실습 중 대인관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Interpersonal Relations on Clinical Practice of Physical Therapist Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information for making positive interpersonal relations by understanding the degree of difficulties of interpersonal relations that physical therapist students may have on clinical practice. The survey results of 175 students who completed clinical practice for the first term of 2003. The survey was conducted through mail or e-mail between July 20 and August 20, 2003. The data were analyzed frequency, percentage, t-test, and one-way ANOVA using the SPSS/PC Ver. 10.0 (${\alpha}=0.05$). The results were as follows; 1. The mean score for the level of points interpersonal relations was 41.06 points in full 80 points. Therefore most students had a little problem on interpersonal relations. 2. More difficulties of interpersonal relations were felt by students in the following order; clinical instructors, patients, other students, and other department staffs in the hospital. 3. Between students and clinical physical therapist in the hospital, most students were satisfied with a instructor's attitude toward there (61.1%). 4. Between students and other department staffs in the hospital, most students were felt convenient when faced with other staffs(61.8%). 5. Between students and patients in the hospital, most students didn't uncomfortable when they made a rapport(69.2%). 6. Between students and other college students, most students were didn't inconvenient when they were practicing together(69.8%). 7. The students with higher marks in major felt more difficulties for forming personal relations with other department staffs in hospital, patient, and other students(p<0.05). 8. The students showed more felt inconveniences over 8 weeks practicing than below 7 weeks itperiods of clinical practice(p<0.05). 9. The number of practice place were significantly difference according to relation of patients, other college students(p<0.05). More less practice place were made difficult of interpersonal relations. The further studies would be made in viewpoints to clinical instructors, patients, students, others department staffs in the hospital so that we could compare our results with theirs.

내현적 자기애와 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 성 차이와 대인관계문제의 조절된 매개효과 (The Role of Gender difference and Interpersonal Problems in the relationship between Internal Narcissism and on Middle School Students' SNS Addiction Tendency)

  • 본 연구는 남녀 중학생의 내현적자기애가 대인관계 문제를 통해 SNS중독경향성에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 또한 내현적 자기애와 대인관계의 관계에서 성차이의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 연구대상은 G시의 남녀 중학생 240명(남학생 95명, 여학생 145명)의 자료를 사용하였고, 기초통계분석, 상관분석, SPSS Macro PROCESS 모델 4, 모델 1, 모델 7을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내현적자기애와 SNS중독경향성의 관계에서 대인관계문제 중 맞섬의 문제는 유의미한 매개 효과를 나타냈다. 하지만 향함과 멀어짐의 문제는 유의미한 매개효과를 나타내지 못했다. 둘째, 내현적자기애와 대인관계 맞섬문제에서 성차이의 조절효과는 유의미하게 나타났다. 내현적 자기애는 성에 따라 다르게 대인관계 문제에 영향을 주었다. 마지막으로 내현적자기애와 SNS중독경향성의 관계에서 성 차이와 대인관계 맞섬문제는 유의미한 조절된 매개효과를 나타냈다. 결과적으로 내현적자기애 성향이 대인관계 맞섬 문제에 미치는 영향은 성차이에 의해 조절되며, 이러한 대인관계 맞섬의 문제는 SNS 중독경향성에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 중학생의 내현적자기애와 대인관계문제의 심리적인 요인이 SNS 중독경향성에 미치는 영향을 이해하며, 청소년의 SNS 중독문제의 기초자료를 제공하였다는 의의가 있다.

취업 장애인 1인가구의 대인관계능력이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 : 자아존중감 매개효과 분석 (The Effect of Interpersonal Skills on the Life Satisfaction of Employed Individuals with Disabilities in Single-Person Households: Self-Esteem Mediation Effect Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 취업 장애인 1인 가구의 지역사회 적응에 필요한 대인관계능력과 개인적 요인인 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 장애인 1인가구가 행복한 생활을 유지하는 데 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국장애인고용공단 고용개발원에서 조사한 장애인고용패널조사 7차년도 2차 웨이브 자료(2022) 중 1인가구 828명의 자료를 활용하여 SPSS Process Macro 4.3으로 매개효과를 검증하였다. 대인관계능력과 자아존중감이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자아존중감이 높을수록 생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으나 대인관계능력은 유의미한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 대인관계능력이 자아존중감을 경유하여 생활만족도에 이르는 경로는 정적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나, 대인관계능력과 생활만족도의 관계에서 자아존중감이 매개효과를 갖는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 1인가구의 사회적 고립 문제가 대두되는 현대 사회에서 취업장애인 1인가구를 대상으로 생활만족도와 관련하여 대인관계의 중요성을 강조하고 장애인 1인가구 스스로 자신의 삶에 주체가 될 수 있는 방향을 제시하였다는 데 의의를 둘 수 있다.

