Information centric mobile network can significantly improve the data retrieving efficiency by caching contents at mobile edge. However, the cache pollution attack can affect the data obtaining process severely by requiring unpopular contents deliberately. To tackle the problem, we design an algorithm of mitigating cache pollution attacks in information centric mobile network. Particularly, the content popularity distribution statistic is proposed to detect abnormal behavior. Then a probabilistic caching strategy based on abnormal behavior is applied to dynamically maintain the steady-state distribution for content visiting probability and achieve the purpose of defense. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can achieve higher request hit ratio and smaller latency for false locality content pollution attack than the CacheShield approach and the baseline approach where no mitigation approach is applied.

본 연구는 무선인터넷의 개념 및 특성을 고찰하고 도서관 무선인터넷 서비스의 국내외 현황과 이용자들의 이용실태 및 요구사항 등을 분석하였다. 도서관 무선인터넷 서비스가 활성화되기 위해서는 도서관의 전략적인 계획 및 홍보, 학생들의 선호하는 유형의 무선인터넷 서비스의 우선 도입, 무선인터넷 요금과 직관되는 무선인터넷 접속 시간을 줄이기 위한 서비스 메뉴의 엄선, 그리고 마지막으로 대학 당국의 일관성 있는 재정 지원이 필요함을 제안하였다.

This paper is concerned with proposing a new market strategy for the segmented markets of the Internet stock trading. Many companies are providing various services for customers. However, the internet stock trading market is glowing rapidly absorbing a wide variety of customers showing different tastes and demographic information, so that it is necessary for us to investigate specific strategy for the segmented markets. General strategy so far in the Internet stock trading market has been to lower transaction fee according to the market trend. As the advent of rapidly enlarging market, however, more specific strategies need to be suggested for the segmented markets. In this respect, this paper applied a self-organizing map (SOM) to 83 questionnaire data collected from the Internet stock trading market in Korea, and obtained meaningful results.

21세기가 도래하면서 초고속 인터넷망의 발달과 더불어 편리함을 더욱 추구하고자 인터넷 주문 시스템이 발달되어 가고 있다. 현재 인터넷으로 음식 주문하는 시스템이 많이 개발되어 있지만 언제 어디서나 자신이 편한 곳에서 주문하고자 하는 소비자의 욕구에 충족하기 위하여 이동성이 확보된 무선 인터넷 단말기 (PDA, Pocket PC, HPC등)를 이용한 음식 주문시스템과 유선으로 즉 PC를 통해서 음식점의 전화로 주문 할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CTI시스템을 기반으로 한 유/무선 인터넷 음식주문 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

Cargo tracking issue on train transportation is challenging area because of long distance haulage, theft, terror attack and customer service. This paper aims at evaluating various cargo tracking systems in terms of cost and technology. The contents of this paper consist of the research trend of cargo tracking system in the railroad transportation and reviewing of technical alternatives in cost and service side. GNSS and RFID are reviewed as location tracking technology, Internet and Satellite technology like INMASAT and Low Earth Orbit are also reviewed as communication infrastructure. This paper selects cost and service factors in two alternatives of GNSS-Satellite and RFID-Internet, among GNSS-Internet, GNSS, Satellite, RFID-Internet, RFID-Satellite and evaluate each alternative in terms of cost and service. In a result, in terms of cost, RFID-Internet type is superior to GNSS-Satellite type, but in service GNSS-Satellite type is preferred to RFID-Internet in point of area coverage and service coverage.

This Paper deals with the economical equipment control which is used by internet network system at the industrial workplace. If the control devices can be accessed by internet, we can have the developed possibility of work conditions. in this paper, we presented the advanced digital timer which has a communication function to control and observe panel to realize control solution based on internet to be easily applicable at workplace with low cost, and we used RS-485 serial communication module to have parallel expansibility and safety. And, this system was experimented and designed for easy system management and status check from remote station through internet. As the result for experiment, the circuit configuration would be more simplified than the existing, and it is expected that multi connection control and monitoring can be simply implemented with low cost equipment at industrial workplace.

According as computer is supplied in a lot of homes and offices and Internet use increases, various service based on the Internet. Including wireless PDA in the future, many devices such as Internet telephone, TV, refrigerator and oven will be connected on the Internet and Internet address exhaustion will be raised to serious problem gradually. Today, the IPv4 address exhaustion problem has been solved partially using NAT (Network Address Translation) however, the transition to next Generation Internet will be accelerated because of advantages such as mobility, security service, QoS, and abundant IP addresses. In IPv6, all hosts are designed to create and set their address automatically without manager's intervention using Neighbor Discovery Protocol. But, when an IPv6 host sets its address automatically, there are serious security vulnerabilities. In this paper, we analysis security vulnerabilities in auto-configuration and provide security requirements for secure auto-configuration.

Internet search engines are used by the majority of find information on the Web. However, Web users can be often dissatisfied with the mistakes in the retrieval of ‘Fashion’ information from the Internet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ‘Fashion’ category structure in the Internet search engines. There are 2 steps for achieving it: the first, to investigate the structures of ‘Fashion’ categories and then, to analyze the gap between ‘Fashion’ categories defined by them and extensive ‘Fashion’categories, which are approached on 2 sides of the fashion-life and fashion-business. We select 5 major search engines for the case study: Yahoo, Lycos, Naver, Hanmir, Empas, which ranked as top 5 of total search engines and potal sites in February, 2001, and retrieve ‘Fashion’ categories from the first level to the last level by using both “topics retrieval”. Eventually, we can find the problems of ‘Fashion’ category structure in search engines. Also, it is concluded with a brief perspective of ‘Fashion’ categories in the Internet search engines and the implications for the future.

This paper describes the new trends of fashion industry in the era of digital media and Internet paradigm, where fashion is no longer just static contents. Fashion becomes crucial and dynamic contents for infotainment, mobile Internet, and digital media. As therefore, the fashion industry could be positioned as fashion information industry and key elements of fashion communication. In the future, fashion education should be repositioned as dynamic Intermediary not only for traditional textile design, costume design, and merchandising, but also for dynamic fashion information provider, fashion communication and fashion-oriented media related to digital Information, and Internet. As a case study, we briefly describe the successful co-marketing strategies of world-class luxury fashion brands, fashion media, and Internet service provider.