간호대학생의 문제해결능력과 사회불안 (Problem Solving Ability and Social Anxiety in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 문제해결능력과 사회불안 정도 및 이들 간의 관계를 파악하고 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 A시와 Y시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호대학생 227명이었다. 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple stepwise regression analysis를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 사회불안과 문제해결능력 수준은 중간정도의 수준이었으며, 문제해결능력과 사회불안은 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 문제해결능력의 하위요인인 인지적 반응과 일반적 특성 중 지각된 대인관계가 유의한 것으로 나타났으며 이들 변수의 사회불안에 대한 설명력은 23.6%이었다. 결론적으로, 친숙하지 않은 사회적 상황에서의 인지적 왜곡을 탐색하고 이를 수정하는 교육과 상담 및 대인관계능력을 향상시키는 프로그램 적용은 간호대학생의 사회불안을 감소시키는데 효과적인 전략이 될 수 있다.

간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 융합적 영향 (The Convergence Effect on Problem Solving Ability of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 2021년 3월 11일부터 5월 31일까지 C시, J시에 소재한 간호대학생에게 설문조사를 시행하여 총 193명을 최종 분석하였다. SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 multiple regression을 분석하였다. 연구결과 감성지능은 긍정심리자본(r=.688, p=.000), 문제해결능력(r=.594, p=.015)과 정적상관관계가 있었으며, 긍정심리자본은 문제해결능력(r=.730, p=.000)과 정적상관관계가 있었다. 문제해결능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 감성지능, 대인관계만족도, 긍정심리자본 하위요인 중 자기효능감, 복원력이었으며 설명력은 61.7%였다(F=31.606, p=.000). 본 연구를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 긍정심리자본, 감성지능, 대인관계만족도를 향상시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 요구된다.

전문대학 조리관련 학과의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력 기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석 (Educational Needs Assessment for the Development of Curriculum based on Key Competencies of National Competence Standard(NCS) for Department related Culinary Arts in a 2-Year College)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess priority of educational needs for the development of curriculum based on key competencies of NCS for departments related to culinary arts in a 2-year college. In order to achieve this objective, the survey has been distributed to cooks working in hotel restaurants or restaurant companies by social network service and a total of 360 responses were analyzed excluding 18 responses. The collected surveys were analysed by using paired t-test, Borich's needs analysis and the locus for focus analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the level of importance and present level about key competencies recognized by cooks working in restaurant company was statistically significant in 9 fields of key competencies excluding mathematical competence. The difference recognized by cooks working in hotel was statistically significant in all 10 fields of key competencies. Second, the results of Borich's needs assessment showed that the education needs of problem solving competence were the highest, followed by interpersonal, resource management, communication, information competence. Finally, considering both Borich's needs assessment and the locus for focus analysis, cooks working in hotel restaurants recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, information competence were the top priority, and cooks working in restaurant companies recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, skill, resource management competence were the top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum for culinary arts specialists based on key competence of top priority.

치위생과 학생의 사회학적 특성과 셀프리더십이 스트레스 대처방식에 미치는 영향 (Influence of social characteristics and self leadership on stress coping method in the dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of social characteristics and self leadership on stress coping method in the dental hygiene students. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 436 dental hygiene students in J area from November 10 to December 10, 2013. The questionnaire consisted ofsocial characteristics of the subjects, self leadership, and stress coping method. The reliability was evaluated by Cronbach alpha. Data were analyzed by frequency, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 12.0 statistical package program. The self leadership was developed by Mans and adapted and modified by Kim and Park. The leadership included 18 questions of self expectation, rehearsal, goal setting, self reward, self criticism, and constructive area. The stress coping method was developed by Folkman and Lazarus, and adapted and modified by Park. The stress coping method included 24 questions of problem focused coping, seeking social support, emotion focused coping, and wishful thinking. Results: The best stress coping method was wishful thinking and the score was 2.81. The priority order of stress coping method included social support, problem focused coping, and emotion focused coping. The self-expectation, goal setting, self-criticism proved to be highly relevant factors. The explanation power of stress coping method was 29.1 percent. The self expectation, rehearsal, self reward, and self criticism were passive coping methods and the explanation power was 15.4 percent. Conclusions: The self leadership is the most important factor to fulfill the interpersonal relationship abilities, major satisfaction, and satisfaction with clinical practice. The self leadership leads to stress coping ability.

치위생과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스 요인 및 대처방식 (Dental hygiene students' stress during clinical practices and stress coping styles)

  • Objectives : In this study, 233 dental hygiene students in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas were surveyed in order to provide the basic data for more effective clinical practice by investigating the stress they experience during the clinical practice and how they cope with stress; Methods : 5 areas in stress factors as environmental factor, interpersonal factor, role and activity, ideal and value, and the amount of BEPSI and 4 areas in their coping methods as problem-oriented, social support, emotion-oriented, and wishful thinking were measured by Liker 5-point scale. Results : 1. The satisfaction level of subjects on their major was the highest as 'generally satisfied (50.6%),' and their satisfaction level of clinical practice was also the highest as 'generally satisfied (32.6%).' 2. The clinical practice stress was 2.76 points on average, and their stress factors were ideal and value (3.18), environmental factor (2.98), role and activity (2,70), the amount of BEPSI (2.55), and interpersonal factor (2.37). And the way how they cope with stress were 3.29 points on average, wishful thinking (3.71), social support (3.36), problem-oriented (3.13), and emotion-oriented (2.95). 3. The clinical practice stress according to clinical training institutions showed significant differences: university dental hospitals and general hospitals (2.83), dental clinics (2.65), and dental hospitals (2.63). 4. The clinical practice stress showed a negative correlation between the satisfaction level of major and the satisfaction level of clinical practice (p<0.01), and the more satisfaction they had in their major and clinical practice, the less stress during the clinical practice. 5. In the correlation between each subordinate factor of the stress in clinical practice and how to cope with it, interpersonal factor and emotion-oriented factor, the amount of BEPSI and wishful thinking showed a positive correlation (p<0.05). Conclusions : In this study, it is necessary to develop clinical practice program that is to increase satisfaction and provide motivation in order to reduce the stress during clinical training.

범법 조현병 환자에서 한국형 성격장애척도를 이용한 성격장애 평가 (Use of the Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem Personality Disorder Scales to Assess Personality Disorder in a Criminal Schizophrenic Patient Sample)

  • Objective : Psychopathy has been suggested as one of the important cause of violence in patients with schizophrenia. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the personality disorder in criminal schizophrenia. Methods : A total of 187 criminal schizophrenia participated in this study. All participants filled out the Korean Inventory of Interpersonal Problem Personality Disorder Scales (K-IIP-PD), Psychopathic Personality Inventory-Revised (PPI-R), Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI). Using the correlations between the scales, we investigated whether K-IIP-PD could be used to evaluate personality disorder in criminal schizophrenia. Moreover, participants were divided into two groups of psychopathic and nonpsychopathic schizophrenics, and scores of K-IIP-PD were compared between the two subgroups. Results : The overall correlation between the scales was very high. In particular, sum of 3 item scores (interprsonal sensitivity+interpersonal ambivalence+aggression) and aggression of K-IIP-PD were highly correlated with PPI-R and PAI. Total score of personality disorder scale and subscales were higher in psychopathic schizophrenic group compared to nonpsychopathic schizophrenic group. Conclusion : The K-IIP-PD could be used to assess the antisocial and aggressive nature of criminal schizophrenia. Further studies in various clinical groups including the general population are required.
